01/11/2025: Ordering and being served half an hour later is honestly shameful for a fast-food restaurant because they actually place small orders before ours, which is not normal. It's the first time we've waited so long for a McDonald's, especially since there was almost no one there.

18/10/2025: Employee found today (the heavyset gentleman or lady) condescending!!! The young woman with him was more friendly. Told me in a curt tone that the upstairs was closed and that the staff didn't come up, as if I knew. Also told me in a condescending tone to go get ketchup at the register when I asked. I think there's a more polite way to say things instead of acting like a diva who has a tough go at customers. Disgusting. Rude. Contemptuous. Tables not clean. Very bad experience!!!

09/12/2025: It's time we spoke frankly! Let's be factual: - Every time we order in-store, nothing is ever missing. - Strangely enough, with EVERY Uber Eats order, something is missing. They know perfectly well that few people will make the trip to pick up what they "forgot" to include in the delivery! Pretty crazy, right? A coincidence? Or a deliberate attempt to rip off the customer? Excuse me, but we're fed up with having to make the trip every time to get what's owed to us! It's a disgrace. So, we'll go to Burger King from now on. You win.

02/02/2026: I ordered a box of 20 nuggets for myself and my friends for €13.10. After waiting 25 minutes, I decided to go to the counter to collect my order. The guy at the counter told me the order had been given to me by one of his colleagues and that he had checked it on the security cameras. I asked him if I could be seen on the camera, and he said no. The worst part is that when I told him I wanted a refund, he said no because the order had already been given to me. So I ended up hungry after paying €13.10 on a Monday at lunchtime. As a student, this is just not classy for McDonald's, which is just playing its part as second only to Burger King.

16/11/2024: At the moment they are making veggie nuggets which are great, except that at the first bite I see the inside of the nuggets very white, plus I told a friend to take chicken nuggets to compare (because I'm always afraid that 'they are wrong), and the two are the same, so I had to spit out what I had in my mouth. And I'm going to tell them that they were wrong, I've already been told on your set it was written vegge? Yes except that they are the same as my friend who has chicken, so the manager tells the girl to exchange them for me and actually when I had the other nuggets, the veggie nugget is not at all the same inside more yellowish than chicken. It's crazy that they make veggie and are wrong, I find that unacceptable because if I hadn't been careful I would have eaten chicken 🤬😡😡😡😡😡. The person who is allergic ends up in the hospital because of incompetence. They have some change that I'm not the type to take, because I should have pretended to have an allergic reaction and said that I was going to file a complaint. My story could have been very dangerous if I had been allergic to chicken.

18/01/2026: Great place!!! Pleasantly surprised by the pizzas (really good)... Affordable prices... I recommend it. Not very big inside, but you can dance to the music of artists who aren't well-known! Really not bad at all!!!

27/11/2025: What a bunch of incompetents! They forget things, we call three weeks later, they send us vouchers to apologize, we place our order, and they don't even give us what we got with the vouchers! Completely incompetent, shove it where the sun don't shine!

28/06/2025: 1.5 hours between ordering and delivery. Impossible to reach the pizzeria. An inedible Creole pizza that was so spicy. Honestly, a very disappointing order. We're not likely to repeat it.

30/05/2025: Ordered 5 pizzas. Three of them didn't match. I returned them, waited 20 minutes to get the 3 pizzas I'd originally ordered, and there was no goodwill! The service is leaving more and more to be desired these days...

04/01/2026: Don’t bother. Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the response; the level of attention shown in writing was notably better than the treatment we received upon arrival. From the outset, we were met with a scowl from the gentleman at the bar, followed by an audible groan from the woman behind it. This immediately made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the games displayed publicly at the side of the bar were described in your response as having been “touched.” My son simply asked what the game was and how it was played. Your abrupt instruction of “do not touch that” was delivered sharply and reinforced the feeling that we were not welcome. As a result of this experience, we chose to leave. So once again, to echo your sentiment: “don’t bother.”

08/10/2025: Disastrous Uber order!! I've never seen such rude staff who show disrespect by hanging up on the phone while you're talking to them. The food is horrible, it arrives cold. Worst chicken spot in France, boycott it!!!! Learn to be salesy, since it's your job.

03/12/2025: Extremely unpleasant, unfriendly, and unsmiling staff. Worst Subway experience ever. Avoid at all costs. I unfortunately can't give it zero stars.

29/11/2025: I don't know the other Subway locations, but here the staff is efficient, fast, and friendly. I imagine the food is the same everywhere in Subway, so no surprises there. But I love making my own sandwich... Really good.

10/07/2025: I was a little hungry, so I ordered through the drive-thru because apparently the registers were already closed. After a long line, I placed my order. A double cheese sandwich, a potato wedge, and a McDonald's toastie. What a surprise when I got home to find that instead of my double cheese sandwich, they served me a Chicken McNugget. Even though I didn't eat the nuggets. So, I can't return the order because the restaurant is closed. What a waste, I wish I had ordered from another restaurant.

07/07/2025: This McDonald's is a disaster. The drive-thru wait time is mind-boggling. The word "fast" is in the French word "fast." The three times I've been to this McDonald's, I've always waited over 30 minutes, and it wasn't necessarily crowded. The first time, they forgot my sandwich; the second time, they hadn't properly sealed the drink lids, so everything spilled into the bag. When I got out of my car, everything fell to the ground, and nothing could be saved. The last time, which was tonight, for a meal, I waited exactly 44 minutes. When I got home, everything was cold (I live 5 minutes from McDonald's). The drink lid wasn't properly sealed, so there was a little drink on my potatoes, which, incidentally, were halfway mixed with fries. Paying 10.30 euros for such service is very frustrating. It's a shame for this McDonald's image. In the end, I won't go back.

06/02/2026: Very bad service, the machines don't work, you place your order and they don't give you a receipt, you ask for help to solve the problem and they ignore you, the cashier speaks Spanish but prefers to be rude and speak in French, bad manners, the young guy who serves directly ignores you.

06/02/2026: Absolutely terrible experience. The food was disgusting. We ordered two cheeseburgers and coffee — and honestly, I regret it. The coffee tasted burnt and stale, like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Completely undrinkable. As for the burgers… they looked and tasted like someone had literally sat on them. Flat, messy, and cold. No care, no quality, no respect for customers. This was supposed to be fast food, not bad food. Never coming back.

21/01/2026: I just tried 5 self-service kiosks... All closed. As usual... Bye bye McDonald's. They told me to take an available kiosk... There weren't any. First of all, we don't pay for the service... We have to wait for a free kiosk to become available. Meanwhile, it's quiet in the kitchen. Maybe you'd like me to do your job. So I went downstairs to get a hamburger at Smash Up. It's good, cheap, friendly, and clean. There's even a complete meal deal for 10 euros with a movie ticket. Getting back to McDonald's... They're putting the kiosks out of service. Why? To limit the influx of customer orders. The boss will be thrilled. 😉

09/01/2026: A disastrous meal! The fries were cold and soggy. The Sprite was tasteless. 100% sparkling water! Thankfully, they agreed to change my drink. The waitress didn't even say hello. Avoid going there.
