15/05/2026: SERIOUSLY: I went there on Wednesday, May 13th at noon with my husband and two young children. It wasn't very busy, the service was quick, no complaints there. Around 12:45 pm, the place became crowded. The manager (I assume), feeling overwhelmed, decided to lock the restaurant from the inside with everyone inside so that no one else could get in. I am OUTRAGED. Has she already forgotten the tragedy in Crans-Montana??? I will never set foot in that place again.

14/05/2026: Thinking it would be faster, I ate in the dining room instead of using the drive-thru. Bad idea. All the drive-thru orders after mine were served before mine, even though I'd been waiting for 20 minutes with my number. No apology whatsoever. The manager was calmly enjoying his meal while my order was ahead of mine. I was the only one in the dining room, and it was outside of peak hours... 2:15 PM. The result was a 30-minute wait for my meal, and it wasn't even hot. This isn't fast food at this level.

23/05/2026: It took me 30 minutes to get served and I only received 13 nuggets, even though the McDonald's was empty. Furthermore, I ordered fries with cheddar cheese, but they gave me a knife instead of a fork. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT??? Also, they added bacon to my order even though I'm allergic.

19/05/2026: We've been several times, and each time the restaurant was nearly empty, yet we still end up with cold orders that have to be sent back. Microwaving a burger is one thing, but reheating fries is unacceptable. Furthermore, the air conditioning is so strong that no matter where you sit, you end up freezing, and our food certainly doesn't warm you up.

14/05/2026: I'm a big Starbucks customer, and today I went to the Aéroville location. It was a disaster. The drink I chose was completely off; the name said banana, but there was absolutely no banana flavor. I told the staff and asked for more banana. They agreed, but said it was already well-balanced and that I couldn't taste the banana. The response was outrageous: this is my fifth Caramelized Iced Banana Oat Shake, so I know the taste. The staff were neither welcoming nor professional. I had stopped going to the Aéroville Starbucks because of all this. Surely there's a recipe to follow; it's not that hard. The managers should pay a visit there, unannounced. I do not recommend this place.

13/05/2026: I went to the Starbucks in Aéroville with my family for four drinks. I think we bothered the employee who wasn't doing anything and had no other customers. She made a mistake with a matcha, serving it cold instead of hot. When we pointed it out, she questioned us, looking annoyed. Well, she did it again anyway. Next time, just tell us to go somewhere else, and we won't bother you anymore. Unworthy of a major chain like Starbucks. I won't be going back. May 13, 2026 at 11:45 AM.

30/05/2026: The service is incredibly slow. Even a one-legged tortoise could be faster. Besides being extremely slow, the order was incomplete. This applies to both drive-thru and dine-in. The play areas are dirty… Avoid at all costs.

30/05/2026: My friends and I ordered fries with cheddar cheese, and we ordered potatoes with cheddar cheese, but neither of us got any. Plus, there was no salt on the regular fries, which were practically cold. We had to wait 30 minutes—seriously? They didn't even lift a finger. They were just chatting and laughing, doing things SLOWLY, while there were at least twenty people waiting. And to top it all off, the security guard was taking the orders.

27/05/2026: Definitely the worst McDonald's in France. We've been coming here for over five years and it's never improved. The kiosk problems... the incredibly long wait for food that's practically yesterday, and the hygiene (no hairnets, no gloves). My girlfriend and I decided to have McDonald's tonight, and the problem is that the points from the app don't work at the kiosk when you order an additional item besides the "McDonald's points" order. So, after a 30-minute wait, we received our first order with one less item, even though the McDonald's was nowhere near full. I asked a woman who was working if it was possible to get the missing item, and to my surprise, I received a rather haughty response telling me to go back to the kiosk and order again, which meant I'd have to wait until after other customers had arrived. So that's what we did, and we finally managed to get our second order (medium fries, double cheeseburger, Oasis. Nothing more, nothing less) after another 30 minutes, even though, I repeat, the McDonald's was far from full. Our first order was cold, the McFlurries were melted, there was no napkin, and one of the drinks was open and had leaked a little into the bag. The McFlurries were supposed to come with sauces that weren't there. In short, a total 0/10, multiplied by 2. I think that's the worst McDonald's I've ever eaten at in my entire life.

25/05/2026: I saw a father who didn't see his family all evening, I saw a man whose evening was ruined, I saw two self-service kiosks open, I saw a friend wait an hour and a half for his order, but what's certain is that I never saw my own order. In the end, I saw everything except food. Never again. #boycottmcdonaldsandgrocery

13/05/2026: The person was very helpful, but some items were missing from the order. We came back, checked again, and things were still missing. I understand it was the end of the day, but someone taking the order, processing the payment, and preparing the order could pay a little more attention to this.

12/12/2025: My first experience a few years ago was wow, but the last two times have left much to be desired, and today was the worst: the chocolate croissant was even colder than the outside temperature at 7 a.m.... At €2.30 a croissant, it should at least be "fresh".

09/12/2025: Fascinating place, they gave me soy milk when I ordered oat milk, the cappuccino was COLD somehow and I paid 6 euros for it.

21/05/2026: Ridiculous food, a mere centimeter of cream in the crispy rolls (photo attached), you might as well get a decent croissant from a bakery. The strawberry tea in the €5.50 set menu is ridiculously bad, it's literally just watered-down syrup, nothing more. I absolutely do not recommend it. To top it all off, the muffin is completely bland and overpriced for what it is, with very little raspberry and white chocolate. They're real cheapskates! Avoid at all costs!! P.S.: The blaring music is the highlight; you can't tell if it's a nightclub or a place to relax.

25/02/2026: Great experience! The New Yorker burger was delicious and the iced tea was excellent too. The value for money is fantastic; the only slight downside was the fries being a bit cold, but otherwise, I highly recommend it!
