06/02/2026: The establishment advertised being open until 2 am and serving food, but when we wanted to eat at 10:30 pm, we were told it wasn't possible...not very customer-friendly for a weekend evening

21/01/2026: Being verbally abused by the cook who went outside for a cigarette ("Cyclists, they think they can do whatever they want"), then threatened ("Why are you looking at me like that?") while peacefully riding on the bike lane right in front of the restaurant, is a pretty stupid way to lose customers. Especially since, having lived in the neighborhood for a few months, the two times we'd been to this restaurant, we'd eaten very well and found the owner (for his part) very friendly. But if a cook smoking is already a problem, the completely gratuitous aggression of the staff (even on their break, but wearing aprons and chef's hats) is a deal-breaker.

08/03/2026: One star, and that's obviously because I can't give less. A word about this experience? Nonchalance. Let me explain: after placing a delivery order for seven people, I realized one burger was missing. I called back, and the shopkeeper told me, "Oh dear, my driver is finishing his route; he'll bring it back when he has time." So I assumed I was going to eat it cold, and I made sure to remind him of that. His response: "Oh well, it's a burger that heats up well in the microwave." You can imagine my face when I heard that. Mistakes happen, but the shopkeepers' behavior was more than unpleasant, not to mention disrespectful. No gesture of goodwill whatsoever! Unsurprisingly, I don't recommend Pic Pouce. Thanks to the delivery driver nonetheless.

15/03/2026: Unwelcoming staff who made an unpleasant remark because my two daughters went to the toilet together. Inefficient service. Cleanliness needs improvement.

14/03/2026: Unfortunately, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Only one toilet open for the entire establishment, and in an unimaginably filthy state... Avoid at all costs!

14/02/2026: Aside from the somewhat dated exterior (walls, stairs, railings, and walkway showing their age), the rooms are very pleasant, though some could use a bit of a refresh. They are, however, comfortable and well-equipped. The bedding is of very good quality; the bed is very large, the mattress is high and thick, as are the blanket and pillows, ensuring a very good night's sleep. There's a large wall-mounted TV facing the bed, a spacious desk equipped with electrical outlets, including an electric kettle with small bags of tea, coffee, sugar, and milk provided for preparing breakfast, an automatic shutter system, and a small wardrobe for storing belongings. The bathroom is modern, with a very large mirror with good lighting, a spacious shower with a bathtub (including a walk-in shower option), a hairdryer, and air conditioning in the summer that provides heating in the winter. The reception staff is responsive to any problems or requests at any time, pleasant and attentive to guests' preferences, and the cleaning staff are friendly and very meticulous in their work. The rooms are always spotless. The garden side is noticeably quieter than the parking lot side, despite the road opposite. The soundproofing is quite good; we weren't bothered by any noise at night or in the morning, provided we had quiet neighbors. The price is a bit high depending on the season (sometimes over €100 per night), and the price fluctuations are the only downside.

20/01/2026: After several nights at the Campanile Petite Forêt, the staff remains consistently kind, pleasant, welcoming, and professional. The chef makes my meals a delight with a wide variety of choices. Highly recommended without hesitation!

23/03/2026: As always, something's missing. Okay, a sauce, a drink, or even a sandwich—it's not a big deal; you can spot the omission right away. Even if it's frustrating not being able to trust anything! This time, it's taken things a step further: there was neither raclette cheese nor fried onions in our two CBO raclette burgers... Are we going to have to inspect the inside of the burgers before we leave too? However, the receipt shows everything's there!

22/03/2026: Re: Big Tasty without tomatoes and onions on March 21st. I complained and was completely ignored. Even the manager heard me but turned a deaf ear, and especially when I read the comments, absolutely nothing has changed! Not even a gesture, nothing. That's it, I won't be coming back, and I don't think I'm the only one disappointed with your service. I heard a woman go to the restroom and it was disgusting, it's appetizing. As I've read in other comments, the manager is very unpleasant, I can confirm that. I had stopped going to McDonald's for a few months because of an altercation with her and I come and surprise she was still there, I got veggie nuggets instead of nuggets and no tomatoes in my 280. (Last time there was neither onion nor tomato in it, hence the altercation with the manager because in fact there were no more at McDonald's so they serve and do not warn anyone, that's it) I ate and said nothing because you can't say anything to her and like her she looks down on people.

22/10/2025: Who can say more? Except that it's a great place, with a simple but varied menu, delicious dishes, and a warm welcome. We drove 1,000 km to find this place, and we'll be back as soon as possible!

30/09/2025: A charming riverside café on the banks of the Ardèche, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a warm welcome and savoring a delicious salad, some of which feature wonderful local Ardèche produce. Well done to the whole team, and see you next year!

22/09/2025: Very disappointed with the gîtes. We booked a two-night weekend stay, including dinner, lunch, and breakfast. We left in the middle of the night – it was so hot! Impossible to sleep, no air conditioning! We had a mediocre meal on Friday evening. We arrived Friday and left Friday night – shameful! The weekend was expensive!! In short, a place to avoid, at least in the summer.

14/12/2024: According to their Instagram policy, customers eating brunch are supposed to be prioritized over those just having beverages between 12h and 15h daily. Relying on this, I decided to pass by on Saturday around 14h, intending to have brunch. However, when I arrived, all the tables were taken - mostly by people with empty coffee cups who were reading books or working on laptops. When I approached the counter and explained that I wanted to have brunch, the employee suggested I share a table with someone using her computer. Unfortunately, the table was so small, and the person had spread out her belongings to the point that it was impossible to fit a plate and eat comfortably. The staff appeared inexperienced in managing such situations and simply stated there was nothing they could do. This would have been less frustrating if their policy had not been clearly communicated, but advertising one thing and failing to follow through wastes customers’ time.

11/04/2026: Good experience with the tacos, reasonable price €17.50 including drinks (for an XL) and cheddar cheese. The owner and staff were friendly, the service was fairly quick, and the place was clean. I'm a regular customer and I recommend it 👍

10/04/2026: Extremely expensive and inedible, I do not recommend it.
