18/11/2025: The owner is obnoxious, unprofessional, and unpleasant 🤮 in these comments. Who would explain why not mentioning a missing bottle on the bill would be incomprehensible for a biker (considering the price of Harleys!!)? However, the waitress "offered" digestifs, only to charge us up to €9 for them... left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we won't be going back. However, the food is good.

22/08/2025: A real precious gem. Out for one night in the labyrinth that is Alpe d’Huez, you want to experience something special, but be really comforted rather than shocked. Well presented, plentiful and delicious dishes. Lucky the waitress spoke some English, because our French was quite stretched by the Menu… Ordered a mix of steak and chips, plat du jour (chicken vol-au-vent), pasta, fish and chips and something different, which became my highlight as the mum who cooks at home and could use a break: the tataki de thon, now in my all-time top-2 dishes! Choice of desserts: mix of unusual and mainstream, just what you want for a special night. Welcoming host, the type of human you feel you could be friends with - not to be taken for granted in this day and age. Wish we went back to try the other things on the menu.

24/05/2026: Today, I went to pick up two vegetarian meals, and I thought I was eating rocks. The veggie nuggets were dry and really hard. And the wrap was empty... it's not the first time, it's always like this, and only at the McDonald's in Castelsarrasin. I absolutely do not recommend the vegetarian meals.

17/05/2026: I ordered 280 Original sandwiches at the kiosk. I went to customize the sandwiches to remove the tomatoes, and I confirmed the order, selecting "Pay at the counter" so I could ask the employees to remove them. The manager told me it wasn't possible because the sandwiches were already made and I should have said so beforehand. I couldn't remove them at the kiosk, and he said it was their fault. Having worked there before, I know how it works. So basically, if someone orders a sandwich and wants to remove an ingredient because they have an allergy, and the kiosk doesn't offer that option, they don't care. The worst part is that while I was talking to him, he just walked out. So, in terms of customer service and satisfaction, it's terrible. And on top of that, they claimed the sandwiches were already ready, even though I hadn't even paid and I waited 10 minutes after payment to get my order. Avoid at all costs! I have no choice but to give it one star, but it doesn't even deserve it!!

28/05/2026: There's a maximum of 10 customers in the entire restaurant, and it takes 20 minutes to prepare a cheeseburger. Write "slow dining" instead; it's better.

24/03/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This restaurant is far too expensive for what it offers. The side dishes are minimal, and if you want a second one, the extra charge is outrageous (over €5 for tiny portions). As for the desserts, hygiene is appalling: moldy fruit and an unbearable smell. The service is no better than the food. I saw a brunette waitress with a braid come out of the restroom without washing her hands and then return to serve plates to customers. If you have a strong stomach, go ahead, otherwise, definitely avoid this place. Plus, it's extremely noisy.

17/05/2026: A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru even though the restaurant was almost empty. A McDonald's sandwich with just bread (nothing inside). This is the last time we'll go there. If you're going to eat fast food, I recommend Burger King; better service, faster.

18/05/2026: I ordered a very tough flank steak. I mentioned it to the waitress, who told me that she wasn't in charge of the meat itself, but rather her butcher. They choose him, and he pays a lot. I agree, €23 for a piece of meat that they make chew for two hours. The fries were homemade, not homemade. She said she'd bring me the packet, but I said no, bring me the potato peelings. If it's fresh, we won't be going back. A disappointment.

Your website states that the drive-thru closes at 11:30 PM, yet at 10:50 PM they refused to take my order, claiming that the staff "wanted to clean" and had decided to stop taking orders before closing time. A deadline is a deadline. Customers travel, drive, and make the journey based on the posted hours. If you want to close earlier, then change your hours instead of wasting people's time. Truly unprofessional service.

21/05/2026: Where do I even begin with this hotel? The hotel's decor is okay; it's furnished in a medieval style, giving it a certain cozy, almost romantic feel. The lady at breakfast was friendly and satisfactorily fulfilled our requests. Upon arrival, we had access to a combination lock. Breakfast consists mainly of puff pastry and pretzels. If you want (and speak French), you can also order something from the counter; otherwise, there's fruit, yogurt, jam, and spreads. Unfortunately, I can't say such positive things about the hotel room itself. Sure, it's nicely furnished, and it definitely achieves the look of a medieval room, but the door was already heavy when we walked in, and we couldn't lock it because the cylinder lock was broken. We could only use a chain from the inside to secure the door. Secondly, the light in the bathroom didn't work, and another light above the sink didn't have a switch (or we couldn't find it). Also, the entire hotel room is tiled; you won't find a carpet here. The pictures show a fireplace, which isn't real, which isn't a big deal, but it didn't work either, nor did the heating. We managed to keep warm with blankets from a creaky wardrobe and an air conditioner on the wall set to 30 degrees Celsius. Finally, the cleanliness was a problem: cobwebs and dust were everywhere, including on the ceiling. The toilet was also dirty, with unidentifiable stains, and there were various stains in and around the bed and on the sofa. The table wasn't level and wobbled with every touch. The hotel itself is nicely located in the city center, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, it was okay for one night. We were a couple, but we won't be coming back.

17/05/2026: We ate there during our trip to Alsace, and the food was terrible. The pasta and quiche were awful. The staff wasn't very friendly either. I won't be back.
