09/12/2025: We ordered in, and the young waitress rudely asked us to eat outside the McDonald's because it was apparently too late. €50 for two people is expensive for eating out! Don't sell "dine-in" if you're just going to kick people out. A real lack of respect from the staff!

10/12/2025: A spectacular change! Professionalism, respect for the customer, and quality are back. 🤗👏 A long time ago, I completely stopped going to this McDonald's due to problematic management and a blatant lack of consideration for customers (disrespectful tone, slander, etc.). Before, there were also constantly missing items in our orders, forcing us to drive miles back without any apology or compensation. I recently returned out of curiosity, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the radical change! The current team has raised the bar impressively. 😍🥰👏👏👏 • The staff is now friendly, polite, and very dedicated. • Customer consideration is once again a top priority. • The food quality has improved: No more having to "reassemble" your sandwich. The products are incredibly well-made, they stay neatly wrapped, and the packaging is clean, without any excess grease! It's like night and day. An example of this professionalism: Recently, I noticed an error in my Drive order before leaving. I pointed it out, and the team corrected it immediately, with sincere apologies, and even let me have the incorrect sandwich! It's superb service and a level of dedication that the previous staff absolutely lacked. I am incredibly touched by their professionalism. I especially want to highlight Ellias's kindness and dedication to customers, the likes of which I haven't seen in a very long time. His colleagues are also very polite and committed. A huge thank you to the entire team for transforming this experience! They have all raised the bar for the establishment and for respecting their customers.

09/12/2025: On Wednesday evening, December 2nd, I came in with a young person. She fainted, and absolutely no one from the staff came to see what was happening. I experienced a completely unbelievable situation. Four customers came to help me (only four!!), thankfully. We waited for the fire department for over an hour. The firefighters were very surprised that no one from the staff came to meet them or ask what was going on. Returning with three firefighters and a stretcher, we were more than visible. At McDonald's, it seems you come as you are and leave as you are: unseen. What a disgrace! That's it.

09/09/2025: Came last night with a friend (Monday early evening), 12th the pornstar ok no problem with that. But 0 effort of presentation, no fruit nothing. And the worst is when I remark that there is nothing and that I find it abnormal, I am answered laughingly that they have more fruit?! And then I learn from a reliable source that finally yes, but that it is their will, I find it unacceptable. We must stop taking customers for pigeons! In short, it is the last time for me there! And I will not hesitate to circulate the information around me.

08/02/2026: I'm not usually pleasantly surprised by fast food chains, but I think it's worth mentioning when the review is positive. Quick meal while passing through La Roche. The burgers were hot, the fries crispy and salty. The service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff (a shout-out to the drive-thru employee on February 6th around 1 p.m. with the joke), nothing to complain about, really very satisfied.

27/09/2025: I was able to try the chip shop in Paradise recently, I am more than satisfied, I was welcomed with a smile, plus the Americans are super well germinated, I recommend +++

28/01/2026: At 9:50 PM, there was no one in the restaurant, the wait was too long; I've been waiting 10 minutes for my order.

25/01/2026: The sandwiches and fries were cold. 45-minute wait at the drive-thru. The drinks weren't what I ordered. Disappointed with the guy from Vire.

16/12/2024: Extremely disappointed with my visit. The room is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are not washed between two customers, the trash cans are overflowing, the toilets are in a deplorable state of dirt, the kitchen is also very dirty, the spoon used to add the bacon on the fries falls to the ground, no problem, it is put back in the bin... Several duplicate racks, so my order was delivered to another table... complicated to make myself understood by the waiters before my order is redone, unfortunately with missing products, after three times, I finally had everything... but cold... It’s amazing that a restaurant established for so long and in such a good location is so poorly managed and maintained. Management has work to do!!!

14/12/2024: Too many missing items on the products. No cheddar for the Cheddar Fries. Forced to go to another Mc Do to get frozen desserts. In short, so disappointed!!!!

27/11/2025: It was excellent. Clean, pleasant place with no overpowering smell. Quick service, very good quality for the price of the sandwich/meal, depending on what you order. Friendly and very pleasant owner. I'd add that it's a real gem. A great find. I highly recommend it.

19/09/2024: We have been coming for several years and unfortunately we can see the deterioration of the exterior and interior buildings. Damage ! The location is ideal. High price considering the service.

11/09/2024: The positive points of the apartment were undoubtedly the bed, certainly a little hard but very comfortable, its proximity to the seaside and the calm, no noise to be deplored throughout the night and complete darkness in the early morning! On the other hand, it was impossible to run the dishwasher, the VMC did not work either, so the bathroom was very humid and there was no shower siphon. The smell was more than unpleasant when we arrived. No maintenance or utility items in the kitchen area, no sponge, dishwashing liquid, tea towel, The elevator is broken in our building.

27/01/2025: I'm still waiting for our order... (I waited 2.5 hours, but never managed to get anyone on the phone. And no one ever came). I hope at least that I will be reimbursed: it's a shame.

27/01/2025: Called on January 27 several times, answering machine from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. go by, no one answers, try to order online, says choose a closed time slot cites does not work, no way to reach you even though it says open from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., do you have a problem ????

27/01/2026: I really liked this place; it's big, organized, clean, and has a bathroom.

20/01/2026: I didn't receive half of my order! I reported it! But Robotnik took my receipt! He claims to have given it to me, but that's a lie! My shawarma and fries order was incomplete. The place is extremely dirty and crowded. I don't recommend it!

06/12/2025: Ordered a pistachio ice cream from Uber Eats for €5.90. It wasn't filled. I called for an explanation and was told they wouldn't refill it. Before, we had generously filled ice creams at a reasonable price; now the prices are going up and the portions are getting smaller.
