24/01/2026: Catastrophic experience: a 20-minute wait for a triple cheeseburger meal when the restaurant was empty.
The employees were chatting amongst themselves, ignoring orders, while only one person was actually taking them (thanks to the little blonde lady who was the only one there, kudos to her!). The manager needs to review this disastrous organization; it's unacceptable to be treated this way.
The person at the counter (hair tied back with a hairnet) who worked Friday night was the worst person I've ever encountered in a restaurant. Not a single greeting and no apology for the wait. Simply unbelievable for a McDonald's!
18/01/2026: I ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon, but it arrived without bacon, and it was too expensive considering it wasn't filling and their toilets are never clean.

What a shame...
31/01/2026: It's McDonald's. But without the heat (the trays stay on the counter and get cold). And without the service (table service where you have to go and collect your order at the counter and, more importantly, REQUEST it because they don't call you). It's McDonald's, but it's disappointing.

26/01/2026: Getting served is complicated, no priority for disabled people, and only about half the staff are friendly. You have to wait standing up, going around trying not to spill your coffee, which can be tricky on crutches.
The chairs inside are very high.
The food and coffee are so-so.
On the plus side, there are power outlets.

03/12/2025: Hidden camera?
Whether it's on Uber Eats or in-store, it's a nightmare. Either the food is cold or they're missing items, and all this with the longest wait of any McDonald's in France. You have to see it to believe it.
The manager needs to do something.
02/12/2025: A very bad experience at this McDonald's in Passy. The security guard behaved completely inappropriately towards me and my friends: disrespectful attitude, offensive remarks, and a feeling of discrimination that made us very uncomfortable.
We were refused entry to eat in without a valid reason, and when we asked for a refund, that was also refused.
It's not normal to be treated this way in a restaurant, especially not in a large chain like McDonald's. I sincerely hope that action will be taken to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation.

23/12/2025: I had the chance to discover Poulaillon once I settled in Mulhouse and I was completely satisfied, the products offered are of exceptional quality whether it is the bread, the pastries or the cakes as for the staff they are lovely and welcoming.

17/01/2026: I'd been waiting at the drive-thru for a while. They asked me to wait before taking my order, no problem, I did. Then another car arrived and I was served immediately. When I told the woman in charge that it wasn't normal and that I was going to another McDonald's, she just replied, "Oh, I used to come here often, but I won't anymore. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes and be served than come back here."
09/01/2026: Dear Mr./Ms. Franchisee, are you aware of what's happening at your establishment? Who is responding to the numerous negative reviews? A communications manager, the director (who isn't the owner)?
It's shameful to have so many negative reviews and still not lift a finger to improve the dramatic situation of your business! And stop responding with your stock phrases and treating your customers like idiots. Get moving! You're not a professional, you're an amateur.
Here's my experience: I hadn't been there for years because the price was far above the quality offered. I came because a friend had arranged to meet me there for a meal, but I wasn't at all enthusiastic, knowing what I would expect. In short, I've noticed that prices have indeed continued to rise (the franchisees' excuse: raw materials have increased significantly. True to some extent, but yes, it's true, they shouldn't make any effort by cutting into their margins; McDonald's franchisees and others are in it to line their pockets. This isn't a company that thinks about its customers, but rather its enormous profits, hahaha :) )
Secondly, McDonald's claims to be a FAST-FOOD restaurant.... hahahaha :), but no, they should change the name to SLOW-FOOD! The days of being served in 3 minutes are over; now it must be 15-20 minutes on average. Add to that staff who are often not very friendly, order mistakes, and a lukewarm meal for 30% more money.
Having worked at McDonald's a few years ago, I observed the staff working that day, and frankly, I was shocked by the lethargy, the lack of professionalism and energy. The worst part was that the manager was just like his colleagues, even though he's the one who should be setting the pace for his team. In short, times have changed. McDonald's isn't what it used to be. It's a shame we're no longer in the good old 90s, without the self-service kiosks, with one of the crew members lined up in a row taking your order, and who were incredibly fast and efficient! I wonder what McDonald's France is doing. Do they read the comments? Are they taking any action?
Anyway, I'm really glad Burger King is back in France, shaking things up a bit, and stealing a lot of customers from McDonald's, which doesn't seem to be reacting, a bit like Free, which shook things up and woke up the three big telecom companies who were getting fat as pigs and resting on their laurels with their exorbitantly priced internet and mobile plans!
In short, it's been years since I last visited your place, and I think the next time, if there is one, will be a very long time from now, or never.
Conclusion: MR./MS. FRANCHISEE: WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!

15/01/2026: We ordered again today and we're very disappointed. For the fifth time, we ordered a McChicken and the chicken wasn't cooked inside. It's getting more and more disappointing. I used to love eating at McDonald's, but now I don't want to anymore. This was the last straw; it's put me off.

12/12/2025: So yesterday, my grandchildren and I ordered set menus, and then the children wanted ice cream and cake. We did get the ice cream, but only two cakes instead of four. The order wasn't listened to carefully; the young staff gave me the impression they didn't care about the customers. They should have tried talking to us. I went back to order the other cakes, and they pointed me to a board I didn't know how to use. I had easily placed my order at the till, but my children were getting restless. In short, the atmosphere was unpleasant, with no smiles or attention. I won't be going back, that's for sure. We live right next door in Le Chesnay and come often for the children, but the service was mediocre. What a shame!
12/12/2025: Hello, please review your team. One manager was a bit too complacent; according to her, a customer isn't allowed to make a mistake on their order, especially since the error was reported well before the sandwich was even prepared—just three seconds after payment! This same manager then discussed the matter for ages with her colleagues, even debating it. It's no wonder the wait was interminable when the person who's supposed to be managing their team is going on about such a ridiculous and truly appalling issue! Let's not forget that McDonald's is a service company, where customer courtesy is essential!
And to top it all off, since it was a takeout order and I think I was too busy chatting, they forgot the dessert from the takeout meal.

Run away; go to the one in Champagne or anywhere else in Lyon instead. You'll get much better service and it will be faster, and at least they know their products. Good luck!
