09/07/2025: This McDonald's is awful! Incompetent staff who don't know their products and are also very unpleasant. The management needs to be reworked, eh? Run away; go to the one in Champagne or anywhere else in Lyon instead. You'll get much better service and it will be faster, and at least they know their products. Good luck!

07/07/2025: A 30-minute wait for a meal! It wasn't exactly a rush! The food preparation staff behind the table were on high alert... In short, I'm angry and disappointed; the whole point of fast food is to be served quickly! Even in a traditional restaurant, we get served faster...

04/04/2026: No fries on the menu, no cutlery for the salad, no sauce, no Happy Meal box. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse.

02/04/2026: I ordered a cappoccino, which cost €3.80, and after I was already seated, they came to tell me they didn't have milk. They offered me an espresso, which I accepted, but the price wasn't the same 🤨. This is the second time this has happened to me at the same establishment.

05/04/2026: Don't trust the Rough Guides on the facade; if they haven't had them for three years, there's a reason. We waited almost an hour between the oysters and the main course, after already waiting 30 minutes just to be served the oysters. They also had to swap my fish and chips with the one from the children's menu. To top it all off, we seemed to be bothering the waiter more than anything else. They didn't even offer us a coffee as an apology. Definitely don't go there.

02/04/2026: Lunch was delicious, the fish and chips were very good. The homemade profiteroles were excellent. Friendly service.

04/04/2026: I come here every day for coffee!!! After being practically insulted, or at least very poorly received, by Martina last year, she refuses to serve me every time I get to the till, even though she's the one handling it at that moment. And don't even get me started on the dirty looks. The rest of the team is fantastic, big up to Albert!

05/03/2026: Visiting this establishment for the first and last time. The person who barely speaks French, and whose colleagues laugh at her with disrespectful remarks, would do well to brush up on their French and show more courtesy to their colleagues. Avoid this establishment.

04/03/2026: After all these years I decided to give this joint a second chance, but the service is still horrible. Uninterested employees mocking clients and really have no interest in providing a high quality service. No wonder why this Starbucks is almost empty. Last time here.

26/11/2025: This restaurant was mediocre at best; the mussels weren't fresh and didn't go down well at all. (We left just a short walk from the restaurant.)

17/04/2026: We came to this bar/hotel for a quick drink while waiting for our children's train. We sat down inside; it wasn't very busy, which was nice. We sat at a table where some customers had just left, leaving their drinks and tips on the table, which is normal. Once seated, despite the few people, no one came to take our order; yet there were two people at the bar and two waiters. We waited and waited, but after about ten minutes we went to the bar to order. Our drinks arrived, and we told the waiter that what was on the table belonged to the previous customers (so he would clear it, basically), but no, he took our payment and left everything on the table. We thought he would come back in a few moments to clear it and give us a clean table. He didn't come back; he walked around, looking at us. We finally called him over, and he cleared the table, didn't clean it, and left the tips left by the other customers.

12/04/2026: The food was deplorable, despite efficient service; I can understand everything except the mediocrity of the dishes.

25/03/2026: You order fries, you get potato wedges, you wait 45 minutes, and when you ask for a sauce for fries, it's like you're asking for the cash register. They forget the desserts from the Happy Meals. Luckily, I can't give it zero stars.

16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!

10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.

05/04/2026: Unfortunately, there's no terrace. The interior is uncomfortable but reasonably clean. BUT how can a "restaurant" have such disgusting and filthy toilets?!?!?

04/04/2026: Hello, I just ordered a €6 meal deal, and everything arrived in a mess: a nearly cold hamburger smothered in ketchup, and hard, cold fries. A disgrace. The only good thing was the Coke. The bin got a good meal, but I didn't. A disgrace. The best one in Dijon is still the one in Quetigny; I won't be going back anytime soon.

07/04/2026: Well, it's like everywhere else, like all McDonald's: nothing good, nothing worthwhile. Avoid it. 😡🤢🤮 Your liver will thank you. This is not a restaurant. Note: Slight improvement in cleanliness, hence the small asterisk (*).

04/04/2026: The restaurant was very clean. The service was quick. The restrooms were also very clean. This is rare for McDonald's restaurants and deserves to be highlighted.

21/10/2025: Very average but expensive ice cream (€5.50 for two scoops). No whipped cream available because they hadn't made any that day.

24/03/2026: Went here today. Already having trouble with the kiosk when ordering the Mario Galaxy meals, it was impossible to order them. Two children's meals, desserts missing from both boxes. We ordered the Mario Galaxy meal, but in the end, no collectible coin because we were charged as if we hadn't ordered a meal, even though we specifically told them we were. We were told there was nothing in the bag. Might as well go to the one in Chalette because the service is 100% better than in Amilly.
