Not only have the prices become exorbitant, but the service has completely collapsed. It's nothing like the service at McDonald's in other countries. They need to rethink their approach in France because their competitors operate differently and value loyalty and customer service. McDonald's in France has changed drastically. It's a real shame!

02/04/2026: The service tonight was appalling. Our order was taken at the drive-thru in a very unpleasant manner. This woman was more interested in kissing her colleagues than listening to us. Politeness and courtesy are, after all, basic principles in the restaurant industry. I believe she was a manager—what a fine example! It was 9:40 PM; if you happen to find her, please pass on the message.

10/01/2026: Never again. They wouldn't let us sit by the window because they said those were tables for meals. It was 11 am! Those tables were empty the entire time we had our coffee, which cost €7.50! Neither the place nor the coffee was worth it, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition.

07/01/2026: We stopped at this bar because it was really cold outside... Tourist trap with outrageous prices. The staff forgot about us, but at least we were warm. The only positive point: the drink was good.

23/03/2026: I ordered from this McDonald's at lunchtime today, and they made a mistake with my order. I went back in the evening to complain, as I didn't have time to return immediately because I was at work. The staff refused to give me a refund or remake my order correctly, so since I don't eat bacon, their burger ended up in the bin. Very disappointed with the service. I won't be ordering again. Sorry.

12/04/2026: Definitely the worst McDonald's in France!!!! A complete and utter dump!!!! The toilets are in an appalling state!!!! An abomination. You could literally go to the bathroom in the middle of the restaurant and the staff wouldn't even notice. No cutlery to eat your salad, and you practically get yelled at by the waitress. (So, oh well, you just eat with your hands!!!!!!) Run away!! Call the health department. This restaurant needs to be shut down. I'm afraid of food poisoning. I know you're not going to eat at a three-star restaurant, but this is really treating customers like idiots!!!!

08/04/2026: It's a pretty basic McDonald's. The burgers are good but very expensive for what they are, and the toilets are not very clean.

04/04/2026: Not happy, we waited 30 minutes to eat, half of our sandwiches were missing, and we asked for an ice cream in return, which was refused, with them saying our proposals were wrong. Having previously worked in McDonald's, this behavior is unacceptable; let me tell you, I won't forget it anytime soon.

25/02/2026: Absolutely unacceptable hygiene standards. The staff was preparing crepes with bare, visibly dirty hands, touching the fruit directly and serving bruised, rotten strawberries. It was disgusting and completely unprofessional. If you care about your health, stay away from this place. Total waste of money.

23/02/2026: Scam. The price charged and the menu price don't match. They don't hesitate to charge you €5.90 for a small order of fries when it's only €4 on the menu. They also charge you for a croque madame when you only get a croque monsieur. A 33cl Bavarian beer is charged for 50cl, etc., etc... Check your bill before paying.

25/03/2026: Frankly, it's become really disappointing. We used to go to McDonald's for a treat, but now the meals are clearly not worth the price. It's getting more and more expensive, and the taste that used to make it stand out is gone. It feels like we're paying for something bland and tasteless. At that price, you'd at least expect some quality... but that's no longer the case. It's a real shame.

20/03/2026: Perfect for a quick bite. Lots of choice for food and drinks, and good for kids too. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as takeaway...

02/03/2026: Delivery disappointment Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 burger Very disappointed. The kebab sandwich was in a panini roll, so it was panini-sized, and only one meat option was turkey, which was tasteless... The Big Potato burger had no flavor whatsoever, only the taste of the fried patty... The only positive point was the delivery in under 30 minutes, but disappointment upon arrival... We will not be ordering again

14/01/2026: I ordered a kebab with raw vegetables. The kebab consisted of just undercooked fried onions and was almost cold. A shame, my first order will be my last.

02/11/2025: Avoid at all costs! Terrible service. They can't even admit their pricing mistakes. Remember to check your signs occasionally.

23/01/2026: Very poor quality, the taco is really bad and there's no sauce. Avoid it!

11/12/2025: Dry meat, nothing inside, cold, four fries barely crammed into a measly crepe. I absolutely do not recommend it. Disgusting. In short, I recommend the Bosphorus.
