16/11/2025: As a regular customer of your chip shop, I was quite disappointed with my visit today. There was a very poor communication with the staff. We ordered two Savoyard-style burgers, but some ingredients were missing. We had to ask for a replacement, which was difficult. When we inquired about the ingredients included in the recipe, they told us they were extra, even though Gruyère cheese and ham are included. Due to the difficulty in communicating, we left with Savoyard-style burgers that included a steak and Gruyère cheese. Furthermore, the portions were significantly smaller than before. This doesn't make me want to return.

We went back to complain and were brushed off, with a dismissive "eye roll" and other unpleasant remarks. As a young cyclist, having run out of water in my bottle to take some medication, I rushed into this brasserie to politely ask for a glass of water, completely parched. Needless to say, I was met with a flat refusal, as I wasn't a "customer" and refused to pay €3 for an espresso. That gives you an idea of ​​the level of this tourist trap, while the barmaid at the neighboring brasserie (Casanova) was lovely.

There are no staff to clean the dining area. The manager is absent; only one person handles the cash register, drive-thru, and dine-in service.

Luckily, another establishment in town has managed to raise the bar.

12/04/2026: I live in Sète and I'd already tried their ice cream; it was good, but today I wanted to try their tacos… BIG MISTAKE! THEY WERE AWFUL. Mine was dripping with oil, my friend's was dry, and my boyfriend's was supposed to be a double meat taco, but it was the size of a single meat one. Really not good at all. Never buy tacos there; they're absolutely disgusting. Now we're all sick with stomach aches. I'll never go back.
