14/03/2026: When you go to McDonald's, you don't expect fine dining, but at least hot, well-presented burgers. This wasn't the case during my visit. There was a long wait before I could order, and then another wait to be served. The quality of the burgers and the service are generally declining for this brand.

14/03/2026: My daughter just celebrated her birthday at the McDonald's in Conflans and honestly, it was fantastic! The kids were so happy. The staff was great; they looked after the children very well. There were little surprises for the guests and gifts for my daughter. We definitely don't regret choosing this restaurant. A big thank you! 😊😊

14/03/2026: They changed the sauce on my McWrap because "they need to clear out the old sandwich stock." Now I have a McWrap with Crispy sauce.

19/04/2026: Avoid at all costs. The wait is ridiculously long. It's not what it used to be. I'd been going for four years, but since I'm going to a competitor, I'm out! Their arguments are flawed: (negative customer feedback regarding my rat...). Yet there are plenty of photos of tourists and customers who came back to see him... I've often heard strange things from the manager, but this... (like when he talks about customers, servers...). My heart goes out to the servers who work with him. My rat didn't bother anyone; he stays in his place. Of course, a disabled person with a rat brings in less business than a gold card, and as for the establishment's image... let's not even talk about it. What really damages the bar's image is the manager who never smiles and the requirement to buy an alcoholic drink to get a charcuterie board.

10/03/2026: The bread at Cazapan is wonderful, especially the wheat duo and the country loaf. It's a shame the experience is spoiled by the appalling welcome from the young saleswoman. Incredibly unfriendly, you get the distinct impression that you're bothering her as soon as you walk in the door. Her lack of professionalism is a real letdown compared to the rest of the team, who are otherwise fantastic. You come for the bread, but you'd almost leave because of her attitude.

12/12/2025: Review of the shop only: superb selection of quality coffees, I've become a regular customer. The quality and taste of the chocolate are truly top-notch 👍 Finally, real chocolate! I especially love the Espresso coffee bar and the dark chocolate/ginger bar ❤️ Bonus: they sometimes have promotions on products nearing their expiration date 👍

09/12/2025: The coffee is always cold and sometimes bad… For a roaster, that's a real shame. And then there's the endless wait… there are four of them working to make three coffees, and you wait ages… If I didn't have to come because my family lives nearby, I'd go somewhere else! Avoid it. What saves them somewhat is the location.

01/04/2026: The background music is good, the food is, well, it's McDonald's... but they always forget to order certain items ;) great... Sometimes your "best of" meal is missing the burger, so the reordered meal is pretty cool. And the staff? You're either lucky or you're not. I said hello, please, thank you, goodbye when I went to pick up a Click & Collect order, and I didn't even get a glance! Exhausting... 🫩

13/04/2026: This is simply unacceptable. I waited 45 minutes for a simple sandwich costing barely over two euros. Forty-five minutes for a product that should be ready in minutes. The service is appalling. The staff seem completely disinterested, moving slowly and with no consideration for the waiting customers. The sandwich arrived lukewarm, squashed, with sauce overflowing and meat that resembled reheated cardboard. This isn't fast food anymore, it's extremely poor-quality slow food. For such a low price, you expect at least a modicum of speed and care. Here, you get the impression that the customer is a nuisance rather than a priority. This establishment is a true insult to the McDonald's concept. Avoid this place at all costs.
