Nous nous faisons refuser car la journée a été longue et qu'ils n'ont apparemment plus rien
Pourtant il y a des gens à l'intérieur et ils prennent 2 voitures après nous
Lorsque nous allons réclamer ils répondent qu'ils ne font plus que le froid... Pourtant on ne nous l'avait pas proposé

01/10/2024: 35 min wait to have a happy meal. I had to order from Brioche Dorée to eat because I'm working. Unacceptable, I will come back to get a refund for the order. !!! Above all, don't go to this McDonald's!!!!! Ashamed.
30/09/2024: 30 min to wait for my order while the staff have fun in the kitchen.
To ultimately eat cold.
We ask for sauces it is limited if we ask the restaurant 😡
Not to mention forgetting my sister-in-law's order which magically vanished and she waited a total of 45 minutes for just one menu.
Not to mention orders that don't correspond to customers, bags that fall at customers' feet...
Really unacceptable

05/11/2024: Small waffle with hot chocolate and tea for 4 people. The waiter is not pleasant, not a smile, not even a semblance of politeness, the slightest thing for a shopkeeper and looking away from you.

We took 3 menus at 17€...with 3 courses...exceptional value for money because they were very fresh.
An excellent banofee..
Impeccable toilets and kindness of the waitresses.
Only one small error on the note that we did not reread because grandma paid in secret for a quarter of wine not had but half not counted. So it's our fault but given the price...no complaints about the All.
To recommend and to do again but we are from Gap and passing through. Thank you...
21/09/2024: Very long wait between starter and hot main course to end up with undercooked meat and when we return the plate we are taken for stupid because we are right for the cooking which was not as requested and the manager is not professional n doesn't listen to the customer and in bad faith and ends up paying for the dish we didn't eat! Bravo, it's a steal. Go your way

01/09/2024: I'm really on it. As someone who follows regular customers, I was practically insulted as a thief when I really miss a medium-sized fries and nuggets by 6 when passing through the drive-thru. I called and was told that he was going to watch the cameras, no, but frankly for some fries and nuggets. What a shame!!!!! It doesn't matter, we'll go elsewhere now. I strongly advise against it. 13/09/2024: A well-placed restaurant, as it goes, overlooking Place Graslin. Pleasant and efficient server. I ate a croque-monsieur there which was nothing exceptional. On the other hand, a gourmet coffee presented on a slate which was pleasant to the eye and taste. Installed inside, the tables are quite close together. It was a little noisy at lunchtime though, it's probably a place for regulars to chat 😊 overall not an unpleasant place.

15/09/2024: I couldn't pay by card at the kiosk, so I went to the front desk, but there was no one there so I waited for over 5 minutes. After 15 minutes of ordering, the food didn't come out. Since I had planned to eat quickly and move on to meet my family, I didn't have time to protest so I just left. It was an experience I really don't want to remember.
