05/02/2026: We had lunch here and didn't like it at all. It took 50 minutes to prepare a burger and a pizza. In the meantime we could here the staff arguing with each other. The pizza bottom was burned. The hamburger was very bland, no seasoning. I don't recommend eating here.

23/11/2024: Passing through La Défense, pleasantly welcomed and correctly informed by the helpful saleswoman Damya. Good coffee. To improve it, I recommend roasting it less burnt... just roasted in order to taste the aromas even more. Too often it is burnt to give the taste of strong licorice. It's a shame. Stand out and you will see the difference. Cdlt.

22/11/2024: Good morning, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered a set price of €6.90 which included a muffin and a coffee. The muffin was not good and the coffee was poorly made. I didn't even taste the milk, only the coffee and water. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and service, and I am not sure I will return to your establishment. Sincerely,

21/01/2026: Very few people on January 20, 2026, around 8 PM. We ordered 4 Ambergers burgers, 2 fries (one with cheddar), and 2 drinks. We waited 20 minutes for cold fries. They were reheated upon request, which didn't bother the staff. If possible, serve them hot, and a smile would be a nice touch.

19/01/2026: Always a long wait, sloppy sandwiches

21/01/2026: Mixed experience regarding the cleanliness of the cup used for my drink (a Coca-Cola, photo attached). Furthermore, the ice cream in the Happy Meal I ordered was only half full (photo attached).

17/01/2026: Order placed through Uber Eats. Half the order was missing, forcing me to go myself (apparently it was the driver's fault...). As a result, we ate cold food because the bag was patiently waiting for me to pick it up. No compensation was offered, and to top it off, items were missing. McDonald's is far too reliant on its reputation and doesn't care about the customer (at least not the Carrefour Bourges customer!!).

28/01/2026: There was no heating, we were freezing while eating, the food arrived cold, not to mention the delay even though there were only 3 tables in the restaurant

16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!

10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.

10/07/2025: Very dirty restaurant, not a single clean table. I asked if I could have something to clean the table, and they gave me a pack of dry napkins. The portions are really tiny. The wait is quite long. In short, we won't be going back!

10/07/2025: 50-minute wait for a wrap, fries, and Coke. We had to ask three times before they realized the wrap had been forgotten. This is unacceptable.

14/01/2026: The hygiene was extremely questionable; the toilets were filthy. And instead of serving glasses of water, they offered bottled water. A disgrace.

30/09/2025: Friday afternoon, bright sunshine, I sit on the terrace, since it was hot, and I wanted to enjoy the ocean view, I ask if we can open the umbrella, the waitress tells me no Today, you're not the first to ask 🤔🤔🤔 I specify that the umbrellas were in place, I order a hot drink and a crepe, drink arrives, the crepe a few minutes later almost cold. She's brought my menu with a smile, brought it to others with a smile and a kind attitude. I came to pick up coffee later and she was keeping this heartwarming smile. Seriously, workers like this that bright up other people's mood, with their kindness and attitude, are gold. Thanks for uplifting my mood and for the great service!

08/12/2024: A hello can be a plus when dealing with customers. Two times at the drive-thru and twice disappointed by the attitude of the team. I advise you not to do a click and collect, NO time saving and what's more, you'll get caught up in the hassle by the person at the checkout.... The advantage is that there are plenty of other McDonald's in Tours and for this one it's never again

05/12/2024: Being a McDonald's customer, following an order in table service, on December 4 in cheek-les-tours, I found myself paying for an order in another McDonald's located at 2lions. I was careful to respect the process. But no favor, refund... I remain very disappointed with this table service. I would advise you to review your QRcodes to avoid any misunderstandings.
