26/04/2026: Let's start with the positives: close to everything, spacious playground, beautiful swimming pool. What a shame to have such a beautiful campsite that is so poorly maintained, and the management leaves much to be desired, certainly due to a lack of experience. The campsite is dangerous in some places: railings, mobile homes, unprotected metal posts, and many other issues. Regarding hygiene, the slide and pool weren't cleaned at the beginning of the season, the indoor pool had moldy edges, the slides and outdoor games were dirty, and the mobile homes weren't any cleaner. We questioned the maintenance before our arrival. Nothing is being done to maintain the campsite; many things are deteriorating. We spent our holidays in April, thankfully, because I can't imagine spending July and August at this campsite. There's no pool supervision, swim shorts are allowed, inflatable balls and floats are used, people smoke or vape inside the pool, the campsite rules aren't enforced, everything is normal, I imagine, in July and August with the influx of tourists. I had a fairly good impression of Capfun, but it quickly changed; for us, it was our first time there. And last time. I forgot to mention one thing about the campsite restaurant: we ordered pizzas. The pizzas were made with industrial tomato paste. Very disappointed with the campsite pizzas. Needs improvement.

24/04/2026: A small, well-maintained campsite. Our 8-person mobile home was perfect. There are no charging points for electric cars, and the stairs leading to the slide are quite dangerous; a child was seriously injured during our stay.

17/05/2026: I ordered takeout on Sunday, May 17th, around 9 PM. While waiting for my order, I looked in the kitchen; being a regular, I know the procedures. But you don't need years of experience in the restaurant industry to know that after picking something up off the floor, you have to wash your hands. Which, of course, wasn't done. So I asked them to remake my order and explained the reason to the manager. Thankfully, my order was remade. However, I don't know if they're even aware of hygiene standards in this restaurant. Cross-contamination must be a foreign concept to them, firstly because the employee didn't wash their hands after picking up the paper from the floor and touched a lot of things. Everything they touched should be sanitized, which wasn't done... Secondly, when a burger is labeled "no tomato," there shouldn't be any tomato residue in it. Except, thanks to the crew member in charge of garnishes who added tomato, then realized their mistake and just removed the tomato slices instead of redoing it. The day someone has an allergy, you'll be in deep trouble, as will your manager, your director, and of course, your franchisee. Allergies are not to be taken lightly… Oh yes, handwashing should be at least 30 seconds; you should have a little light that tells you when you can rinse your hands, because 10 seconds is definitely not enough… Anyway, enjoy your meal

10/05/2026: The restaurant owner was friendly, but the food quality could be better. The restaurant's cleanliness was so-so, and the toilets were dirty.

22/05/2026: A relaxing thermal bath was much appreciated.

14/05/2026: Not good for the coffee; please have the grinder adjusted by the Folliet sales representative or technician on their next visit. At almost €2 a coffee… The food service area isn't very welcoming; a smile would be appreciated!

03/06/2026: One of the two Happy Meal boxes ordered was missing, and the sandwich and fries went straight into the takeaway bag. So, one toy out of two was missing, meaning one out of two children was left without a toy box or any other toys. Since the Happy Meal is no longer €4 depending on the choices, a toy and a box are the bare minimum for a child's order at McDonald's, a product that brings families to McDonald's... Disappointing both in terms of quantity (the fries were ridiculously small) and service time. Order-based service... McDonald's is no longer a fast-food restaurant. I'd also add that the self-service kiosks are both a mess while waiting and a bottleneck blocking all traffic... Not very smart.

01/05/2026: Very slow service...deplorable entertainment...the bread was hard and dry...a huge change in just a few months...nothing like our previous visit. We certainly won't be back!

14/03/2026: We arrived on Sunday at 1:30 PM… we received a very warm welcome and two delicious salads that were no more expensive than elsewhere (€15 per salad) but of excellent quality and very generous portions. Absolutely no complaints. And the service was incredibly friendly!

24/05/2026: Hygiene leaves much to be desired; the table and floor were filthy, and the bin was overflowing…

16/05/2026: Absolutely terrible! We're from Belgium and we stopped here, and what a bad idea that was... The place was dirty, we waited forever to be served, even though we chose McDonald's hoping for quick service and an easy drive home. First and last time for us. We'll go somewhere else on our next trip.

29/05/2026: I overheard the manager and the waiter talking amongst themselves, and they don't like the French. It's shameful, but that's how it is. They still manage to be professional, though...

09/12/2025: This is my second and, quite frankly, last time going there. A very unpleasant experience, just like the first time. I don't think you can get any colder or more unpleasant than that. It was too much to ask to place your order at the register.

10/05/2026: We had a meal here the other day and it was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful indeed. Their English was better than my French 🫣🤣😆

28/05/2026: Outrageous! We work in a truck that can't fit through the drive-thru because of the height restriction. A worker before us who had the same problem was able to pick up their order on foot, while we were refused.

25/05/2026: Shameful! I'm reporting this to the health authorities. Get out of here fast, go eat somewhere else. This McDonald's delivers burgers full of bacteria. Lack of hygiene, failure to respect the product's shelf life (it should be thrown away 7 minutes after preparation)...diarrhea and stomach aches all night for the whole family...paid 50 euros to catch salmonella or something else? No way...never again.

07/05/2026: A loyal customer for years. A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!

23/05/2026: Slow service. Bad, soggy, lukewarm fries. The plastic tableware didn't appeal to me. There was a film floating on the cola. Dishwashing liquid? The restaurant itself was reasonably clean, but the toilet was dirty.

23/05/2026: Okay, it's still a McDonald's that needs to improve its food, but I'm talking about franchises here. On this particular point, the service was quite fast and clean.
