04/08/2024: Hello, I usually eat at this McDonald's restaurant regularly, but recently I have encountered a problem with accumulating my points when I make a purchase at the terminal. So I turned to an employee who was very correct towards me then the manager took care of me and was obnoxious to me, clearly explaining to me that there was no after-sales service in this McDonald's despite the fact that I explain to him the problems that I may have encountered. I am therefore very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's and I do not recommend it given the non-existent customer service.

14/09/2024: Very bad Mac Do. Waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes to order and after paying, waiting 30 minutes outside in our car to collect our takeaway meal... even though there was no crowd and we understood why.🥺. A lot of effort to be made 🥴

04/12/2024: Here's the extreme MC, supposedly dripping with sauce... Never seen such a dry burger. Back to Burger King for the next few times.

03/12/2024: Too bad we can't put 0. We waited 40 minutes at the drive-thru, 40!! To end up with an extremely dry burger with no flavor or anything, it's been years since we've been back to this McDonald's and well we remember why... Advice: go to BK!

24/09/2024: Place where we are poorly served or we wait crazy to get only half of our order and to do well last night I came to get an ice cream at the drive I waited more than 5 minutes to place an order even though there was no there was no one at the second counter I waited 2 minutes to pay and finally I waited 10 minutes to get my ice cream which had been ready for a while but the employees preferred to have fun than to serve of course I asked for new ice creams because melted is less good Arrived at my house to my surprise the ice creams were put upside down in the supports I find it deplorable

17/12/2024: Customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. Second time I place my order after 11 p.m. The first in drive and the second in click&collect. You should know that there is no place or terminal for C&C. You must scan the QR code to start preparing the order. Either at the restaurant terminal or at the drive-thru. Being 11 p.m. the restaurant is closed. Forced to queue at the drive-thru. Obviously you only have this information when you have paid for your order. The C&C is therefore of no use in this restaurant. You have to go through the drive to scan the QR code to start the preparation. More than 15 minutes of waiting before a team member answers the terminal. There were 4 cars on the entire drive. While waiting at the drive-thru, the team members who are supposed to be on duty will open the door to debauched colleagues to give them their order while there are others inside who have finished their shift and are eating. Forced to knock on the door to show my displeasure and for orders to be taken. I worked in fast food, I know how tiring it can be and how rude the customers can be. We have always put customers before debauched colleagues or even before cleaning the room. No excuse for the wait. The teammate's only explanation: understaffing. It costs nothing to explain to customers before they are unhappy, that they are in emotional distress. And that's why there is so much waiting. Did not respond to the comment saying that you will improve on the next visit. When I see all the negative reviews and no change it saddens me. It would surely be more judicious to take into account the comments and improve the quality of services instead of responding and not changing anything.

13/12/2024: Weak. In other countries you can always enter and order. Nothing will happen here until 10 o'clock. And the food is not so healthy.

28/09/2024: A disaster for a Saturday evening: Overflowing trash cans, disgusting floors and an hour to get an order. Inadmissible.

22/09/2024: Getting worse and worse, forgetting is almost systematic. Fries only half filled is amazing, and it's now the norm there. There was a time when it was a "very good" McDonald's, it's a shame.

03/10/2024: Hello, I went on the evening of 02/10/2024 to the McDonald's in Tonins. I took a menu with my girlfriend and a friend we start to eat my girlfriend tells me to taste the eggs muffin she tells me it has a weird taste so I taste it and in fact the taste was weird so I told her not to finish it because she is going to get sick. In fact this morning she gets up with a stomach ache, wanting to vomit and diarrhea so I think for me she has food poisoning. So I congratulate McDonald's on its bad beef and I won't come back to McDonald's. Have a nice day

26/09/2024: It's the slowest McDonald's I've ever seen. The food is always nice, hot and so on, but I wait for it often for 15 minutes while the place is almost empty. I've got faster service in an overcrowded McDonald's in another city. 15-20 minutes is the time you can get food in a good restaurant. If you go to a fast food place, it's because you don't have time to wait for your food. Here it's not the case. McDonald's of Tonneins is a slow food.
