30/03/2026: Whoa! What a disaster! Nothing's changed, it's even worse than before! Where's the energy? It's so slow! But most importantly! They refuse to give me my already paid order if I don't show the receipt... Um... the ordering kiosk, for environmental reasons, offers the option to give or not give the receipt! So if I don't take a receipt, I don't get my order.

28/03/2026: Unfriendly staff... She answers at the kiosk... "What's this for..." Well, a McDonald's... Often long drive-thru lines... It's not very appealing.

12/05/2026: Very friendly and understanding towards me. Especially the manager, who was very friendly.

16/07/2026: I ordered a chicken plate, but the chicken was extremely salty, and the cook confirmed he knew this because he doesn't make it himself; he buys it pre-prepared. It was inedible; I only ate the salad. They didn't even offer a gesture of goodwill; the plate went straight in the bin. My son ordered a kebab, and it was just as tasteless. I sincerely advise against this kebab place; avoid it at all costs. There are much better kebab places in Nancy than this one.

16/07/2026: We arrived in the afternoon. There was a long wait for three ice creams despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Hygiene in the restaurant was deplorable (tables not cleaned, very dirty floor, smell of urine in the dining area near the restrooms...). We didn't see a single employee cleaning during our entire visit.

15/07/2026: The service was slow. The fries were served cold.

10/06/2026: My wife and I stayed there. The setting was lovely, the food simple but very good. We loved our stay and hope to return soon 👍

The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a calm and relaxing setting in the heart of the region. As for the restaurant, the cuisine is generous, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the service is both professional and friendly. The family atmosphere, the quality of the services, and the value for money make this establishment one we wholeheartedly recommend. A big thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and professionalism. We will gladly return on our next visit to the region. ☺️

18/07/2026: Over 15 minutes wait for a cold meal, even though there weren't even 5 people in the dining room. No apology for the slow service, and to top it all off, a burger was missing from the order! 👌

14/07/2026: I've been going to this McDonald's for years since I live nearby, but for quite some time now, things have gone downhill. I often get four nuggets when I order six, the drinks are only half full, the fries are cold, and I recently ordered the new Oasis Bubble Tea and didn't get the bubbles! Considering the price, I find that outrageous. I absolutely do not recommend this McDonald's and suggest you go to the one near Leclerc!

20/07/2026: The staff wore neither hats nor aprons, making them difficult to distinguish from customers. Some employees prepared orders with a phone attached to them, giving an impression of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, one employee was very unpleasant and disrespectful to her colleagues, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Finally, the wait times were also excessive.

14/07/2026: McDonald's is okay. Not very big, but decent. The wait wasn't long. The food is like any other.

06/06/2026: I ate a triple steak and threw up everything, stomach ache, etc... swear, never eat there, you deserve to be shut down. A real place should open in your place, with your unfinished renovations since 2020.

09/07/2026: So, I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this is a total rip-off. I came at 11:20 PM to place an order. I got a drink that already cost €2 extra, and instead of the Boobas I was supposed to get, as indicated on the kiosk, I went home really looking forward to trying them, only to end up with just Oasis. That's an expensive glass of Oasis, I must say! :) Anyway, great, I understand better now why the manager served us when it was a young woman making the drink. Thanks for the scam, by the way! :)

19/07/2026: Avoid at all costs! I ordered a milkshake at the café, but the manager told me they were out of straws, even though they were available when I placed my order. I also asked for glasses of water, which were never served. A truly regrettable lack of organization and service.

18/07/2026: The most absurd McDonald's I've ever seen: the drive-thru line spills out onto the road, all the way to the roundabout, creating absolute chaos. Orders are frequently forgotten, and having to ask for a product you paid for but never received is unpleasant for everyone. What a disgrace.

13/06/2026: Not too up-to-date on the laws at McDonald's? It's mandatory to offer free drinking water to customers with their meals... "You must display a sign in your restaurant indicating that customers can request free drinking water. If the fraud inspectors are around...

02/04/2026: Order placed via Uber Eats. Two maxi meals: tacos and kebab, both with extras. Tacos without sauce, full of onions, a normal size for an XL, compared to before when they were free (even though I paid extra). Kebab without extras, but the bread was slightly overcooked… Very disappointed. I've been a customer for a while, but I'm stopping because it's bordering on a scam…

20/03/2026: This is the second time I've ordered from Edessa via Uber Eats, and both times there's been a mistake with the meat and sauce selection: minced steak instead of kefta. The steak was tasteless and unseasoned. I ordered curry sauce, but I received a flavorless white sauce. A huge disappointment.
