24/05/2026: Stopped in for a coffee. The restaurant was dirty when it opened, with stains on the floor and tables, the restrooms were in the same state with a strong odor, and even the outdoor terrace was filthy. Disappointed with the overall condition. Only the coffee was good.

24/04/2026: I went to Subway today and a young man in a polo shirt served me. I've never had such a dry Subway meal; there wasn't much sauce or many vegetables. This man would have been better off letting his colleague, who had already started serving us, finish. Really disappointed.

12/04/2026: The sandwiches are still as good as ever, but the service leaves much to be desired. Their first words were: "If you're eating in, we close at 8 pm!" Yet it clearly states that they close at 8:30 pm 🤨. And the pressure to choose the ingredients for our sandwiches is unbearable.

12/05/2026: The meal was good, but I was disappointed by the hygiene facilities. You can still see hand sanitizer dispensers here and there in the restaurant, but they're all empty and not refilled, according to an employee. It's a fast-food restaurant where you can't wash your hands because there are no restrooms or sinks (you have to leave the restaurant and go back into the park to find them)... a burger is eaten with your hands... at least provide hand sanitizer; that would be the bare minimum.

05/06/2026: You don't expect much from McDonald's, but this... orders are never complete, it takes forever to eat... it's become a place to grab a bite with the disadvantages of a restaurant (price, slow service...) and those of a fast food restaurant (greasy, never getting the whole order).

31/05/2026: I came to this McDonald's for work and noticed that several areas and pieces of equipment were dirty. I reported the problem to the employees present, but instead of cleaning the affected items, they simply put them back for the next customers. I was disappointed by this lack of hygiene and responsiveness. I hope that measures will be taken to improve cleanliness and adherence to health standards for customers. The common areas are also in a deplorable state. Eating from the same dishes as previous customers is not pleasant.

25/05/2026: At McDonald's, a 35-minute wait for two small wraps and four nuggets... That's hardly fast food. If the wait is like at a restaurant, you might as well go somewhere else. Seriously, you need to improve the speed... I'm changing my mind; I'm coming back at the end of May to wait 40 minutes for a Happy Meal... it's getting worse and worse, and no drinks, no toys. What a great Happy Meal!

01/03/2026: First, we were already disappointed once by the woman who told us we couldn't order anymore, even though the website clearly stated they were open until 10:30 PM (it was 9:45 PM). Today I ordered at 6:27 PM because my partner gets up at 3 AM for work. We weren't told anything about the delivery; they just said goodbye. I had to call back to ask when we would be delivered. They told me around 7 PM, but the delivery arrived at 8 PM. Then, the cheese was definitely spoiled, judging by the texture and the awful smell. There were fries in my Lebanese burger, even though I ordered a Lebanese burger because I don't like fries. My partner's burger was literally empty, as was my Lebanese burger. The result? A little over €23 and an hour and a half wait for this? Never again! My advice: avoid this place.

15/03/2026: What does it mean to call the toilets in such a pitiful state? The bar would do well to offer a small restaurant; it wouldn't hurt. Furthermore, there isn't really a menu. Prices are arbitrary; you'll pay depending on how you deal with the owner.

08/06/2026: Everything is awful, including the service. The waitress spilled all my Coke on me and then laughed mockingly without even apologizing properly! Well done, you'll be closing down soon with the number of bad reviews and the customer service.

18/05/2026: I was passing through this area on my way back from the weekend, so we decided to stop for lunch. The staff wasn't very friendly, and I have no words to describe the state of this restaurant in terms of hygiene; it's appalling. The dining room was filthy, the tables weren't washed, and there was food, sauces, paper, and more on the floor. When I went to the restroom, I was speechless. Looking at the photos... It definitely put me off my food. 🤢 This is completely unacceptable.

29/04/2026: The cup I was served was completely yellow inside and smelled bad. I'm all for using recyclable materials, but there's a limit. I took a picture, but I can't post it on this site.

24/05/2026: You won't find a more crappy establishment. Not only that, but the wait is always at least 10 minutes. And if you want to eat on the premises, you first go to the third floor and order there (the terminals on the first floor are for takeout only). After ordering, I have to go back down to the first floor to pay, and then back up to the third floor because that's the only place you can sit. So you have to go to the third floor, then down to the first floor, then back down to the third floor. Geniuses. The worst establishment.

28/01/2026: I bought an almond pain au chocolat, and they gave me a burnt one, telling me it was chocolate. I insisted to the saleswoman that no, it was definitely burnt, and she insisted, in a haughty tone, that it was chocolate, as if I had a dog's mouth to be unable to distinguish between chocolate and burnt food? It's unacceptable to sell expensive pastries that are half-burnt, and even worse to not own up to it.

15/03/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

08/03/2026: My company rented me a triple room through Booking.com for three weekend days. My first disappointment was the long wait for the concierge, who arrived only 15 minutes after I called and texted. Furthermore, the kitchen (on the ground floor) only has one microwave, and it's located behind the bar, in a very inconvenient location. When I needed to get an invoice from the concierge the next day, I had to wait another 20 minutes... My bottom line: if possible, find another place to stay.
