16/07/2026: No power outlets available. Expect noise upstairs. Mosquitoes and midges are also present. (Remember to ask for the code for the downstairs restroom to avoid going upstairs unnecessarily.) A refresh of the playlists would also be appreciated.

15/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant! July 15, 2026 at 8:00 PM I waited over an hour to be served, even though there weren't many customers. The fries arrived cold, and the drink was served without ice. I asked for replacement fries and a new drink, but the staff refused, saying it wasn't possible. No compensation was offered, and no solution was proposed. A very bad experience, both in terms of service and customer service. I do not recommend this restaurant. The worst McDonald's in France, even in Europe, that I've ever seen.

01/08/2026: I love KFC for everything it offers. Both the quality and the friendly atmosphere. The staff are excellent. We'll be back, as usual.

26/07/2026: Hello, I wanted to share my experience from my visit today. Unfortunately, the service I received did not meet my expectations. The person who served us, who seemed to be the manager, was unwelcoming and impolite in her manner. I understand why the KFC in Mulhouse Dornach is always empty.

15/09/2026: The burgers 🍔 are small 🍟🥤, The toilets aren't the best 🤔.

13/09/2026: One star because I can't give less. They forgot my Happy Meal, and I received a very poor reception when I called about it. Everything was cold, and the fries weren't even half full. €40 for an order in this state and incomplete.

06/07/2026: Very disappointing. I went there with friends after eating there in the spring, and it was good. But this time, perhaps due to seasonal fatigue, it was deplorable! The service was terrible; the waitress didn't listen to our needs.

03/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service. I live in Pierrevert and it had been a few years since I'd been back to this restaurant. I loved the previous staff and I didn't know there had been a change. I just tried to go in for a drink and after 15 minutes without anyone taking my order (even though there were very few customers), I left without ordering anything. I must have been disturbing them while they were cleaning the floors...

27/08/2026: I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel compelled to report this restaurant. Warning: if you enjoy paying a lot and being disappointed, this restaurant is for you. I ordered a Maxi Best Of meal with the cheddar cheese added (€1.70 extra). The result: very few fries and very little cheddar. So I politely asked if it was possible to get more fries, mentioning that I had ordered a Maxi Best Of meal. The response was immediate. In a condescending tone, I was told that they include a portion of Best Of cheese with the cheddar. Therefore, it was impossible to get more. To sum it up: you pay more for a Maxi Best Of meal, you add €1.10 for the cheddar, and you get fewer fries. I call that a rip-off. The sandwiches are also smaller than elsewhere. I think the problem with this restaurant is the lack of competition. If a Burger King were to open right next door, I'm sure they'd have to rethink their approach. The only positive thing about this visit was the girl who served us; she was very kind and attentive. Kudos to her for her work.

31/08/2026: Returning from the weekend, we stopped at the drive-thru around 9:30 pm. I was pleasantly surprised by the good humor of everyone I dealt with, from taking the order to receiving it. Well done, keep it up! :)

30/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Second time this week and the same story. Cold burgers, hard buns, dry fries. And on top of everything, condescending staff when I asked them to refill my tasteless, clear Coke twice, only to finally tell me the dispenser was empty and imply they couldn't be bothered to change it. They asked me to order something else, but of course, the sugar surcharge wasn't refunded…

29/08/2026: Delicious homemade ice cream made with fruit. My pineapple ice cream even had bits of fruit in it. I recommend it.
