10/12/2025: If anyone has any comments, but there's just too much going on. Avoid this place, let me explain. I've been going to this McDonald's drive-thru for three days in a row. The first day, the kids' meal was no problem at all. The second day, they only allowed three orders per car, which was the first problem. The second problem was missing items from my order, and the worst part is that when I picked up my order, I specifically asked the attendant, "Did you double-check that nothing was missing, please?" It was impossible to reach them by phone to report the oversight. Of course, I wasn't going to drive several kilometers back to get the missing item that I was charged for. McDonald's has really changed... We accumulate points, but the meal deals have changed. If you spend €75 at McDonald's, you can get a free meal, but only the cheapest sandwiches, whereas before, sandwiches like the Big Mac, for example, were available in the 75-point meals. Clearly I will never set foot in your establishment again. Despite being a regular customer, I will gladly go to the competition. This isn't the first time I've had this kind of problem with your chain. So, thank you very much. You need to train your staff better. It's fast food, sure, but we pay enough for the service. So please play by the rules; that's what we all work for, customer satisfaction. Sincerely

20/01/2026: Order placed via the McDonald's app, delivered by Uber Eats. Delivery took longer than usual, the meal was completely cold, the bag was soggy with a spilled drink, and the fries were inedible (mushy and soaked in oil). Complaint filed via the app: no compensation offered, response limited to respecting the delivery time, then the conversation closed. A very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the order and the customer service.

18/11/2025: First time at this restaurant on Saturday! At first, ordering wasn't straightforward, and there was no one to help us. Given how busy it was, the staff was overwhelmed! A little note explaining how things work would have been helpful! The meal was excellent! No complaints! Except perhaps the price was high if they included some extra ingredients! It's a drawback considering our budget! I'm only giving it 4 stars for all these reasons. Some areas for improvement!

02/11/2025: Despite a short wait and limited seating, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A truly delicious and flavorful wok dish. A concept worth expanding to the rest of France. Thank you for this discovery during our visit to Dijon.

14/01/2026: Another terrible experience. In the restaurant: extremely long wait for a simple order. For delivery via Deliveroo: incomplete order, missing fries. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident; there's always something wrong at this McDonald's (delays, mistakes, oversights). The service quality is clearly below the chain's standards. Avoid it until the organization improves.

16/09/2025: Don't trust the Nespresso TV ad. At Roissy, you discover the behind-the-scenes. I don't even think it's worth describing the atmosphere of this place further because that would give it more importance than it deserves. By the way, does Clooney, who praises this product, read the reviews? It would be advisable so he avoids associating his name with it. I would have liked to give zero stars, but that's not planned.

07/12/2024: We are talking about “fast food” I still wonder where the “fast” is after 30 minutes of waiting to collect an order and for the “food” which arrives cold, and there are missing products. I'm not even talking about the customers who wait standing with their orders while waiting for seats to become available. An organization to be reviewed as quickly as possible for customer satisfaction.

10/07/2025: No curry sauce! A complete scandal! On the other hand, last night at the drive-thru, I have to keep the lady there; she made my evening! Very efficient, she offered me desserts and coffee. A very good saleswoman with a sense of humor.

10/07/2025: I ordered a click and collect order, I asked for a smart + menu and a best of 9 nuggets menu, I paid for 9 there were only 7. The ordering problems are too regular it's becoming annoying.
