02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

30/03/2026: Whoa! What a disaster! Nothing's changed, it's even worse than before! Where's the energy? It's so slow! But most importantly! They refuse to give me my already paid order if I don't show the receipt... Um... the ordering kiosk, for environmental reasons, offers the option to give or not give the receipt! So if I don't take a receipt, I don't get my order.

28/03/2026: Unfriendly staff... She answers at the kiosk... "What's this for..." Well, a McDonald's... Often long drive-thru lines... It's not very appealing.

18/03/2026: A terrible experience at this McDonald's. I received the wrong order even though I had my receipt. When I went back to point out the mistake, they clearly made me out to be a liar. After reviewing the security camera footage, they admitted their mistake… but offered no apology! This is unacceptable. Customer service is clearly optional at this establishment. I strongly recommend checking your orders carefully before leaving. A complete lack of respect for customers.

03/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at Grain de Sel chip shop in Valenciennes! 🤩 We had the American-style chicken steak, generously topped with crudités 🥬🍅🥕 — a real treat, hearty and delicious! 😋 It's so nice to find a traditional chip shop like we love them ❤️ with a bar and a beer tap 🍺 to go with it all! Friendly atmosphere guaranteed 👌 We'll definitely be back! 🔥

29/03/2026: My order is never complete! There's always something missing, it's a disgrace considering the price of their meals or burgers!!! Furthermore, when something is missing and you call to explain the problem, the manager just answers the phone, pretends not to listen, and then hangs up. It's a disgrace.
