01/08/2026: Received two Too Good To Go baskets today. What a disappointment! They contained seven packages (five milk chocolate and two white chocolate) with no information whatsoever (ingredients, best before date, no origin). They looked like mass-produced chocolates, probably from Christmas! A shame for this store, which is very popular with people from Orléans.

13/09/2026: Hello, I find it really unfortunate that the drive-thru menus don't display the new burgers, desserts, etc. You display the menu prices at a disconcerting speed; we don't have time to read them, and as a result, you're losing money. I'm not familiar with all your desserts, and they aren't listed. It would be wise to put up signs displaying all your new burgers before we place our orders.
13/09/2026: Run away! The exterior, toilets, and kitchen are filthy.
The wait was interminable (45 minutes), only to find that half our order was missing.
And we weren't the only ones returning because of a bad order.
Unheard of.
Especially considering the exorbitant price.

06/09/2026: This Uber order is a complete joke! No dessert, and the sandwich wasn't even toasted, so the cheese wasn't melted, and the bread was awful. You should probably give your employees a talking-to because you can't forget to toast bread with cheese that's clearly not melted, just sliced, and then you add the vegetables!
06/09/2026: Not only did we receive the wrong order—just one 30cm sub instead of two complete meals—but frankly, given the preparation (not even toasted...), we're not even going to eat it.

Shame about the customers. They're arrogant and abusive. I was alone. They stole my drink and lighter. I think they just hate the English.
How sad. France is beautiful. But the jealous people ruined Paris.

06/09/2026: A very bad experience. The staff and the owner asked us to leave disrespectfully and without any valid reason. Their behavior was very inappropriate, and we felt discriminated against. A truly disappointing attitude from both the staff and the owner. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
06/09/2026: I was waiting for my drinks peacefully when the waiter insulted me and, without asking, took a chair even though several people were sitting there. I definitely do not recommend this place.

02/09/2026: The staff is great, but the owner is fussy about details, like whether you order a salad to go and eat it in. I often don't finish my meal and just take it away, but even so, I don't ask her for a favor... I feel awkward asking when I run into her. And then there's the excuse that you can't eat in and take away, even though some people get McDonald's to eat on the terrace... Anyway, I prefer the one in Pierrelatte when I have the choice.
27/08/2026: The state of the outdoor bins in the parking lot 🤮 is a disgrace, they should be emptied every day 🤯

07/09/2026: A classic and convenient Parisian brasserie for a quick bite in the area (especially since it's just steps from the Casino de Paris). The service is adequate and the atmosphere is decent, but the place lacks a certain something and charm. Nice enough for a quick stop, even if the neighborhood is full of places with much more character.
24/08/2026: Good, honest food at a fair price. Nice selection, but not overly spread out – good!
Only the construction site next door was a bit of a nuisance, but nothing can be done about it; it'll be finished eventually.

07/09/2026: A one-hour wait for takeaway pizzas; you shouldn't be very hungry given the size of the pizzas, which are really not very good. Plus, a five-minute wait at the door without even a greeting—frankly disappointing.
23/08/2026: Remember to book ahead. We received a warm welcome. The portions were generous. The calzone was excellent, the hamburger menu was hearty with delicious meat, and the small pizza with a choice of toppings had a very good, thin crust. The prices are reasonable, I recommend it. We'll be back.
