08/04/2026: The drive-thru service is getting longer and longer.
Over 45 minutes even though there were only two cars in front.
And of course, they forgot the burger.
06/04/2026: After waiting 35 minutes for my order, I received cold fries and a half-full container.
I then noticed errors in the bag containing my order, so I had to return to get it replaced, which required another 10-minute wait. When my order was finally delivered, there was no apology, not even to the manager present; just the sandwich placed on the display with a "Have a good evening."

18/03/2026: Very good butter croissants (when they give you the right type of croissant you ordered; mistakes happen, it happened to me once),
good oriental pastries to discover,
due to a lack of friendliness… they threw my credit card receipt on the counter. I didn't understand, not a smile. When I ask for information about the oriental pastries I want to try, I struggle to get clear answers 😬. And this is always with the same server.
31/01/2026: The bakery is amazing, lovely, really very kind to my little Camellia, always attentive, and the bread is excellent.

11/04/2026: Very disappointed. I asked for a table for two at 12:30 pm but was told it wasn't possible because there was only one person in the kitchen. Why have a menu if you can't even come and eat? Appalling!
02/01/2026: Bistro in the center of Saumur. An unpretentious place, like a neighborhood bar, serving traditional home-style cooking. The duck parmentier and the croque monsieur were delicious. The portions are very generous.
The manager was very friendly and did her best to communicate with us even though we don't speak French. The food took a little while to arrive, but that was perfectly reasonable considering she was in charge of the bar, the tables, the kitchen… Good value for money.

08/04/2026: Average... nothing special 😮💨. The cuttlefish wasn't cooked properly, very rubbery. The meat wasn't rare as requested. The service wasn't very pleasant. They brought us the bill at the same time as dessert, as if they were in a hurry for us to leave. We definitely won't be back.

26/03/2026: We ordered a click and collect order this evening. We ordered a gourmet coffee milkshake but ended up with just a regular coffee. The fries were cold and really not great. Order errors/mistakes seem quite frequent; at least, that's often the case for us. It's a shame, but it really doesn't make us want to come back here.

17/03/2026: Even when there's no one around, they manage to be slow and make mistakes with the order.
Never seen anything like it.
15/03/2026: The restaurant is dirty (floor and tables), poorly maintained, and dilapidated (broken tiles and broken furniture upstairs). Furthermore, the wait was extremely long; we waited an hour and left requesting a refund.
I do not recommend it.
