11/07/2026: I've never seen such a filthy McDonald's. EVERY SINGLE table, I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE, was dirty, sticky, with squashed fries and spilled soda. It's a disgrace! I've never seen a McDonald's so poorly run! We ordered a sundae for a snack and they didn't even give us a napkin!

10/07/2026: Wrong drink, no sauce, bad burger, and they didn't even order the salad. I've never seen anything like it, are they all interns there or what?

18/07/2026: Very fast service, just a little too much salt on the fries, otherwise... Quick and very, very good service, this is the McDonald's I know that's fast and efficient.

16/07/2026: It's good, but sometimes a bit long.

28/07/2026: Very average due to frequent errors in drive-thru orders. Inside, speed takes precedence over quality. It's not uncommon to find sandwiches jumbled up in the boxes. I hope this will be addressed. Update 14/01/24 More and more errors. Either you don't know your sandwiches, or some people can't read the orders on their screens. However, there's never been an error on the bill. Update 07/06/24 A new management team seems to be taking over, trying to resolve the old problems. Time will tell.

22/06/2026: Once again, my order wasn't delivered. I waited an hour, only to receive a message saying the restaurant was closed... Great.

25/05/2026: Missing order: Buy 1 get 1 free! Only 1 sandwich in the basket! Outrageous! Avoid at all costs!

12/06/2026: The staff are truly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. The workers and servers are very professional and welcoming; I have no complaints about them. However, I was surprised by the attitude of the restaurant manager/head chef, who sometimes speaks rudely to his employees in front of customers. This is unfortunate, as it creates a negative atmosphere and doesn't reflect the quality of work the team provides. I hope the employees will be treated with more respect in the future, as they deserve to be recognized for their excellent work.

22/06/2026: How is it possible to offer such a bad kebab in 2026? You guys are kebab killers, aren't you ashamed to offer such poor quality? Not to mention the service, which is even more unpleasant than this. Honestly, you have to be kidding me! Well done guys, keep it up!

11/06/2026: If you're hungry, AVOID! And if you want something decent, too 😩. The bread is small... well, times are tough... but the portion of fries is tiny!!!! Honestly, I arrived BEFORE noon, so there was no line ahead of me. Yes, there were people who arrived AFTER me, but I would have preferred a proper portion, not the closing portion. McDonald's is more generous. And the kebab meat was undercooked except for one edge. Unbelievable! At least ask how I wanted it cooked! And I didn't get my drink! Being on my lunch break, I was in a real hurry, and when I got to order, I was quite surprised! So I had to go back, and the welcome was cold, except for the cooks (the one who was alone that day at the beginning and another who said hello to everyone). In short, I knew better than to go somewhere else. Those next door are probably the same brand.

16/07/2026: Appalling quality and hygiene. Unpleasant staff. Undercooked pizzas and poor quality ingredients. We ordered 8 pizzas and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Seven of them were undercooked, with over 2 cm of flour underneath. It's a disgrace. My children had stomach aches. We will be reporting this to the DDPP (Departmental Directorate for the Protection of Populations).

19/07/2026: The menu was misleading several times, requiring us to get up repeatedly. The ice cream was already melted and dripping onto the tray before we were served it. The milkshake, which was supposed to be vanilla, had strawberry at the bottom. The cups were only half full. The table was dirty. They forgot the ice cubes. The staff were unpleasant. The wait was quick, but it's pointless if the order isn't correct.

19/07/2026: I often come to this Quick and order here, and I always get chicken dips, but yesterday was the first time my chicken dips were different than usual. They didn't look the same at all; they were very thin, and I found bits of sinew in the chicken, something that has never happened to me before. I don't know if you've changed suppliers, but they were really bad...

16/07/2026: Very friendly, kind, and smiling staff. The restaurant is clean and the service is quick. I will gladly return. Because I love Quick End Toast.

11/04/2026: I have very mixed feelings. The hot drinks and lemon cake were excellent, the atmosphere was great, super cozy... but I also ordered two slices of lemon cake to go (€5 a slice, but I thought, 'It's good, so it doesn't matter.') The problem is that when I got home and opened the box, I found two slices that were badly cut (especially one with a hole right through the middle, leaving almost nothing but the crust!). I took photos, it's a shame I can't post them. I didn't see them being cut, otherwise I would have refused them immediately, and that's not at all what we were served in the dining room. Very disappointed...
