21/01/2026: TRASH BURGER SERVED TO CUSTOMER From the counter, I watched the employees prepare my order. One of them put sauce and then onions on part of the bun and realized her mistake when she read the screen above. She opened a metal bin, clearly a trash can, located under the work surface, wiped the bun on the edge, and then reassembled it before passing it to the other side so the burger could be added to my order. I called the manager over to report the incident. She took it very badly, became angry, and aggressive towards us. Then she went to make a new burger, dropped several slices of bacon on the work surface, and then put them back in the bin. And all this without washing her hands first, even though she had been at the register just before! It's a disgrace, appalling hygiene, and shows absolutely no respect for the customer. How is it possible that this establishment is open!

21/01/2026: They're completely incompetent; they can't even read a simple order. I ordered a triple cheeseburger without onions because I'm allergic. Luckily, I looked inside the sandwich before eating it and realized they'd put onions in it, so the sandwich went straight in the bin since I don't live nearby. Avoid this fast-food restaurant at all costs!

07/07/2025: Poor quality tacos and churros, we didn't eat them. The soft serve ice cream was good, however. We paid €34.

07/12/2025: We pointed out a hair on a sandwich in the display case to the waitress. We wanted to buy the last two. She asked us if we still wanted them?! So we only took one. Five minutes later, she said to her colleague, laughing, "Some customers saw a hair on their sandwich. What do we do? Put it back?" Well, of course, we're not going to throw it away! 🤣 The hygiene is appalling. I can only imagine what happens if things fall on the floor in the kitchen! We're not going to throw it away!

21/01/2026: This is the worst McDonald's ever, it's unacceptable! I bought a Sunday affogato and ended up with a regular Sunday.

07/01/2026: Too expensive for what it is. If it's well-made, okay, but the Big Mac bun is over-toasted and therefore dry, the two patties are extremely salty and dry, with only a drop of sauce inside. The Big Tasty is the same: over-toasted bun and not enough sauce. We tried the Cheddar Cup (disgusting, it has Old 'n' Passo spices inside; we were just expecting cheddar), the fries from the Maxi Best Off were only half full, and the fries were advertised as having a double portion of cheddar without actually having it. At this price, it should be impeccable, and this is a complete failure. McDonald's is definitely over for us, and this Grigny location is our last time. Ordered in the evening, 4063, on 07/01/26

20/09/2025: Not a hamburger fan at all, I really enjoyed myself here. Excellent bread, unlike the "professionals" of this type of food. Ground duck breast with pan-fried foie gras and melted French cheese. A true French burger.

02/12/2025: I was here last weekend for a birthday and the atmosphere was fantastic! A big shoutout to the lady behind the bar who made the best Pornstar Martini I’ve had in a very long time. The staff were extremely polite and professional, and the DJ was amazing too! Thank you!!!
