28/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been coming to this McDonald's in Vincennes for almost 30 years, so you could say I know it well. Yes, I agree with some of the reviews: it's quite rare to get an order without any mistakes or omissions, which is a bit of a shame in the long run. That said, the restaurant is still convenient and quick, and the staff generally do their best despite the crowds. A little more attention to detail with the orders would really make a difference!

14/04/2026: After several pizzas from the 24/7 vending machine, and last night an Uber Eats order for €39 for three pizzas… I have to admit I'm clearly disappointed. The pizzas are unfortunately never cooked enough; they're almost inedible. Moreover, they're incredibly expensive for what they are. They're okay, but nothing special, especially when you know of some truly excellent options in the industry at more than reasonable prices, or when you know how to make them yourself. Pizza is a product with high profit margins, sure, but to put them on the same level as in Switzerland or Luxembourg is a bit of an exaggeration. I won't be back.

12/04/2026: Fantastic experience at this Italian brunch in Metz! The all-you-can-eat buffet concept is perfectly executed: the food is plentiful, flavorful, and of excellent quality. You can really taste the deliciousness of the ingredients. A major plus: the hot dishes (pizzas, pasta, etc.) are prepared almost to order, which makes all the difference in terms of freshness and flavor. The drinks are varied and high-quality, and the desserts are simply excellent: chocolate mousse, classic and lemon tiramisu, panna cotta, cookies… it's hard to choose! All this in a comfortable setting, ideal for a truly enjoyable experience. Generous, expertly prepared, and flavorful cuisine: I highly recommend it!

10/04/2026: A restaurant with a natural, zen-like atmosphere. This place is particularly lively on school days as it's located near the Chevreuse Valley high school. 😉 A lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy the sunshine this beautiful April. Welcoming and efficient staff.

12/04/2026: Once again, the takeaway order was cold – it's appalling! The child's dessert was missing, as was the book, and there was no sauce for the nuggets, even though it was all ordered on the bill! I trusted the staff and didn't check. Unfortunately, don't trust them! Very disappointing!

11/04/2026: The quality of service at this McDonald's is unacceptable! I came to Bédarieux for the weekend and decided to grab a McDonald's on Saturday evening. I started by queuing at the drive-thru, and no one answered or even bothered to take my order. So I decided to go inside and order directly at the kiosk for speed ("the very principle of fast food"). There was no one inside eating, and only four employees (hardly busy, you might say). And yet, I still managed to wait and wait for ages for a sad Happy Meal and some chicken nuggets and potatoes. The employees preferred to chat amongst themselves and laugh. I find this truly deplorable. Personally, I never leave reviews, but I think people need to realize what's going on here.

29/03/2026: It's good, but it's getting expensive and the drinks are becoming awful, not even fizzing in the Coke.

28/03/2026: We arrived at 10:40 PM. While waiting for the people in front of us to finish ordering at the kiosk, we placed our order, and when it came time to pay: technical issue, we had to go to the counter, and they told us "the restaurant is closed." 1- We had to order! 2- Couldn't you have warned us, closed the kiosks a little earlier, or put a timer on them? Wouldn't it occur to you, you bunch of incompetents, to prevent us from being thwarted? I do not recommend their services.

19/03/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to this mountain restaurant/bar. We simply wanted a coffee and a glass of water, but they refused to give us water for free. I found that rather presumptuous, especially since it's the only mountain restaurant in this ski resort where, apparently, there's no drinking water, while all the others had freely accessible fountains. We left feeling very disappointed.

01/04/2026: I tested each burger and the order of the layers is well respected, I noticed a slight problem with the centering of the steak in a "Big Arch" type burger but after a debriefing with each person involved in the production and table service chain, it turns out that the person who brought the tray could have shaken it slightly during a slightly fast turn which could have misaligned the meat and the bun.

21/03/2026: Unfortunately, it's cold most of the time. I ordered extras for my burger hoping it would be hot, but no, the extras they added (cheese and bacon) were missing and cold. So, it's really disappointing. However, the staff were very polite, responsive, and friendly.

15/01/2026: Best kebab in the region, by far! I just tried the new Kebab Bowl and it's amazing! 😍 We've been fans for two years now, everything is excellent. I especially recommend the kebab platter, or the cordon bleu tacos!

27/02/2026: Disappointed... very expensive for what it is: almost 22 euros for a double cheeseburger, fries, sparkling water, and a soggy microwaved donut (chocolate, which wasn't specified)... I still don't understand the price, and honestly, the quality wasn't worth it.

01/04/2026: Very disappointed, the pizza was frozen and undercooked. The toilets could use a little cleaning.

31/03/2026: Avoid at all costs... I placed an order today via click and collect, specifying no onions and two steaks. The order arrived with onions, so I went back to them. They sent me a sandwich with only one steak. I went back a second time... and ended up with a sandwich dripping with sauce, poorly made, and with soggy paper. I think they must have reassembled a burger using the ones I'd returned before because the bun was soaked with steak sauce. And of course, absolutely no compensation... and I ate it cold. I will never go back.

25/03/2026: We've been to the McDonald's in Guilherand several times now and we've noticed how incredibly slow the drive-thru service is, but today was the absolute worst! 15 minutes for a Happy Meal (Croc McDo fries) and 6 nuggets, even though there was only one car in front of us. And it wasn't over yet! When they finally handed us our order, the Croc McDo wasn't in the Happy Meal, so I went back to get it... And then, while driving, we realized there was no toy in the Happy Meal and they'd given us a box of 4 nuggets instead of the 6 we ordered and paid for! As always, we're very disappointed! While the one in Soyons is incredibly fast and never disappointing, this restaurant really needs to rethink its organization 😡 because paying and not getting what you ordered is simply unacceptable. At least for me, that was the last time I'll ever go to this restaurant.

21/01/2026: Great background music: 50% Latin Salsa, 50% 70s-80s-90s electro house. The servers are very friendly 👍 They show all the matches. You can play board games or darts. There are lots of Latin cocktails. Happy Hour from 3 pm to 10 pm is great. It's a shame there aren't many desserts.
