26/12/2025: What a shame! A very disappointing stop. The €18.50 set menu included potato tart as a starter (definitely not fresh), followed by fish with vegetables: the fish was clearly overcooked, but the vegetables and desserts were good. The dining room was very cold; if the thermometer was working, it read 14°C. With two glasses of wine and a coffee, the bill for two came to €43.10. Far too expensive for a stop that didn't warm us up at all. We could have done without the owner's unpleasant remark when we paid. He only reluctantly detailed the bill at our request.

30/03/2026: Exceptional pastries and macarons. The staff is very friendly, even during peak hours. The Black Forest cake is divine; I loved the raspberry version. The macarons were a little fresh, but delicious, and choosing them with the staff was a real pleasure!

17/03/2026: The products were decent in terms of both price and quality; however, the service was truly appalling. The woman responded curtly when asked if there was room for two, then proceeded to stare at the customers with a vulgar expression. I don't think she understands where her salary comes from.

08/03/2026: My brother, who works there seasonally, introduced me to Le Royal, and I highly recommend it! It's excellent value for money for a restaurant right at the foot of the slopes. I recommend the mountain burger, with the raclette cheese as an extra; the meat is tender and juicy, and the cheese has a great flavor. The service is efficient and very friendly.

06/03/2026: The après-ski is fantastic! The atmosphere is great, and the prices are reasonable for a mountain resort. But most importantly, the DJ will make sure you have a great time 👍

24/03/2026: I never thought I'd leave a negative review because for years they were considered the best in Colmar. A change of ownership and everything's gone downhill, what a shame! It's so sad! We ordered two sandwiches; it wasn't busy, there was plenty of time to make them properly! One sandwich was charged extra, but the extra wasn't included! This can happen when it's very busy, and again, you just need to reread the order form to be sure. As for the second sandwich, it was supposed to be stuffed, but where did the filling go? It's shameful to send out an order with so little filling. You'll have to go back to the old way of doing things because you're going to disappoint many customers. We encourage you to put yourself in the customer's shoes. You should serve the food the way you would like to eat it yourself. We are very disappointed. Good luck.

08/11/2025: Ordered two cups of hot chocolate. They didn’t have enough and they did put more milk to componsate and the taste was very bad. I explained them but I saw they don’t care at all. They didn’t have intention to fix the problem. So I gave the drinks back and went away. I don’t recommend.

12/03/2026: Extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken kebab. It was dry and overcooked. We didn't eat the kebab or the wrap for fear of food poisoning. I've been coming here for several years without any problems. But I'll never set foot in this place again. I hope the owner sees my review and tells his staff that they serve the kebab meat directly from the spit. 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴

30/03/2026: Visited during the night of Sunday to Monday the 30th. The sandwiches were of poor quality; the steak in the 280 had easily been in the meat tray for two hours. Frankly, at the price we pay, it's a disgrace.

27/03/2026: The service was great, unfortunately I ordered a double cheeseburger and a Big Mac, the double cheeseburger turned out to be just a cheeseburger and it was cold.

21/03/2026: Perfect welcome! I especially loved Matheo and Maelyn, who are incredibly friendly and really made my day. The bagel was excellent and perfectly prepared.

03/03/2026: A very good experience at Bagelstei. The bagels are very good and there's a good selection. The products are fresh and generously filled. Special mention for the cookies, which are absolutely delicious.
