26/01/2026: For a drive-thru, I had to go back and bang on the window several times because items were missing. I waited in the parking lot for ages. As a result, the kids ate cold food, and there was another sandwich missing that I didn't even notice. In short, the staff was overwhelmed and completely incompetent. Avoid this restaurant! Luckily, we have other options nearby because McDonald's is over for us.

08/12/2025: Order placed at 2:10 AM, it's 3:12 AM and still nothing. My order is going to be very cold. Is he jerking off in the kitchen or what?

08/12/2025: I went through the drive-thru and waited over five minutes even though there was no one there. Then another person came to the other bay and they took their order. I asked for an explanation, and they told me they didn't know and that they were understaffed, but that's not my problem. Another person arrived with a hairnet over their head and looked down on me. I tried to stay calm, but frankly, the service was nonexistent.

01/02/2026: We ordered sandwiches and soft drinks so we could have some dinner while we waited for the final show. The sandwiches were delicious. My only suggestion is that they should put heaters on the terrace, as the inside was packed for December 1st.

21/12/2025: Self-service spot. Not crowded. They even had salads with edamame and vegan options clearly marked. The Disney sandwich with vegetables and cheese was delicious, and the celebration cookie with raspberry, white chocolate, and macadamia nuts was a highlight. I paid €16 for the sandwich, cookie, and a large Diet Coke. The sandwich was really big. Sure, it's still expensive, but that's Disneyland for you, and the value for money is very good for this place.

16/10/2025: Total reconciliation with the kebab! 🥙 Fresh, crispy and piping hot bread, tasty meat, not greasy or too dry — just perfect. The flavors are top notch, everything is well balanced. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've eaten something this good! 🔥👏

23/01/2026: I am very disappointed with the McDonald's in Mazamet because it's not the first time we've ordered, and unfortunately, there are always oversights or things aren't what we ordered. Today we placed an order, and one of my children didn't get their drink from the Happy Meal meal. For us adults, it was a disaster! We ordered two double filo pastry meals and only got a single one. Furthermore, we wanted a large and only got a regular! And all this for €42! Do you think it's normal to charge such a sum without getting what we ordered? It's unacceptable! McDonald's Mazamet, you won't be seeing us again!

13/01/2026: Wow! It's been ages since I set foot in that McDonald's, and I have no regrets when I see the reviews. The response from whoever replies to the reviews is unbelievable; I've never seen anything like it! You question customer complaints and often respond with derision, even though the overall rating for your establishment is appalling! Your responses seem to reflect the way this McDonald's operates. So, dear customers, if you see that despite your reviews (which are clearly based on recurring problems) nothing changes, you can contact McDonald's France customer service or the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations). A word to the wise.

10/12/2025: We arrived at 7 PM with my girlfriend and three children. We placed our order at the kiosk and asked for it in person. The order arrived 20 minutes later, but two portions of four nuggets were missing, which were supposed to arrive later along with a fish. A toy was missing from one Happy Meal, and there was no box. As of 7:40 PM, there's still no sign of the missing items. The children are getting impatient, and the staff tells us they'll arrive while serving other customers who arrived after us.

08/12/2025: Increasingly disappointed with this establishment. The hamburgers are poorly made, rushed, and completely unappetizing! There's always something missing. Drinks leak onto the menu. The fries and hamburgers are freezing cold; you wonder how long they've been prepared. It's pathetic! The drive-thru staff are incompetent and don't understand anything!

22/11/2025: Disastrous order, a ridiculously small portion of fries. Two cold burgers in a stale, far too thick bun. For the price paid, it's a disgrace.

16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

30/01/2026: Waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru at 3 PM for a cheeseburger and a wrap is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

28/01/2026: Extremely long wait times, constant forgetting of ordered products. Request for a goodwill gesture was rudely refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

11/12/2025: I come here from time to time to get cookies because I love them. However, I come less and less often because they're not the same quality as before. They dry out very quickly.

12/12/2024: When you are thirsty but no one serves you. A quarter of an hour wait just for the right to sit down. Result for you: loss of money, loss of customers (you would no longer see me), a one-star review, bad advertising and degraded image. As I hadn't been served, I went to the toilet to drink some water. Next time I'm thirsty I'll go and drink water at home, I also have toilets.
