11/02/2026: Arrived at 9:30 PM, they clearly didn't want to do the dishes anymore and served us in disposable cardboard cups, same for the bag of fries. Three-quarters of the room had their chairs upside down on the tables. It felt like they were closing in 15 minutes. I ordered a sundae for €3.30 🥵 and the container was half empty. I asked if they could refill it and did, but they refused. They explained that they used to overfill and now it's the right amount, period. This explanation was given forcefully as they headed back to the kitchen, looking annoyed. Well, apparently, we have to put up with it or not come back...

24/01/2025: Nice setting/neighborhood. Very nice decor and friendly welcome! Now, the croques madame are not to be had, they smell a little too industrial (even if the fries are homemade) and some prices are incomprehensible. Non-alcoholic beer? 25 cl bottle? €6.50! I thought I was choking when I found out the price. Overall, I find it too expensive for the perceived quality and I had the feeling more like I was paying for a frame. It's even better to go back down to rue Saint Rémi, a few hundred meters away, and try some little restaurants that offer real homemade food for 20 bucks, the starter/main course/dessert menu!

04/12/2025: Lunch was okay, but nothing special. My pizza was a bit bland, and the presentation of the daily special was really cafeteria-style. Nothing disastrous, but nothing memorable either.

16/10/2025: Great server, keep it up! The food was okay. A bit cold in the restaurant.

11/12/2025: The owner is incredibly unpleasant and speaks very rudely. Furthermore, since she gained a foothold on social media, prices have increased excessively, and the quality and service haven't kept pace… Opt for other bakeries or banh mi/bao vendors; there are much better ones in the 13th arrondissement.

08/12/2025: Update 12/2025 I come back from time to time and this time I tried the pastries. The owner's welcome at the register was pleasant. I ordered a vanilla roulade with Kinder Bueno cream (€4.90). It was a generous portion. The roulade wasn't dry, it was moist, and I was surprised that the Kinder Bueno cream wasn't sweet. It was good. I'll definitely go back sometime, maybe even try other treats. Update 12/2023 Since 2021, this was my only visit, and I hadn't returned. See my comment below. Thanks to a YouTuber, his video convinced me, so I gave it another chance. I ordered the same crispy chicken banh mi (€4.90). There hasn't been much of a price increase in two years, well done! However, you should revise your late-night menu boards, as I found them a bit difficult to read. The baguette is good, the chicken is a little crispy, reminding me of KFC... but it's not KFC. The meat is good and plentiful. Everything blends well with the raw vegetables and meat; it was better than I remembered. I'll definitely come back. Sandwiches payable by credit card. 2021 The service was neutral, so there's room for improvement. I ordered a crispy chicken banh mi (€4). The chicken was good, but a little more wouldn't hurt. However, the filling—carrot, cucumber, and cilantro—was far too plain in the banh mi; it needs to be reconsidered. One banh mi was enough for me; I'll have to see about the cakes and pastries.

24/01/2026: I would never recommend this place again. I ordered a caramel sundae that had melted because the caramel was burning hot, and the hygiene leaves much to be desired. However, on the positive side, the cashier was very kind.

24/01/2026: I ate at this McDonald's and everything was very good. The manager is super friendly, and so is the other manager: they really listen to the customers. We even received a small slice of galette as a gift from McDonald's, a very kind and appreciated gesture. The staff is welcoming and smiling, nothing to complain about. Perfect!

10/01/2026: Never again. They wouldn't let us sit by the window because they said those were tables for meals. It was 11 am! Those tables were empty the entire time we had our coffee, which cost €7.50! Neither the place nor the coffee was worth it, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this bar because it was really cold outside... Tourist trap with outrageous prices. The staff forgot about us, but at least we were warm. The only positive point: the drink was good.

07/07/2025: Quite disappointed with the quality of the drive-thru service today. We ordered three milkshakes: one vanilla, one strawberry, and one sour cream shake. We ended up receiving three vanilla milkshakes, one of which was half empty. We ordered sweet chili sauce and received Chinese sauce instead. And the entire bag of fries had spilled inside the Happy Meal box (which couldn't have happened during transport because the bags were well secured in the car).

06/07/2025: Today we ordered a takeaway cookie that was overcooked and dry, in short, inedible. Add to that the 20-minute wait and the fact that they often miss parts of the order... Next time we'll go across the road...

31/01/2026: A huge congratulations to the newest team member (of Asian descent). He's a real gem: his excellent customer service, constant smile, and professionalism make all the difference. Even when he's clearing tables, everything is spotlessly clean. I spend a lot of time at this Starbucks, and he manages to brighten up every single day.

07/07/2025: The restaurant is in a deplorable state! The hygiene needs to be improved, it's deplorable. I can't imagine the state of the kitchen. It's scandalous to welcome customers in this state. The trash cans are overflowing, the floors are dirty, and the tables aren't cleaned.
