27/03/2026: But McDonald's, what do you do with your Big Macs?

10/04/2026: I can't even rate the food; the manager is completely clueless! The reason: One evening, they found themselves with only a team of beginners or trainees! After a 45-minute wait, I saw only takeout orders being prepared. There was no one at the register, so I asked for a refund to leave! (Others left without asking for a refund!) I have no anger towards the staff because the poor manager did what he could and was on the verge of a breakdown! However, the person who runs this fast food restaurant (and I hope it's not him) really needs to do something about it 🫤. This isn't the first time I've stopped there, and it's nowhere near McDonald's standards 🤔😔

09/04/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:15 PM, and by 8:50 PM we were stuck in the middle of it without even having paid! We managed to get out through a small hole on the side. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you're looking for a quick meal! I gave it one star just to leave a review, but it deserves zero!

01/04/2026: Great place to get together with friends and family and to party. Excellent food and a warm welcome.

27/03/2026: Diabolo made with very low-quality lemonade, or perhaps it hadn't been opened that day because it was barely fizzy. The vegetables were undercooked, poorly seasoned, and the ice cream had lots of ice crystals and no flavor. Labeled homemade... huh???

29/03/2026: Honestly, a fantastic find. The atmosphere is truly amazing, whether you're looking for a quiet drink or a great night out with friends. The music is well-chosen, the setting is pleasant, and the staff is incredibly welcoming—it really makes all the difference. The cocktails are delicious and perfectly balanced, and there's a good selection. You can tell it's a place you can keep coming back to. Always a great vibe. And above all, some truly wonderful encounters. I recommend it 100%, definitely one of my favorite bars.

20/02/2026: Avoid at all costs! The couscous was inedible and cold. The mechoui was a small, rubbery piece of lamb shank. The Brouilly Georges Duboeuf wine was replaced without warning with Brouilly Nevers!

15/04/2026: One word: horrible. 30 minutes to serve just three orders… An incredibly slow staff, bordering on complete indifference. I ordered a fish without cheese—the label clearly stated this—and yet it arrived with cheese. The Coke was undrinkable, like water with a disgusting aftertaste. The fries were cold, half-stale… unheard of. First and last time.

12/04/2026: We go to McDonald's once or twice a week. This one is just indecently awful. The tables are dirty. The wait for your order is endless. The fries are cold. The dessert, which was supposed to be served later, arrives with the burgers. The burger doesn't have Big Mac sauce, so I ask for some. The person at the counter takes my half-eaten sandwich in their ungloved hands, turns away, and I go sit down while they bring me a hot Big Mac with sauce. They come back with my half-eaten sandwich, to which they've added the sauce, in their ungloved hands and without a tray. They tell me I'm exaggerating. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE! THIS MCDONALD'S IS AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

31/12/2025: I went to get some food during my lunch break. The waitress was talking to her colleague while I was placing my order, and when I wanted to eat my dessert, there was mold in it. Too late to go back as I was at work.

15/11/2025: A little place to eat in the city has become a real pleasure; the service is very pleasant (thank you to Noémie and Sara for their exemplary service), the food is really good, the quality is there, great place, I highly recommend it

11/02/2026: Fantastic service! 👌🏻 The owner and team are super friendly and clearly love their work, and it shows in their pizzas. The dishes are prepared with care and are excellent value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back when I'm in the Basque Country. Thank you, Pizza Pat, you made four people very happy! 🥰

06/02/2026: As regulars, we placed yet another order. Apparently, there had been a misunderstanding on the phone because when we arrived, one pizza was missing. No problem, we weren't in a hurry at all, we were happy to help, and we were smiling. However, the pizza maker clearly didn't appreciate this misunderstanding, as he gave us a rather pointed "we're not going to be friends." I don't think this gentleman is a long-time employee because I haven't seen him often. Anyway, I didn't realize we had come to make friends, but it seems that's not going to happen in any case...

22/03/2026: Positive points: it was open, we were able to eat. That's where the good news ends. The food was bland and unremarkable, neither good nor substantial. In short, expensive for what it was. And the house wine: absolutely gut-wrenching.

23/03/2026: Disappointed. The owner of our gîte recommended this restaurant, and we were excited by the attractive menu. Alas, the entrecote was tough, undoubtedly a single thick piece cut in half, mine with unhealthy fat, and hard. Others ordered pan-seared scallops with chorizo ​​and a dry, not creamy, risotto with a few slices of chorizo—strange. We were saved by the dessert: very good, generous, and well-made crêpes. The service was excellent and very friendly. Let's just say it was a bad evening. We'll definitely be back.

04/03/2026: Absolutely shocked by the price of the syrup made with tap water: €6! And the diabolo: €7.30?! I thought the waiter was joking. I've never seen anything like it in Tours. It's ridiculous. Is this Paris or something? Where's the Eiffel Tower? I've had my share of syrups in Tours, but I've never seen anything like this. Well, that's it, I'm never going back here again.

02/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! The food was high quality and plentiful, leaving room for a delicious lemon tart!! 😉 A wide selection of beers that I'll have the chance to try next time... It was Dry January!!

18/04/2026: The McDonald's in Marly just opened and frankly, their order management is terrible! We ordered a Royal Deluxe and got a Royal Bacon instead, which was completely flattened and the bun was a bit torn. Furthermore, we also ordered a small Deluxe wrap, and instead of the Deluxe sauce, they put in some kind of mustard sauce, even though there aren't any burgers with mustard on the menu right now...

17/04/2026: Even the pre-packaged sandwiches now need checking because they'll give you anything; you order a double and they'll give you a single instead. That's some nice profit margin...
