17/10/2025: I ate on October 16, 2025 And I was disappointed The homemade fries are cut into matchsticks so cooked that it looks like you're eating chips The homemade fries are cooked in 2 batches and they are made thick They need to be small to cook only once and to go quickly but there is no quality it is better to freeze them. 02/08/2024: Click n collect order... more than 40 minutes of waiting... (in full sun) even though we supposedly have an application that alerts us to our proximity... in commerce it is priority for orders especially since there weren't many people... the customers who went through the drive-thru were served much more quickly! and the cherry my sandwich is cold! This is the 2nd time I've come to this McDonald's and it will be the last! !

30/11/2024: As always since the creation of this McDonald's, I believe that it is the policy of the house, the portions of fries are lousy IN THE DRIVE, it is clearly done on purpose to generate greater margins, I am forced to go out every time from my car, go back to the cash register, and ask them for a REAL large fries, not to mention that depending on the time you go there, the fries are inedible... this evening my son has a medium fries, I have a large one, so look at the mouth of my fries corner... at the price we pay to eat a poor menu you could at least respect that, in the dining room or at the drive-thru... the reality is far from the beautiful advertising spots of our friend Ronald

08/09/2025: I discovered L'Escale by chance about two months ago. I've been stopping by regularly ever since. The place is pleasant, welcoming, and warm, and the service team is friendly, relaxed, and efficient. Everything is in place for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Mia, a seasonal employee of Moldovan nationality, whose kindness, courtesy, and infectious good humor are matched only by the professionalism and competence she demonstrates. All this with a perfect command of the French language. Since the establishment is due to change hands soon, the new owners would be well advised to keep Mia on staff. In any case, I can only highly recommend L'Escale.

12/01/2026: We just ordered takeout from you, and as we started eating, we were quite surprised. We ordered a bacon and goat cheese salad with practically raw bacon (remember, it's pork), a burger ribs, and instead received a Mexican sandwich. We also ordered a Savoyard sandwich, but there was barely any cheese in it. This was our first time ordering from you. One dish not being to our liking is understandable, but three out of three dishes were unacceptable. We are very disappointed.

03/12/2025: This is my second order. The hot sandwiches were hot as advertised, made to order (nothing pre-prepared). The selection is excellent, with a wide variety of options (hot or cold, different sandwich fillings, main dishes, and a large selection of desserts). The staff is polite, professional, and efficient. They accept restaurant vouchers. I highly recommend them.

18/01/2026: A woman, probably the manager nicknamed Yasmina, slammed the door in our faces without a word of politeness. She told us to go to the drive-thru, but once we got there, she said it wasn't possible because they were closed. I guess retail isn't what it used to be... I'm very disappointed with this experience. It doesn't happen like this at other KFCs, so I went to your competitor (McDonald's).

21/01/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been here. I placed my order at the takeaway kiosk. The wait was reasonable, 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was in the dining area. A maximum of 10 customers. I drove home, less than 5 minutes away. And then, a huge disappointment. Cold fries. Cold burgers. Cold wraps too. Great, nothing's changed. Still the same problem. Lack of coordination between the staff when preparing food. I'll go to the competition... it's further away, but at least the food is hot when I eat it at home. I've lived in Ludres for 25 years... long before this McDonald's opened!!! Honestly, it's getting worse and worse over the years!!! And there's no point in telling me you're sorry. That you'll talk to your teams, etc... It doesn't change anything!!! Blah blah, always the same old story! I CONFIRM! BLAH BLAH. I COME BACK A YEAR LATER, after having decided never to come again, and still, cold fries, etc....

18/01/2026: Overall, nothing to complain about, but I'm giving it 2 stars because every time we use the click and collect service in the parking lot, the sauces for the fries are missing. Of course, we ask if they're included and they say, "Yes, yes, they're in there," when they're NOT! Stop saying yes when it's not true.

20/09/2025: The main attraction of this place is its terrace, especially if you manage to find a place on the tables that are on the "wall" side. I went there after reading the PMU Fooding guide but there is nothing PMU (and I have known the area for a long time!) and nothing Fooding. Just a place to drink a good cold beer and enjoy the atmosphere of this paradise on Earth that is Brittany. PS: the waiter shares my opinion on the importance of beer in life.

29/08/2025: It's a great spot on a nice square to sit for a coffee or drink and watch people paas by, but the service is straightforward and inattentive, worse than in Paris.

07/09/2025: Great place, we had a great meal, everything homemade, which is unusual. Thank you for this great time and for the perfect cooking. Good luck to you and thank you again. 2 beers, whole fresh sea bass, 1 daily special, 2 glasses of wine, 2 tiramisu, 2 coffees.

23/08/2025: We ate a great meal, the moules marinière and the homemade fries were super good, and the waiter was super nice, thanks to Philippe who was super nice and had a great chat with us. Open all year round! We'll definitely be back.
