23/08/2026: We went to this establishment on a Friday evening in August. The welcome was friendly, but when we asked to be seated on the terrace (which I think many vacationers expect on a Friday evening in August), which is very inviting, we had to insist because they hadn't planned to open it that evening. Despite the sunshine, we were told that if it rained, they would have to find us a table inside. After that initial hiccup, everything went well; we had a good dinner, and the cocktails were excellent.

20/08/2026: We ate there one evening, it was delicious, the galettes are generously filled, the batter is good! The dessert crepes are also generous and delicious.

18/07/2026: Excellent restaurant, we hadn't been before and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the wine pairing recommendations were perfect. The prices are very reasonable. The owner is very welcoming and friendly.

01/09/2026: The manager and the team need to be changed quickly. I know it's difficult to find employees, but this team is too young and poorly managed. They're throwing customers' money away. You place your order to pay at the counter, and it's ready even though you haven't paid. It's cold and impersonal. And when you come to complain once, you complain a second time, you're annoyed. It's basically telling you not to come at all, instead of making sure the customer is satisfied. But given the other reviews, maybe it's time they took action when we pay. We don't want people throwing away our money, so the fries and sandwiches should arrive hot. The drinks should be carbonated; a flat Coke isn't really a Coke. It's not our problem how you manage things. I go to the McDonald's in Etermbière, and it's very, very good. I went yesterday, it's true I don't go often because, for what I consume, it's not really necessary, but yesterday... No, that was the last straw, and I was even verbally attacked by the manager who doesn't know how to handle situations. He blames the customer before even asking himself why the customer is angry... He ends up telling me not to come. Wow, bravo to the manager. Bravo to management.

17/09/2026: We all know BL burgers. The Barentin restaurant is undergoing renovations and will only be drive-thru starting September 20th. The entire interior is being renovated. I hope the 100% kiosk system will be completed, because there are no menu and burger displays outside of the kiosks, which is ridiculous; we could choose while waiting for a kiosk to become available.

22/08/2026: I ordered two iced lattes, but they were lukewarm. I told her they were supposed to be served cold, and she told me I'd have to wait. An iced coffee is supposed to be served ice cold: the milk should be cold, the glass filled with ice cubes, then the coffee poured over it. Not everything hot and then two ice cubes added. Besides, I pointed it out to the waitress, but they didn't even pay attention. And yet, there wasn't a single other customer! I paid €10 for two awful coffees. Never again.

20/08/2026: The quality of the mixed salad is good, but it's a real shame they forgot to include a small vinaigrette dressing in the takeaway bag... It ruins the whole dining experience! 😕😒

13/09/2026: Just now, there's a big offer displayed: a sharing box for €6 with the purchase of up to two meals, and an employee stammers, "Uh, no, it's on the app." So why display it so prominently at the drive-thru? McDonald's is the iconic brand, but people are turning their backs on it, and increasingly so, and it's easy to see why...

29/08/2026: August 29, 2026: Absolutely outrageous! The manager is completely unprofessional, calling drive-thru customers "fat pigs" after they placed a large order. Furthermore, a non-French person who came to exchange a Spiderman (but returned a slightly crushed box) was called a "loser" behind their back, then threw the box on the counter, complaining loudly that it was unsellable. And the numerous stares directed at the women were simply disgusting. All this was too much to bear while waiting for our takeout order... This is a deplorable attitude for a manager; their position needs to be reviewed urgently!

22/07/2026: Thanks to the whole team, and especially to José, for the warm welcome, the cold beers, the good wines, and above all, the delicious food! We had a wonderful time, and as an added bonus in the 16th arrondissement, there's a large terrace! Go for it, ask for José, and let him guide you!

06/08/2026: The atmosphere was rushed and dirty, like a franchise. They mixed up our burgers when we ordered them, even though we were unsure. They clearly don't know their burgers. The value for money was poor, with a huge markup on industrial, non-homemade products. The dishes were chipped and dirty. The restroom was dirty. Despite our complaints, no action was taken to rectify the situation. We will not return and we do not recommend this place.

02/09/2026: Passing through the area, I stopped at this bar. The staff are very friendly and smiling. It's very pleasant at the end of the day 😊

08/08/2026: Great pub, in the purest tradition. An excellent selection of beers. Excellent dry sausages and pizzas. Bonus point for the Guinness, which is particularly well served. Go for it!!!

19/09/2026: It's just another McDonald's. They've become very expensive; luckily Quick came back to create competition and bring down prices on some of their new menu items.

13/09/2026: The worst in the region. The longest wait in France. You point it out to them, they laugh in your face, saying there aren't many of them, even though they're doing absolutely nothing. A drive-thru employee is chatting with his friends, and you're waiting for your ice cream at 4 PM (if they don't have the bright idea of ​​putting the machine in for maintenance at that time). You pick it up at 4:35 PM, already prepared and therefore melted, and on top of that, a mistake, as usual, they confuse caramel and chocolate. You point it out to them, and they're impressively dishonest. In short, apart from two or three decent employees, everything there needs to be reviewed. Zero stars.

21/08/2026: A very good experience at La Brioche Dorée in the Leclerc supermarket in Pau! We came as a family, with my husband and children, and we received a very warm welcome. A big thank you to Florian for his kindness, patience, and professionalism. He was very attentive and helpful, despite our many requests. It's so nice to find someone so friendly and attentive, as it's becoming rare!

05/08/2026: I ordered a salad. Half of it was black. They need to learn how to sort their salad. I told them before leaving. They replied that it was their mistake. They wanted me to order another salad, but they were out. Well, sorry, goodbye. They could have given it to me to take away, but they didn't. I won't be going back.
