In short... I thought I was dreaming. But no, this restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and service! Well done, keep up the good work.

19/07/2026: A classic McDonald's, the decor is nice. As for the dining area... I arrived at 5:30 PM and the trash hadn't been emptied; there was garbage everywhere, it was really unpleasant with the smell... Otherwise, the staff is friendly, thankfully.

05/07/2026: Today I went to eat at the McDonald's in Joigny and I highly recommend it! Since the arrival of the new franchise, the restaurant has become even more enjoyable. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The service is quick, the orders are well-prepared, and the restaurant is clean. 29/06/2026: Overall, the meal was good, but the young man, not very tall, dressed in a sweater and cap, was very... (Me, I...). I don't think his attire is appropriate for a restaurant. He's probably a manager, since everyone else is dressed in McDonald's uniforms. In any case, if he really is a manager or something, he really needs to come down to earth.

13/06/2026: What can I say about this experience?! Waiting over an hour and a half for a measly starter, a slice of terrine (€5) and a tomato salad 😂, a single sliced ​​tomato (€4). Then we waited almost another hour for the main course, Flemish carbonnade! No gesture of goodwill whatsoever, and the service was terrible. In short, a very bad experience for me.

11/06/2026: I remember a waiter who took it upon himself to correct me for using "flammekueche" and not "tarte flambée." I didn't appreciate it at all. I can use whatever word I want; he has no right to tell me that no, you say "tarte flambée" or you're a tourist. Respect is fundamental in a profession like this. You don't have more power than the customers just because you're at work, and you're certainly not my mother, or whatever role you imagine you have. In short, there are limits to how close you can be. I won't be back.

07/02/2026: We were charged €80 for 20 shots, while the colleague next to us offered them for €10 each. Perhaps they should review their prices? Or maybe they should stop ripping off young students? The waiter was very rude and refused to discuss the matter. We asked two different colleagues the price of 20 shots, and they both quoted us prices under €40. This bar is best avoided, especially if you're a young student.

04/07/2026: An unplanned stay at this clinic, which I wasn't familiar with. I arrived at the emergency room and was seen within an hour. I was taken to a room, had surgery, and went home. All the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Marion, the urology nurse anesthetist, who reassured me and said just the right things before bedtime.

02/07/2026: My husband was seen casually around 11:30 p.m. on June 9th for abdominal pain. He was told he was lucky no one else was there because they don't take emergency patients for that type of pain. He was sent home without even a blood test. The doctor's conclusion was swift: food poisoning. They gave him an IV of Spasfon, telling him that if the pain didn't subside within two to three hours, it would last two to three days. Twelve hours later, we were in the emergency room at Béziers Hospital. The care was excellent; he was examined, the pain was treated, and the diagnosis was made: acute appendicitis. Thank goodness we didn't wait any longer!

21/05/2026: Where do I even begin with this hotel? The hotel's decor is okay; it's furnished in a medieval style, giving it a certain cozy, almost romantic feel. The lady at breakfast was friendly and satisfactorily fulfilled our requests. Upon arrival, we had access to a combination lock. Breakfast consists mainly of puff pastry and pretzels. If you want (and speak French), you can also order something from the counter; otherwise, there's fruit, yogurt, jam, and spreads. Unfortunately, I can't say such positive things about the hotel room itself. Sure, it's nicely furnished, and it definitely achieves the look of a medieval room, but the door was already heavy when we walked in, and we couldn't lock it because the cylinder lock was broken. We could only use a chain from the inside to secure the door. Secondly, the light in the bathroom didn't work, and another light above the sink didn't have a switch (or we couldn't find it). Also, the entire hotel room is tiled; you won't find a carpet here. The pictures show a fireplace, which isn't real, which isn't a big deal, but it didn't work either, nor did the heating. We managed to keep warm with blankets from a creaky wardrobe and an air conditioner on the wall set to 30 degrees Celsius. Finally, the cleanliness was a problem: cobwebs and dust were everywhere, including on the ceiling. The toilet was also dirty, with unidentifiable stains, and there were various stains in and around the bed and on the sofa. The table wasn't level and wobbled with every touch. The hotel itself is nicely located in the city center, and everything is easily accessible. Overall, it was okay for one night. We were a couple, but we won't be coming back.

17/05/2026: We ate there during our trip to Alsace, and the food was terrible. The pasta and quiche were awful. The staff wasn't very friendly either. I won't be back.
