09/12/2025: Today I went to this McDonald's and I was really disappointed. I waited for my coffee and snack for a long 30 minutes. Finally, I had to go to the register myself to report the problem. They eventually brought me a coffee… but it was already almost cold. And only after that did they bring the snack. And to top it all off, I had to go back to the register again to ask for napkins. Frankly, a very unpleasant experience.

08/12/2025: Fast service from where? Three cars and already overflowing! At this rate, your parking lot is going to be too small. A disgrace!

I asked her the price, and she replied, "I don't know." I pressed her a little because she could check; it would only take 30 seconds. She then replied, "I don't know, but they're expensive," and said goodbye. 🫤 I'm disappointed.

22/01/2026: Avoid McDonald's at all costs... There was a mistake with my order (I don't even want to go into details). I called them on Monday and they said, "No problem, we'll call you back without fail..." So, I called today to tell them they hadn't kept their word and that I wouldn't be coming back to their restaurant. The person I spoke to was laughing his head off... That says a lot about their professionalism. Am I really surprised they didn't call me back? 🤔

02/02/2026: I went through the drive-thru, everything went smoothly at the self-service kiosk, then I went to the cashier's window and that's when it all started: I was coughing a lot and the cashier was disgusted. She held out her hand for the money and when I gave it to her, a coin fell out. Then she told me there wasn't enough and didn't even mention that the coin had fallen (she clearly saw it fall). As I moved to the next window, she gave me a little "tick" while the others laughed.

27/01/2026: I've never seen a McDonald's so mediocre, both in terms of staff and service. It's like a brick wall, the staff are unfriendly, and there are always things missing from the orders. Seriously, run away! I go there regularly with friends, and it's always the same thing. And don't even get me started on the wait. Disappointed. Learn to smile; it doesn't hurt. Otherwise, find another job.

The pizzas are exceptional: the perfectly crafted dough, light yet crispy, top-quality ingredients, freshly cooked seafood... authentic flavors and generous portions. (We didn't even finish our pizzas, they were so big!) Every bite is a true pleasure; you can taste the expertise and passion behind each dish. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, with impeccable attentive, available, and professional service. You truly feel pampered from beginning to end. The service is smooth, quick, and efficient. A must-visit for lovers of real, good pizzas and delicious Italian dishes. Aqua Farina ticks all the boxes: quality, atmosphere, welcome, and service. A perfect experience that I recommend 100% and where I will return without the slightest hesitation!

01/11/2024: This restaurant seemed promising, but what a disappointment! A reservation for 6 people made a week in advance, and when we arrived, we found the doors closed. Not even a simple phone call to let us know! Result: a wasted evening, without a car to retreat elsewhere, and on an empty stomach. It’s really a shame…

01/10/2024: We ate in the restaurant as there are hardly any alternatives in the area. Apparently the chalets are cross-subsidized with the restaurant. The food wasn't anything special, but above all, even by French standards, I've never gotten so little for so much money. You won't get full despite the full menu, and that in a hiking area...

16/01/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered a McDonald's click and collect in Talence. The order was incorrect (we received a Big Mac instead of a Big Mac Chicken). Consequently, we returned to the restaurant to request a burger exchange. At the counter, the manager took our request while implying that our order was too old; we literally had to make a round trip between the restaurant and our apartment after discovering the wrong burger. We were surprised not to receive any compensation from the restaurant, given that it was a rather significant mistake. We were a little disappointed by the manager's reaction since we didn't want to make a fuss over something so easily resolved. Furthermore, I noticed no apology from the employee, which seemed to me to be the bare minimum...
