31/01/2026: My wallet, containing my company credit card and all my ID, was stolen upstairs. I asked to speak to the manager to review the footage from the two security cameras. An employee gave me his cell phone number, but he did it on purpose; it was a fake number. Be careful who you associate with. Despite the cameras, the restaurant upstairs isn't secure, and a lot of young people hang around there.

29/01/2026: Tacos ordered via Uber Eats with the raclette option not included. No cheese sauce. 15 euros for a wrap, a few fries, and dry beef.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

25/01/2026: I'm posting a review today to raise awareness about a situation, and especially about the young man with bleached, white-blond hair. This man is nasty and speaks terribly to his employees. It's a disgrace; this man is dangerous, engaging in such harassment. I'm a customer, so I can only imagine what they must be going through!

03/09/2024: Arriving at 5:30 p.m. we are still in front of the terminal.. no one has yet taken the order yet no car behind us and only one in front of us. The best we complain about the wait and the hostess behind the microphone tells us to leave and doesn't want to take our order and asks her colleagues to call the municipal police so that we can leave the drive! Because we supposedly insulted her by complaining about the manager!! Amazing, I've never seen that and yet I've had a lot of McDonald's so back to the McDonald's in L'Arbresle too bad

26/01/2026: No CroqMcDo, no milkshake, and no carrots for Happy Meals—that's a lot missing from a single McDonald's meal. The decor is a bit odd, but there are better options.

15/01/2026: Since the change of manager, there's been real progress! For a McDonald's these days, it's honestly not bad. Short wait times, orders respected, and decent portions.

11/11/2025: I'm a big Starbucks fan and a very good customer, but today I'm more than disappointed with the quality of the coffee. I ordered two coffees (one Venti and one Tall), completely different, and to my surprise, neither had any taste whatsoever (and for your information, there were two of us trying them). I mentioned it to the woman behind the counter, asking her to empty the coffees because they had no flavor. She replied, "Hmm, thanks for putting them there," and that was all.

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

25/11/2025: A nice touch was the table service this evening with the very friendly waitress. That's not always the case at other McDonald's! I recommend it 👍

14/11/2025: Order placed at the kiosk. Over 15 minutes wait for a €5 meal. I understand that they make food to order to avoid waste, but waiting that long just to get the cheese not even slightly warm, but whole and firm, is a shame. I also wonder if gloves are an option for the kitchen staff? They wear hairnets; I don't understand why they don't wear gloves for hygiene reasons. Just a question.

25/01/2026: Good music, free entry, a full selection of beer and spirits at very reasonable prices. And even sports on TV to please everyone.

13/01/2026: At first glance, the bar seemed very nice; I came with a friend to watch the World Cup match. The evening began as we entered this rather charming bar, and as soon as we stepped inside, we noticed how crowded it was. The atmosphere was excellent, and the bartenders were lovely. Unfortunately, I'm only giving it two stars because of the owner's appalling behavior throughout the evening. From the very beginning, he started kicking people out and getting into fights with them, claiming that a crowd surge had caused problems (next time, perhaps you should consider selling fewer tickets to avoid being overwhelmed). Throughout the evening, this man did nothing but complain and berate the people around us. He is far from being a good customer. The safety of those present was of little concern to him. In summary, I do not recommend this bar because of its owner unfortunately, but if you can overlook his behavior, I guarantee you will have a good evening.

09/12/2025: Hello, the front door was partially jammed with tape over the lock, which is a great start. Then there's the very greasy, dirty, and extremely slippery floor. This poses a high risk of falls and injuries, even with the "slippery floor" sign. And the touchscreens? Don't even get me started—they're filthy. I was shocked to see an employee take out the dishwasher trolley while the door directly connecting the restrooms to the dishwashing area remained open. So much for hygiene! As for the service, it was incredibly cold; I've never seen anything like it. I ordered a Coke without ice, and there were six ice cubes in my glass. The fries were bland and cold, and I won't even mention the rest. What is the manager of this fast food restaurant doing? The safety situation is critical, the hygiene is appalling, and the customer service is a disgrace. I was just passing through, but in the future, if the opportunity arises, I will certainly never set foot there again.
