05/06/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews... But I regret not reading previous customers' comments first! The dishes are expensive and tiny! Frankly outrageous! As for the bull stew, it was unbelievable: no wine in it, but an enormous amount of orange, far from a proper stew. The tartiflette was on a children's menu, with minuscule portions and nothing special... The galettes were so flat they were unbearable... Luckily, the waiter was very pleasant and professional! Keep him safe, but you urgently need to revise your dishes... We won't be back...

18/05/2026: No complaints about the service or anything. However, the power-up sauces for the nuggets (and there's no choice) are truly disgusting, even inedible.

15/05/2026: I was very shocked and disappointed by the staff's attitude. Upon entering, an employee said, "Oh, there are still people here, it never stops." Hearing that as a customer is frankly disrespectful and makes you feel like you're bothering them. A very unpleasant experience that gives a very bad impression of the restaurant. This happened on Friday, May 15th, around 2:40 PM, and I spoke to the staff about it.

15/12/2025: Incredible experience! I've been going every year for the past three years and I'm never disappointed. The staff are very competent and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent. The accommodation is excellent. Everything is truly top-notch.

However, the banquettes are all torn, the tables are broken and scratched, and the chairs, which look new, are too low for the table height. A good portion of the furniture must be original and needs replacing—very unpleasant! A shame for such a reputable establishment. Especially since these comments have been posted for several years now. This shouldn't be reported to the staff, but to MANAGEMENT!!

14/06/2026: I stopped by this Sunday around 3 pm (lower part of the center). The saleswoman was unfriendly and had an unpleasant attitude. My request didn't seem clear to her, but that doesn't justify the grimaces and irritated expressions. A little more professionalism and courtesy towards customers would be appreciated. Given the numerous negative reviews about the service, perhaps it's time to pay attention!

03/05/2026: I'm totally going to comment, the gentleman was ADORABLE! I called him last night (a Saturday night) to ask for two Mario figurines because they were the last two I needed, and he gave them to me for free. He was so incredibly kind. Anyway, a huge thank you to the gentleman, and here's my collection :))

02/05/2026: Since the previous manager, Christophe, took over, this McDonald's has been falling apart. Orders are forgotten, and sometimes even orders are taken from other people. The worst part is, two days ago, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 40 minutes because only two cars were allowed through due to a fight between two crew members. It's unacceptable; they really need to rethink things and hire competent people. I can't wait for Emma to come back as manager and bring order back to this wreck.

25/05/2026: This review applies to the restaurant only. The service was unfriendly, and the quality was very questionable. Be prepared to wait, especially at the start of peak season, as we waited almost half an hour for a carafe of water (in 34-degree heat, that's really pushing it) and a burger that wasn't cooked properly. Our food was lukewarm, and judging by the burger bun and the frozen fries, which were as hard as a rock, you have to wonder if the plates hadn't cooled down somewhere before reaching our table... I want to emphasize the desperately long wait; our neighbors had to help themselves to salt from another table that hadn't been cleared yet. We even shared our sauces with them because they were forgotten. The only good point is that the portions weren't too large or too small, but overall it's really very average, and the numerous Routard awards it has received in the past don't guarantee the current quality.

25/05/2026: Excellent value for money, generous and delicious portions, top-notch staff (a rarity these days), very good desserts, and the rum baba (the authentic recipe) was superb! Bravo!

17/05/2026: A bit skimpy for a caramel sundae, don't you think? For the price, it's pathetic. Half the order was missing, and the sundae didn't have any caramel. We won't be back.

After a year, I'm finally back on good terms with the Borny McDonald's! Thank you, Aurélie, for your professionalism; it's a pleasure. The service is perfect, nothing is forgotten.
