24/05/2026: We stopped for a drink this Sunday, bright sunshine, we wanted to go to the terrace, bam, 60 cents more to be outside, she offered to refund me and stay outside, no, the sun is shining and we want to be able to smoke, the lady's response was "you can't have everything", bravo for the price of three drinks, no wonder people don't go out anymore.

19/07/2026: A one-hour wait at the drive-thru is unacceptable. Orders pile up on the counter and are therefore handed out cold to customers. We already had a bad experience at the Séné drive-thru, and we certainly won't be going back.

19/07/2026: The worst drive-thru experience imaginable. Over an hour's wait, a flimsy excuse, and to top it all off, we had to wait even longer to pick up our orders because, logically, everything was cold. Avoid this place at all costs; it's truly unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. We will be requesting a refund from the relevant department, who I hope will be more competent.

12/04/2026: We were regulars, and we went back on Friday, April 10th. There were four of us eating, and all four of us got sick. We had our doubts at first about the quality of the meat, and there was a smell of vomit in the dining room. We ate anyway, and all four of us ended up with stomach aches and diarrhea. 🤨

03/07/2026: Worst McDonald's in Lyon, and I mean it. Go to the Burger King next door or get a kebab in Meyzieu. Personally, I'm never setting foot in that McDonald's again. Every time I go there's a problem. Recently, I ordered four Happy Meals for my kids, and there was only one in the bag, and that was the smallest one.

03/07/2026: The staff is very friendly 👍. The cook made my sandwich three times. I asked for it without pickles and ketchup, but he gave me everything. I sent it back, and he brought it back without cheese and mustard. I sent it back again, and this time the same sandwich came back with a slice of unmelted cheese and still no mustard. I stopped sending it back and just ate it 😁. The manager, dressed in black, was a sturdy man in his thirties, very professional and polite, and the young guy who brought my sandwich three times provided excellent service was really super friendly and polite. McDonald's should have a lot more young people like him in general.

01/07/2026: Excellent fried chicken, fresh out of the fryer. The patio was quite clean, and a KFC employee even helped us with our second tray, bringing it to us on the patio. I'll definitely be back very soon.

07/07/2026: A perfect evening thanks to Hermine! There were seven of us for dinner with friends at La Demeure Monceau, and we had a wonderful time, largely thanks to Hermine, our lovely waitress. Her warm welcome, helpful advice, and efficiency throughout the meal made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and her attentive service left us with an even more memorable experience. Thank you, Hermine, we will gladly return!

13/07/2026: The food was very good (grilled octopus and homemade cordon bleu). The waiter was very friendly and paid special attention to the dessert.

25/07/2026: Disastrous experience yesterday. No one at the drive-thru. We were asked to wait, but after 8 minutes they came back to us. Fed up with waiting, my sister went into the restaurant and there was only one other customer. She asked if someone could help us... "Yes, 2 minutes, it happens..." I asked for a small ice cream and they asked, "What's that?" I had to explain... then I asked for an XL Coke Zero... "What do you want?" I had to repeat myself three times, and then I got a regular Coke Zero... When it came time to pay at the other kiosk, not even a single apology... I asked why it took so long... the answer was, "We're not many customers." It's pathetic for a chain like McDonald's to be treated like this. Avoid this restaurant. The management is incompetent... and to top it all off... When I got back to the drive-thru, there was a car at the last drop-off bay, and after all that time, it was still there. A disaster.

17/07/2026: Another attempt with Uber Eats! The result: two out of four sandwiches and one order of fries were missing. Of course, the sauces ordered for the nuggets weren't the right ones... True to form, when I got home the order was wrong again! Iced tea instead of Coke and fries instead of potato wedges... Once again, the order wasn't what we ordered; nuggets instead of the raclette box to share... €10 a box... We were served at the drive-thru by someone who seemed to be a manager, well, he only had the shirt on... and of course, no napkins with kids around, great! Glasses and ice cream weren't properly closed, etc... In short, as usual, deplorable service... Drive 2km and go to the competition!!!

28/05/2026: Nice shop / warehouse. Lots of choice, you can taste everything. Very friendly staff. Now just hoping it tastes just as good at home!
