13/06/2026: Absolutely outraged. I went to order 9 VEGGIE nuggets (clearly noted on my receipt) around 5 pm. After a 15-minute wait, my order arrived, and at first glance, it seemed normal. Imagine my surprise when I ate one nugget and it was definitely not veggie. So I pointed it out, and they confirmed they weren't and exchanged them. Not an apology, not a word, just a statement of fact. I honestly think they don't realize the impact of making someone who doesn't eat meat eat it. It's appalling, not a small mistake, and I feel terrible.

13/06/2026: OUTRAGEOUS! We ordered four ice creams and four glasses of water, and the manager refused to give us two more. It's summer, it's hot... And he dares to say it's the law.

02/11/2025: I came here hoping to have a fun Halloween evening, and everything was fine until I was forcibly removed because I refused to leave my small Adidas bag in the cloakroom. Knowing that I always come here with my bag (it's practical for dancing and keeping my essentials close at hand, and it's never been a problem before!), I really didn't understand. I'm sad; my evening was ruined, and to think I drove an hour to get here, plus the queue... I used to love this place, but it's inhumane to force a woman to expose herself like that in front of everyone just to justify keeping her bag! (Yes, I was asked to show proof that I had feminine hygiene products in my bag, and since I'd used some before coming and forgotten to refill it, naturally I was accused of lying and kicked out!) But even so, now you have to show such intimate things just to keep your bag—what's with that?! It's truly shameful! It's awful; you feel like you're worthless being thrown out like that, and I sincerely wouldn't wish it on anyone!

10/04/2026: I ordered a steak taco with Gruyere sauce tonight, but due to an order error, I ended up with a taco filled to the brim with Samurai sauce! The taco was inedible for me. As a customer for over 15 years, you make mistakes about one out of three times. Frankly, this was the last time I would shop here.

02/04/2026: Order placed for my partner on March 31, 2026 (large Boursin tacos) = food poisoning! Furthermore, there's no loyalty card available, whereas there used to be... The quality is no longer what it was for many years!

07/06/2026: Probably the worst McDonald's in France. Endless wait, filthy dining area, poorly prepared food, indifferent and unfriendly staff, and a detestable manager with appalling behavior and insulting remarks towards customers. No compensation is offered when you report a problem, and the manager speaks to you like you're a dog before disappearing, muttering insults at you. Unacceptable! Nothing is right. Avoid at all costs!!!

13/05/2026: Slow service, drinks arrive 30 minutes late, and the food is cold. Honestly, avoid this place and go to Bessines instead.

07/05/2026: Horrible! It took 30 minutes to change a plastic bag full of pre-made milkshakes, and then even longer to get your order. Asking for chocolate sauce on top was refused, while in other places it's accepted. Terrible service, unpleasant cashier. I think for a €4.50 milkshake, a little chocolate sauce wouldn't hurt. Sincerely

11/05/2026: This is my neighborhood Starbucks and definitely one of the best in Paris. The service is always top-notch, the staff always makes high-quality coffee, is friendly, very kind, and truly efficient. The interior is very modern and it's a very pleasant place to spend time; it's clean, and I always feel welcome and, above all, very well served. Thank you. Magdalena

06/07/2025: A complete team of incompetent people, not a single order served without a hitch. Scrap metal in nuggets, cold fries cooked and recooked, incomplete order, in short, everything to be happy after having traveled 20 km for a McDonald's.

22/03/2026: This is sorely lacking in professionalism; the containers for fries and ice cream are only half full, and you have to keep going back to get them topped up. It's a shame it wasn't done properly the first time.

20/03/2026: No manager on site! They left a young, thankfully motivated young man, despite the stress, practically alone in his "in training" t-shirt to handle everything (preparing trays, cashiering, serving, handling complaints), while the kiosks malfunctioned and didn't print numbered tickets or table numbers! Good for him, but shame on the managers 😤 Let's not forget that people often go to McDonald's because they're in a hurry; the concept of speed is completely absent from this establishment.

04/04/2026: The worst cappuccino I've ever had was here. Luckily, we didn't eat, because I don't even want to imagine what the food would be like.

26/11/2025: This restaurant was mediocre at best; the mussels weren't fresh and didn't go down well at all. (We left just a short walk from the restaurant.)

26/05/2026: We ordered yesterday, McDonald's was packed, there was no more soap, we waited for our order for 1 hour and 20 minutes, there were no more toys for the Happy Meals, the ice cream machine was broken, the fries weren't salted, the hamburgers were cold, truly horrible.

25/05/2026: Over 45 minutes wait for a cold burger. Another 15 minutes to get a refund. In short, avoid this place.

17/05/2026: We had planned to go for afternoon tea. As a result, our two gourmet coffees arrived without whipped cream or coulis; we sent them back, and they came back again without coulis. My partner's chocolate sundae turned out to be a caramel sundae. Deplorable, especially considering how few people were there.

27/10/2025: I think even my dog ​​would have refused this taco—and he eats socks. The bread was as dry as a Sunday without Wi-Fi, the meat tasted like something ancient, and the merguez sausage looked like it had been invented by an angry apprentice chemist. If you're looking for a culinary experience bordering on divine punishment, go for it; this is the place. In short: a taco so bad I wanted to apologize to my stomach for putting it through that.

20/05/2026: Even a mollusk is faster. We saw you waiting 30 minutes at Le Grive, nobody taking your order… I went inside, and when I saw they were just going around in circles, I decided to leave. I came for a quick meal, but this is clearly a very long-food experience.
