13/05/2026: When the self-service kiosks are out of order, it would be helpful to note it down or report it. This would avoid people waiting in line to reach the payment window without being able to order. Tonight, two cars were in this situation. McDonald's isn't fast food, it's no food at all!

25/05/2026: Kudos to the young manager, petite and brunette with curly hair, I think. We ordered from the drive-thru and witnessed her being disrespected by a customer while she was speaking politely and trying to resolve an issue. The man wouldn't listen, despite the disrespect she received. She remained calm throughout. It was very impressive; well done to her. Our order was hot, and the service from her colleague was excellent—well done! I felt I had to share what impressed my girlfriend and me. We'll definitely be back.

30/05/2026: The food was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere is pleasant and the location is excellent. However, the experience at the beach reception was not so positive. The lady responsible for renting the beds seemed a little rude and the information provided was confusing. We were told that it was not possible to rent beds or towels, despite there being many empty beds at that moment. I understand that there may be internal policies or reservations, but a clearer and more cordial explanation would have made the experience much better. Overall, I recommend the restaurant for the quality of the food and the professionalism of the service team, but I think the service at the beach reception could be friendlier and more transparent.

29/05/2026: Honestly, if you're really hungry and want a good meal, this is definitely not the place. The portions aren't very generous and the food isn't great at all. Thanks to the dark-haired waiter with tattoos who helped us with the sun loungers in the afternoon. Go there just to get a tan.

09/06/2026: I ordered two identical ice creams, and when they arrived at the table, one was clearly less full. I politely asked the staff to add more, but they told me that was the standard serving size and that if I wanted more, it would be an extra charge. (But if we're going by this standard serving size principle, why was the other one so much fuller?) We all know that ice cream machines are manual, so it was simply the person who measured the ingredients incorrectly, and instead of rectifying the situation, they chose to continue acting in bad faith.

09/06/2026: There's a shocking lack of hygiene in the restrooms (midges, soggy toilet paper on the floor, a hole in the ceiling, etc.), and the service leaves much to be desired. We waited 15 minutes for a drink that we had to go and ask for, and despite having the receipt and specifying what we wanted (a large Sprite), the woman who served us refused to offer anything other than a medium sugar-free Coke. Very disappointed.

30/04/2026: Worst McDonald's ever! The order was cold even though it was eaten in. They advertise table service, but then you have to pick up your cold order at the counter!! Unacceptable! It looked like someone had sat on the burger. Worst McDonald's ever. Oh yeah, and a 20-minute wait.

27/05/2026: May 27th - Once again, a menu item is missing... I go twice a week, spending between €40 and €50... and half the time something is missing... I only have a 45-minute break, not enough time to go back... impossible to reach them most of the time... unacceptable... We used to go every Saturday night... sharing box... 3 adult Happy Meals and hot dogs... until now, we were served very well by a brunette with long hair... but for the last two weeks, the order is never correct, handed out without sauces and cold.... Tonight, we went for a simple Happy Meal... waited 12 minutes in front of the servers. They were laughing amongst themselves... a cold Happy Meal without a straw or sauce... one nugget was missing... so I called: every time they answered only to hang up on me. If they'd been really busy, maybe, but when I went by there were 3 cars at the drive-thru, 2 customers at the register, and servers joking around amongst themselves... We used to go 52 times a year, plus all the little snacks... now it's definitely Burger King or any kebab place that's a bit considerate... it's unbelievable how they treat people like that.

27/05/2026: Incredible meal by an exceptional team. Delighted with my visit, nothing but positive things to say, I will gladly return :)

05/06/2026: A takeaway order took 25 minutes to arrive. The sandwiches were cold in the bag, and the order was checked at the restaurant. The restaurant was filthy. In short!!

21/04/2026: Zach and Mathilde were fantastic, excellent service. I wanted to give it 6/5 but there wasn't enough room.

24/03/2026: Order placed via Deliveroo. Half the sandwich arrived defective, with an incoherent mix of sauces and ingredients added for no reason: olives, pickles, and especially corn, despite a severe allergy. When contacted by their shop, the customer's word was immediately questioned, and photos provided as evidence were ignored. No responsibility was taken, no compensation offered. The only suggestion was to "contact Deliveroo." A cold, irresponsible, and potentially dangerous way of handling the problem. Nothing more to add.

26/03/2026: I'm very surprised by the negative comments. We regularly have lunch at this establishment when we're in Les Saisies. The service is always excellent. We had the set menu of the day: filet mignon with two mustards. The portions were generous and piping hot. There was no wait to be served. The young waiter was very responsive, friendly, and attentive. We'll gladly return.
