You are not ashamed to serve shriveled burgers for such a price!! The presentation of the burgers in their packaging is just shameful, just for two menus! Review your teams because it’s absolutely rubbish.

26/11/2025: Please, show some respect for the customers! Whether preparing the burgers (cold) or taking orders, make sure they are complete! And show some decorum! Stop the unruly behavior! A proper setting is essential in a restaurant.

24/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance during a stroll. Great concept, very welcoming, delicious food, we had a wonderful time as a family, thank you!

18/01/2026: An appealing concept, but a much less pleasant atmosphere. We arrived as a group of three (two adults and a 12-year-old) hoping to enjoy hot chocolate and share a treat. This was clearly too ambitious an undertaking for the establishment. After a forced "hello," we were subjected to a special forces-style briefing: sitting together was out of the question. The instruction was clear and firm: two at one table, the other isolated. All this was delivered in a tone that implied any breach of the rules could have serious consequences. It's a shame, because the concept is enticing… right up until the initial welcome. Smiles, kindness, and politeness seemed to have been put on hold, probably for logistical reasons. Let's hope that one day the "sweetness" offered extends beyond just treats to include customer service. In the meantime, we'll continue our quest for hot chocolate… elsewhere.

04/01/2026: McDonald's isn't improving... Mediocre food: - Plain fries: served cold and soggy, - A cheeseburger: served cold. I brought it in asking them to heat it up, and after more than 5 minutes, they gave it back to me in exactly the same state, telling me it was normal for the cheese not to be melted (really?) if it were just the cheese... - Service: Long wait for my order even though it was 4 PM and there weren't even 10 customers; - Hygiene: Very questionable! Dirty toilets with papers on the floor, brown stains, a smell of urine... the restaurant's trash cans are overflowing, which makes you wonder about the kitchens! It was a quick stop for a quick bite, but there's no doubt about McDonald's anymore: you'd better be hungry.

14/12/2025: One star instead of zero! Avoid at all costs! The first time, they forgot a sandwich for me; I'd already gotten home when I realized, so it was too late. Today it's the sauces! Zero service. The fries were inedible, and we're not picky eaters, but a little basic decency would be nice! They were cold and tasted like they were from yesterday! And the sandwiches? Don't even get me started! I'm very disappointed.

12/12/2025: Paying for the extra cheddar meal only to not get the extra cheddar and other things in the sandwich is outrageous! It's impossible to reach them by phone! Check the inside of your sandwiches carefully!

11/02/2026: Misleading advertising! I went to the restaurant today for the €2 ice cream offer for February 11th, and when I arrived, they told me it didn't exist… I asked for a goodwill gesture, which they also refused. Very disappointed.

03/02/2026: Strange, their ice cream machine is always out of order after a certain time [9pm] at the end of the day... So no milkshakes in the evening!

17/01/2026: After visiting Disney Studios and having lunch at McDonald's, we stopped by for coffee. The hot Americano was a bit strong, and the restrooms were a bit tricky. The restrooms are for men and women, and there are no gender-specific markings on the stalls after entering, making them inconvenient.

27/10/2025: I think even my dog ​​would have refused this taco—and he eats socks. The bread was as dry as a Sunday without Wi-Fi, the meat tasted like something ancient, and the merguez sausage looked like it had been invented by an angry apprentice chemist. If you're looking for a culinary experience bordering on divine punishment, go for it; this is the place. In short: a taco so bad I wanted to apologize to my stomach for putting it through that.

18/01/2026: Honestly, I'm done with this McDonald's. There are always preparation mistakes, etc. I'm not even going to bother calling them to complain anymore. Even though their customer service is understanding, it's ridiculous to have to check every time, and then the one time you forget to check, you go home with two fewer burgers and a caramel ice cream that isn't caramel at all!

28/10/2025: Great welcome with complimentary tea, unfortunately a major drawback was the taste of the meat which left much to be desired, the prices are reasonable.

04/10/2025: Municipal Health and Hygiene Department, are you asleep or what??? This kebab shop needs to close down, it's a disgrace to operate this business! This is attempted murder!
