26/08/2026: Hello, I'd like to begin by saying that while I'm not exactly known for my refined tastes, I still expected more from a café called Café Mozart. Beyond the name and the classical music, nothing strikes me as particularly refined. The pastries are either dry or hard, the fillings are as bland as the staff's welcome—no smiles, no conversation, just a stoic, statuesque expression devoid of any attention to detail, and a sadly pervasive silence. In my opinion, the atmosphere is monotonous, bordering on dreary. I wouldn't say I don't recommend the place, as you can have a pleasant time in good company, but from a customer service perspective, I found the place lacking in courtesy and life. Personally, I'll be going elsewhere next time, as I expected a more pleasant, helpful, and welcoming experience. Beyond that, the place is clean, well-frequented and quiet, which remains its best asset.

07/09/2026: I came to McDonald's last night around 11 p.m. with a friend. When we arrived, we saw several customers inside, so we assumed the restaurant was still open. We asked the server, who told us the restaurant was closed and only the drive-thru was open. The manager, Sarah, also confirmed this. So we ordered from the drive-thru. But once we picked up our order, we noticed new customers coming in and being served directly at the counter by the employees. I went to ask the server why, just a few minutes earlier, we had been told the restaurant was closed when other customers were able to order inside. He told me that the manager had authorized those customers to place their orders. I found this situation truly regrettable and unprofessional. I don't understand why some customers can be served inside while others, who arrived at the same time, are directed to the drive-thru. Unfortunately, it gives the impression of unequal treatment between customers. I think the rules should be the same for everyone and that every customer should be treated fairly, regardless of age or appearance. On top of that, they forgot my two fries.

19/09/2026: Hello, My order was ruined today. I paid for a Big Tasty Double with two patties and was very disappointed to find only one patty in the burger when I got home. It's disappointing to make such a mistake with a takeout order. I'm disgusted and disappointed.

15/06/2026: Beautiful setting but disappointing contents. The room is not worth the price! Very small space due to the very steep sloping ceiling. The bathroom was slippery and tilted, so we almost fell. No water available in the room (no glass carafe, bottle, or water bottle), no desk... however, the room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was perfect. The surroundings were quite pleasant. It was impossible to eat on-site as the restaurant was booked for a private event... extremely disappointed. The value for money is absolutely terrible!!! The room isn't worth more than €100/night, if that!
