12/09/2024: Delivery by über eats the best of Big Mac menu was cold yet I don't even have you 2 km from McDonald's the order plus the delivery took less than 15 minutes the delivery man took 5 minutes to come and the menu is cold is the portion of potatoes were really small...

10/09/2024: Menus received hot and well prepared. The Manager Dylan is incredibly friendly and cheerful. We were offered a top bag to take the rest with us. Thanks to him!

27/09/2024: 30 minutes of waiting for 2 classic menus (cheese, bic mac...) to be served after placing the order and paying, this is unacceptable in a fast food restaurant...

13/12/2024: I ordered 2 menus + a dessert for delivery for (€33 with delivery) via the McDo+ app and I only received the 2 sodas from the menu + the dessert. I tried to call the restaurant to have them send me the rest but no way to get them on the phone. So I go through the so-called after-sales service of the application which after ten minutes of waiting and chat closings by the assistants (without responding to my request) only reimbursed me €10 out of the €33 at total. Conclusion, I therefore paid 23€ for 2 sodas and a Mcflury, impossible to ask for a greater refund or to have the shortage re-delivered (2 large burgers, 2 potatoes which represent the majority of the price of the menus). And I don't only blame the restaurant which forgot 3/4 of my order but also the McDonald's after-sales service which did not do what was necessary to honor the logical price difference. In short, very bad experience at McDonald's.

24/11/2024: I just wanted to go to the toilet, I came across a horrible security guard who disrespected me. I went downstairs even though it was upstairs, I simply made a mistake while looking and the security guard (who is not even the manager of the McDonald's, just a security guard) spoke to me very badly while removing me from the McDonald's with my sister. I hope that this McDonald's will recruit more friendly and respectful security guards because the employees were very nice.

05/09/2024: 1 mcflury, a cookie and 2 macaracon Order at 2:40 p.m. At 3:02 p.m. always nothing..... It's not rush hour... Abuse.....

27/11/2024: Wednesday 6:55 p.m. Nearly 40 minutes of waiting for an order for 5 people, 10 minutes at the drive-thru for nothing, it's off to a bad start. Missing a coke, the peanuts in the Sundays, the cheese fries. We asked for Chinese sauce and ended up with the creamy deluxe. No bubbles in cokes and water the same. Conclusion. Deplorable. It's a shame…

14/09/2024: I will sauce you as much as my CBO was: THANK YOU. Perfect service from this man who, I hope, is at least a manager. If not, sir, a place awaits you in a 4-star hotel. My dessert, a cheesecake, the least healthy in the world for my greatest happiness. Everything was hot, good, well measured. We made sure everything went well. So to all the people who only give one star: be fair and if something is missing from your dish, get up and talk about it, they will always have a solution. With that, I'm going to spend my weekend in the forest with a full stomach. Thanks again.

29/09/2024: I ordered a platter of sweet petit fours. I was told by phone that there will be 12, in the end there are 20 (fortunately only one ordered, otherwise it would have been too much and not potentially wasted). Then, we ordered for 10:30 a.m. (personal imperative), more than 30 minutes of waiting for the tray to not be ready! Let it be done urgently and no matter how! The box to put them in is too small and therefore nothing is stable. See photos. In addition to the endless waiting, waiters preferring to fill the windows and you ignore and now the non-compliance with the schedule and especially with the expected service, TO FLEE.

30/08/2024: I was very poorly received by the barista MONIQUE who spoke very badly to 3 people including me last Friday. His insolence and familiarities made my (usually qualitative) experience execrable. I won't be returning to this store anytime soon. The customer in front of me did not understand why she was the victim of the barista's anger when the customer was in no way responsible for the situation. I experienced the same thing. I asked the salon manager AMANDA to contact me by phone, leaving two messages in order to resolve the problem. She refuses to do so and I am the one who has to call back to get her on the line. She explained that my problem was not her problem and that she refused to listen to me and find a solution. She hangs up on me several times, threatening to permanently ban me from her salon (which is illegal). Customer service is also a disaster. He refuses to answer the phone and takes over 3 weeks to respond to messages. So the problem that occurred on August 9 is still not resolved and Starbuck has not yet taken care of my complaint. Coffee is expensive so the least we can do is be efficient in resolving complaints and have a truly functional after-sales service. I'm waiting for a response from the District Manager of both people... UPDATE 08/30/24

30/08/2024: Frappuccino is not a frappuccino, it’s just a milk with coffe and chocolate. They made it in 1 second. Staff is not so nice.

30/11/2024: I won't put more on this Gur. Sorry but the place itself was dirty. Fat and cola everywhere in the upstairs room. The meal was not better at all. Cold fries, a meatless kebab and just salad. And staff who made the wrong order. Brief!! A total disappointment. Sorry

02/11/2024: Frankly, you should avoid this disgusting "kebab", which is not even one. The meat could be at least good but I don't even have the words to describe its mediocre quality.

23/07/2024: Endless waiting!!! While few people in the restaurant. Very dirty lobby, several spilled glasses but just "slippery floor" signs placed in front, without being cleaned. Of course it's summer vacation... let's hope the rest of the year is better.

22/07/2024: Large, clean, pleasant and well located restaurant. Good welcome. The sandwiches are well cooked and well made. Too long waiting time.

21/10/2024: J'ai demandé à acheter un livre, en plus de mon Wrap. Leur réponse : " non, nous ne vendons pas de livre. Je viens de contacter la maison mère qui m'a dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas refuser de vendre un livre.

20/08/2024: Restaurant which simply refused to serve us yesterday: my husband, my 2 sons and me around 7:30 p.m., claiming that the restaurant is closed for 1 month. It was obviously open to the public with the “open” light sign, a few customers were already seated. Others arrived later. FYI, discrimination is punishable by a fine.

12/08/2024: Excellent customer service, delicious food, courtesy and kindness of the staff, five people went and we all had a great time, we will be back
