14/03/2026: Cold meals served with only 3 people in the dining room... We asked for no ice and received it with! The burgers had a strange taste... Avoid!

11/03/2026: This Saturday, March 7th. I placed a Deliveroo order, which... never arrived! They claimed they couldn't find a delivery driver, but if I hadn't taken any action, no one would have notified me. On top of that, I had to argue with the app's customer service to get a refund because they said my order was already being prepared! We went elsewhere, and we even saved €30 on the same order! Shameful.

01/03/2026: The fries are always cold here, but we often go when we're shopping because we like burgers. Our order was delivered without one burger, and no one told me. I had to go and ask, and they told me it was made to order (a McCrispy for my husband). Almost 15 minutes later, it arrived cold. In the meantime, I had already eaten my burger, which was also cold. They offered to make it again, but I refused. So I was refunded for the burger, not for the meal, just for the burger—and what's more, the refund was insufficient since they refunded me for the wrap and not the burger. I got a half-hearted "sorry," but basically, it was clear that no one cared. I won't be going back.

05/02/2026: I ordered McFlurry ice creams, one with caramel Kit Kat and the other with chocolate Kit Kat, and I got plain ones. Things aren't getting any better at the beginning of February; there are only problems like this!

08/11/2025: Review (November 8, 2025) We were passing through Luxembourg and stopped in France to eat at this establishment. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The staff completely lacked courtesy and humanity—especially one woman with a bob haircut who was very rude and unpleasant. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. We do not recommend this place, nor do we support it in any way.

04/10/2025: Impossible to get to Subway, most of the time it's already closed before 9pm, unacceptable for a Saturday night.

Just like two years ago, we ordered the maxi best-of order hoping to get a large fry, but no, we had to settle for a medium fry at the price of a large.

30/03/2026: The restaurant is well-located with reasonable prices and fairly quick service. However, I found the portions rather small: the galettes and crêpes weren't very generously filled, and despite having a main course and dessert, I was still hungry when I left. Overall, an acceptable experience, but one that could be improved with more substantial portions.

14/01/2026: The hygiene was extremely questionable; the toilets were filthy. And instead of serving glasses of water, they offered bottled water. A disgrace.

28/11/2025: I've traveled a lot in my life. I've seen all sorts of things, both good and bad! I've walked on many soils, from Châteauroux to Vierzon, from South Africa to the mountains of Nepal; I've experienced many landscapes and encountered many peoples. Well, of all these experiences, never—and I mean never—have I had such wonderful moments as in this café-bistro-tobacco shop. And all this, of course, thanks to the staff! Not only do they move with a grace worthy of Swan Lake, but their intelligence would make even the greatest disciples of Socrates green with envy, and their kindness would make Sister Emmanuelle look like a torturer. Once settled in a comfortable chair on the terrace, facing a square so magnificent it deserves to be among the Seven Wonders of the World, you might have the pleasure of listening to Alain-Didier. Its verve will tickle your ears: it is, quite simply, beautiful.

28/03/2026: I've been a customer for a while now, and since I work downtown, I usually go to the one near Place de la Réunion. Passing through Porte Jeune, I stopped there to buy some food, and I was shocked to hear the "manager" yelling at her employee like a banshee! Besides being humiliating for this poor woman who was just doing her job, it's even more humiliating to do it in front of all the other customers. I myself am in charge of a team of several people, and I would never, under any circumstances, speak to my employees like that. I did, however, want to thank the kind lady who served me; she was very pleasant. But for you, madam, it's shameful to yell like that and belittle employees in front of everyone. If you're not happy with your position and work, it would be best for you to resign.

07/12/2024: Super little discovery on our way down from Montmartre. Visited on a Sunday evening in November. Friendly and accommodating staff, simple and lovely French food. I recommend the steak frites & tarte tatin.

30/11/2024: It's a shame that someone denies their origins, something the father never did, and in an aggressive way, there was no need, but everyone will have to live with their attitudes and face the consequences.

03/07/2025: A terrace that's a victim of its own success and its location in the heart of the tourist city. Always full (a testament to its quality), you don't have to wait long for a table to become available. The drinks menu is varied, and the appetizer platter is just right in terms of quantity but superior in terms of quality. A great place to stop for a break during your city tour.

20/06/2025: Beautifully situated in the shade under the trees. The tarte flambée is delicious and reasonably priced.

25/03/2026: Hello, I happened to stop by this McDonald's in Vitry-le-François today on a whim (I usually go to Saint-Dizier) to take advantage of the daily deals. I went inside to save time, and at the kiosk, I was told that the deals required using the internet, which I did. I completed the process using the app. After payment and order confirmation (received by SMS and email) and the debit from my bank account, I wanted to pick up my order. Despite this, I was told I couldn't retrieve it because nothing was displayed on their screen. I asked to see the manager, who came to me, but I'm still wondering why, since this gentleman wasn't able to find a solution in 40 minutes. Despite proving my good faith with all my order confirmations, I had to leave without my order and with my account debited at 5:30 PM (which is now 8:36 PM and I still haven't received a refund). I'm very disappointed by his incompetence and lack of professionalism. I've never seen anyone else (one wonders how he ever became a manager and led a team) try to help me, but without this man's approval, they couldn't do anything. The takeaway? Run away!

18/04/2026: McDonald's is always a treat, but ordering from a machine will never suit me... where has the pleasant experience of ordering in front of a smiling person gone?
