06/12/2025: A 45-minute wait at the drive-thru, just to take the order, then another 10 minutes to pay, and another 20 minutes waiting for the order... fast food? Really? Deploying more staff, waiting over an hour for a Happy Meal is unacceptable. Plus, once you're in line, there's no way to turn around.

06/07/2025: Catastrophic! Tonight's drive-thru where my husband and I both ordered two best-of menus with Big Macs without salad and two kids' menus. The salad wasn't removed from the sandwiches, the fries from one of the best-of menus weren't there, and there were no toys in the kids' menus... even though it's only €0.72, which WE pay for! And when you add it all up, I lost a few euros. I agree with the other reviews that this isn't the first time something has been missing from orders, so now I'll stop the expense and go to your competitor across the street.

26/11/2025: Beyond the magnificent setting and the impeccable service and friendliness of the staff… it's excellent… make no mistake… 2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts… everything is homemade! And it's very good… fresh, varied, diverse… there are still some truly great restaurants out there, and that's worth mentioning.

13/01/2026: I arrived in the afternoon at 1:45 PM, knowing that the opening time was 1:30 PM. There was a long line outside, stretching all the way to the exit. The security guard was only letting people in one at a time because there were already too many people waiting inside. I left at 4:00 PM, but at 3:15 PM we were told that there was no point in waiting beyond the cordon and that we should come back the next day, with the same uncertainty about getting an appointment. We were given a form to fill out for those who wanted to be contacted by phone. I had been warned that you had to arrive very early to have any hope of getting an appointment, but experiencing it is quite another story. The pointless wait in the cold, the uncertainty, and the wasted time. Everyone's nerves are being tested. Several people have reported arriving at 9 a.m. that same day who were unable to enter the building and had to return in the afternoon to wait indefinitely. It's inhumane to make so many people wait unnecessarily in the cold. Are there any solutions to manage this infernal wait? A ticket system, an estimated wait time? Allowing more people inside the building, even if it means sitting on the floor where it's warm and dry to make the wait less unpleasant. It's a nightmare. It's better to complete as much as possible online and call an advisor from home, even if it means waiting 20 minutes on the phone, than to travel there for nothing and waste your day. Or arrive more than an hour before opening time to have any hope of being seen.

31/12/2025: Staff shortages result in excessively long waits, both inside and outside. Not to mention the lack of parking, making travel difficult even though the bus stops nearby. Some people prefer to use their own vehicles.

26/12/2025: The fries weren't even lukewarm, and the cheddar on them was cold! The burger was barely lukewarm too, and when we asked why the cheddar was cold, they haughtily told us it was normal, that's how it's supposed to be served! Honestly, it was terrible! I'll never set foot in that place again. I'd rather go to Burger King, even if it's further away!

22/12/2025: First review in 2022: Every time I go there (it's the closest one to my house) it's a disaster! At least two items are missing from every order. They get lost when they serve. They represent fast food poorly. Update in Dec 2025: My daughter got a dog toy in her Happy Meal!!! Unbelievable!

05/07/2025: I order from you regularly, and there are always things I forget. This is the second time I've ordered a stuffed animal! I received another order that wasn't mine... train your employees seriously. The ones who do their job best are the ones at the drive-thru taking orders. No problems with them! Incredibly kind and never forgetting anything...

18/01/2026: At €12.80 for a kebab, you have to accept that you're going to leave bad reviews because frankly... I've rarely been ripped off so badly. The kebab was tasteless, the service deplorable, and to top it off, they forgot to give me my drink. At €12.80, not being able to take an order properly and serving a semblance of a kebab is really unacceptable. I don't know if it's incompetence or just plain rip-off, but what's certain is that I'll never set foot in that place again.

17/01/2026: Fantastic! Crispy bread, generous kebab, great fries, and the sauces are delicious! Served in 4 minutes with a smile.
