21/01/2026: Very disappointing tartiflette with undercooked potatoes and too much cream to compensate for the lack of cheese... A shame because the place is pleasant for having a drink.

18/01/2026: We have ordered medium rare stake. This is the what they have served. Good atmosphere but not tasty food. Sad.

08/01/2026: The Sure by Best Western Valence Nord hotel previously belonged to the Campanile chain, so it's impossible to know if its layout is typical of Best Western hotels. However, the service is excellent. We did notice that the showers in all the rooms are very small. The English expression is "you can't swing a cat." In winter, a hot shower is ideal for stretching your muscles. I had therefore planned to give it 3 stars, but this morning, breakfast was impeccable (the waitress gave me permission to mention her name in this review). Sandie had prepared a lovely assortment of cold cuts, hard-boiled eggs, cheeses, fresh fruit, honey, jams, hazelnut spread, tea, and coffee. One of the eggs was runny, so she made us some piping hot scrambled eggs. We also noticed the napkins placed on the bread to encourage guests not to cut it with just their hands. It's the little details that make all the difference. The bread was exceptional (texture and flavor). Sandie therefore deserves 5 stars. I hope this review will be helpful to new guests regarding the showers (the water was always hot, which was very much appreciated). It would be better to place the tissues on one side rather than in the middle, as the bathroom shelf is small and you also need to put your bag on it.

12/01/2026: I ordered a pecan birthday cake, it was very good, however I had ordered it personalized for a birthday (ordered online) it wasn't done and I liked that less!

23/06/2025: My people never let me down. After shopping at Le Bon Marché, I was looking for a place to have a decent cup of coffee, and this café came highly recommended by many Koreans. I realized I could totally trust their taste, and they were right. I had a macchiato, and it was one of the best I've had in Paris. The flavor was rich and bold, and I really liked it. The staff were also very friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

30/01/2026: As a loyal customer of the restaurant in Saint-Doulchard, I can only observe its decline. Here, twice in less than a month... missing items in the takeaway bags... no sauces or very, very few... and when we ask for them, we practically have to give them a hard time. On the other hand, when dining in one afternoon, we got everything... several sauces without even asking and 15 napkins (I counted them) for one person. And tonight, four set menus (Best of, Maxi Best of, and desserts + extra fries) and five sauces were missing and zero napkins... zero apologies, and it's considered normal for the customer to ask for the sauces (which are normally included) and the napkins were forgotten... The food is still decent, but still... With children's menus starting at 4 euros and behavior like this, Burger King, which is less than three minutes old, will end up being financially better, and orders are always full.

21/12/2025: We came for the first time tonight. The gentleman who served us was nice, but otherwise we didn't enjoy it. The fries weren't cooked enough, they lacked salt, and the bread was bad—it crumbled and was hard. I don't think we'll be going back.

07/12/2025: If I'd eaten in an igloo, I would have been warmer. Even the fries didn't stay hot from the counter to the table! And don't even get me started on the wrap with its undercooked chicken! (Probably because of the temperature.) And let's not even talk about the state of the toilets; I'll let you be the judge...

06/12/2025: I came on Saturday, December 6th with my son. There was very little wait, the service was friendly, and the manager/director was very kind. He offered to clear our tray and made sure my son could choose his balloon even though there weren't any left on the display. Also, the restaurant was decorated for the holidays; I'd never seen that before, or at least never noticed. The only slight downside was that the restrooms weren't very clean, but I've seen much worse. However, during the Saturday night rush, it was acceptable. Thank you.
