30/09/2025: I already came in December 2024 Great aioli, friendly service But here I am in September 2025, I don't know if the owner changed, but then 0000 waited 20 minutes with my grandma, no one came to seat us at the table or give us an aperitif And bingo, when I got up and left, the people who were at the table were not at all happy with the service and the food So it's confirmed, never again, never again I will never set foot in this restaurant

03/12/2025: Absolutely terrible!! Came on a Wednesday at lunchtime, waited over 30 minutes for a meal deal, and when I got home, the result was a burger with no patty inside!!! This McDonald's is a disaster.

01/12/2025: We came this Friday evening, November 28th, before heading to the Zenith. The service was extremely slow, and for good reason: the young waiter was the only one serving the entire restaurant. For a Friday night, this is unacceptable, both for the customers and for the young man, who was overwhelmed with work. However, we wanted to thank him for his attentive service and his smile despite the unacceptable working conditions. Well done!

14/09/2024: McDonald's not clean, hygiene really needs to be reviewed!!! The trays are disgusting! And the fries, let’s not talk about them, are cold and not cooked. And obviously two days later sick!! Avoid unless you have pounds to lose and want to have a good stomach ache.

14/09/2024: Burger and fries served cold. We reported it 4 times and 4 times the staff (arrogant) told us to wait at our table and nothing. Very dirty restaurant.

02/09/2025: So, where to start... We ordered a burrito, a "salad," and nachos on Deliveroo. - First of all, the salad: a big joke, if not false advertising! I'm attaching a photo of the salad Fresh Burritos advertises on its website vs. the salad I received 😉 A disgrace. The salad is supposed to be in a crispy wheat tortilla, nothing. €10.50 for a cheap little salad that I would have preferred to make myself. - The burrito: once the packaging is removed, the sauce leaks and drips everywhere, and the burrito is cold! We have to eat it on a plate, with cutlery (ciao Mexico 👋). - Nachos: €3.50 a bag with 10 ridiculous chips, and of course the sauces were miraculously omitted 🤷 To top it all off, the restaurant is unreachable. Yet another franchise hiding behind a broken hotline. First and last time for us✌️

13/12/2025: Items are often missing. The sauces are an urban legend, like the Loch Ness Monster.

05/12/2025: 10:35 PM: I ordered a milkshake, which was refused by the manager. Too bad, because the employee was ready to serve it. Closing time: 11 PM, I don't see what the problem is. Oh well, I'll go get a Super King Fusion from the neighboring Burger King, which has much better reviews...

05/12/2025: What a shame, and I was very disappointed with this experience… First, the evening started when I wanted to order a Happy Meal. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it cost an extra €0.50 for a Croc McDo and I didn't even have the option of ordering fries. The meal was already starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Then at 10:30 pm, I wanted to order a milkshake, but I couldn't complete the purchase, either at the kiosk or on the app. So I decided to go directly to the register, where I had to wait more than 5 minutes before anyone took my order. The employee did eventually try to take the order, but when it came time to confirm it, she needed her manager's badge. Disappointed, the manager came back and told me she was "strictly forbidden" from taking my order. How disappointed I was! I still managed to finish my meal before another employee ushered us towards the exit. I couldn't finish my fries. I finally finished them in my car (because it was raining outside) and went to get my dessert at Burger King. My King Fusion was absolutely delicious. That's a real shame for you and disappointing for me.

26/11/2025: Hello, I've had the opportunity to eat at this university restaurant several times, and I'd like to point out that the short-haired woman who handles card and Izly payments is extremely unpleasant. Upon arrival, she shouts "Oh no, oh no, oh no, not for us, not for us!" while giving us a very nasty look. A truly unpleasant person. 💀

06/11/2025: The carpet is comfortable underfoot, which is the only positive point. Charging 6 points for a plate of soggy, cold fries is outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

11/12/2025: Dry meat, nothing inside, cold, four fries barely crammed into a measly crepe. I absolutely do not recommend it. Disgusting. In short, I recommend the Bosphorus.

10/12/2025: Really disappointed, I wanted to give it zero stars but that's not possible! In a hurry, and seeing how few people were there, I was hesitant, but I still ordered a takeaway kebab. It cost 8 euros for a small sandwich (without fries or a drink), very sparsely filled, with absolutely no flavor, practically no toppings. I won't be going back anytime soon!

05/06/2025: Stopped at this great restaurant/bar for a drink after the magnificent Saturday market. Very warm welcome, super friendly staff. A great discovery! We will definitely be back!

08/05/2025: Very good food, but I had to do a staring battle with the waitress to get the bread. Too bad my relationship with the friends I ate with wasn't as good as the tartare, otherwise it would have been perfect, but that's not the bacchus's fault...

07/01/2026: We stopped before Place du Tertre on January 1st, 2026, to find a table to warm up! Quick service, well-prepared mulled wine, in a legendary neighborhood, it was unexpected and not too expensive.

29/12/2025: A typical small pub; the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, and they understand English and provide friendly service. Don't forget, this is a tourist spot, so yes, the prices are higher and it's busy, but they have a clean, albeit somewhat dated, toilet – better than the public ones. The mojito was great, and tap water is free (you have to order it). The service was excellent and super friendly.

21/09/2024: A Mac Donald on a highway. You know the food. Practical for a break with the children, if they don't want a triangle sandwich or if you forgot your picnic.

21/01/2026: I went to the drive-thru today. To start, I ordered two 30-centimeter chicken teriyaki subs. When I got home, surprise! They'd forgotten the chicken teriyaki on both sandwiches... it's practically a basic ingredient. Then I ordered a 30-centimeter ham sub with an extra charge for melted cheese, but there was no sign of my extra cheese except on my receipt, and the ham was barely edible (see photo). The drive-thru staff weren't very friendly either... for my first time, I'm very disappointed!

12/12/2025: The wait time is unbelievable, over 40 minutes. It's just not possible.

22/11/2025: 9:30 AM, restaurant closed, what time is breakfast served? It's August: are they short-staffed? It would be nice to mention this on the website.

13/01/2026: Feedback after 1 year (3 times a week): My sandwiches are never filled; the quantity is very small despite my repeated requests for more. It's even becoming embarrassing to ask every time. Furthermore, regarding the loyalty program, I'm told I can scan my order, but after a few days, I see that it hasn't been recorded in my history (this has happened to me more than ten times), as if they're deliberately doing it to move on to something else. The same goes for coupons; they're never happy, as if we're bothering them, even though it's part of the loyalty program. Moreover, I always try to keep smiling with the staff, who aren't very courteous. I understand that the work is tiring, but they should try to do something to retain customers. This will be the last time for me, sorry. I tried to offer constructive criticism, so trying to do something about it is a shame. I'm not the only one complaining.

01/02/2026: Avoid at all costs... extremely expensive for the quality... €20 for a roasted Camembert with one measly slice of charcuterie, three fries, and three lettuce leaves that taste like dish soap. The presentation is disastrous. The servers are friendly, but that's about it.

18/01/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my profound disappointment following my visit to your establishment. The dishes served clearly tasted like they were made from frozen products, with a very mediocre flavor. Considering the price, the service was far from satisfactory: it would be cheaper and much better to shop for groceries and cook for oneself. Furthermore, the sanitary conditions were unacceptable: the toilets were not heated and lacked toilet seats, which is simply scandalous for an establishment open to the public. Taking into account all of these factors, I consider the value for money to be completely inadequate.
