10/12/2024: We went there Sunday evening, for once nothing was missing... but we were shocked to see that when we ate right next to us the young man was changing the trash... so already the smell was unbearable and then we couldn't continue eating.. In short, run away

07/12/2024: Not the best experience: 1 almost cold food 2 had contactless which didn't work and I had to pay in cash, only to discover that the money had actually been debited from my card too. Finally the staff told me that I have to send an email to get my money back, inserting a screenshot of the payment etc. into the email. Instead of eating peacefully, food stuck in my throat from frustration

11/11/2025: I received a very warm welcome from a charming, smiling saleswoman with a Canadian accent. The raisin bread is delicious, and their Basque beret cake is amazing. Their baguette (the festive kind?) is of very good quality. I'm surprised by the other reviews...

12/10/2025: Excellent croissants 🥐 and loaves of bread 🥖. It's one of the two bakeries we frequent when we visit Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The stock sells out fast from early morning, and from midday onward, it's hard to find anything but a regular baguette. The same goes for the pastries.

25/01/2026: We went there twice, and both times I got food poisoning. The first time, with friends, we ordered three McDonald's sandwiches, and all three of us were incredibly sick. Then, just my partner and I went back, thinking I'd order something else instead of another McDonald's sandwich, but I got sick as a dog. So I don't know what's going on in the kitchens that's causing me to get sick, but I think they should probably review either the hygiene or the food. Avoid this place if you don't want to get sick!!

10/08/2025: A real favorite at Troc Café 🌞 While passing through L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, I stopped at Troc Café... and what a wonderful surprise! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the owner, a true ray of sunshine, who attentively attends to each of her guests. It feels like home, but better! The food is simply incredible: generous flavors, meticulous presentation, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The ambiance is warm, friendly, almost familial... exactly what you need when you want to spend a pleasant moment. I'll definitely be back! A place where the smile is as delicious as the food. #shi

03/08/2025: No credit card, they say the EFT is supposedly broken... The meal was really not good: a salmon tartare straight from the freezer was filled with water, accompanied by salad that wasn't fresh, and cherry tomatoes that were harder than the ones for €0.99 at Leclerc. Dirty water glasses with hot water. Don't go inside; the bar is full of dirty dishes.

31/01/2026: A complete disgrace. I've never seen a McDonald's this dirty. The floor is sticky like walking through syrup, the tables are filthy, and there's absolutely no cleanliness. The staff is cold and rude, not even a hello. You feel like you're bothering them. Nonexistent hygiene, terrible service, and a rotten atmosphere. Honestly, close it down if you can't respect your customers. Avoid at all costs.

03/07/2025: Omimosas is very good restaurant in saint leu. Every day I try to eat this restaurant. Mostly I eat magistral it was magnificent sandwice. The guys who are working in omimosas really they are very kind.

16/01/2026: Terrible experience. Cold fries, ice cream brought after a 15-minute wait, even though the order hadn't even started. I had to intervene myself to get things moving. To top it off, the employee had the nerve to talk down to me and speak to me inappropriately, which is completely unacceptable. A lack of professionalism, respect, and organization. A very bad experience; I do not recommend it.

We ordered Double Cheese Bacon burgers, and imagine our surprise when we got home to find there was no bacon in the cheese, and this happened every single time. Today I was lucky enough to check and then have the bacon added, but still... A tiny slice of bacon per burger after paying so much is just ridiculous... In short, I absolutely do not recommend it, avoid it!

10/07/2025: But what is the boss doing? This McDonald's is simply shameful. The restrooms are in a terrible state: broken soap dishes, ripped trash cans, broken faucets, unusable toilets... and when they finally fix it, it never lasts more than a few days. Do you really think your customers deserve this? In the dining room, there's constant chaos. Some employees are running around, others seem completely lost, without instructions or proper training. Do you really train them? Because frankly, it doesn't show. Despite everything, I want to highlight the courage of those who served me: polite, smiling, and professional despite the pressure and stress evident on their faces. These people are doing their best in conditions that border on indecency. I hope you have a modicum of respect for them, because they deserve it a hundred times more than some of their superiors. Because let's talk about these managers: some give the impression of being even more overwhelmed than their teams, and others allow themselves to be openly rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when it's directed at customers. I'm clearly not the first to notice and say it: it might be time to take a second look at yourself. The same problems keep coming up again and again, as if you couldn't care less about your customers. In short, my thoughts go out to these courageous employees. I sincerely hope they find better work elsewhere and leave this place as soon as possible.

05/07/2025: FLIES in a burger?? Is that normal?? The manager replies, "But did you put them in?" Management needs to be reviewed, not even a "sorry" from her. A HACCP inspection wouldn't go amiss.

29/05/2025: I don't usually post negative comments, but I had to! We're at Parly2 today and wanted to order a slice of plain flan with golden brioche from the top of Parly2. There was a single slice of coconut flan, and next to it was a whole new plain flan. So naturally, I asked for a slice of plain flan, which was refused because, and I quote, "we're not going to cut it when there are other desserts." So, I'm truly outraged by this kind of attitude, being in the business myself!!!!!! People are becoming more and more incredible!!! Of course, we didn't eat anything; it was the last time we came here!
