23/05/2026: We had a great experience at Ben Burger at first: the cook was lovely and offered us several options to customize our burgers right at the register, which was really appreciated. However, the cashier's attitude unfortunately spoiled the experience a bit. We simply asked if it was possible to lightly grill some onions, and he replied "no" in a very curt tone, raising his eyebrows. It's a shame because just before, his colleague had kindly offered us several choices and alternatives. The burgers are still good, but a more pleasant and consistent welcome from the staff would make the experience much better.

26/04/2026: We came to eat and frankly, it was delicious and piping hot! We thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. We were served incredibly quickly, and everything was spotless: the tables were cleared almost immediately; as soon as the customers left, someone was already cleaning up, which was really appreciated. The whole team was so kind, welcoming, and friendly, which was lovely. We had a wonderful time in a great atmosphere. I've read some reviews and honestly, I don't understand this negative feedback at all. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and excellent service; we'll definitely be back!

16/06/2026: Ordered 1 hot chocolate, 1 tea, 1 cookie, 1 muffin. Over a 15-minute wait, even though there were only 6 of us in the restaurant, and they dare to say it was packed! What a joke!

27/11/2025: Nothing to say except that it's excellent and very filling. An open kitchen where you can see everything the staff are doing. An impressive wood-fired rotating oven. The managers are fantastic and always smiling (special mention to the boss ❤️❤️). If you want to eat a good pizza 🍕, you can go there without hesitation... I highly recommend it!

11/02/2026: What a nice place. Shame about the customers. They're arrogant and abusive. I was alone. They stole my drink and lighter. I think they just hate the English. How sad. France is beautiful. But the jealous people ruined Paris. Bisous x

09/06/2026: A new concept, perhaps designed to encourage people to eat less and gain less weight: order your meal now, get it served the day after tomorrow! Quite an initiative, enough to deter potential customers (and the food) and thus reduce the obesity rate in France.

08/06/2026: First and last time. Slow service and the staff drank a beverage meant for us right in front of us. They chat more in the kitchen than they work and are completely unmotivated.

03/06/2026: Visited today, June 3rd, 2026. The sandwich was horrible, the bread was extremely hard. They said they were giving me an ice cream instead as compensation for the inconvenience, but I didn't see it. Really disappointed with McDonald's La Verpillière and the cleaning staff was terrible.

09/04/2026: The bagels are good, but €12 for a mini sandwich seems overpriced. It's not worth more than €5 considering the size.

20/09/2025: Why are reviews being deleted here? I'm considering getting a lawyer if this happens again. The old lady (owner or employee, I don't know) has a thing against people in wheelchairs and has literally chased me away twice! She should be ashamed of herself. I'm also considering filing a discrimination complaint. Impossible!

03/06/2026: I was very disappointed because the meat tasted like spoiled meat. I took the kebab home; I thought about giving it to my little dog, but I didn't dare.

20/05/2026: Table service, pleasant staff but a slow wait. Yet, there were few people around 3:21 PM. New menu replacing the McFirst. The taste was passable, the ice cream was tiny, the drink was 20cl for the 7Up but 25cl for the Coke – why the difference in the same type of menu? Apparently the Coke is more fizzy...

10/03/2026: This is the place from 60s You still can have your French fries and good antrecote for lunch for €12. And it’s one minute from Pont Neuf. Save your $ for a overpriced meals in tourist places and buy some coins in Monnaie De Paris boutique instead

07/06/2026: Check your drinks before you drink them!!! My iced tea had everything but the taste and color of iced tea… I was sick all night. I'm never going back to that McDonald's.

01/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my order on Saturday night. The burgers and sides arrived cold, while the drinks were hot, which is really unacceptable. Furthermore, the packaging was clearly poorly prepared: the sauces were placed inside the ice cream and even the caramel. They don't move around on their own, which suggests a clear lack of care during the preparation or packaging of the order. In the end, a very disappointing experience and a largely unusable order. For a company of this size, one has the right to expect a minimum level of quality and attention to detail. I hope this type of situation doesn't happen again.
