23/04/2026: The guys spend more time chatting amongst themselves than serving customers. There are no restrooms, and their friendliness leaves much to be desired. There were two people in front of me and no one behind me. The employee asked them if they were in a hurry... they said no, and then she pulled out a three-meter-long order slip and said, "Oh well, I'll be able to prepare my order." It took her 10 minutes... when she could have served them first and then prepared their order. Subway seems to be completely out of control. I won't be going back anytime soon.
13/04/2026: After placing my order through Uber Eats, I ordered three 30-cent subs, each with errors on the bun. The first one didn't have the right chicken. The second and third were missing ingredients (corn, bell pepper, red onion, etc.), just a measly piece of tomato and lettuce. Furthermore, I ordered Italian bread, but all three arrived with regular white bread. In short, I won't be ordering from here again.

11/12/2025: A terrible experience at this restaurant in every sense of the word: - The wait for service was excessive - The seafood platter, straight from the freezer, was swimming in water, despite supposedly being fresh from the fish market - We politely told them it wasn't good and that we deserved a discount on the €100 seafood platter. They immediately started yelling and threatened to call the police. We were thrown out like we were nothing.

19/04/2026: I don't recommend it. I placed a €43 order for delivery on March 13th, my order was canceled, and I contacted customer service. They assured me I would be refunded within 15 days, but I still haven't received anything. Today, April 19th, I placed another order through the app, which was canceled again, and I was charged. I contacted customer service through the app, and they confirmed they would refund me. I know the deadline is 15 days, and I know it won't happen. So I went to the restaurant, spoke to the manager, and they told me they couldn't do anything. It's a blatant lack of respect for the customer; you order, you pay, and you receive nothing. The worst part is that they say they can't do anything, like: "I've already paid, so I'm not going to accept a loss of almost 80 euros. I'm going to take legal action and I'll never set foot in a McDonald's again."
15/04/2026: The prices are exorbitant, the place is run by a bad crowd, and the fry boxes are barely half full. That was the last time I went there.

22/12/2024: We had lunch in the little nook under the stairs with my little dog (the best spot!) 👍👍 It's such a shame it's been sold 😡 because the owner is a perfect reflection of his establishment, and the owner in the kitchen is simply a culinary whiz! Even the dog got some pâté as an appetizer—it was just fantastic! Hopefully, the new owners will keep this old-fashioned bistro concept, which is all too rare these days. Congratulations again, thank you, and best of luck!

08/04/2026: It's a nice, calm and pleasant McDonald's located right across from Studio 66. My daughter and I always enjoy coming here just before going to see a movie.
28/03/2026: The staff is very unfriendly. They don't have change and tell you to go get some at the bank across the street. When you come back, they tell you that you have to reorder because they cancelled it. Even when I walked in, I found the atmosphere very unpleasant; I strongly advise against going there.

21/11/2025: I've lived nearby for three years, and every time I've been to this Starbucks, the staff seems constantly overwhelmed, so they ignore customers as much as possible (at the register, for example, you wait several minutes even though there's no line, without any explanation, no greeting, no eye contact—it's an awkward moment), they give the impression that you're bothering them (their attitude is incredibly nonchalant), and they make mistakes with orders without apology (this has happened several times). I've decided to stop going there altogether because paying €6 for a hot chocolate with service like that is unacceptable.
14/11/2025: My first visit to Starbucks this Monday morning, and I must say I was absolutely charmed. The barista, Menou (please forgive me if I misspell it), was incredibly kind. She took the time to explain everything to me, with a smile and exemplary patience. Thanks to her, I immediately felt at ease, even though I didn't know the menu at all. Her customer service and professionalism truly deserve to be highlighted. Thank you, Menou, for making my first experience so pleasant and welcoming.

10/04/2026: I'm happy to pay 9 bucks for a milkshake because I know that price includes all your numerous expenses plus the lovely setting. However, when we're served a milkshake that isn't really a milkshake at all (practically just milk), then I'm much less happy. A strawberry vanilla milkshake that tastes of neither strawberry nor vanilla, and when I point this out, they add "strawberry coulis," yeah right, or maybe strawberry syrup. I drank a third of it, and to treat us like such idiots, well, well. I'm adding one star for the very friendly waitress who isn't responsible for the choice of making this undrinkable drink. P.S.: I also forgot to mention the other servers (all male) who make fun of the customers and insult each other. #Théophile

28/02/2026: Disappointed upon arrival, we were informed that there was no hot water but that the problem would be fixed during the day. In the evening, the hot water was indeed available, but there was absolutely no pressure. We informed the reception staff. Upon returning from our hike, it was impossible to take a shower; the water was freezing cold. The pressure was good, but there was no hot water. We requested a refund for the following night. As the manager was not on site, the employee, clearly embarrassed by the situation, called him for approval. It's more like a bar than a hotel.
28/01/2026: Travelling through to Spain, turned up at 18:30. Place says it’s open until 20:00. All closed up. Don’t expect to turn up and it be open when you go with the times off google. One star.

True, but we pay for a complete order, not to discover what's missing when we get home. At Carrefour, it's standard practice. It's about time the service improved.

22/04/2026: I went to the McDonald’s Rive Droite (9 Rue du Maréchal Foch, 78000 Versailles) on July 19, 2025, at 5:12 PM, and frankly, the experience was disastrous from beginning to end. After a 25-minute wait, my order arrived incomplete: no drink, no sauce, no ice cream, no dessert in the Happy Meal, and not even the Happy Meal book for my little sister. I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the rest of my order, after having to ask for it, of course. The restaurant was in a deplorable state: dirty tables, sticky floors, and no visible effort at cleanliness. More than 10 customers were waiting or making complaints. And the most incomprehensible thing: 5 employees were visible, but only 2 were working. The others? Arms crossed, chatting amongst themselves while the frustrated customers waited. I don't expect five-star service at McDonald's, but the bare minimum, yes. That day, even that wasn't guaranteed. Catastrophic organization, a team that was clearly overwhelmed or demotivated, and frankly questionable hygiene. Rating: 0/5 — Experience to avoid
20/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! Very dirty and an endless wait for our order to arrive cold (the one on the Left Bank is better).
