26/03/2026: We used to love going there because the bartender was a good cocktail maker and the baby squid served as an appetizer was delicious. But unfortunately, the staff has changed, and where are the guidelines? The baby squid are still the same price, but the portion size has dropped significantly! The cocktails aren't well-made and come with a ton of ice to save money!!! If you're going to offer cocktails, please hire or train someone!! The atmosphere... there isn't! Young people who don't care and just go through the motions, without any warmth, just going through the motions while waiting for the end of the day. And the prices... expensive for lower quality and nothing in the glass!!! Always more profit. I won't be going back!!!

03/05/2026: Very disappointed… I waited an hour only to be left unserved and have to ask for a refund. The counter employee was arrogant and rude, refusing to help by saying she was on break without informing anyone else. Several other customers made mistakes with their orders, and the manager justified it by saying they were new customers… Unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

02/05/2026: We came to this restaurant for the first time, drawn by their new Tasty Crousty dish. The service was rather slow, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Perhaps everything is prepared at the last minute. We weren't disappointed with the dish, which was generous, hot, and very tasty. A minor complaint about the drinks, which weren't very cold.

14/03/2026: A few years ago, while traveling from Alsace to the Landes region, I booked a room at "La Coloniale" bed and breakfast. I arrived around 5 p.m. on a Sunday evening in mid-October. The weather was rainy, dark, and gloomy, and there was no one at reception. I called the mobile number I had and reached someone who I was clearly bothering. The gentleman was invited to a friend's house for drinks. Barely polite, he questioned my reservation date. He did, however, explain how to access a room (Prune) which wasn't the one I had booked (Perle). There was no one to suggest a restaurant for dinner, so no dinner. The next morning, still no host, I dealt with a housekeeper, who was quite pleasant, for breakfast and to settle the bill for my stay. Conclusion: disappointed by this reception which lacked the most basic respect, this is not an address I recommend.

07/06/2026: Drive-thru; forgot sauces and cutlery, flat Fanta. One hamburger without cheese even though I didn't ask for it, a toy instead of a book, and to top it all off, a hamburger without the bottom bun.

07/06/2026: I don't know where McDonald's profits go, but it's definitely not into equipment. The ice machine was broken, the ice cube machine was broken, and there wasn't enough gas in the soda machine, so the drinks weren't cold and were bland. They no longer had mustard sauce, and they stopped offering the cheddar potatoes, even though I see how much they cost. McDonald's has been a disappointment for some time now, but this is too much. 22/05/2026: We arrived around 4 pm and ordered iced tea, which was at room temperature. In that case, you can't call it iced tea.

20/05/2026: The ham and cheese sandwich was tasteless, neither the cheese nor the ham was good. Cerea's is more expensive but much better.

31/05/2026: Hello, what a disaster… An error with the drive-thru order, that's a great start… They forgot a burger and a sauce in the order. Mistakes happen, but I had to go and get the two missing items myself. The server didn't even apologize or offer any compensation. Please double-check your orders, especially since this wasn't the first time for us.

31/05/2026: Hello, What a disaster… A mistake taking the drive-thru order, that's a great start… and then, after being served, The burger from the menu and a sauce were missing 🤡 Making mistakes? It happens, but my partner had to go back inside to get both items. The waitress didn't even apologize or offer any compensation. Isn't that just common sense????? Especially since this isn't the first time, obviously.

06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

09/06/2026: 3:42 PM, restaurant almost empty; sticky floor, uncleaned tables, and staff with time to chat amongst themselves instead of doing what's necessary to prepare the restaurant to welcome customers...

02/06/2026: We ordered our order via drive-through at 11:30 AM. There were very few people, almost no one (only one car). We had to wait 25 minutes to receive our order. It wasn't even busy since there was hardly anyone there! This isn't the first time the wait has been this long, regardless of the time we come.
