17/08/2026: Pevele Istanbul – Review A lovely Turkish restaurant with very reasonable prices and generous portions. The food was enjoyable, fresh and well presented, with a good variety of choices on the menu. The service was friendly, warm and welcoming. A special mention to Duran Abi 🥰 and Sultan Abla 🥰 — they were both so friendly, kind and attentive, and made us feel very welcome. Especially sitting in the back garden was such a lovely experience — a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere that made the meal even more enjoyable. 🌿✨ For the price, I think it offers really good value for money. A lovely place for a relaxed meal with friendly service. I would happily visit again! ❤️

23/05/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed by the reception and lack of respect. I came to a coffee specialist to buy coffee suitable for my French press, but instead of receiving professional advice, I felt mocked and not taken seriously. I was only offered coffee at €47 per kilo, without any real consideration for my needs. Such an attitude towards a customer is incomprehensible and has no place in a business that claims to be specialized.

16/09/2026: A quick stop in Cognac. The young, ginger-haired waiter was completely unprofessional, more of an artist than a waiter… The food wasn't any better… 20 minutes between courses… The owner lacked a personal touch. With only two tables at lunchtime…

20/09/2026: I stopped by this evening around 9:40 PM after a long drive. I ordered a meal deal with a bacon burger (receipt #4044). Halfway through, I realized the burger contained no bacon at all—none of what I had ordered. I went back to the counter, receipt in hand, proving my order was correct, and honestly explained that the burger was partially eaten and that I would return it. The manager agreed to bring me another one. I waited. And waited. After half an hour, still nothing, despite several glances back at the counter. Exhausted, I returned my tray to the designated spot and left. That's when the most regrettable thing happened: as I turned around, I heard the manager and his team talking about me, and the word "asshole" being used in reference to me. My partner, who was with me, heard it too. I suggested they come and tell me to my face. No one showed up. Order mistakes happen. A half-hour wait to correct them is already excessive. But to hear a manager insult a customer who simply pointed out a problem politely is a sign of management that has no place dealing with the public. I do not recommend this establishment.

19/09/2026: Severe food poisoning since Monday after eating a Big Mac!!!!

26/09/2026: Absolutely terrible! I waited 50 minutes at the drive-thru and they never offered any assistance, not to mention the manager who always looks grumpy. Only the young people seem motivated, and as for the others, forget it! Unacceptable!

26/09/2026: The only words that come to mind are incompetence, theft, and lies. They've already raised their prices considerably, and then to be ripped off by the manager herself is the last straw. The manager is extremely unpleasant and a liar. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!

05/09/2026: I hesitated for a long time before ordering a kebab because you can't see the spit... Unsurprisingly, the meat was disgusting, rubbery, with holes... is it even meat? After two bites, my stomach already hurt. There were more (frozen) fries than filling; I threw everything in the bin, €9 wasted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

04/09/2026: Good place to grab a quick bite. There's no seating. Considering the prices in Cassis, it's an affordable place where you can get tasty and generous portions. The staff is very fast and attentive. Highly recommended!

28/08/2026: I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's. I've been sick several times after eating there, which is unacceptable. The service is abnormally slow, the hygiene is frankly appalling, and orders are regularly served cold or incomplete. The overall quality has deteriorated so much that there's no way I'll ever set foot in this establishment again. Avoid at all costs.

21/08/2026: I'm very disappointed with the state of this McDonald's. The table wasn't cleaned and the floor was filthy. But the most shocking thing was the state of the restrooms: a very strong smell and truly appalling cleanliness. 😕 For an establishment that serves so many customers, a minimum level of hygiene and cleaning is really necessary. I hope this will be addressed quickly.

28/08/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give more than 2 stars… The owner is rather unfriendly. I ordered a pizza, was asked to wait 15 to 20 minutes, and 20 minutes later the pizza hadn't even been started! Despite my mentioning I had a bus to catch, she wasn't about to hurry… I finally got my pizza 45 minutes later without an apology… as a result, I had to eat it in 5 minutes even though I'd arrived an hour earlier! Luckily, the cook tried to put some pressure on her, otherwise I'm not even sure I would have gotten to eat the pizza. The pizza itself was good, and surely with a little more consideration and politeness from the owner, the rating would have been better…
