13/06/2026: So, I'm going to revisit a previous review, modifying it slightly: A seedy bar that I hope will stay that way! I saw a concert there last Sunday. Luckily, the band was excellent. Otherwise, the toilets were exposed, and the "concert hall" reeked of urine. The rest of the bar was filthy, but the atmosphere was great. Don't change a thing! May Zorba remain Zorba. A good punk concert in the basement, basic beer, Belleville squared!

24/07/2026: I go to this McDonald's every week. Tonight, the manager wasn't very helpful. I returned my fish meal because it was cold and the cheese hadn't melted. I got it back with only half a slice of cheddar. I pointed this out, and the manager had the nerve to tell me that's how it is now, even though we pay extra for a slice. I went on Sunday and got what I needed, and six days later, nothing was right. I told her to get lost and left her the fish. I've never had a problem with a manager before, but this one was unbelievable—unfriendly, not smiling at all. I feel sorry for the staff who work under her. On top of that, the trash cans were full and hadn't been emptied, and there were fries and papers on the floor. I took the liberty of helping myself. I regret not checking on the place that day because the other times the McDonald's was fine; I didn't have any problems. It's unfortunate that this person doesn't deserve to be in charge. I'm going to contact head office.

21/07/2026: Change your manager! For several weeks now, the customer service has become appalling, and the quality of service is deteriorating with each visit. During our last visit, we ordered, among other things, four Happy Meals. On the way home, we discovered that the toys were missing. So we went back to the counter to ask for them. The response? "Sorry, we're out of them." "Yes, but we paid for them!" "I'll call my manager." His response? "Come back another day." Excuse me? We paid full price for the Happy Meals. The least they could have done was inform us when we placed the order (it was the manager at the register when we paid, by the way) or at the very latest when we received our bag, so we could decide whether or not to keep our order. Instead, nothing. We had to find out for ourselves afterward. This isn't an isolated incident. Between the interminable wait, the appalling service of recent weeks, and this blatant lack of consideration for customers, it's time for a serious reassessment. I'm eagerly awaiting the opening of Burger King in Aire-sur-la-Lys. The travel time will be more than compensated by decent service, a warmer welcome, and, in my opinion, better quality. And besides, given the wait time in Lillers to pick up an order... it'll be just the same as the trip to Aire. The lack of competition doesn't give you the right to treat customers with such nonchalance. Being a business owner isn't just about taking orders. It's also about respecting the people who place them.

07/07/2026: The food was very good and the waitstaff was welcoming. However, the manager was exceptionally cold and unpleasant. Her attitude, her stares, and her complete lack of friendliness totally ruined our meal. We had planned to have dessert, but we decided to leave as quickly as possible. It's a real shame that one person could so drastically tarnish the image of a restaurant where the food is otherwise excellent.

20/07/2026: We often go there as a family and with our sports teams. The staff is very friendly.

16/07/2026: We went through the drive-thru yesterday at midnight. There was a lady dressed in a shirt; she was efficient, very pleasant, and very professional—nothing to complain about! Well done! ❤️

27/07/2026: My go-to bakery when I'm in Sainte-Maxime. A baguette that's not too well-done for me—perfect for my teeth 🤣. A cornbread like I've rarely tasted. The price is a bit steep, but it's worth it. A warm welcome, friendly service, and easy access on foot, by bike, or by car.

31/10/2025: The terrace is very pleasant, unlike the waiter's attitude. He should consider a career change (table not cleaned, order taken very abruptly, he was bothered when we asked for payment). Avoid at all costs.
