23/06/2026: I had a Kinder Bueno muffin tonight, and I immediately got sick—diarrhea and stomach pains. You should keep your muffins, especially since they contain cream, in the refrigerated display case, not outside, because with the sun beating down, the cream spoils quickly.

03/06/2026: As a regular customer, I'm shocked by the quality and service today. A €5.80 tuna sandwich was made to order because the display case was empty: the result is a rip-off. The sandwich is completely empty, barely any tuna and three measly bits of processed egg placed on the edge to give the illusion of something else (see photo). To top it all off: I called to complain, and the manager was incredibly disrespectful and condescending, openly telling me he didn't care about my opinion. No one would have bought this sandwich if it had been on display. Zero professionalism, avoid at all costs.

28/07/2026: I placed a Click & Collect order. When I went to drink my vanilla milkshake, I realized it tasted like coffee. So I went back to McDonald's to report the problem. The man I spoke to didn't apologize or explain what had happened. He simply asked a colleague what to do, without saying a word to me. My milkshake was simply replaced with another vanilla one, without any apology or gesture of goodwill. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. A simple "sorry" or a little more consideration for the customer would have been appreciated.

18/07/2026: We ordered online, arrived, waited 25 minutes in the parking lot, and our order still hadn't arrived! We decided to go inside only to be told our order had been given to someone else, so we waited another 20 minutes for it to be ready! And in the end, we only got half our order! It's getting worse and worse; it's not the first time, it's exhausting! €50 worth of orders for half of what we got 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

15/07/2026: Having traveled extensively and frequented numerous bars and parties during major events, including the Olympic Games in South Korea and even the Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, I was particularly disappointed by the atmosphere of this establishment, and especially by the manager's attitude. He was extremely unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional in his interactions with customers. I fully understand that this type of event can be stressful and that a manager can sometimes feel overwhelmed, but certain remarks and behaviors are unacceptable from a professional. In about twenty years of attending these kinds of events, I had never witnessed anything like it. Furthermore, the toilets didn't even close properly. I had to ask a stranger to hold the door open while I used them. And I'd rather not even dwell on their overall condition… A very disappointing experience, unfortunately.

19/06/2026: We used to frequent your restaurant for your warm welcome and delicious food. What a disappointment we had on Tuesday, June 16th! There were three of us for lunch. We arrived around 12:15 PM. Our order wasn't taken until 12:50 PM. There was a very long wait. It was also very busy, but the staff was overwhelmed. Was it a lack of competence or understaffing? I couldn't say. As for the food, I ordered spicy salmon tartare with fries. The tartare had no flavor. The fries were good, but there wasn't enough of them. One of my friends ordered miso salmon with rice. She asked for green beans, but they were an extra charge. For a dish costing over €20, it would have been more sensible to include them free of charge. The third person at our table ordered a long coffee and received an espresso. For dessert, I had a chocolate fondant which was very good, but the major problem was that it was swimming in runny custard and a couple of meager red berries. It's a real shame; the quality has definitely dropped, and because of that, we won't be back.

02/08/2026: The worst McDonald's in France! You don't even deserve one star! 30 minutes for a Happy Meal. The staff can't even say hello, they take orders so quickly that it's no wonder there are mistakes... My drink wasn't properly sealed, so it completely spilled in my bag. Never again will I go to this McDonald's! You're awful!

01/08/2026: To begin with, we waited 20 minutes for an order of only five items. We ordered a Coke Zero, but it tasted like a regular Coke—and it probably was. The burgers didn't taste like their usual counterparts. The wallpaper was peeling, the place was dirty, and there was trash everywhere. I am extremely dissatisfied.
