25/03/2026: Not the right activity plan. I asked the manager, and he said he needed to activate it. Well, activate it then, instead of leaving me waiting around. I left because he wasn't listening, and the good plan still wasn't activated despite my follow-ups. He acted like he didn't see me, even though I was right in front of him. Avoid him at all costs.

25/03/2026: I do not recommend them, they forgot items in the drive-through order!! And it's not the first time, and then they ask us to come back to pick up what they forgot!

20/03/2026: Every time I go to this McDonald's, there's a problem. Today, nothing's right: - The Happy Meal drinkable yogurt was missing - We ordered a 280 raclette burger and got the regular 280 - One nugget was burnt, as hard as a rock. Not to mention the contests they run; when we go to claim our prize, they give us some incomprehensible excuse! (It was just a cheeseburger…) We try again every time, but we're never going back! 02/01/2026: Yesterday I saw the "happy hour" advertisement, I threw up my aperol, pina colada and mojito. The pina colada was sour, the aperol was half a glass and there was an orange in it that was dirty with something white, maybe coconut cream, it looked like it had cheese in it, I asked to change my aperol, it wasn't as it should be, 50 ml of aperol, 150 ml of prosecco and 100 ml of sparkling water, I left without finishing the drinks, it's better not to say happy hour, I'll pay $10 for a glass!

01/12/2025: A particularly disappointing experience for an establishment that's supposed to offer a minimum level of service. I ordered three drinks, and all three were poorly prepared. I specified twice that I wanted my drinks without coffee; both times, this request was ignored. Similarly, the third drink bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. Having to return to the counter a third time, I was unpleasantly surprised to hear the person in charge of preparing the drinks declare that we were "being a pain in the ass." Beyond the repeated mistakes, this blatant lack of professionalism and courtesy is absolutely unacceptable.

25/03/2026: The food has improved. The young man at the drive-thru (Anthony, I think) was charming and patient. I had trouble deciding what to order, but it didn't wipe the smile off his face. If I can see him every time after a hard day at work, that's fine with me.

31/12/2025: A nice place, very well located for a coffee break or other drinks. A minor drawback is the crepes and waffles, but everything else is very good. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and smiling, and that's the most important thing!

09/04/2026: 25 minutes to get one Happy Meal and one Maxi Best Of... Cold fries. The cheeseburger from the Happy Meal arrived as a regular hamburger... Getting worse and worse... Edit 04/2026: Is this the same McDonald's? Yes, yes. The same one, but completely different. Fast service. Order as ordered, and they confirmed that the missing part arrived immediately. Well done on the refresh. Keep it up.

21/03/2026: For our trip to Speed ​​Park, we decided to eat at Benburger. I don't understand the negative reviews I've seen. The burger (Black) was EXCELLENT, with quality ingredients, crispy fries with a unique shape, and most importantly, UNLIMITED (with the set menu, from what I understand)!!! The service was perfect, which naturally created a great atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and thanks again for the extra fries.

13/03/2026: Disappointing. Burgers were either cold or hot but burnt, the steaks were frozen, and the fries looked like they were cooked and recooked so much you'd think they were frozen too. We went there tonight and a mountain of fries was already cooked for the three customers there… We waited over 30 minutes even though it wasn't crowded. If you come across this chip shop, keep walking. We threw away half the fries…

17/03/2026: I've lived in Achères, near the McDonald's, for 10 years, and I eat there regularly. It used to be the best McDonald's in France for me—clean, with excellent hygiene, which is important because I travel a lot. But for the past few months, it's become a disaster. Takeout orders: half the order is often missing. The sandwiches are cold, the fries are icy, and often undercooked. The drinks are prepared so far in advance that the ice cubes have melted, so the Coke is watered down. It's a complete disaster. And eating in isn't any better. The sandwiches are poorly made, squashed, and sometimes the cheese isn't even in the bread. I always get Maxi Best Ofs, but the fries are only half full and undercooked. You always have to ask them to fill them properly, even though you order large fries. The drinks, too, are pre-made, and the ice melts. I noticed that there used to be a young blond man with a mustache, very serious. I think he was the manager or something. I've noticed that it's become a disaster since I stopped seeing him. I asked the employees if he still worked there, and they said no. I think that's why it's become such a catastrophe. He was the one who took care of the restaurant's service, which was top-notch. It's a real shame he's not there anymore, because now I only go there because I have no other choice. I used to go there with pleasure, but now I prefer to go to Conflans-Sainte-Honorine.
