06/04/2026: The Big Mac in 2026 is less than 3 cm high. The patties are practically shoe leather. It's getting worse and worse, and the thing is, there are still just as many people eating this awful food. In the 80s and 90s, a Big Mac was between 6 and 8 cm high. Everything was fresh, it was so good!

03/04/2026: The McDonald's was deserted. I ordered at my table, and it arrived after 15 minutes with five fries costing €5 and a burger that had clearly been forgotten somewhere. Everything was cold. We always go to Burger King, but this time we had no choice but to come here. Next time, I'll skip a meal.

01/04/2026: Cheddar fries, the cheddar on the fries was ice-cold, and they told me it was normal and brushed me off without wanting to change it. I'll never go back...

26/02/2026: First and last time at Subway! The recipe was displayed but not available… Meal deal: sandwich - drink - dessert At the register, there was an extra charge of 10 or 30 cents depending on the dessert chosen. Furthermore, the cold drink ended up being hot… €26 for 2 meals!!!!!

28/01/2026: I bought an almond pain au chocolat, and they gave me a burnt one, telling me it was chocolate. I insisted to the saleswoman that no, it was definitely burnt, and she insisted, in a haughty tone, that it was chocolate, as if I had a dog's mouth to be unable to distinguish between chocolate and burnt food? It's unacceptable to sell expensive pastries that are half-burnt, and even worse to not own up to it.

11/04/2026: We're sorry, we regret, we're sorry... Blah blah blah... Always the same responses to negative reviews, and yet, no improvement. I agree with the other negative reviews about the cleanliness, the cooking, and the value for money at the Mendes location, but I won't dwell on that today. Today, I want to vent about my son's disappointment. He was so excited to go to the cinema to see Super Mario Galaxy and then eat at McDonald's to get the movie-themed meal and, most importantly... discover the toy he was going to get... Except that when we arrived at 1:30 pm, there were signs taped to the kiosks saying "Mario toys out of stock"... Imagine our son's sadness; it broke our hearts. Shame on this establishment, out of stock at 1:30 pm. Shame on you! What a Happy Meal!! None of that... Take your child to Disney and there's no Mickey Mouse. It's unthinkable... And McDonald's, with its supposedly excellent customer service, could have offered to let customers come back later with their receipt to get the Mario toy or coin. But no, that's it, that's just how it is, happy or not, it's all the same. Well, no, you understand, it wouldn't have been manageable for them. They're already struggling with toy stock on a Saturday at 1:30 pm, so imagine trying to satisfy the current customers plus the latecomers. What a joke! But where did the Ronald McDonald era of the 90s go? Gone, unfortunately. So it's over, goodbye McDonald's!!

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well. Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco. I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing. And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich. My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues. The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag! At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy) To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them. My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true) So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again. And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there. After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.

10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away. The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun. When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

24/03/2026: It's been almost two years since I last went there, and that's a real shame. Laffont used to be a go-to place for snacks, but since then the prices and quality have dropped drastically. It's a real pity because it was a place I used to frequent.

01/03/2026: Very disappointed. The older lady was not welcoming at all, the portion was small, and the fries were too greasy. It's outrageous! I used to love eating there.

08/12/2025: The best in the area! Review: Absolutely perfect! I had a wonderful time. The service is fast, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I recommend it 100% and can't wait to come back!

30/10/2025: Horrible! A 30-minute wait for a burger and fries. Hygiene is beyond questionable; no gloves, staff who couldn't care less about the customers... Avoid this place at all costs! They need a manager who will take charge!

09/04/2026: As always, and for a long time now, the service is deplorable; 23 minutes for a drink, a large fries, and 9 nuggets, even though we were the only customers being served and it was 7 PM!!!!

04/04/2026: Disappointed as always, after multiple order errors, cold sandwiches and more, this time it wasn't even possible to place a drive-thru order… no one answers the kiosk, and once you're in front of someone, it's impossible to take the order… long live the kebab…

28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

13/02/2026: The owner was very friendly, but the sandwich was too sparsely filled and the salad consisted of industrially grated carrots.

27/11/2025: It was excellent. Clean, pleasant place with no overpowering smell. Quick service, very good quality for the price of the sandwich/meal, depending on what you order. Friendly and very pleasant owner. I'd add that it's a real gem. A great find. I highly recommend it.
