10/12/2025: Great, I went there this Wednesday with my 5-year-old son and a friend of his. The restaurant offered a balloon sculpting activity, which was fantastic!

10/12/2025: Waiting 30 minutes when there's no one there, we're finally served, no fries, I mention it, they search our bags because they didn't believe me. It's getting worse and worse, no respect, unfriendly, and the managers are even worse. All they know how to do is show off and act like they're the bosses... pathetic.

27/09/2024: What a nice surprise this 12 p.m., a surprising welcome at the drive-thru, I almost believed it was a Relais et château, where I usually go, and yes the contrast MCDO and relay et château and even the starred ones . But after my order at the drive and this beautiful welcome I ask is it new? to be so well received? and yes a new manager (in training) who welcomes you, as long as it lasts, in any case well done because we like the MCDO or not but with this Welcome it's even better, we'll come back only for that

04/11/2025: The service is great, but in summer or winter the number of tourists is absurd; the Choucas loses all its charm.

01/11/2025: We were "greeted" by a waitress who seemed to be the owner, who was absolutely unpleasant. She threw us out of the bar for no reason, without even letting us order anything. We were regulars at the bar and had previously been served by a young waiter who was absolutely lovely and professional; we already miss him…

29/08/2024: Kabane was the highlight of our trip to Paris! This incredible café offers a stunning, cozy yet chic décor, paired with exceptional service. We enjoyed matcha, café, chocolate shakes, and granola, but the standout moment was when the barista prepared the matcha right at our table. The drinks were delicious, and the granola was perfectly fresh. Kabane was our best find in Paris, and we can't recommend it enough!

27/08/2024: If it were possible to give no stars I wouldn't give any. Deplorable service, everything is long, disrespectful to the customer who waits while we spend hours behind his little counter infusing rosemary in coffee between sores, prices which continue to rise and customer service never seen before: disrespect, no listening to the customer's requests, I have my theory on this disgusting behavior, but I will abstain for lack of proof. It's all in the star I just put. Pierre-Jacques Antiao some advice: CHANGE YOUR JOB!!

10/09/2024: Apres un long trajet par autoroute nous decidons de nous arreter au mac donald a lannemezan a 20h le dimanche 8 septembre 2024 bien nous en a pris car arriver au restaurant un employé viens nous dire qu ils ne pouvait plus servir de repas du tout faute de marchandise au drive et en restaurant c est pas la premiere fois que je vois des dis fonctionnement a ce restaurant je suis client regulier et je suis de plus en plus déçu c est bien dommage surtout quand on s apelle mac donald et ils savaient tres bien aue ce week end la il y avais du monde de prevu a bon entendeur

08/09/2024: Fermé un dimanche soir, à 20h pour quelles raisons ? Dévalisé de frites. Le stock ne doit pas être bien grand. Déçue, à éviter

04/02/2026: I'm giving it one star because you can't give less, this McDonald's is awful. It's filthy, the staff is unpleasant, there's always a mistake, the orders are never right, and when you ask for a sauce they make you pay for it. No goodwill gesture whatsoever. Avoid it, go to Burger King!

24/01/2026: Getting worse and worse... absolute bad faith. Five times in a row, every time I go there, I specifically ask for plain burgers, and they slap ketchup on the pickles, but we're the ones responsible because they're incapable of admitting their mistake. Now I'll go to Burger King, who at least are friendly and professional. I definitely do not recommend it.

08/02/2026: This restaurant is a disaster. I ordered click and collect at 5:45 PM, the restaurant was empty, and I waited 25 minutes for my order. When I got home, one of my sandwiches was missing. If the staff could be a little friendlier, that would be great.

07/02/2026: The hygiene at the McDonald's in Aizenay is shameful and getting worse. The tables are in a deplorable state, not cleaned at all. I almost sat in a puddle of urine on a bench seat tonight when I went there to eat with my son. Then it was impossible to find a clean table to eat at; I had to choose the least dirty one to sit down at, and there was no spontaneous cleaning once I was seated.
