18/03/2026: I ordered 4 takeaway tacos today. Once home, the tacos were very dry; you couldn't see the cheese sauce. There was very little meat and a huge amount of fries. The ones in Plaisir and Montigny are better.

11/12/2025: I visited this bakery twice during my vacation and was able to try both the snacks and the pastries. I have no complaints about either. The staff were patient, attentive, and offered helpful advice, which I appreciated. The portions are generous, sometimes a little uneven, but this is a testament to the homemade nature of the pastries. A special mention goes to the flan and the Tropézienne tart 🍰 – they were generous and delicious, unlike the frozen versions you find everywhere. I was able to eat in both the inside and outside, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. I highly recommend it.

25/03/2026: A very pleasant café with a lovely shaded terrace. The coffee is excellent, well-roasted, and the service is friendly. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for working or reading. I highly recommend it!

24/03/2026: I'm a Japanese tourist who doesn't speak English or French, and I have an egg allergy, so I asked if they had any egg-free options. They recommended banana cake, carrot cake, and lemon cake. Worried, I checked the official website and found out they do contain eggs. The staff were very helpful, but if you're concerned, it's best to check the official website. (As of March 2026)

06/04/2026: Hello, Having been to this McDonald's, I definitely do not recommend it because I was served cold food several times and, on top of that, I got sick. Avoid it!

28/01/2026: Shameful. I arrived at 8:30 PM to order, but I couldn't be served at my table because it was apparently closed, even though closing time should be 10 PM. On top of that, the two employees were incredibly unpleasant. I'm disgusted; I used to love this franchise. Needs improvement.

31/03/2026: I went to the wrong kebab shop; I wasn't supposed to go there, but fate intervened. For my first time at this restaurant, there's a wide selection: hamburgers, pizza, kebabs. The service is very friendly. I'm not disappointed I came and made the wrong choice; I'll gladly return.

11/12/2025: Hello, I regularly use the drive-thru at this McDonald's, but I've had the pleasure of dealing with an exceptionally lovely and pleasant person twice! Frankly, it's so rare, which is why I wanted to highlight it. I wanted to leave this review because this person deserves to be talked about, from that smile you can practically hear at the order kiosk! I asked her name today; it's Cindy. I promise you, it's impossible for anyone to be disappointed by the service she provides! Thank you so much, Madam, please stay just as you are. 25/11/2025: I'm a loyal drive-thru customer; the service is usually quite fast, but this is the second time in a row in just a few weeks/months that I've been served unpleasant drinks, and these were two different ones at that. They're completely diluted with water—unacceptable!

04/02/2026: The crispy chicken was very good, but the portion of fries was ridiculously small (less than half the box) for €5 (fries + drink), it's outrageous.

28/01/2026: The most senior member of staff was extremely unpleasant. She charged me €17 for a student meal deal, which included a very small portion of fries (no more than ten). I asked for the receipt, but it didn't detail what I had ordered. After speaking with other customers, I noticed that prices seemed to vary for the same order, creating a real sense of injustice and a lack of transparency. Some paid less, while others experienced the same situation as me. In my experience, this is an establishment to avoid due to the staff's behavior and lack of consideration for customers. There is a clear absence of any human touch. The food isn't bad, but that doesn't make up for the overall experience. When I asked for an explanation and the receipt, the woman's attitude seemed inappropriate, almost mocking, which only increased my discomfort. I felt there was a lack of professionalism and transparency, which is very regrettable.

21/03/2026: The service was a complete and utter disaster; I'm still shocked. A few weeks ago, I placed an order, it arrived, and I noticed they'd forgotten a double espresso served by an older Black man pretending to be the "friendly waiter." I went to the register and asked him for the double espresso. He served it in two small cups when it's normally served in one. Anyway... I told him so, and he had the nerve to tell me to take them anyway, saying he had other orders to take and was in a hurry. Apparently, those orders were a priority since my request wasn't. I left without saying anything, but I was furious. He was in a rush, in a hurry, and I was left to fend for myself with what he gave me... I've never seen anything like it in a restaurant, it's absolutely shameful, if you only knew... Seriously, when do you talk to customers like that, even when you're in a rush, and you tell them to figure it out with what you're given? I must be dreaming, so he's in a hurry, he has orders, and suddenly he talks to me like I'm his old toy. The sheer rudeness and lack of respect, how to ruin your service, and there you have it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Zero service. I won't be back.

15/03/2026: The worst McDonald's in the world! You order at 6:52 PM, they serve you at 7:15 PM. The fries are freezing cold, the fish is way overcooked, and the bread is bone dry. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs; I've never seen anything like it.

07/03/2026: The service wasn't great. The pizzas were awful! You pay for nothing but dough, half a mushroom on the pizza, and the tomato sauce was practically invisible. In short, avoid this place at all costs—it's a complete rip-off!

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.
