19/04/2026: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but my experience on Sunday, April 19, 2026, was deeply disappointing. We came to spend some time as a family, but the service was clearly lacking. First, we wanted to get ice cream desserts for our children: they weren't displayed, even though some other customers were receiving them. Then, our hamburgers arrived well after the fries, which wasn't very pleasant. We still tried ordering ice cream online, with a stated wait time of 15 minutes… but we ended up having to go get it ourselves. Despite our patience, it was obvious that the organization wasn't working properly, especially the management by the manager. Only the person at the drive-thru (a man with glasses) at lunchtime seemed to be doing their best to maintain some semblance of smooth service. This is all the more disappointing for a restaurant located in a pleasant and potentially very busy area.

So great! Luckily Burger King is opening soon.

Today I ordered at 6:27 PM because my partner gets up at 3 AM for work. We weren't told anything about the delivery; they just said goodbye. I had to call back to ask when we would be delivered. They told me around 7 PM, but the delivery arrived at 8 PM. Then, the cheese was definitely spoiled, judging by the texture and the awful smell. There were fries in my Lebanese burger, even though I ordered a Lebanese burger because I don't like fries. My partner's burger was literally empty, as was my Lebanese burger. The result? A little over €23 and an hour and a half wait for this? Never again! My advice: avoid this place.
