10/06/2026: The pastries, cookies, black olive rolls, focaccia, pizzas, and sandwiches are very good and made with quality meat ingredients (trout, chicken, ham, etc.), which is rare and worth noting. However, I'm always disappointed by the cakes, which, despite their tempting appearance, are often unbalanced, with unripe fruit, sliced ​​cream, frozen mousse, and marzipan as hard as cardboard. And today, there was a piece of wood in my sugar pie. Many small mistakes that spoil the experience.

15/07/2026: I witnessed a particularly unpleasant scene on July 14th during the match. The manager (or organizer) addressed a female spectator in a very aggressive and humiliating manner, in front of everyone, ordering her to sit down. Having witnessed the scene from the beginning, I can confirm that the conflict was initiated by another woman. Despite this, he refused to listen and immediately took sides without trying to understand what had actually happened. This attitude was very disturbing for me and certainly for the other spectators present, especially since the young woman wasn't bothering anyone. An organizer is supposed to defuse tensions, not publicly humiliate someone without knowing the facts.

03/08/2026: I stopped at this McDonald's this Sunday during a break on my way to my vacation destination. The order went smoothly at the self-service kiosk, but the experience quickly deteriorated. First of all, there were very few clean tables to sit at. The real problem, however, was the state of the restrooms. Before continuing my journey, I went in and was shocked: not a single stall was clean. There was excrement on the toilet and the seat, urine and toilet paper everywhere on the floor, and an unbearable stench... A situation that is simply unacceptable for an establishment that serves so many people. What's most surprising is that the staff regularly pass through the service door located between the men's and women's restrooms without even glancing at them, even though the smell is impossible to ignore. A minimum of maintenance and cleanliness control should be a priority, especially on a busy weekend. I was very disappointed by this experience. I called out to a manager before he went through the service door... He hadn't noticed anything and told me... I just got here... Lol Me too, and yet...

03/08/2026: The food is rated 4 stars because it's McDonald's... it's not really food, but it pleases the kids. The service is excellent because after ordering at the kiosk, you're served quickly and seated at a table. But I have a problem with the drive-thru service for online orders... I think it encourages laziness, especially since there's always the option of waiting in line to order while staying in your car. Sorry, but I find it deplorable and it puts the staff at their mercy...

The service at the counter was excellent: smiling, pleasant, and very friendly staff, both when ordering and paying 😊 It's so nice to be greeted with such good cheer! Fast, efficient, and warm service. No complaints whatsoever, I'll definitely be back! 🍦

01/09/2026: At the drive-thru, there were only two cars ahead of us, so we thought it would be quick. We placed our order and then waited almost 20 minutes before receiving it. The problem with the drive-thru is that once you're in line, you're completely stuck: one car in front, one behind, and no way to turn around or get out of the line. With a crying, impatient 15-month-old baby, this situation quickly becomes very unpleasant. After those 20 minutes, we finally got our order. We were asked to check it, which I did conscientiously. Everything seemed fine. I obviously didn't know that you also had to open each burger to check what was inside. Once we left, I realized that I had ordered a classic Chicago, but I had been given a Barbecue Chicago. I fully understand that a mistake can happen, but when you accumulate a 20-minute wait with only two cars ahead of you, being completely stuck in the Drive and, to top it all off, an error in the order, the experience is really disappointing.

Chatting with them is a pleasure, and honestly, I've never seen such a friendly and close-knit team working together to make it happen as these two wonderful people that my friends and I met tonight. I highly recommend it to everyone because it's a must-try! 12/09/2026: A wonderful place I stumbled upon while strolling along the port. The service is efficient, welcoming, and very pleasant. The dishes are generous, fresh, high-quality, and homemade. A true Brest institution, passed down through four generations. I highly recommend it!

25/08/2026: It's a shame I didn't discover this place sooner. I ordered a three-meat taco, which cost €9—that's a steal! It was loaded with filling, the meat was tender, the sauces were perfectly balanced, and the side of fries was generous. The service was quick and the waiter very friendly. Perfect for young people, I highly recommend it. One of the best value tacos I've ever had, thanks chef! 🫡

11/07/2026: Hello, I've ordered from L'Original several times, but unfortunately, I've experienced delays on several occasions. Today, even before placing my order, I tried calling to see if they were busy. I had to wait until my fourth call before getting an answer, about 20 minutes later. Plus, the phone line was very difficult to hear, making communication difficult. After placing my order, I was given a delivery time that wasn't respected. Arriving only five minutes late, my order still wasn't ready. I even had time to pick up a package before coming back, and then waited another ten minutes before being served. Finally, the meat taco was really tiny, barely the size of two thumbs, which is disappointing considering the price. It's a shame, because the repeated delays and such small portions end up spoiling the experience. I hope these problems will be fixed, otherwise I won't order from you again.

03/09/2026: Hello, I often go to this McDonald's and on numerous occasions I've received the wrong order (water instead of iced tea, a burger with ketchup when I specifically asked several times that I didn't want it, etc.). And each time I went back to the counter to complain, I received neither an apology nor any compensation. As someone who works in the service and restaurant industry myself, I find this customer service behavior particularly deplorable. Avoid this establishment at all costs!!
