11/12/2025: 1 - The order arrived cold (we live 10 minutes by car from McDonald's). 2 - For €35, we barely get a meal that's 50% oxygen? 3 - Yes, the bag arrived sealed, and yes, the photos were taken when we unpacked the order. 4 - Seriously, change the cup holders. I admit I'd like to drink more Coke than the carton.

09/12/2025: The little wraps have no sauce inside... and we ordered a children's menu with apples that are inedible, they've gone bad and smell rotten, the date is good but the cold chain was not respected.

15/12/2024: Now it's starting to annoy me... Two drive-thru orders without napkins, without sauces, the last time without fries. And then I ask before leaving “are I all my orders?” They assure me that yes.. 14/01/2026: This McDonald's is truly disappointing, with systematic oversights and errors in orders. You pay for one takeout meal and receive a cheaper one. When you call to complain, they only offer a ridiculous ice cream with your next order, and you have to insist heavily to get what you've already paid for.

10/01/2026: A simple takeout order, and nothing went right. I was missing a huge box of 20 nuggets, they told me to come back, no apology, no gesture of goodwill. My melted sundae, which I had to return, wasn't remade. Everything was cold, and they didn't care. And I paid for large fries, but they clearly have different definitions of "large"... I got maybe two-thirds of the package plus some random fries. And the peanuts for the sundae weren't even included. Fantastic. I've rarely seen such an incompetent and unpleasant McDonald's. Check all your orders; the simplest things seem complicated for them.

06/12/2024: The worst beer I've had in 12 years. It makes no sense to serve a drink of this quality to your customers. The beers are filthy and remind me of the darkest periods of humanity. Our ancestors fought for beer (vinegar taste) to be cut with water... Add to that the total absence of customers (which seems totally logical to me) on a Friday evening to make it a terrible experience that I only recommend to my enemies. If you hate someone, recommend this bar to them, you'll thank me.

06/12/2024: Terrible beer, tastes like vinegar no matter how much pressure you order. Apathetic server, under airpods/mask. Smell of bleach when entering the deserted bar. The concert in the basement is the only reason we paid for our beers. Big up to Marion’s mother!

09/12/2025: Hello, the front door was partially jammed with tape over the lock, which is a great start. Then there's the very greasy, dirty, and extremely slippery floor. This poses a high risk of falls and injuries, even with the "slippery floor" sign. And the touchscreens? Don't even get me started—they're filthy. I was shocked to see an employee take out the dishwasher trolley while the door directly connecting the restrooms to the dishwashing area remained open. So much for hygiene! As for the service, it was incredibly cold; I've never seen anything like it. I ordered a Coke without ice, and there were six ice cubes in my glass. The fries were bland and cold, and I won't even mention the rest. What is the manager of this fast food restaurant doing? The safety situation is critical, the hygiene is appalling, and the customer service is a disgrace. I was just passing through, but in the future, if the opportunity arises, I will certainly never set foot there again.

27/01/2026: Really disappointed! I've been a customer for years, but lately I've noticed a decline in quality. The fries are too greasy, the bread is rubbery, and on top of everything, twice I've found disgusting things inside the sandwich. A hair, then a disgusting piece of string. NEVER AGAIN!!

26/12/2025: The schedule needs updating. We tried to order lunch 3 times, got 0 responses. When you put schedules on the internet, you either respect them or change them.

01/12/2024: To flee! 35 min wait to get 1 happy meal to go. And it's called fast food.... In addition I had to claim my order which they had supposedly given to someone else. I checked, the toy and the apples were missing! Ashamed ! In addition, internet orders and delivery come first. Very poorly organized. 1 out of 2 terminals work and it's impossible to get ice cream. Brief : I will never go there again

18/11/2025: I was just served by Joey… I’ve never seen such an unpleasant and bitter barista. Some days are good, some days are bad, but when the customers aren’t at fault, the least they can do is take it easy.

01/10/2024: Just for information purposes, having 4 to 5 advertising panels for a Mc Flury barrier gesture at the drive-thru and not having a single panel with the logical menu also wastes time for the seller who is obliged to list the menus available for marketing are not great.

13/12/2024: Cold sandwich!! It's not cool I of course asked but that's what They changed the Sandwich without any kindness or apology. And the ketchup would have to be explained to me how to use it for fries....no container to pour it into; but that's in all McDonald's. Their version without disposable packaging is worthless and needs to be reviewed; it never seems clean

12/12/2024: Frankly avoided endless waiting more than 20 minutes for two sandwiches a drink and a fries pfff not even an apology and the worst sandwich with cold sauce and cheese not even melted in the burger a horrible smell of urine in the toilets man hygiene deplored When you come home, the trash can is overflowing everywhere, it's impossible to put anything in it and I haven't been to see the kitchens yet.

09/12/2025: I don't understand the other reviews. I arrived at the restaurant, it was very clean, the restrooms too, and the staff was very helpful. Special mention to the two girls in shirts (probably managers?) who helped me with my order.

02/12/2025: Orders always take a very long time to arrive, especially for a "fast food" place, and the products always arrive cold.
