16/04/2026: Because we can't give zero stars. - Many mistakes during delivery to the table. - The Sunday Affogato didn't include coffee. - The Happy Meal arrived with tomatoes when we ordered apples. And the explanation was very unsatisfactory: we could select fries and apples at the kiosk. But not according to them.

02/04/2026: A 45-minute wait today for two buckets of five-piece chicken... the restaurant was only half full, but the staff seemed overwhelmed. When I asked after a 30-minute wait, I was told that other people had ordered before me and that I had to wait. Nice for a "fast" food place.

24/03/2026: A very bad experience at the drive-thru this Friday, October 31, 2025, at 10:58 PM. We took orders for two cars ahead of us, and when our turn came, we were told, "We're closed, we're not serving anymore" (even though we were the last vehicle in the drive-thru). Simply unacceptable. Mr. Sauveur, you can contact me personally to discuss this.

23/03/2026: I came for lunch on March 23rd and was very happy with the service. It was very quick, as usual. I was served almost as soon as I sat down. Plus, the fries and sandwiches were piping hot. It's always a pleasure to eat here; it's always clean, and you can see that the staff are constantly cleaning to keep the restaurant spotless. I was served by Camille, who was very friendly and helpful! In general, the staff are always very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!

22/03/2026: 🚫🐶 I stopped at this establishment today during a bike ride along the canal, simply to ask for some water for my dog, who was clearly thirsty (tongue hanging out, hot, clearly exerting himself). The staff's reaction was surprising and frankly inappropriate. Initially, there was no response, then they were addressed directly with the informal "tu" form and an aggressive tone: "Are you kidding me?" followed by "Sit down," as if my request were absurd. I want to emphasize that I was simply asking for some water for my dog—a basic necessity. Refusing this type of request, or at the very least responding with such disdain, seriously raises questions about the hospitality and humanity of this establishment. For comparison, the next bar I visited immediately, kindly, and without any difficulty. I can understand the stress or the crowds, but that doesn't justify the attitude or the complete lack of consideration.

27/06/2025: A very bad experience after three months of coming every Thursday and Friday during my night shift to get a coffee and a pain au chocolat. After my payment was refused, he wished me a good day when I politely asked if I could come back the next day to give him the missing €4. Knowing the coffee will end up in the bin, I find this disappointing and unprofessional…disappointed

27/02/2026: The salmon, trout, and four-cheese pizzas were lacking in cheese! The pizzas weren't great. We were told 20 minutes, we arrived, and the pizzas were lukewarm!

23/01/2026: I just ordered a Norwegian pizza (salmon), what a disgrace to sell such a pizza for 17 euros! It's absolutely inedible, a cream base... where's the cream? Salmon pizza?? Or smoked trout (cheaper)?? The pizza is completely dry and way, way, way too salty. And the service wasn't exactly friendly either. For me, this kiosk... is finished.

31/12/2025: I went to get some food during my lunch break. The waitress was talking to her colleague while I was placing my order, and when I wanted to eat my dessert, there was mold in it. Too late to go back as I was at work.

15/11/2025: A little place to eat in the city has become a real pleasure; the service is very pleasant (thank you to Noémie and Sara for their exemplary service), the food is really good, the quality is there, great place, I highly recommend it

15/09/2025: A disgrace I went to the town hall to file a voter card my file was completed I was simply missing some papers that I had in file on my phone being disabled I asked for help to send the documents by email and no one wanted to help me sincerely disappointed I have just been deprived of my right to vote. Bravo thank you for the disabled what a lack of respect

03/09/2025: Arriving at 8:30 PM without a reservation, we were greeted by the manager who informed us that there was only one dish available (fondue, and only served outside). I should point out that there were only two people in the restaurant! Having come from another region for a sporting event, I strongly advise against going there!
