31/01/2026: A 25-minute wait for a takeaway order, which turned out to be incomplete: no sauce, no cutlery for the cheddar fries. Not a word of apology for the delay. Lots of people serving but very few in the kitchen for a Saturday; they couldn't keep up.

10/01/2026: Another disappointing experience. Shrunky burgers: the McCrispy bacon burger was misshapen and tasteless. You don't even need to use two hands to eat it like they do in their pub. It's become pathetic and, above all, very expensive.

04/07/2025: Deliiiiicious!!!! The food is amazing, the coffee was too until the milk was added (not sure that machine coffee is a right choice honestly). The speed of a service is phenomenal, really helpful when we were rushing at 7am. Prices nicely surprised as well

02/07/2025: Very welcoming staff, but poor things, working in this heat, a real oven. No customer dares to stay even to have a cold drink.....just impossible, even unacceptable on the part of the company.

11/06/2025: How could I feel like I'm being ripped off? I'm a regular at hot Matcha Latte, so I wanted to try the same one cold. How frustrating to find a quarter of the cup filled with ice cubes instead of my drink, and of course, all for the same price! The staff's response was, "Well, that's how it is." Great! It really makes me want to come back...

19/01/2026: I strongly advise against this McDonald's restaurant on Place Kléber in Strasbourg. I went there with my girlfriend a little before noon. The restaurant was practically empty, with only four or five other people eating. I ordered directly from the kiosks. I was finally served after a rather long wait; the cashier was very unpleasant. I waited for my order. The sandwich was cold after I took a small bite. I went downstairs to complain and was verbally attacked by a manager. The burger with the onions was disgusting. The onions were as thick as my little finger. I had asked for ice cubes in my drink, but I'm still waiting. As for the dining area, it was filthy, with disgusting trash cans, drinks spilled on the floor, half-eaten burgers in the drinks area, and papers on the floor. In short, it's a place that makes you not want to eat there. On top of that, waiting 30 minutes to be served two meals when no one else is in the restaurant is unacceptable. I personally work at McDonald's. I find this situation outrageous. I strongly advise against going there.

20/08/2025: Passing through La Motte Beuvron A little coffee is a must this July. We're surprised by the shops being closed during lunchtime and the only one open. Well, what kind of welcome are we giving you, sir? And if we're passing through again, we'll go elsewhere.

04/06/2025: Dreadful food at exorbitant prices! The cheapest processed sausage meat and cheese granules, bearing no resemblance to Internet descriptions of an Alsation salad, a green salad with old, wilted lettuce - no way is this establishment worthy of the title ‚restaurant‘.

30/12/2025: A friendly place! We loved the welcome and the decor. The food is good and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. A great option for a no-fuss meal.

09/11/2025: We arrived at 12:40 PM and left at 4:00 PM. The five of us couldn't even eat at the same time: quite a concept. On top of that, we were asked not to be in a hurry, and everything was served on plates and with cutlery that were... let's just say, not exactly spotless. A fascinating sociological experience, but a less than stellar restaurant experience. We obviously won't be back.

14/06/2025: The owner is not at all welcoming or pleasant, you almost feel like you are disturbing... the minced steak is cooked medium instead of rare, which is a shame because the setting and the rest of the meal could have been really great.

19/12/2025: The young man served me very well, but next to him, presumably, was the owner, coughing loudly and shamelessly without even bothering to cover his elbow. When it came time to pay, I had a coupon for a free meal. He added a sub-15 charge, making me think that was my coupon. Not having time to argue with this jerk, I left. Be careful, make sure you ask for your receipts.

10/12/2025: Avoid at all costs. Appalling hygiene. The sandwich was prepared in front of me without gloves, with unwashed hands, and with Brazilian bracelets lying around in the salad and tomatoes. Disgusting.
