03/02/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!! They made us wait 20 minutes after we ordered, and strangely enough, after another 20 minutes, they told us they were out of the dishes we wanted. So, after 10 minutes, we asked for another dish. We went to see them, and they told us they were out of that one too. To be honest, the quality is terrible, their product is terrible, and their service is terrible, but the prices are higher than other kebab shops. Honestly, shame on you. I've told everyone I know not to go there anymore. (Managers, if you're not happy or if you disagree with me, believe me, I'm ready to come there and tell you things to your face, while filming you, of course.)

27/11/2025: Nothing to say except that it's excellent and very filling. An open kitchen where you can see everything the staff are doing. An impressive wood-fired rotating oven. The managers are fantastic and always smiling (special mention to the boss ❤️❤️). If you want to eat a good pizza 🍕, you can go there without hesitation... I highly recommend it!

25/03/2026: Extremely sour and unprofessional. They deliberately make mistakes. I ordered hazelnut popsicles and a waitress named Sarah said, "We give them chocolate-hazelnut." Another day, I went through the drive-thru and a waitress deliberately made a mistake because I told her that wasn't what I ordered, and she acted like she understood, which she didn't. I had to go inside to change it, and don't even get me started on the person who was supposed to change my order; it was like I was bothering her.

07/02/2026: A very good restaurant for lunch, offering homemade hot dishes. The service is quick and the staff are very friendly. However, if you want to eat in, it's a bit cold in winter because the door is always wide open.

30/01/2026: Excellent experience! The food was truly delicious, carefully prepared, and full of flavor. The menu is very comprehensive, including a drink and dessert, which is rare at this price in Paris. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is warm. Very good value for money, ideal for eating well without breaking the bank. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be back!

15/03/2026: The reception at the counter was appalling! If you're going to be bothered like this, then you shouldn't work here. The girls were haughty and barely answered questions. It was impossible to order online and impossible to use the loyalty card or discounts because the scanner on the till was out of order (too difficult to do manually). They didn't ask for the payment method (it automatically went to card) and ended up throwing the bag on the counter. This staff has no business interacting with customers. I won't be going back! 😡😡😡😡

15/01/2026: J'ai récemment visité La P'tite Ardoise avec un groupe de 6 personnes. Malheureusement, notre expérience a été entachée par un incident particulier et le comportement du serveur, ce qui nous a poussés à prendre la décision de partir. Lorsque nous nous sommes installés à notre table, j'ai placé ma trottinette électrique sur le côté pour des raisons pratiques. Cependant, le serveur a malheureusement trébuché sur celle-ci, ce qui a provoqué un malaise. Au lieu de s'excuser ou de prendre la responsabilité de l'incident, le serveur a réagi de manière peu professionnelle en me forçant à déplacer ma trottinette ailleurs. En tant que client, je m'attendais à une certaine compréhension et courtoisie de la part du personnel du restaurant. Cependant, le comportement du serveur a créé une atmosphère inconfortable et a donné l'impression que j'étais le seul responsable de l'incident, alors qu'il aurait dû être plus prudent lors de ses déplacements. Face à cette situation, notre groupe a pris la décision de quitter le restaurant. Nous étions déçus de la façon dont l'incident a été géré et du manque de professionnalisme du personnel. En tant que client, j'estime qu'il est essentiel de se sentir respecté et bien accueilli dans un établissement, et malheureusement, cette expérience ne répondait pas à ces attentes. J'espère sincèrement que cette critique permettra au restaurant de prendre conscience de cet incident et d'améliorer son service à l'avenir. Je conseille à l'établissement d'adopter une approche plus attentionnée envers ses clients et de veiller à ce que les incidents soient gérés de manière professionnelle et respectueuse.

15/11/2025: Passing through Gueugon, my son and I wanted to grab lunch before heading home. We stopped at this lovely kebab shop! The staff are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a pleasant meal. I highly recommend it. See you soon and greetings from the 03 :)

23/03/2026: The worst McDonald's I've ever seen. It was filthy, especially the restrooms at 9:30 a.m. with unacceptable stains. The staff was extremely cold and unpleasant: when I ordered a coffee, the cashier sighed and responded curtly when I asked if the drinks were the same as at the self-service kiosk. It's appalling to have this kind of behavior towards customers. Very disappointing.

21/03/2026: I went through the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the overall atmosphere. As for the two drinks I ordered: one Coke had more water than Coke... and the other was just water! The sandwich was tasteless and squashed, clearly made a while ago, the fries were bland, and they didn't even offer any sauce, so there was no ketchup or anything else in the bag. I strongly advise against this McDonald's, which mainly uses its location to boost its profits; otherwise, everything else is practically nonexistent.

17/02/2026: €12 for a plate with a slice of escalope, fries, and a small, not-even-good salad! And a small bacon burger that doesn't even contain bacon for €10 as part of a meal deal.

17/12/2025: Ordered and received a very cold pizza, it was like they came straight from the fridge.

07/12/2025: Way too noisy for my liking. The service was slow and you really get the feeling you're bothering them! There was absolutely no motivation in the staff, and on top of that, my food was cold!

28/11/2025: I ordered a MaceXtreme meal. I'll let you judge for yourselves based on the picture on the kiosk and the picture of my burger. I went to the counter and they told me that nothing was missing and that it was exactly the same. And I paid €14 for that!!!

20/03/2026: My friend was sick all night after eating the trio of fish. Despite the staff's friendliness, the meal was very disappointing. I myself ordered a blanquette which wasn't good. It's a shame, but we won't be returning.

22/03/2026: I'll say it again: the people who work at McDonald's don't want to be there, and the customers suffer. I went to this McDonald's near my house. A 15-minute wait for two Happy Meals ordered before noon. There were only three of us in the restaurant. I've seen faster fast food places, but anyway, moving on. Back to the employees. A three-year-old girl accidentally spilled her father's drink just as two McDonald's servers were taking out the trays. The servers' reaction: they looked at each other, turned their backs, and quickly went back behind their counter. No cleaning, no alternative drinks offered to the family, NOTHING! The service is simply deplorable! What are your hiring criteria? What are the instructions given to staff in these situations? Nothing? The family moved to another table, but the drink was left there, dripping onto the table and the floor. No one there could have cared less. Bravo! All prices are increasing, but for the rest, it's a freefall!

20/03/2026: Relatively satisfied, but often problems with Click & Collect. Luckily the staff are friendly enough to compensate for this issue.
