08/09/2024: If you are in a hurry, go through the drive-thru, the take-out service inside is a little long but it guarantees you hot products. We have never been disappointed, if there happens to be an order error (this is very rare) it is corrected immediately.

03/09/2024: Still no problem in this Mac Do restaurant. Always served quickly and the sandwiches are well prepared. So I recommend without abuse either 👍

I went there several times and waited thirty minutes between arriving at the terminal and handing over the order.
They don't even offer a product, even the cheapest, for this expectation.
The worst Mac Donald's I've ever been to, unpleasant staff.

04/12/2024: What deplorable management, I pity the employees of this MC Do who nevertheless try to keep a smile, smell of urine in the dining room (it feels like sitting at a table in a public toilet), slippery or sticky floor depending on the location, condition deplorable toilets, poor quality of sandwiches compared to the competition... too bad the MC Do chain has fallen so low, courage.

Totally normal and welcoming staff.
I also thank the manager for her kindness who helped and advised me following a problem a few months ago (fault of another Starbucks)

I ask him to explain to me the difference between certain drinks, he has better things to do. The same goes for serving! It is definitely more urgent to clean your counter.
So as not to discriminate against others who are no longer there, I describe him: he is brown, with glasses, around 45 years old, average build.
If the manager reads this comment, know that your employee is clearly serving your establishment poorly. I won't go back there, fortunately there are other Starbucks in Paris!

A great lack of respect towards your customers
No apology from the teammate or the Manager present on site, no gesture either.
I am sending a complaint letter to headquarters awaiting an explanation from you

Mettre une étoile c'est une étoile de trop. 2eme expérience au Starbucks de roissy. La première fois fut catastrophique aussi. Cette fois ci confirme ma première expérience. A éviter...
31/08/2024: Arriving at 6 p.m. I was told that it was closed because? Lack of staff? Lol never heard that one. I'm looking for some work just in case. I could have gone behind the counter and made my frapuccino myself otherwise
