18/01/2026: Honestly, I don't recommend this restaurant. The food is incredibly bland and the atmosphere is mediocre 😅. However, I must admit the service was impeccable: the young waitress was so friendly and attentive that she almost managed to bring a smile back to your face and make you want to stay… in this pathetic place. Quite a contrast!

06/12/2025: Friday evening I went to the drive-thru to pick up some food. After a very long wait, we were finally served. The order totaled around 80 euros: 2 buckets, 2 meals, fries, and 3 ice creams. Back home, surprise, surprise, the Kentucky Fried Burger was missing! I should have checked there, because this is the second time something has been missing when I go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. Lesson learned, next time I'll go to Pepe Chicken; it's more expensive, but their orders are complete...

18/01/2026: Hello. Very disappointed with this McDonald's in Flers. For a quick snack, it was difficult to find a clean table; the chairs and sofas were greasy. The floor was dirty. The restrooms are clearly not cleaned daily. We even saw a worker or manager wipe down a table before sitting down with their laptop. There's a good chance we won't be going back. What a shame... Otherwise, the service was fine.

15/01/2026: Great place to charge yourself with coffee and your car with affordable electricity! Very slow coffee delivery for some reason but tasty when it arrived.

15/01/2026: Kebab shop in the heart of the village. Easy parking across the street. Classic cuisine and service for a quick and efficient meal. Small but comfortable dining area.

10/12/2025: I ordered two meals, so logically I should have gotten two stamps on my loyalty card. I paid, but the guy only stamped it once. I told him it should be two stamps, and he replied that it was per transaction, so I had to pay for two separate meals for two stamps... That's the last time, and the guy's welcome was extremely cold.

24/08/2024: Ashamed! A real station hall, 9:30 in the morning two guys slumped on a sofa snoring loudly! A quarter of an hour before placing an order, I ask for a simple coffee (for the modest sum of 3.20 euros!), I am served by a sleepy man who does not seem to know how to smile, his colleague at the bar seems to want just as much to work than for me to go and hang myself.. the concept of the bar is meant to be cool-trendy, but it's just a scam café!

05/08/2024: Large café with plenty of room indoors and on the terrace. Pleasant terrace. Very nice waitress despite a few mistakes (cold coffee when I wanted hot and no water) On the other hand, I find the prices very high for what is offered. €6.80 for a cappuccino is a bit excessive, even in luxurious places it’s not that price… Table football in the bar.

11/12/2025: We arrived after 9 pm following a show at the cathedral. We were greeted with a smile, were able to eat despite the late hour, and had a generous meal for a reasonable price: two Savoyard veal escalopes, two Pessac-Léognan wines, and two coffees for under €50. We'll definitely keep your address in mind for our next trip to Bordeaux.

28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

17/01/2026: We came with a group of friends (5 in total) and had a great time until we left, when we realized we'd been charged an extra €17 for a meal... The cashier refused to give us a breakdown at the time of payment, and now I understand why! Well done for ripping off your customers WITH A SMILE.

09/12/2025: No complaints about the food, it's McDonald's. No complaints about the service, which was quick and very pleasant. However, the kind of loudmouth they call their manager is unbearable. Not only is her voice grating, but yelling at the staff in front of customers should be punished by management. She shouldn't forget that without servers, there's no McDonald's, and without McDonald's, there's no job for her. Calm down and relax, retirement is still a long way off.
