12/04/2026: Don't be in a hurry to be served. During peak hours, orders pile up quickly, but the staff don't seem to speed things up. Waiting more than 20 minutes to be served is unacceptable in a fast-food restaurant. The waiting area in front of the counter is limited between the tables and the reservation kiosks. Bad experience with my daughter.

09/04/2026: The wait was far too long. I came with my children and the service was deplorable; they didn't listen to us at all. I'm really disappointed with the service; it doesn't even make me want to come back as a family. The sandwiches were squashed and the fries were in a terrible mess.

18/03/2026: I'm Corentin. Just a visitor in Rouen After my business meeting. A friendly welcome, they didn't refuse the drinks I ordered that afternoon at this bar. The younger waiter was very nice. Where I naturally wanted to tip them near the Game Boy, paying by card. Looking for a hotel nearby. They were able to guide me and give me some information. Perfect. I found the hotel. Except that when I came back to their bar, I was a little hungry, and they were kind enough to let me in again. But... but... after paying for my cover charge plus the beer, unfortunately, they refused to serve me again. I found that unacceptable. Besides, I wasn't drunk at all. In fact, almost everyone was drunk that summer, I'd say about 50 or 60% of the clientele. They tell me, "Oh, but it's for your safety." Blah blah blah. Seriously, I can tell you there's a bar called "The Bar of Yesteryear." They're the complete opposite of you. My colleagues and I. Or me, as a loner. I can buy several pints right up until closing time. They still agree to serve me. And that's that. Whereas you. I'm from another city. You judge the person you meet negatively. Well done. And frankly, their ridiculous safety measures are a joke. Everyone was drinking alcohol. By Friday, everyone was drunk. And of course, they didn't give a damn about their safety. It's not because I'm from another city. They absolutely had to judge me and, above all, refuse me entry. Besides, I'd been walking a lot, and I was sobering up. Generally speaking, they don't have the right to let someone in, especially if they're not walking straight or if they've had a lot of alcohol. But this time they frustrated me. I could speak normally, I wasn't stuttering, I was walking, I was standing still. Their judgment was regrettable and unacceptable. Life is so imperfect sometimes that it's truly baffling. I simply wanted to have an unforgettable Friday in Rouen. And unfortunately, they must have spread the word around Place Jeanne d'Arc to get me refused entry to all the bars, even though I wasn't drunk at all. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤 I find this really very unfortunate. I thought the people of Rouen were very welcoming. Well, not at all. On top of that, I'm going to have to leave another review on TripAdvisor about one of the bars that refused me service even though I was a cheerful, smiling early riser. It's truly unacceptable. And all I wanted was a coffee. Well, where I live, I can assure you that even in the morning, bars will serve you beer. Serves you right. No matter what you order, they'll serve you. No matter who you are. They'll serve you. Anyway, I'll still come back to Rouen. But it will be for something else. They have absolutely no idea who they're dealing with.

02/03/2026: The only restaurant open on a Monday evening in town, and we're so glad we went. The manager was incredibly welcoming from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. It's rare to find such good, fresh, homemade food. We'll definitely be back soon for pizzas. I wish you every success with your future project! ☺️

27/02/2026: The first time a year ago, it was good. Today we went back and what a disappointment! The pizza dough was undercooked, the lasagna was so-so, and the service was barely friendly. What a shame... We definitely won't be back.

27/03/2026: We just went through the drive-thru two minutes ago (March 27th at 11:36 PM). The guy taking our order was cold and unpleasant. Unfortunately for us, it was the same guy who took our payment and gave us our order. The result? A poorly sealed drink, no napkin, and no sauce for any of the three main menu items. I can understand that the day is long and unpleasant, but is that really the fault of the customer who comes to eat?

14/12/2025: Honestly, it's a pain in the ass. We've ordered Click & Collect several times, and several times things have been missing. ALWAYS check if everything is there because otherwise you get ripped off... Today, December 14, 2025, I was waiting for my order (€55 order / #ORD 9548) and strangely enough, the two damn dog toys that cost €7 and the Christmas drink worth 75 points (€75 spent at McDonald's, I remind you) were missing. So I walked back, and at the counter they gave me what I was owed, thankfully. However, I went home to eat, and imagine my surprise when I realized I should have also checked the fries, which didn't have any cheddar cheese!! Seriously, it's infuriating because I waited so long to not even get what I ordered.

10/12/2025: I often eat at McDonald's restaurants and I found the one in Cavignac really pleasant. The music was nice, the decor very pretty, and the employee Clemence served me with a big smile and great professionalism, which is always a pleasure. I recommend this McDonald's.

I ordered an orange juice and received an iced tea, and I ordered two caramel sundaes and received a small, child-sized caramel sundae and a vanilla milkshake... it's really very disappointing.

15/12/2024: Très déçu, attente Très longue pour être servi. Commande arrivée sans les frites sur les 4 menus, "ils avaient oublié". Mais oublié aussi la vinaigrette pour la salade , les couverts aussi, ainsi que pour les frites chedar, 2 bugers Big Mac froid. Aucun sérieux et même pas une offre commerciale pour un café.

14/03/2026: This is unacceptable: a waitress this Saturday morning spilled hot coffee all over my legs and shoes WITHOUT THE SLIGHTEST APOLOGY. I was sitting still, ready to help her serve. These things can happen when you're serving. But the way she handled this incident was appalling. And along the same lines, she initially refused to bring me anything to clean up and showed no willingness to offer any compensation on the bill. Unbelievable. Almost incomprehensible, it's so absurd. Run away, don't give your money to these people. Kudos to the young blonde woman (and this is just a minor detail, obviously not a sexist remark or anything like that), unprofessional, unpleasant, and lacking in manners. Poor boss, forced to work with people like that. And thanks for the leg and the pants. The table was never cleaned.
