28/05/2026: Very convenient after a shopping spree or a stroll through the 13th arrondissement! 🍔 I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of service despite the crowds. The restaurant is well located, the self-service kiosks are easy to use, and the staff remains efficient and friendly. The burgers were hot, the fries crispy, and the dining area quite clean for a Parisian McDonald's… which is worth mentioning 😄 A good spot for a quick bite before heading back to the Place d'Italie area.

30/04/2026: Tasteless and tiny burgers compared to the photos, limp and practically cold fries. Cold place, gloomy atmosphere, and high prices. Avoid at all costs. Record broken today. I had to go to the counter to check on my order placed 20 minutes earlier. The server seemed overwhelmed. The order finally arrived without the Happy Meal toy. The burger was lukewarm and the fries were cold and soggy. Impossible to find space to put down trash because there was so much dirty dishware. My experience is over. I'll go to Burger King from now on.

12/06/2026: Second meatless burger in just a few months. Paying for a burger that's just bread, lettuce, and a slice of cheese is pretty hard to accept. We had already gotten home with our children when we noticed the mistake. Between family commitments and the price of gas, we weren't about to make another trip to correct an error that should never have happened. Prices are going up, but the quality of service seems to be going down. A little extra checking before handing out orders would be appreciated. Very disappointing.

09/06/2026: Once again, items are missing from the click and collect order... Out of three meals, at least one item is missing from each. The famous Big Mac sauce was nowhere to be seen, the custom burger wasn't made, and finally, the donut for a child... Disappointment, yet again... We were disappointed last time and preferred to go to the competition... And this confirms our opinion that McDonald's should make a lot more effort with customer service... Taking payment is no problem, but giving you what you buy is a different story...

06/06/2026: We came this evening. It took an hour to place our order using the app, which works more or less well. We ordered a hamburger, clearly stated without onions, but it had onions. And as for the small salad with tiny lettuce leaves, thank you very much. Today, very, very disappointed.

04/06/2026: I ordered a sandwich without sauce and without salad. Result: sauce and salad. McDonald's could use some French lessons.

30/05/2026: Very disappointed by this visit. The quality of service is clearly no longer up to par: over a 20-minute wait to pick up a Happy Meal, which seems excessive given the order. The restaurant was also dirty, with a general impression of neglect and disorganization. This is all the more regrettable for a historic restaurant from which one normally expects a much higher level of quality. A frankly disappointing experience.

27/10/2025: The taste wasn't bad, and the dish was generally adequate, but the quantity really disappointed me. The advertised 100g per tray was clearly far from enough. I only got six small shrimp, which seemed pretty ridiculous for the price. My friends had the same impression with their portions. It's a shame.

20/03/2026: It's been several months since they disabled the option to enter your loyalty card at the kiosks (scan + manual). Also, the ice cream has very few toppings compared to other McDonald's. And there are extra charges everywhere that don't exist elsewhere...

15/02/2026: We always went there because it was the oldest in Genlis, but frankly, they were stingy with the meat. €0.50 for a small pot of sauce—it's highway robbery. It's a shame because they could make a difference in the countryside. Customers would come back.

22/05/2026: On a pilgrimage to Lourdes during International Law Enforcement Day, run by Italian and multi-ethnic staff. Discovered by chance, it offers traditional French and Italian dishes. Dinner included a coque monsieur and salad. Friendly, fast service, and very cheerful and friendly staff who speak Italian, French, English, and Spanish.

29/12/2025: PERSONALLY THE BEST TACOS IN ALSACE. SUPER FAST, WHEN IT'S 10 MINUTES IT'S 10 MINUTES AND IT'S VERY GOOD, GREAT TEAM, you make a list of what you want by phone, they're a well-oiled machine and it's already ready.

26/05/2026: I placed an order and in my order I ordered a milkshake, but they didn't give me a straw. How am I supposed to drink it with a spoon or not?

24/05/2026: A beautifully decorated place. But the service was incredibly slow, just for two ice creams.

15/05/2026: You can eat without cardboard! The new setting is much cozier, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The raspberry cookie is delicious!

02/04/2026: The place has been renovated; it's clean and pleasant. But the Wi-Fi is still terrible: slow, unstable, and unusable. For a Starbucks, it's clearly not up to standard.
