15/05/2026: We arrived at the restaurant as a group of 16. The staff were fantastic and very pleasant, and we had a wonderful meal. The young woman at the till was very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it.

15/05/2026: It's a shame that an XL platter only contains a dry sausage, two small pieces of cheese, two small slices of cured ham, and a lot of bread, all for 22 euros. It's really too little or too expensive; it's a real pity. The service was quick and without any problems.

19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

19/07/2026: It's a shame, as tourists we were looking for a snack bar with a friendly atmosphere. Our meals were served with day-old fries that were rock hard and had an aftertaste. There was no sauce, no napkins, and no table salt. Very disappointed. No atmosphere whatsoever.

09/07/2026: Yesterday I went to eat at Little Café, a good experience, a nice atmosphere, and a welcoming and pleasant waitress. We got our money's worth, and the food was good. One small blemish: my friend paid two euros more. He ordered a kebab listed at €9.90 on the menu. He also ordered a drink for €3.50. That makes €13.40. He was offered fries alongside the kebab, which he accepted, initially thinking they were included. He only realized afterward, thanks to me, that it was an extra €1. This is what you confirm in your response to his review, Google. But 13.40 + 1 = €14.40. However, he was charged €15.40. Considering these factors, I regret that my friend impulsively left such a negative review, even if he was "robbed" of a euro. So I decided to explain these points more clearly and highlight the service and the quality of the products, which live up to its Google rating. I should add that it's regrettable that the woman who served us, who was very friendly and kind, wasn't the same one who took our payment. She was more businesslike and, most certainly, responded to my friend on Google in a more disdainful and contemptuous manner. It's not my habit to criticize small restaurants, so I'm compensating for this negative experience at the register with the goodwill of the waitress.

27/07/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very bad experience. We came on Friday evening, a group of five, to celebrate my birthday, and the evening was completely ruined by a bill that I find unacceptable. We ordered a mixed platter for €18, three portions of paprika fries with an extra sauce for €0.50, sweet chicken for €9, and squid for €10. When the bill arrived, we were shocked: €158. Looking at the receipt, we discovered that €29 had been charged for an all-you-can-eat option for each person, even though the waiter never told us we were ordering this option, and we never asked for it. At no point was it explained to us that these dishes automatically included an all-you-can-eat option or that it was mandatory. The result: a bill of €158 for an order that should have cost around €60. Such a lack of transparency is unacceptable. The very least they could have done was clearly inform us before we ordered so we could make an informed choice. I find this practice very disappointing and dishonest. We left feeling cheated, which is particularly unfortunate on the evening of a birthday. I will not return and I do not recommend this establishment until communication with customers is clearer.

13/07/2026: We discovered this establishment with anticipation, but our experience was somewhat mixed. --- 🍷 The service could be improved. Regarding the wine, the waitress didn't offer convincing recommendations. It's perfectly understandable not to be knowledgeable, but in this case, it would be better to ask a colleague for advice rather than offering uncertain suggestions. We also had a small error in our order that unfortunately wasn't corrected. 🔉The atmosphere changes with the arrival of a DJ around 8 pm. While some might appreciate the more festive atmosphere, we found the volume a bit too loud for comfortable conversation at our table. 🌮 As for the food, the tapas are good, simple, and well-prepared, without being particularly memorable. 🌳 Finally, we found it a shame that the air conditioning was running even with the windows open. - - - In the end, the establishment has potential, but several aspects could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable. In the meantime, we still feel a touch of nostalgia for the old XX bar.

26/07/2026: — An experience to avoid, Thursday, July 23, 9:30 p.m. Incomplete order, frosty reception, no respect for the customer. That's what awaits you at this McDonald's in Bordeaux-Lac. Several items were missing from my order. Faced with this easily corrected error, I was met with utter contempt by the management. Rather than acknowledging the mistake and resolving it politely, the managers present adopted a condescending and unpleasant attitude, as if reporting a problem were an offense. To top it all off: when I asked for their names to identify the people I was speaking to, they categorically refused to give them to me. This refusal speaks volumes about the seriousness of this establishment's management and its complete lack of responsibility towards customers. Customer service worthy of the name begins with transparency and respect, two concepts clearly foreign to the management team at this restaurant. If you're looking for even a modicum of consideration for your money and your time, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

24/06/2026: There were five of us watching the France vs. Iraq match. The drinks were alright. The food was a disaster. The tapas were ridiculously expensive; for €23, two croquettes were practically fighting over each other. And the service was incredibly rude. The only positive was that several screens made it easy to follow France's victory!

15/06/2026: Definitely the best pub in Albi, with a great team, live music, quizzes, sports (mainly rugby and football), and even chess and darts tournaments on Mondays. The food is also very good. Highly recommended.
