09/04/2026: A pure moment of blissful indulgence centered around chocolate. The candied orange peels were excellent, and the Easter creations were superb—varied and delicious. The service was perfect, and the staff offered excellent advice based on individual preferences for dark, white, and milk chocolate. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, enhancing the pleasure of giving chocolates year-round.

08/04/2026: Very disappointed by the experience, which is not worthy of a great chocolatier. 1- I asked for dark chocolate ganaches, but they didn't have any. Instead, I was offered an assortment of very, very sweet flavor blends that gave the chocolate no chance to shine. 2- I asked for dark chocolate mendiants. When I got home, I found a bar of chocolate with hazelnuts and raisins, haphazardly chopped, as is the trend. €22 for this chocolate bar, which is neither dark chocolate nor, above all, anything resembling mendiants. 3- I also bought some dark chocolate treats, barely good enough to give as gifts, and a large decorated egg that was more pretty than tasty, also drowning in sugar! Over €120 for a very disappointing experience that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. I paid when I took the pretty bag. Perhaps we should focus on the quality of the chocolate itself rather than all the branded accessories, right down to the tape sealing the boxes. At that price, you'd be better off going to a top chocolatier in Paris and enjoying a truly delicious meal.

20/03/2026: What a shame!! St. Patrick's Day!!! We're a group of friends (14 in total) and every year we celebrate St. Patrick's Day!!!! Well, this year it went very badly… we took the trouble to call at the end of February to ask if the pub took reservations… they told us, "Yes, absolutely! And you're right to book in advance," so we made a reservation for 14!!!! We arrived at 7 pm, noticed that the pub was packed, and then… they told us they didn't have any reservations 😳😡 but what's worse, they didn't even try to seat us… as an apology… Frankly, that's not good customer service at all!!! It's a real shame. I don't think we'll be going back….

14/03/2026: As a vegetarian, I ordered a veggie wrap, and of course, it's not the first time I've ended up with chicken and bacon... I'm just disgusted! Once I saw it, there was no compensation, nothing. This shouldn't happen again... But it did. That's it!

14/03/2026: My wife ordered a veggie wrap and received a bacon wrap. Of course, we only noticed after the first bite, even though it was clearly marked with the "veggie" logo. I asked the staff, but there was no manager, and no compensation offered... A disgrace for a vegetarian.

22/03/2026: Everything was fine, but the glasses were dirty. We were able to exchange one, but we received another dirty one. Out of three glasses, none were clean. Order takeout.

21/03/2026: The overall experience is decent, although you should expect a bit of a wait before collecting your order. It's manageable, but you can tell the team is sometimes under pressure. The real downside is the loyalty card scanner: it's often out of order or has a lot of trouble reading the code. This happens quite frequently and ends up slowing everyone down since you have to give your code verbally. Fortunately, the order was complete and the products were piping hot when they arrived. A little more effort on the scanner's maintenance would be really appreciated to streamline the process.

24/03/2026: A very nice place to enjoy a good local beer! However, we've come several times from the Haut-Rhin region and found it closed, even though the establishment appears open on Google...

21/03/2026: While in Gérardmer, we tried Carte Adresse, which was recommended by our hotel. The setting is charming and welcoming. The food is very good, high-quality, and the ingredients are fresh. The only slight drawback is the portion sizes; they're a bit small. The wait for the main courses is a little long.

12/04/2026: Dishonest restaurant - When it says 12 euros and they want to charge you 2 euros per dish extra and before you pay the cook says "14 euros for ravioli?!" it's ugly; customers check your bill.
