17/05/2026: New experience. And another disaster. Order placed at the kiosk. 45 minutes later. Order still not served. In fact, the order somehow slipped through the cracks. Not an apology. Nothing changes! That's just great.

21/09/2026: We'll forget about table service, as is often the case in this McDonald's.

20/09/2026: It's complete chaos at this McDonald's! The table service hasn't been working for at least three months... The result: 1 - Orders are difficult to complete at the kiosks 2 - Chaos outside the kitchen where a crew member is shouting out order numbers 3 - Longer wait times and stress 4 - Cold food, of course McDonald's France headquarters really needs to realize that someone is systematically sabotaging their brand image and one of their restaurants located in the heart of Paris. 5 - I'm never going back.

30/07/2026: There are several things that are completely wrong. First, there's no set menu; you have to order everything separately, which significantly increases the price compared to other similar establishments. Then, and this is what shocked me the most, is the price of the drinks: €3 for a 25cl can of soda (TWENTY-FIVE!), can you believe it? That's €12 for a liter of Coke, can you believe it? There are other things, like the fries not being salted, the fact that you can't choose your sauce with the fries, or the fact that they explicitly ask for a tip (it's the first time I've ever seen that) when you pay, even though it's already way too expensive for what it is. In short, there are far too many things that are wrong. The only positive points are: the burger, which is good; the relatively fast service; and the opening mechanism for the burger box (yes, I'm really stretching to find any redeeming qualities). Do better for consumers, and you'll gentrify the concept of burgers and fast food.

28/07/2026: Very fast service, homemade fries, and cocktail sauce too. Excellent burger and fresh ingredients. Very pleasant staff. I recommend it!

11/09/2026: You place a €70 order (for 4 people) at the drive-thru. They bring you the bag, but three-quarters of the items are missing. You go into McDonald's, and the manager says, "Yes, we saw that some things were missing." But he lets the order go, even though a lot of things are missing.

11/09/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer, the one in Sallanches surprised me considerably with its cleanliness and speed. Thank you, McDonald's!

14/04/2026: You should be carefully going there, they don't accept big groups. It's better to go in 2-3 people.

28/08/2026: A friendly and professional team. The establishment is clean. I check because I pay attention to cleanliness. The meal cost less than 12 euros and the portions were sufficient.

14/08/2026: Small restaurant in the Leclerc shopping center, excellent service, friendly staff, spotless, nothing to complain about, same for the restrooms. I recommend it, it was my first time in this city.

23/05/2026: So, how to put it? It was very good, the chicken was a little dry, but that's normal; it's not always easy to keep it from being dry. The problem is that I was sick for the next three days, so I don't know if it was from the chicken; it's not impossible. Since it was good but I might have been sick because of it, I'm not giving it a perfect score.

17/05/2026: This is the second time I've ordered the free-range chickens, and frankly, they're absolutely excellent! Perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, tender, and flavorful. The potatoes are just as good: perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and with a fantastic taste. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise. I'll definitely be back!

14/08/2026: After several orders, the bartenders took it upon themselves to round up the prices. A bill of €38.50 became €40, and this happened on several rounds. It's no longer a simple rounding up; it's charging customers money they shouldn't owe. And when we asked for an explanation, we were given unconvincing, even downright flimsy, justifications instead of simply acknowledging the problem. I find this practice dishonest and unacceptable, especially when it's repeated. It's a real shame because the bar is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant, but systematically taking a few extra euros from customers and then trying to justify it with dubious arguments completely ruins the experience and erodes trust in the establishment.

11/08/2026: 30 minutes to get a simple beer at the bar, awful music blasting, drunk customers walking all over us. Zero.

12/08/2026: Quality and quantity are both present, with attentive staff.

04/08/2026: Invited by a friend to this lovely restaurant. The upstairs area was a bit dark. I had a very generous salad. Not many people, but that's Paris in August.

01/09/2026: I come here quite often, being a neighbor and a night owl. The service is always very professional and friendly. I often recognize the same people who work here very late and are always smiling. Respect these people who work here and stop your inappropriate comments. Well done to the whole team at this McDonald's! 👍

28/08/2026: The wait for two drinks was a bit long, even though they'd been ready for a while. The restroom system needs improvement. You have to ask for a token. The problem is, the token went in, but the door never opened. When I tried to report the problem, the employee didn't listen and told me to go upstairs, where the system is the same.

04/09/2026: La Jolie Cabane tea room in Orchies is a real gem. We had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The delicious drinks and pastries are presented so charmingly that it's hard to break the spell. Whether with family or for a romantic moment for two, it's an absolute must-try. Thank you so much.

05/08/2026: We went to the shop for lunch one day. We had a wonderful meal! The dishes were delicious, not to mention the desserts!! I really like the atmosphere and the shop is very nice.

07/09/2026: As a regular McDonald's customer worldwide, I am very disappointed. It's a consistent problem: the fries are hard and clearly not fresh. They look like they've been cooked since the morning. For example, this past Friday, September 4th, 2026, I ordered takeout and didn't check the fries because I trusted you. My daughter couldn't eat anything; the fries were rock hard, inedible. Out of all my orders, I've only had fresh fries three times. It's a real shame to ruin the rest of the meal for this. I hope you will make an effort on this issue. I spoke to the manager today, and his response was, "That's just how fries are at McDonald's in France," but I've eaten at several McDonald's restaurants in France, and it's never like that. It's only here in Pontarlier that I have this problem.

18/05/2026: Small bar with a nice decor. A minor drawback, though, was the cocktail: a gin and basil that had been recommended to me, but which, for me, lacked sufficient flavor and balance.

03/08/2026: A nice little park for children with several activities available (mini-golf, tennis, a small lake with a water course, etc.). There are also places to eat on site offering basic meals.

22/07/2026: A very pleasant place to meet up with family or friends for a relaxing time. The mini-golf course is very well maintained for a fun time. There's also a children's play area that's easy to supervise. Free parking.
