18/09/2026: A very bad evening. We are disappointed with this new concept. The service was very slow; we had to ask for our food again. Despite our requests, no one came to take our new order. The platter was very expensive for just three bites. Spritzes were given to some customers but not to others! There was an error in our favor when we went to pay, costing us almost 20 euros.

18/09/2026: The service was incredibly slow, the prices were too high, the staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, there was a cashier error that was to our disadvantage, the advertising was misleading, and we asked for spritzes, assuming they didn't serve them, but other customers did. A very bad evening; I absolutely do not recommend this place.

22/07/2026: A lovely chocolate shop where we discovered the 6 varieties of savory Kouignettes... A very pleasant welcome from the young man who congratulated us on our self-service packaging of the 12 Kouignettes 🤣😉😇... After tasting them as an aperitif, we all unanimously loved them... 👍👏

07/07/2026: 29.06.2026, 11:30. We were, 3 people, sitting in this. My daughter ordered breakfast; my husband ordered capuccino and I ordered tap water but they served Evian brand glass water. In addition I can't drink cold water, it makes me sick, but the glass they served me was full of ices..And I said I didn't want this to the waiter but he did not even listen to me and went away. It was the most terrible experience for me in Paris so far.

02/09/2026: LIAR, there you have it, it's clear as day, right there in the reviews. We simply asked if it was possible to leave out the carafe of wine, and she insisted twice, saying "no, it's not possible." It's already noted, it's not possible. She absolutely wanted us to keep the bottle. Finally, she took it back, but we had to insist. A customer pays for the wine (it wasn't even opened yet). You don't pay just for it to be on the table. I would have liked to say this face-to-face, but it's vacation time, so no pressure. That's what reviews are for. So, you, the blonde waitress, you blatantly lied to customers to get them to order more, because in the end, when the bill came, the carafe wasn't included. Which means that when you say "it's not possible to remove the carafe" twice, you're lying. The only pleasant person was the waitress who was there to help out at the time; she was responsive and friendly. For this restaurant, the motto is clearly: we work fast, we serve fast, we clear fast. You don't even have time to take a sip of your aperitif before your main course arrives. Some people like that, others find it unpleasant; it all depends on you. But it says a lot about how the food is prepared… Besides, the dishes are a joke. €18 minimum and €27 for a 180g ribeye steak—I repeat, €27 = 180g. The bruschetta is the size of a small hand. The salad is like something from a bagged supermarket. So, the Caesar salad tastes amazing 🤢 Bon appétit… €17 for the salad… €17! They're clearly a complete failure in the kitchen. This place is only good for serving drinks, and even then... The rating speaks for itself: 2.6 stars, and no one seems to care about improving it. So you clearly don't care about quality or good service. You just want money, which is a shame, because with the setting you have, it's just a waste and shows a lack of respect for this historic place. And frankly, don't use the fact that you're in a very touristy area as an excuse to charge such exorbitant prices. I know you don't care about the reviews, but seriously, you need to rethink your approach. We ate there because we were short on time, and unfortunately, we ended up at your place. Don't go there.

06/09/2026: The older woman in charge is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She's told her staff to get lost in front of customers several times now, and she seems annoyed about taking my cash payment. She sighs and doesn't hesitate to use vulgar language. It's a real shame because the rest of the staff are amazing, but when she's around, I have to admit I don't want to come back... I'll be reporting her to McDonald's and you. I'm a customer; I shouldn't have to put up with this.

26/08/2026: Visited on a Wednesday around 4 pm, not many people but a long wait. No more toys in the Happy Meal (this should be mentioned at the kiosks, not when they bring you the box). No way to customize the burger except by removing the bun or the meat? Ice cream ordered at the same time but served much later.

12/09/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it: the main course was served in tiny, snail-sized portions, the fries were industrial-looking, and the price was €20 (rounding to the nearest 30 cents) – it's outrageous. We were so disgusted that we didn't even want to order the dessert, which was priced at almost €10 (again, rounding to the nearest cent)... The dessert would have been no bigger than a petit four, given the small portions... One thing's for sure: once is enough, not even for a drink. The manager is very nice and attentive, but that certainly doesn't make up for everything else...

07/08/2026: A difficult experience, an unfriendly welcome, we were refused a seat inside even though all the tables were empty. Our child seemed to be inconvenienced as there was no seating provided for a 3-year-old, no smaller portions available, and no children's menu. (I didn't demand anything at all; I even offered to leave because my daughter, indeed, wouldn't be able to eat an adult's portion at her age.) There was no cook, and the food seemed to have been microwaved. The quality was poor. Around us, we saw people who wanted to eat being rudely turned away. An awkward situation. Prices far too high. We obviously do not recommend this place. We were misled by previous reviews (change of ownership).

12/03/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! I was relaxing on the terrace with a friend, having a coffee. Important to remember for later: the café was empty. A friend happened to join us five minutes later to get a coat. This greatly irritated the café's "manager," who expressed her annoyance by throwing ashtrays on the tables around us and even going so far as to throw my friend's bag on the floor. Furthermore, she just kept stewing next to us, making it perfectly clear that we were not welcome in her shabby café. She practically threw us out. We paid for our coffees, and to our surprise, the price displayed was incorrect. Avoid this place; head instead to Café Le Mistral, just 10 meters away.

20/08/2026: Just because you work at McDonald's doesn't mean you shouldn't be professional. Sorry, but when I'm washing my hands in the restroom and one of your employees rushes towards the door leading to the offices or the kitchen, nearly bumping into me, the least you could do is apologize and show some basic courtesy. Furthermore, as I was leaving and passing by the door to the kitchen, there was a major altercation between several employees. One of them was even telling another to leave, threatening to start a physical fight. I expect at least a response and an apology; that would be the least you could do, especially after what I witnessed, even though I was outside the restaurant.
