28/07/2024: Super localisation que j’aime beaucoup mais la personne a la caisse était fort désagréable (14h30-14h45) qui a fini par m’agresser verbalement. J’ai l’habitude d’un service clientèle impeccable et convivial étant un client de Prêt à Manger depuis 2016 mais cela est inn acceptable.

20/07/2024: Great spot with sweet staff members who were sweet and gave us four cookies for free after finishing our sandwiches. I would definitely visit this prêt a manger again

08/12/2024: I'm there now, the speed is nothing to say but eating fries and a cold hamburger is shameful. Next time we'll go to Burger King, it's better and especially hot. Luckily the ice cream was cold because if it would have been hot, that would have been a problem.

19/01/2025: Super slow service, almost 20 minutes to be served. The goal of a fast food restaurant is to be served quickly (5-6 minutes maximum!) the sauces are regularly forgotten and the dishes are cold (in general, not all fortunately). Little advice to improve yourself: - organized yourself to be fast - don't hesitate (managers) to speak up in the kitchen to get your teammates moving. - check orders before sending, even quickly. By being faster, the dishes will automatically be hotter during delivery

19/01/2025: Disappointing experience. More than 20 minutes of waiting for a small order, with no sauce (even though marked in the order) and no spoon for the ice cream. Packet of fries half filled and the whole order cold.

07/08/2024: ❌️ : une restauration rapide et censée être rapide, extrêmement coûteux et Burger et nourriture pas du tout comme dans les pubs et toujours oublié quelque chose dans la commande ( une frite, un menu, des sauces... ) ✅️ : j'avoue que je ne vois pas trop de points positif mise à part le fait qu'ils offrent des choses s'ils oublient quelque chose dans la commande.

07/09/2024: Cold reception from the person on the phone...with a sigh at the end of the order...not cool! Errors in the products even though the ticket was well noted...pfff too bad bad experience

22/09/2024: I was a regular customer since the opening of the Saint-Gervais bakery, I am no longer. Pastries and pastries have lost in size what they have gained in price. Moreover, on the pastry side, there is also less choice, and what remains has lost quality (where have the honored saints gone with the caramel base for example) Like many, I found that the waiting time to be served was getting worse and worse. And the concept of baking bread yourself ended up convincing me to look elsewhere, even though I live nearby. There remains the decor, which no longer creates an illusion except for people passing through. I see a lot of your old customers at the bakery I go to now. It’s time to set things right.

17/09/2024: A place having lost its authenticity, we came to have a snack, our hot chocolates at €3 each are cut with water and are not even filled. Let's not talk about chouquettes which are very hard and rancid, we even wonder if they only date from yesterday. So disappointing, we were used to much better.

05/12/2024: The worst McDonald's in France. Order made at 12:45 p.m., delivered at 1:20 p.m., cold and incomplete (Pokémon cards were missing). Autain waiter, slow and incompetent staff. When it is reported that the order, in addition to being cold, was incomplete, the staff and the manager find no solution to repair their fault (in addition to the excessive delay and the cold order).

22/09/2024: What can I say.... Deplorable welcome, saying "hello" is a concept, I'm not even talking about a "thank you" or "good evening". We took it to the drive-thru, and we noticed that something was systematically missing. This evening no sauce, no napkins, no smile... In short, no desire to come back, thank you for forcing me to eat well!

17/09/2024: We came in July and ordered 2 McFlurry (one caramel suede and the other caramel mms). When we got home we realized that our ice creams were in fact sundaes (so without topping). I immediately called the restaurant who took my address to send us a voucher as compensation. It's September and I still haven't received anything. Ashamed.

16/07/2024: Disastrous service, the saleswoman is probably deaf… Big scam on the size of the pain au chocolat and on the bear pate without apples. It was better before… Run away!

02/07/2024: Really not great I came several years ago really not bad I just said return already not even pain au chocolat, croissant even though it was only 9:30 a.m. plus the soft chocolate everything but soft burnt and the milk with chocolate that tastes like water I don't recommend it at all

17/12/2024: I am a regular customer, and every time I visit this cafe, an employee takes the liberty of shouting at me for no good reason. This behavior is unacceptable and very unpleasant. Every time I ask to see the manager to report the situation, she refuses and tells me I'm the one in charge, I'm not the only one who complains, it's a girl. I have already reported this issue several times, but no action has been taken so far. I am seriously considering filing a police report as such behavior towards customers should not be tolerated.

14/12/2024: Unacceptable treatment for its customers. A long-time customer, I went on Friday at 4:40 p.m. to get my usual coffee. Unfortunately, the credit card machine was out of service, and not having any cash on me, I was unable to pay for my coffee. So far, an understandable inconvenience. However, when I politely asked to use the toilets before leaving, the person at the cashier refused me access, telling me that they were “for customers only”. A real humiliation given that I had come to consume in the first place! When I tried to explain the grotesque situation to the barista, the manager intervened... to drive the point home with disconcerting condescension! What nerve is what proof of discernment on the part of this manager! Result: not only did this contemptuous attitude shock me, but it was enough to convince me to never set foot here again, neither for a coffee, nor for my future lunches... Congratulations to the team for having managed to lose a customer faithful in record time

26/12/2023: this is the second Time I come to this Starbucks branch here. I Got the best Longo Ever. I took an Uber nothing but to taste this Wonderfull Longo. Today I've been served by another barista and she made the same tasty drink . I am sorry , but not all Starbucks baristas are skilled enough when it comes to making the perfect Drink. Thanks. ( I came with my Son on one time , and made him taste a Longo )

Je passe une commande uber Eats avec plusieurs articles , un article est indisponible du coup je leur demande d’annuler cet article mais ils n’annulent pas et font pouroiter les livreurs qui ne cessent de m’appeler . Sachant que moi au niveau de l’appli je ne peux plus annuler la commande
