11/12/2025: I went there once and the meat looked strange. Knowing that I've been eating McDonald's nuggets and toasted sandwiches for years, I knew something was wrong. My mistake was eating them. As a result, I got food poisoning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

09/12/2025: Order placed for delivery, half the order is missing! Solution: come pick up what's missing! It's true, using my own gas, that's the whole point of getting delivery and paying for it! The manager dares to say that to err is human, I agree, but when the error is repeated, it's more a sign of incompetence than a mistake!

14/09/2024: I will sauce you as much as my CBO was: THANK YOU. Perfect service from this man who, I hope, is at least a manager. If not, sir, a place awaits you in a 4-star hotel. My dessert, a cheesecake, the least healthy in the world for my greatest happiness. Everything was hot, good, well measured. We made sure everything went well. So to all the people who only give one star: be fair and if something is missing from your dish, get up and talk about it, they will always have a solution. With that, I'm going to spend my weekend in the forest with a full stomach. Thanks again.

10/02/2026: Run away from this place! They constantly get the order wrong, the toilets are a horror, and if they don't clean the toilets like they clean the kitchen... 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 The steak wasn't cooked properly. I won't even show you a picture of the toilets or the smell. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

09/12/2024: There were very few customers and we waited 20/25 minutes before getting our order because the employees were too busy chatting and laughing while behaving as if you weren't there. Not to mention the slowness, nonchalance, and lack of motivation of most of them. Very degrading for the image of the restaurant.

01/12/2024: I don't know where to start. Royal bacon menu: The sandwich was not good, the dry chopped steak, I'm still looking for the bacon 🤔in short, not great! The potatoes stayed too long under the lamp because they had a cardboard taste. The whole thing was a little lukewarm. The service was good, however. The good news is that there is plenty of room for improvement! 😊

02/01/2026: The experience I just had was surreal and has definitely discouraged me from ever returning to this establishment, which, admittedly, makes good pastries. I ordered a latte with oat milk and insisted twice on whether they had oat milk. Leaving Sandyan, I realized I'd been served cow's milk, to which I'm severely intolerant. So I went back to ask them to change the milk—I barely received an apology. And then, to top it all off, they replaced my €6.50 latte with an espresso-sized coffee with a tiny splash of oat milk because, and I quote, "we forgot to charge you for the oat milk supplement!" Seriously, how outrageous! Half the good cafes don't even charge extra for oat milk, but on top of that, after a mistake on THEIR part that could have made me SICK, they reduced my coffee by a factor of four under the pretext that they forgot the oat milk supplement. I protested, and the woman simply transferred it to a larger cup, adding oat milk which, by the way, is bad and acidic (don't expect Oatly). According to Article L.217-4 of the French Consumer Code, businesses are obligated to provide a service that conforms to the order. Serving a product different from the one explicitly requested constitutes non-compliance. Under Article 1103 of the French Civil Code, the contract is binding between the parties. An internal error by the business (forgetting an extra charge, billing error) cannot, under any circumstances, justify a unilateral modification of the service or a degradation of the product served. Replacing a paid-for latte with a less expensive drink without the customer's consent is contrary to the principles of consumer law and fair business practices, as outlined by the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). Finally, Article L.421-3 of the French Consumer Code imposes a safety obligation. Serving cow's milk despite an explicit request for oat milk, in the context of a reported food intolerance, constitutes a serious breach of this obligation. In the event of an error attributable to the professional, the only response that complies with the law and business ethics is a replacement with the same product or a full refund, at no extra cost. Shameful, unprofessional, despicable behavior. Never again.

07/12/2024: I've been there twice in 15 days and either the napkins or the sauce are missing... Too bad to have to open the pouch to check, especially at the drive-thru...

18/11/2024: That's already two internet orders that don't match, either sandwiches are missing (fortunately we check before leaving) or we realize at home that half of the order doesn't match at all and that's too much late!!!

12/01/2026: The service was absolutely terrible, the pizzas were super greasy with so much semolina underneath, it has absolutely nothing to do with a pizzeria, try telling that to a pizza maker, if you want to eat it's fine, if you want to enjoy a pizza... go somewhere else.

01/11/2025: We ordered several pizzas for delivery, including a four-cheese pizza... On the phone, we weren't told it would have almonds on it. Even after removing them, the taste was still there, and the person didn't eat it. Really disappointed by this oversight. Yet it wasn't the first time we'd ordered this four-cheese pizza.

02/01/2026: The drive-thru was a disaster. Regular Coke was unavailable. Other drinks were offered, but I only drink regular Coke. I was then forced to either pay for a full meal without a drink or buy the items separately, which were more expensive than the meal. There was no business sense whatsoever, no gesture of goodwill, no solution. The so-called manager's tone over the drive-thru intercom was haughty and mocking. These are recurring problems at this location, which I now avoid. Unacceptable customer service at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plérin.

08/12/2024: I'm there now, the speed is nothing to say but eating fries and a cold hamburger is shameful. Next time we'll go to Burger King, it's better and especially hot. Luckily the ice cream was cold because if it would have been hot, that would have been a problem.

10/12/2025: One of the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at! I come to this fast-food restaurant occasionally on Wednesdays, often between 12 and 2 pm. Sometimes it's incredibly crowded, AND I can tell you that at least the Big Macs that come out of there are hot and freshly made! I can tell you that the McDonald's near my house is either always cold or serves a burger that's been sitting in the fridge since yesterday. (1) 5/5 Food, because it's really good quality. I remember a few years ago when the quality was lacking, but now I'm amazed at how much it's improved. It's like they're not street interns anymore. (2) 4.5/5 Incredible Service! I don't know if I'm really that lucky, but every Wednesday I go there, their service is so fast, it's almost scary, it's like they do it the moment you press the buttons 😂. Excellent, I'm taking off 0.5 points because there was one day when they forgot our order, like we paid and everything but the food never arrived, so after a 40-minute wait we went to ask... And yup, they didn't know either 😅 that it was a problem. It was fine for us because we weren't in a hurry, but I hope it doesn't happen to one of those high schoolers who only have an hour to eat 🙏 (3) 4.5/5 Decent atmosphere, except that sometimes the ground floor is a bit noisy, and the upstairs is sometimes inaccessible (like, sometimes there aren't even barriers to say you can't go up). The kids' area is still incredibly noisy, so I wouldn't recommend it if you want a peaceful meal. There's also only one toilet downstairs, so please let us at least use the ones upstairs 🙏 In short, a very decent fast-food place that has changed a lot since a few years ago. I recommend it (100% on Wednesdays, haha) 🔥

07/12/2025: A McDonald's like nothing I've ever seen. Greasy floors, slow service, and above all, not very safe—it's like you're eating and you're on your guard. While passing by on December 6, 2025, a group of very rowdy young people (about ten) were wandering around the restaurant aisles without a care in the world, without any security guards in sight (it seemed like they were used to acting this way and had developed a sense of impunity). They were running around in all directions, practically touching people's trays and tables, and to top it all off, they ended up setting off the fire alarm while playing cat and mouse with the poor, overwhelmed server. Avoid at all costs!

24/01/2026: I ordered the three Avengers burgers to try them out, and I ended up with one Thor and two Iron Man burgers, but no Hulk, even though it's the most expensive of the three. Since I went through the drive-thru, I realized that I can't return them at home. It's already a nightmare to constantly check that nothing's been forgotten; if we also have to check the burgers themselves, we'll never get anywhere.

07/09/2025: Bar to avoid, very aggressive waiter, misleading sales, I order 2 Picon beers and realize that the beer has a strange taste, it was not a bottle of Picon it was "bitter beer" at 8 euros a glass extremely disappointing!! A friend joins us and pays 9 euros for the Balley's!!! And judging by the comments it is not the only alcohol where they lie about the name!

07/09/2025: We came to drink a picon beer! To our surprise, no picon at all, in fact they serve you "bitter beer" instead of picon at €8 a glass, shame on you! Avoid, unpleasant waiter and, putting it mildly, the boss who is not present and neglecting the bar!!!!!
