17/09/2025: While looking for a few bottles for a special occasion, we stumbled upon this place. How lucky we were to have found a wine shop with such a welcoming and kind owner! We left with excellent wines and big smiles for having had such a great experience there. I highly recommend this wine shop! Thank you, Christian from Daniel & Kelly ☺️

11/02/2026: It's a disgrace to have a fast-food restaurant in such a deplorable state of hygiene! A visit from the health department would be a good idea! The windows are left wide open, so birds get in and leave droppings all over the booths and tables; nothing is cleaned! The hygiene of the restrooms is shameful; it's sticky, with urine everywhere. So yes, it's up to people to be careful, but it's also up to the staff to check the state of their restrooms. Half the self-service kiosks were out of order on a Saturday night, and they forgot cheddar cheese in all the sandwiches. Don't be surprised if the locals don't come back. With KFC opening soon across the street, I'll be worried!

10/02/2026: I went to McDonald's in Oyonnax for lunch today, doing a click and collect for three small Veggie Ranch wraps, what a surprise it was to see two poor veggie nuggets inside to serve as meat, deactivate the product if you no longer have the necessary merchandise to make the recipe.

06/07/2025: Papy Joe in Lorient: a huge disappointment, even as a takeout. I had fond memories of this restaurant, but this takeout order really put me off. The burger was bland, uninteresting, a far cry from the delicious recipes of yesteryear. The fries? Reheated leftovers, hard as cardboard, despite a cheddar sauce meant to enhance the flavor. The most regrettable thing is to see how much the quality has declined. Before, there was more choice, burgers crafted with original flavors. Today, we're far from that. Result: 2 burgers, 2 portions of fries, 1 brownie, and €43 for a frankly mediocre experience. Avoid, even for a quick order.

01/07/2025: I ordered via Uber Eats, having fond memories of Papy Joe's, they've obviously changed their menu and the quality as well. Burgers are much less tasty than before and the "cheddar fries" are soggy and without any cheddar in reality, they taste like a low-end cheddar sauce...

25/01/2026: Another disastrous delivery! The order was incomplete, with nothing inside except the drinks. I find this unacceptable. When you order delivery, you have a reason, and in the end, there's no order, forcing me to contact Uber.

06/12/2024: I have come to the public house several times to have a drink with friends but this was the first time I came there to eat lunch. A very good experience, the service was fast, the meat of the day was very good and the rare cooking was perfect for a very reasonable price. The highlight in my eyes was the gourmet coffee which lives up to its name very well! The desserts were very good and plentiful, I recommend.

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.

15/01/2026: Arrived at the shop on January 15th at 7 PM (closes at 7:30 PM). No customers, the shop was empty, and the salesperson was leaning against the counter, phone in hand (see photo). I asked for 11 boxes of chocolates, worth nearly €200. The salesperson noticed that some boxes were already prepared but told me he didn't have time to prepare the others (despite it being almost half an hour before closing and the shop being empty). I insisted, saying I needed them that day and wouldn't be able to come back. The salesperson refused and preferred to miss out on the sale. It seems I should consider a radical career change rather than working in retail, and I completely understand why the internet is gaining more market share every year when you see the poor customer service in a shop like this.

03/12/2025: Passing through today at Le Poulaillon, I was served by Sébastien who was very welcoming, helpful and smiling, which is very rare these days. Stay as you are, love to you.

24/12/2025: I was just lucky to stop by and park here, and I stayed there from December 24, 2025, to December 26, 2025. The girl at the checkout was great, polite and friendly, and the restrooms and showers were clean, which is why I love France. You can always find a parking spot. I recommend it.

05/01/2026: The setting is splendid and the staff are friendly, which makes the place seem very pleasant at first glance. However, the food is very disappointing: the panini is actually served in a cold baguette, and the tart seems to have been improperly defrosted. It's a shame, because the place deserves much better food.
