25/07/2026: We usually go to Cernay, but we decided to switch to Issenheim for breakfast. The display case was rather sparse, making it difficult to choose a pastry. What little there was was disorganized, and flies were crawling all over the food. When we pointed out to the cashier that a fly was on my croissant, she removed it and replaced it with another, which suffered the same fate, before putting the first one back in the display case. It's a shame because it gives a bad impression.

18/09/2026: The toilet had no tap, so there was no water to wash my hands. I wanted a coffee, but I got an iced coffee with whipped cream. As for the speculoos-filled doughnut, I can't remember the name—it was just a bite, very disappointing.

31/07/2026: I placed an order today, July 31st, 2026, for a Maxi Best Of meal with fries, cheddar cheese, and bacon (an extra charge, remember), and when I opened the order, I realized the bacon wasn't there. I MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOT THERE, NOT A LOT OF IT!! This isn't the first time this has happened. Between this and the sandwich modifications I requested not being consistently made when requested, it's starting to get really annoying. I want to point out that rushing something as simple as this is frightening; normally, it's done by heart. There's more than just sloppiness in this restaurant; I'd call it simple presenteeism, nothing more to say.

23/09/2026: We keep trying, but... There's always something missing. Today, the Minute Maid from the Happy Meal. The other day, a donut. It's so hard having to check every time. Especially when the order is large. (Comment from a year ago.) Still just as disappointed. Tonight I paid for two sundaes in my click and collect order and I only got two small sundaes, no dressing for my salad, and no cutlery, neither for the salad nor for the mini sundaes.

20/09/2026: 45 minutes on a Sunday evening between arriving at the drive-thru and receiving our order... Fast food... we're far, far from it. If this only happened once, we could understand, but it's a recurring problem. Perhaps the manager should look at the statistics. There are serious areas for improvement at this restaurant. Judging by the Google rating, they need to act quickly!

31/08/2026: We just wanted to eat pizza during our stop in Buis-les-Baronnies, so we stopped at this restaurant. We were served very quickly and received delicious wood-fired pizzas. The servers were all responsive, friendly, and attentive. We got more than we initially expected. For us, it was a successful experience!

30/08/2026: Fellow hikers, steer clear! Second time... we came reluctantly because of your bad reputation, but oh well, we came. A small group, having a drink after the hike, in a brasserie as indicated on the front of the establishment. But when you ask for a receipt to pay for your drinks, they tell you it's not possible, otherwise your drinks will be more expensive (at restaurant prices), and they refuse to give it to you. When you point out that it's illegal, they get angry... and give you a rude response. I'm going to spread the word about you to all my hiking groups... cross the road, there's surely another bar that will be happy to welcome groups of walkers (especially in winter) and won't make a fuss about the price of drinks. I'll also file a report with the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations). The curly endive...
