07/11/2025: Very nice store. I was alone in the store, and the sales assistant didn't even come to my aid. From across the store, she indicated it was self-service, pointing with her finger at the tongs, etc. When I got to the checkout, I had to hand over the products I'd placed in front of it. Not a smile; I really felt like I was bothering her. It's a shame to employ people who aren't suited for this job, even though they sell good products.

04/11/2025: I stopped by this shop to buy some mini Kouign Amann for my colleagues who hadn't tried them, and they were all delighted! The size of the Kouign Amann is perfect.

11/11/2025: Unbelievable! You say hello, no response. After 20 minutes, you ask the gentleman if he'll be much longer—very rude. He replies, "I'm working. If it's not convenient, go somewhere else." I tell him, "Sir, you don't have to open the door if you don't want to serve." He replies, "I'm not here to do nothing, sir. You need to be respectful to elderly people. I'm 70 years old. If you can't manage your temper and your orders, you should hire someone." Very rude.

15/03/2026: A very good experience. The dishes were excellent and the quality of the food was truly outstanding. A big thank you to the waitress and the owner for their warm welcome and professionalism. The only slight drawback was a bit of a wait for our reserved table, and the bartender wasn't very friendly, offering no compensation despite the delay. A shame, because the rest of the service was truly excellent.

After a 25-minute wait, my order arrived incomplete: no drink, no sauce, no ice cream, no dessert in the Happy Meal, and not even the Happy Meal book for my little sister. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the rest of my order, after having to ask for it, of course. The restaurant was in a deplorable state: dirty tables, sticky floors, and no visible effort at cleanliness. More than 10 customers were waiting or making complaints. And the most incomprehensible thing: 5 employees were visible, but only 2 were working. The others? Arms crossed, chatting amongst themselves while the frustrated customers waited. I don't expect five-star service at McDonald's, but the bare minimum, yes. That day, even that wasn't guaranteed. Catastrophic organization, a team that was clearly overwhelmed or demotivated, and frankly questionable hygiene. Rating: 0/5 — Experience to avoid

Frankly, this is unacceptable, especially since I don't live nearby. I strongly advise against going to this McDonald's.

25/03/2026: It's incredibly disturbing to hear the manager (a fake blonde with enormous sunglasses tonight) yelling at the employees and then blurting out, "He's such an idiot, I can't take it anymore." It's a veritable barrage of unpleasant comments and a condescending tone directed at the staff, all in front of the customers. A blatant lack of basic manners and professionalism. Managers should be chosen for their more human qualities.
