30/05/2026: Worst drive-thru experience of my life. I waited 20 minutes at the kiosk without anyone coming, without a word being said to me, nothing. When I finally went to the window to pay and ask what was going on, the only answer was: "We had a lot of orders." This is absolutely ridiculous. A drive-thru is supposed to be quick, not an obstacle course where you wait like an idiot for fifteen minutes. If you can't manage the flow, close the drive-thru or staff it up. The service is catastrophic, the organization is nonexistent, and the staff is awful. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here, especially not if you're hungry, have a little time to spare, or have some respect for other customers. McDonald's Narbonne Espace Liberté drive-thru = total disaster. Run away.

28/05/2026: Catastrophic at the drive-thru! 40 minutes for 3 sundaes. I asked for a refund, but it was impossible. They couldn't even prepare my order of 3 measly ice creams. So, when I complained, they gave me the ice creams without a container, probably spitting in them. When I got home, I threw everything away. Never again... For them, it was too busy, no problem. Why take my order if they can't handle it? Crazy!

27/05/2026: Went to McDonald's to order two ice creams, and the result was a strawberry milkshake when I asked for vanilla.

22/05/2026: Excellent experience at Birdie’s. I had the fresh tuna with mashed potatoes for lunch and it was excellent, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and attentive service, and a special thank you to David, a remarkable professional who provided impeccable service. Pleasant atmosphere and quality cuisine. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

22/04/2026: A colleague and I stopped for a beer during Happy Hour. All cocktails and beers were from €4.50 to €6. IPAs were €7.50. We asked the waiter, who confirmed it. We ordered a Pelican by the pint, which isn't an IPA. When we went to pay, the bill was €15 for the two beers—nothing to do with Happy Hour. Just plain rip-off and a lie.

31/05/2026: Arrived at 8 PM, really looking forward to eating at a small restaurant. The online hours said: CLOSED AT 11 PM. We arrived and were told the restaurant was closing! On top of that, the unfriendly waiter practically threw us out! Pathetic, unprofessional, avoid at all costs! Very disappointed. Consider changing your hours before being so rude! Absolutely terrible.

09/05/2026: Passing through this small town this evening, we stopped for dinner. A hearty and delicious meal served with a smile in a friendly atmosphere. I recommend it.

22/03/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with my experience. The service really needs improvement: the staff were unpleasant, unfriendly, and made me feel like I was bothering them. The wait was long even though it wasn't very busy. The atmosphere was also completely lacking. The place felt cold and unwelcoming, making it uncomfortable and discouraging to stay or return. In the end, it was a rather impersonal and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend it.

07/02/2026: This establishment refuses dogs, even Chihuahuas. Too bad for them. They've lost customers.

31/05/2026: Outrageous! I placed a takeaway order at the kiosk less than an hour ago. When they give me the bags, I always check that all the items are there, because they're often missing things. Everything's there, so I go home. And when I open the bags, all my items are indeed there, but no napkin, no sauce even though I asked for several, no scoop for the ice cream, and at almost €5 for a McFlurry, it would be the least they could do to have the crunchy bits we ordered. Here I have two M&Ms that are practically chasing each other, so basically just ice cream... McDonald's, generally speaking, is getting more and more expensive and less and less quality, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. But a special mention goes to the one in Remoulins, because the few times we go there there's ALWAYS one or more problems, it's becoming truly pathetic....

30/05/2026: Avoid the McDonald's in Dainville at all costs! Waitresses' hair is everywhere, and the employees' hygiene is questionable. They speak to customers like dogs, and the worst part is the manager. There's a total lack of respect for customers. Frankly, given the reviews, I don't understand why they haven't changed anything.

24/04/2026: The pizza had the consistency of cardboard, the dough was tasteless… it felt like eating plastic… a very, very bad experience! I absolutely do not recommend it! I don't understand how it can have such a low rating on Google! It's light years away from the pizza that originated in Naples!!!

10/06/2026: Perfect hotel to go to when coming to Lourdes. Such a peaceful spot. Only a few minutes' walk down the road from the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right by the riverside, and as you come out of the hotel, just across the bridge, you enter into all the stores and restaurants. Small supermarket just across the bridge also, which was super handy. Approximately an 8-minute walk through the shops to get to the sanctuary -perfect walking distance. Staff are brilliant, very kind and respectful. The bar was open till around 11 pm; they served us coffee after we came back a bit late from the prayer at the church. So kind and respectful. Would highly recommend . The rooms are very neat, simple, and clean regardless of what size. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for a peaceful trip of prayer coming to Lourdes. 06/06/2026: The rooms are very poorly soundproofed; you can hear all the taps, showers, and toilets in the other rooms, as well as street noise. My room was right next to the elevator, so I could hear the machinery—it was impossible to sleep. I went downstairs to ask for a different room, and the response was that the hotel was full. There was also a gentleman who couldn't sleep in his room because of the heat; they gave him an old fan. The air conditioning doesn't work. In short, a terrible hotel.
