20/01/2026: Ordered a Best of 280 without onions and with a cheeseburger at the drive-thru. No line, so the staff weren't rushed by the crowd. I ended up with a 280 with onions and a McDonald's sandwich instead of the cheeseburger!! It's not that complicated!! The service was appalling; the staff seemed more interested in having fun than serving properly. And it's only January…

18/01/2026: This McDonald's is a disaster. We waited 35 minutes for a refund, even though there weren't many people there when we placed our order (30 people max). The organization is terrible, and the hygiene is appalling. It's high time management woke up. This place should be avoided.

31/01/2026: As usual, something's always missing when you go through the drive-thru. You'd have to take everything out and check each item individually! I tried, but with a large order, it's not easy. This time, you've won by giving me four nuggets. Anyway, I'm done with you!

20/01/2026: The meal was served completely cold, the nuggets were cold and hard, frankly it's a disgrace. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Limoges, I've never seen anything like it. The food was inedible, the service was catastrophic, I had to throw away all 10 nuggets because they were so bad. It's unacceptable to serve this to customers. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again.

09/07/2025: Excellent! The gentleman is really friendly and the smoothies are nice and refreshing, not too sweet. It's perfect for cooling down on a hot day.

06/07/2025: Tourist trap. We bought a smoothie. It contained a lot of unidentified "grains" (yellow, like peanuts, crunchy but tasteless). We went back to the ice cream vendor who wouldn't do anything about it and told us we had to wait for them to melt. After thinking about it, I think they might be pomegranate seeds, but I'm not sure. What's certain is that they're not something that can "melt." The vendor (clearly not an artisan) isn't interested in what he's selling; he just wants your money and then move along, nothing to see here.

12/12/2025: I received excellent service tonight! The young blonde woman at the drive-thru, where we picked up our orders, was lovely, smiling, and truly professional. Honestly, it's a pleasure to encounter someone so welcoming and efficient. Kudos to her, and thank you for the excellent service!

09/12/2025: Tuesday, 1:45 PM... Not many people. But a good 5 minutes at the counter before someone asked me what I wanted... A very nice woman who had to manage everything alone because the rest of the team was sitting at a table next to the restrooms for a meeting or lunch... Sunday was €3.70, but no more peanuts available... +€0.16 tax for a sugary drink in a McFirst meal... In short... Unbelievable.

02/02/2026: Hello everyone, I'm giving 5 stars in all 3 categories because for the food, the staff are very welcoming, they serve us in what I would say are fairly short timeframes, the food is good and it's hot, for the service, the staff who serve us are friendly and the tray is clean (even if sometimes, this isn't really the case) and for the atmosphere, there is a good atmosphere and the place is very welcoming and makes you want to go there so that's my experience at the McDonald's in Coutances.

30/01/2026: Hello, We placed an online order over three weeks ago. When we arrived at McDonald's, an employee explained that the QR code wasn't working and asked us to place the order again, assuring us that the first order wouldn't be charged. As a result, we were charged twice. We were asked to wait for a refund. Three weeks later, when we returned, we were told that they "can't do anything about it" and didn't care. This situation is completely unacceptable. We paid twice for a single order and received no refund. We demand an immediate refund. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers is shocking. First the story about the rats circulating on social media, and now this—it's high time they did something about this McDonald's before complaints are filed! And I won't hesitate. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

10/02/2026: We waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru and there was no one there, even though they were chatting in the kitchen. We had to go inside to order.

09/02/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru on Thursday evening at 10:55 PM. We received a warm welcome, the food was very well prepared, and everyone was smiling. So, congratulations to the team!

10/07/2025: Restaurant always dirty. Overflowing trash can. Dirty restrooms, as well as the tables. Yet I always come during low-impact periods. This period, however, allows me to not wait too long for my order and, above all, to have it piping hot. It's as if you can't have everything.

09/07/2025: I'm currently waiting 40 minutes from the drive-thru entrance. Wednesday evening with my 5-year-old daughter who has to go to school the next day. I'm wasting my time, my health, and my money. I'm ordering McDonald's because of an organizational emergency. What's the point of McDonald's? Fast food? Or a waste of time. Perhaps we should consider removing the concrete blocks on the ground that prevent us from leaving the drive-thru line. Because once we're in the line, we're forced to queue up and order! There's no going back. We're just doomed to wait our turn!
