30/08/2026: Run-down restaurant...closed half the week, menu items advertised: rib-eye steak (made to order), pizza, calzone... Where is the chef who trained at renowned Parisian restaurants, in New York, and who knows where else?

11/08/2026: A delightful and charming little restaurant overlooking the charming marina of Bellegarde. Fresh ingredients prepared with care by the chef. We'll be back!

02/09/2026: Today I used their app for click and collect for the first time, and when I went to pick it up, I waited over 40 minutes for my order (€20). Their organization needs improvement; I expected a long wait, but in the end, going to the store in person, ordering at the kiosk, and picking up my order would have been better.

31/08/2026: Very happy with the small McDonald's deal for €5, it's great: a portion of fries, a hamburger, a drink, and an ice cream. Honestly delighted, it makes me want to come back more often. 👍

01/09/2026: Honestly, having lived in southern Vendée for 12 years, this is the only McDonald's that never, and I mean never, gets orders wrong. The ones in Les Herbiers, La Roche-sur-Yon, etc., are a joke. I only go to the one in Luçon now. Thank you.

29/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend this place. The cheese fries? The box wasn't even half full, plus the cheese was runny like mayo. The juice was incredibly sweet with sugary bits in it, the burger was cold, and the trash was overflowing everywhere. Horrible, avoid at all costs. I didn't even eat everything. The table was disgusting and sticky.

29/08/2026: Very few haircut options in the salon area. The staff could be a bit friendlier. I expected better.

17/07/2026: A lovely place to satisfy your ice cream cravings. In my opinion, they have the best tubs: vanilla tonka bean, chocolate sorbet, strawberry verbena, rocher style... and more. I just regret not being able to find the chocolate sorbet anymore (my favorite, which makes me travel 30 km each way!), and the saleswoman told me I can't even order it before coming to the shop... so disappointing!!

06/09/2026: The toilets are in a deplorable state! The tables are not clean at all! (Dry cleaned! I saw it with my own eyes!)

06/09/2026: This MC Donald‘s is something else. Ambient does remind more of a „real“ restaurant as of a fast food place. The place itself is clean and tiedy. Same for the toilets. The kids chair style was out of the 90‘s and our youngest loved it. After ordering at a service portal the stuff broad us the menu after short period of time: fries came in a re-usable box as well as the drink. Burger’s and Nuggets been good. Outside a playground was available for the kids as well as a digital table on the inside. Parking space for motorhomes are available. Only one think was not perfect: men’s room was out of soap.

14/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I waited almost 40 minutes for my order, and when it arrived, the food was cold. Plus, no sauce had been added. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time. I've been several times, and it's always the same: either something is missing from the order, or the food is cold, or I have to go back to ask for the missing items. It's really getting tiresome. We go to McDonald's to get a proper and complete order, not to have to check every bag and go back to ask for what's missing. It's really time they improved their service and order verification.

12/09/2026: The restaurant was packed tonight, which can happen, but clearly no one had planned for the influx. The kiosks weren't even printing tickets, resulting in completely lost servers and customers waiting without knowing the status of their orders. Special mention goes to the one waitress who spent almost our entire visit running around trying to salvage the service, while some of her colleagues were calmly behind the counter, joking amongst themselves. It's hard to understand how they could let one person struggle while others seemed to have all the time in the world. And of course, with such disorganization, forgetting orders was inevitable. I'm usually never disappointed by this restaurant, but tonight was a different story…

21/08/2026: Usually no problem, but tonight was a very bad experience (Uber order). The kebabs are usually well-filled and generous with meat, but tonight my kebab was practically flat and mostly just salad. Because of this, I won't be ordering from them again. Plus, it wasn't even the end of service because it was 7:30 pm. Anyway, it's a shame. I'm still giving them 3 stars for the other times when the service was perfect.
