27/08/2026: Long wait, really bad meat, pieces full of fat... disappointing for the price.

20/08/2026: The food was truly awful!!! The plate was served extremely quickly… But it arrived barely lukewarm! Definitely prepared in advance. The meat was full of gristle. The fresh fruit salad in August consisted of apples and two strawberries!!! 🙄 (completely wilted). In short, avoid this place.

03/09/2025: Arriving at 8:30 PM without a reservation, we were greeted by the manager who informed us that there was only one dish available (fondue, and only served outside). I should point out that there were only two people in the restaurant! Having come from another region for a sporting event, I strongly advise against going there!

27/06/2026: The bar is nice in the evening, however, I paid for a drink I never received. The waiter told me I didn't want to pay, even though the payment went through to my account. If you want to be ripped off like that, go somewhere else. Apart from that, the atmosphere in the evening is good…

27/07/2026: We celebrated a birthday with 30 people and everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, the manager was exceptionally kind and helpful. He prepared everything in advance to ensure we were welcomed in the best possible conditions, allowing us to fully enjoy the evening without any stress. The private rooftop terrace was simply fantastic: an ideal setting, a friendly atmosphere, and enough space for everyone to have a wonderful time. A huge thank you to the manager for his professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to service. It's rare to meet someone so attentive and committed to the success of an event. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back!

30/06/2026: The terrace is cool and incredibly pleasant, which is a real plus during a heatwave! Delicious dishes and tapas. Quick and friendly service, even though it was quite busy.

10/07/2026: A disastrous experience. To get served, you practically have to get down on your knees. The servers completely ignore you: you have to call them several times to get the menu, take your order, or come back to your table. You clearly feel like you're bothering them. The dishes were poorly washed, with visible streaks. This is unacceptable in a restaurant. The steak arrived without any sauce. We had to wait and ask several times to get some mayonnaise or another sauce. When I asked for it to be cooked a little more, the server just shrieked in front of us, as if it were an unbearable effort to fulfill a perfectly normal request. The fries were burnt, greasy, and tasted like old, used frying oil. They were simply inedible. I barely touched the pasta. Between the deplorable service, poor-quality food, and a clear lack of professionalism, this restaurant is a huge disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend it.

31/03/2026: We had a great time, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent!

11/07/2026: We ordered a birthday cake for my son, meant for 10 people, but frankly, it only served 8 at most. The decoration was sloppy, the writing was illegible, and there was a major spelling mistake. It was supposed to be a strawberry cake, but honestly, you had to search for the strawberries. The whole family was very disappointed with this dessert.

11/07/2026: Very disappointed for the second time!!! I ordered a cake for 10 people which was too small. In my opinion, the decoration was sloppy, there was a spelling mistake on a piece of chocolate, and the inscription was illegible. It was for my grandson's first birthday (he turned one with an "s"). The cake was a strawberry cake with a minimum of strawberries but far too much cream! I do not recommend it!

28/05/2026: Good stop for a quick lunch or ice cream. Plenty of parking, and a large shaded terrace.

06/05/2026: To answer Lo po, no luck… Indeed, their sandwiches are great, but they don't use panini bread for a sandwich… they must have been out of stock, they should have let us know!!! For the past 5 years, I've never missed stopping by to get the charcuterie, which is excellent… thank you, see you soon. Martine

24/08/2026: A lovely, family-run brasserie with delicious food at very reasonable prices. The service is excellent, there's hardly any wait, and the food is just like home cooking—no fuss, I highly recommend it! 👌🏼 Let's support our local artisans instead of big corporations!

03/09/2026: I had a very bad experience at this McDonald's and I feel it's important to share it. First, I arrived with my small 2 kg puppy in my arms. A woman came to tell me that dogs weren't allowed in the restaurant. I explained that I was simply placing my order and would then sit on the patio with my puppy. I obviously wasn't going to leave him outside or in a car. Then, I ordered a Strawberry Mini Shake, but I received drinkable yogurts instead. That's absolutely not what I ordered. Furthermore, I received my ice cream about 10 minutes BEFORE my burger. You can imagine the state of the ice cream after waiting and eating my burger… Completely melted. A little more organization would have been appreciated. Finally, we heard employees talking about problems with the food, including snails that were allegedly found in a McDonald's salad. I obviously can't confirm these claims, but hearing this kind of conversation between employees in front of customers is very unprofessional and frankly quite unsettling. Ultimately, a truly disappointing experience: the welcome, the order, the wait time, and the organization—nothing was right. I sincerely hope management takes these comments seriously, because this is absolutely not the experience one expects from a McDonald's.

26/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The state of this McDonald's leaves much to be desired!!! For a chain like McDonald's… hygiene 0/5, I'm giving it 1 star for the staff

02/09/2026: One of the few spots in Saint-Genis. English pub style, complete with a carpet that’s seen better days. You order at the counter, British-style. If luck is on your side, the bartender might actually look up and take your order. Otherwise, you'll be completely invisible while everyone around you gets served. In short: service needs a MASSIVE improvement, and the atmosphere isn't great either, tbh

28/08/2026: We came to the area this evening for a drink, and despite the crowds, we were warmly welcomed by "Arbessa." The spritz was very good. Thank you for the service.

23/08/2026: I ordered three kebabs today from a home delivery website: a Maxi Kebab meal (fries + drink), a Belgian kebab with fries, and a regular kebab. The order was half empty and incorrect. I received a regular kebab instead of a Maxi meal, two ridiculously empty fries, and a Belgian kebab without any sauce. None of the kebabs matched the order. Even though the order didn't cost me €200, I really felt ripped off. Very disappointed.
