Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter such a kind, smiling, and incredibly helpful employee. He was attentive from beginning to end, always with a touch of humor and a genuinely positive energy that immediately puts you at ease. He even offered me piping hot fries, just the way I like them, and when I asked for unlimited ketchup, he responded with exemplary generosity and understanding. It's clear that he loves his job and strives to please his customers. A truly versatile and top-notch employee, professional and personable. Thank you, Loïc, for this pleasant experience. We wish every restaurant in the world had employees like you! 🌍

09/12/2025: The toilets are filthy, and the iced coffees are served with ice cubes??? Ice cubes are supposed to be blended. We tried to explain this to the manager, but she insulted us. I think the place needs an inspection by the health department. Furthermore, I later learned that a customer saw cockroaches.

05/09/2024: Ordered a Mcchicken menu, the burger without the same sauce for the little wrap, fries half filled I left and asked them to fill it up, it bothered them it looked bad, they paid with slingshots, the tables were not cleaned, You shouldn't come to work if it's for nothing, this McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

04/09/2024: 2 passes and 2 times on the verge of food poisoning... Once it happens, but twice??? My son had a brief trip to the emergency room following the latest indigestion. Perhaps urgently review your health rules? Never again.

02/09/2024: I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal. I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon. It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you. I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them. If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?

11/12/2025: Worst McDonald's in Strasbourg. The staff are incredibly unfriendly and always annoyed as soon as you ask for anything. The fries are always cold and consistently worse than at other nearby McDonald's. When you simply ask them not to put something in your burger, they put it in anyway, and if you tell them, they don't care, you just get turned away. And on top of all that, it's always dirty.

10/12/2025: Shocked!!! I ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, the box was empty, 10 bland pieces of potato – I've never experienced that before! I paid for a Coke with extra tax, and I received watered-down Coke! Considering the price, you're better off going to the corner store!

17/01/2026: The waitress turned abruptly to prepare my drink and cake before I'd even finished ordering. So, I added another cake, and she got annoyed, saying I hadn't ordered everything at once. Even though she was the one who didn't wait for me to finish before leaving to do something else, and then she had the nerve to criticize the customer for it. Then, with the customer behind me, she smiled and politely explained all the plant-based milk options one by one to take the order. She was clearly a racist employee. And finally, she placed the last cake I ordered on a paper napkin.

16/12/2025: A truly exceptional welcome from Ael, so kind and attentive :) He kindly suggested I download your points app, which I did. He also gave me a cardboard strip for the coffee, "so you don't burn your hands," very sweet :) As always, excellent coffee and my favorite cinnamon roll 😋 I highly recommend it :)

08/01/2026: Progress has been made in terms of customer service: smiling and professional staff, hair tied back (I mention this because once a saleswoman had long, loose hair that kept dragging on the food when she bent down to grab something from the display case). Well done on the improvement!

27/12/2025: Cold fries, and here's my burger… It's getting worse and worse, and it's like this in every McDonald's. There's definitely a problem that needs fixing! What are the managers doing?

24/12/2025: A quick and efficient break at McDonald's. The organization is smooth, ordering is simple, and the service is generally fast, even when it's busy. The food is consistent and well-prepared, guaranteeing a predictable experience. The spaces are functional and suitable for a quick bite or a short break. A practical and reliable option when looking for a fast and affordable meal.

27/01/2026: Truly deplorable. When placing an Uber Eats order, an unavailable item was replaced without our consent, even though standard procedure is to contact the customer before making any changes. Worse still, the replacement was a cheaper item, with no clear adjustment or explanation. No call, no message, no options offered: just an imposed change. Having worked at McDonald's, I know this isn't how things should be done. It's unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer.

26/01/2026: A McDonald's that's always packed, not because of its popularity but because of its slow service. If that were all, forgetfulness is commonplace, and the item you paid for is almost always replaced with a cheaper equivalent or one with fewer options. To top it all off, the food is often cold even after you pick it up at the counter... They say one McDonald's is as good as another, but this one is worth less.

02/12/2025: The 3-meat tacos were excellent, no complaints there. However, the only downside was having to pay an extra €5 for fries and a drink; I find that a bit pricey.

29/11/2025: Worst kebab of my life. €13 for a set menu, the manager doesn't even lift a finger to serve, and the sandwiches have no meat at all. Avoid this place!

03/01/2026: Not my first time there. It's a lifesaver when you need it. However, the bar's heating being broken, with a refusal to repair it and forcing employees to work in such cold conditions while dealing with customers who are no warmer than they are...it's outrageous. Especially when it's -4°C outside. The bartender was more than competent and pleasant with us, which is what makes up for the overall rating.

26/11/2025: Having stayed here before, I didn't have bad memories of this hotel. But on my next visit, the service has deteriorated. Before, you could ask for a meal to be reheated, but now, under the pretext that the cook refuses, even if you book a room but don't eat in the restaurant, they refuse. I call that high-pressure sales tactics. Especially since this wasn't the case before. I don't think their strategy is sound; they'd rather lose a customer permanently than provide this service. Beyond the decline in housekeeping, I found hair (not mine) in the bathroom, as well as crumbs on the desk, and the bottom of the trash can (which wasn't linerd) was in a deplorable state of filth.

24/01/2026: A McDonald's with a leak; they really should get a hygiene and kitchen inspection because it needs improvement, not to mention the drive-thru where they forget half the order.

20/01/2026: Increasingly slow, 30 minutes to pick up an order at the Drive-Thru… Really disappointed!
