01/04/2026: horrible service, cant speak any english nor can they understand french, i asked 5 times to get a vape and still sold me a re-fill and then said i cannot return it nor get a discount for the vape device so ended up -30€ for a shit vape and shit service i do not recommend at all i would give 0 stars

24/03/2026: You need to explain to your team on March 23, 2026, at 11 PM, the basics of customer service and how to handle a customer. I placed my order at 11:15 PM, got home, and half my order was missing. What was supposed to be Coke turned out to be water—just plain water, not Coke diluted with too much water. I made the effort to go back to the restaurant, 10 minutes. I got to the drive-thru, explained the situation, and was asked to wait in line. I waited another 15 minutes behind the cars. When it was finally my turn, they told me they had remade the order. I looked in the bag; they had included the missing items, including the Coke. I looked at the employee and said, "I don't understand what you did." She explained that she had added the missing sandwich. I looked at her, and she said, "Have a good evening," and that was it. No goodwill gesture, no apology, no refund, no extra sandwich, nothing... Nothing at all. It's as if it's perfectly normal to deliver a missing order and waste over 30 minutes of our time, making the effort to come back, make the round trip, wait even longer at the drive-thru, and then only get the missing item and that's it. What is this? To err is human? I think by 2026, we'll have ChatGPT, no more excuses, it's time to understand the basics of customer service.

17/03/2026: I've been a regular customer at the Drive for almost two years now, and I'm very happy with it. The staff are pleasant and welcoming when taking orders, and the managers are truly excellent: always attentive and quick to respond when there's a mistake. There might be a few oversights, but it's rare, and my orders are usually complete. Efficient, fast service, and always in a great atmosphere: it's a pleasure to go there!

15/02/2026: First night at your place last night, it was fantastic! The two rooms were great, each with a different atmosphere, really fantastic whether I was upstairs or downstairs. I stayed on the dance floor all night. The staff were friendly, and there were no kids in the club, unlike other clubs in Clermont. You've gained some new customers, see you soon! 👌

18/04/2026: My son had lunch at your restaurant around 3 pm. Your waitress spilled Coke on his pants and jacket. Is this normal? It can happen, but I don't think it's right that she cleaned the table and the booth but not my son's clothes—a white Adidas jacket and Nike pants. My son is very attached to his belongings, and now they're ruined. It would have been normal for McDonald's to offer dry cleaning as a gesture of goodwill.

14/04/2026: This McDonald's is great, the service is fast and they're super friendly, however McDonald's, stop reducing your portions like this, it's becoming more and more expensive for less of a portion.

09/04/2026: Last Sunday, April 9, 2026, I was eating late and waiting for the bus to Paris Beauvais Airport. It's a good option because it's open until 2 a.m. But be very careful! I saw a strange bug and killed it, and when I looked for a picture, it looked a lot like a bed bug. The next day, when I got to my apartment, I noticed bites in a straight line! Be very careful, and I recommend that the place be inspected for possible bed bug infestations! I didn't take a picture because I didn't think much of it.

09/04/2026: The staff and the gentleman in charge of orders were extremely friendly, we had a wonderful meal!!! (The McFlurry was very good 😊)

27/01/2026: A very bad experience. Access to the restaurant is dangerous in the rain: the road is poorly maintained, water pools and creates large puddles that overflow onto the sidewalk, making the ground extremely slippery. As a result, my boyfriend's car broke down because of the water. A young waitress was very kind and professional in agreeing to help us, but unfortunately, the owner refused, showing no consideration for the situation. It's a shame that a lack of exterior maintenance and understanding completely ruins the experience. Customer safety should be a priority, especially in the rain.

25/01/2026: I went to the drive-thru at 7:17 PM. I ordered one Big Mac, one order of fries, and one Croque Monsieur. They forgot to add the Croque Monsieur to my order, so I was told I had to go back around the drive-thru to place another order! Not the first time I've been disappointed.

23/03/2026: Disappointed, prices are going up and quantities are decreasing... The Cokes taste like water, and even paying the new sugar tax, you get a sugar-free Coke 🤢 And for the fries with cheddar, they often don't have a fork or napkin when you get takeout... It's really disappointing compared to before...

09/03/2026: I arrived and they told me it was closed and I had to order from the drive-thru. So I went to the drive-thru, but no one was there. After 5 minutes, still no one, so I went to the counter and a woman came and told me they weren't taking orders anymore, they were closed. They made me wait up to 30 minutes on purpose just to avoid serving me. Incompetent staff... They were too lazy to even heat up two burgers 👏🏻👏🏻

01/11/2025: Ordered 10 onion rings, only received 9, but paid for 10. The dish was cold, the portion of fries was too small and undercooked. Avoid this place; there are plenty of good kebabs in Tours, just not this one.

18/11/2025: First time at this restaurant on Saturday! At first, ordering wasn't straightforward, and there was no one to help us. Given how busy it was, the staff was overwhelmed! A little note explaining how things work would have been helpful! The meal was excellent! No complaints! Except perhaps the price was high if they included some extra ingredients! It's a drawback considering our budget! I'm only giving it 4 stars for all these reasons. Some areas for improvement!

02/11/2025: Despite a short wait and limited seating, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. A truly delicious and flavorful wok dish. A concept worth expanding to the rest of France. Thank you for this discovery during our visit to Dijon.

28/02/2026: We went there this afternoon, and everything was disgusting. The table we sat at was filthy; I had to use their paper towels and cleaning product to clean it. The bins for clearing away were overflowing everywhere, even onto the floor. And to top it all off, as we were leaving, at the bottom of the stairs, the security guard was helping himself to a tray a waiter was carrying upstairs. The moment he saw us coming down, he put it back—great for the customers who had just been served!
