01/05/2026: Well, I agree with the other reviews that the restaurant isn't very clean, the staff seems jaded, and the prices are outrageous. I asked for extra dressing for the salad, which cost €3.75 for a six-leaf portion, and I felt like I was about to bankrupt McDonald's. I'd much rather go to Burger King; it's frankly a rip-off.

27/06/2025: A very bad experience after three months of coming every Thursday and Friday during my night shift to get a coffee and a pain au chocolat. After my payment was refused, he wished me a good day when I politely asked if I could come back the next day to give him the missing €4. Knowing the coffee will end up in the bin, I find this disappointing and unprofessional…disappointed

21/05/2026: I ordered takeout. I don't usually count the number of nuggets in boxes of 20, but tonight I did… and there were only 19. It might be a mistake, but I find it really disappointing. Especially since I get one every time I go, and I order from McDonald's several times a month… so naturally, it makes you wonder how many nuggets I've been missing in total over time. Furthermore, we ordered a sundae and a milkshake, which were prepared right from the start of the order. However, the entire preparation took about 15 minutes. As a result, the whipped cream on the milkshake had already melted, and the sundae was partially melted when we picked up the order. And since I live in Montlhéry, which is only a 2-minute drive away, it's clearly not the drive that caused this. I come to this McDonald's often and I almost never complain, but this time I wanted to share my experience. Like the time I waited over 35 minutes... for a fast-food restaurant, that's pretty outrageous. Until now I hadn't said anything, but after a series of these situations, it's becoming frustrating.

11/06/2026: Hello, I just had a meal with my daughter. What a disaster! The kids' menu fries were barely warm. But the worst part was the disgusting nuggets—horribly coated in breading that fell off. They were served cold, and even with the coating removed, the chicken was still tough around the edges. It smelled like the nuggets had been refried to save money! It's a disgrace. You can redo the decor all you want, but the food is still just as bad. You should be offering fresh, hot products all day long; it's your job, you're open all day. It's barely 2 PM and you're already reheating your nuggets. Anyway, I'm fed up. I'm going to the Chicken Chicken place across the street; at least it's hot and fresh. Sincerely.

15/05/2026: A proper coffee house, Lavazza made well. Water brought with the espresso by a very good waitress. The camomile tea was good too.
