11/07/2026: We came today to enjoy a McDonald's meal and were very disappointed by the broken kiosks. They don't accept restaurant vouchers or the discounts we can get from other chains. It took over five minutes to get an ice cream. Luckily, it wasn't too busy; otherwise, I don't know how they would have managed the wait time… A real shame for a fast-food restaurant…

05/07/2026: We arrived at 10:40 PM and were refused service via drive-thru, unlike in the restaurant, which closes at 11:00 PM. The staff clearly stated that even though it wasn't closing time, they were no longer serving. This is completely unprofessional of this restaurant.

07/07/2026: Welcoming atmosphere. Perfect service and good food for a McDonald's. Despite having been there many times, I find that for a restaurant of this quality, the service, atmosphere, and food are not bad.

06/07/2026: Hello, after the festival we decided to go to McDonald's. We went to order. Since part of the group was hearing impaired, we went directly to the window, as indicated in all McDonald's restaurants in France for people with disabilities. We showed what we wanted on our phones, but we were unable to complete the order. The person kept adding and removing things, a complete mess. Finally, the manager arrived and completed the order (at last). We went to pay, and the manager told his employees (they're a pain in the ass, they're deaf, they can't stay home). I find that disgusting. Just because someone is deaf doesn't mean they can't lip-read. I find it disgusting towards customers. The worst part is that we paid €150 for a response like that. It's disgusting.

12/07/2026: Clean, with fast and friendly service. They quickly corrected an error. The restaurant is new and has a nice design.

04/07/2026: The prices are extremely high for a burger that doesn't justify its size or how satisfying it is. I also want to point out that the click-and-collect system in the parking lot is inefficient and that the restaurant's employees are incompetent enough to give another customer's order (which easily provokes anger during a busy period).

17/05/2026: One star, and that's a small price to pay! Horrible wait time, disastrous service, dirty restaurant! What's more, I ordered a Best Of meal using my points, but I couldn't get a sugary drink. I went to the counter to ask, even while paying, and they told me it wasn't possible, and that was that... deplorable, one of the worst McDonald's ever.

15/05/2026: Ordering at the drive-thru on a Friday evening around 8:30 PM, finding no one at the drive-thru and almost no one inside, and having to wait 10 minutes—the service was really not great... But on top of that, ordering a 280 rösti meal and not receiving any rösti inside, at that price... The service needs improvement, especially since at least three employees were laughing and chatting outside the drive-thru window. Management should do more, as this has already been mentioned in the reviews...

29/05/2026: Bartenders with spider veins on their necks, exceptionally top-notch!!

20/05/2026: Hello everyone, so to sum it up, the tall bartender, missing two teeth and sporting a spider tattoo on his neck, who already looked pretty drunk, came over and told us to "take a bite" while unplugging our darts game, all to keep the party going until 1:15 AM when bars close at 1:00 AM. His attitude needs improvement; it's not the first time this has happened... Not to mention that he refused to serve us, making a slightly homophobic joke as an excuse. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there if he's around... and it would be good if the manager reviewed the bartenders' behavior. Furthermore, I don't think I'm the first reviewer to experience this kind of thing from this infamous "one-toothed" guy from the Phantom Brigade...

22/05/2026: Zero stars for this McDonald's, but you're forced to give one to post this... On May 22, 2026, I ordered a takeaway meal: 280 McExtreme Rösti for €16.30, only to find a hamburger patty inside and no Rösti. You pay for a meal that isn't cheap on top of everything else, and you don't even get all the items. Shameful, and it's not the first time 😡😡

24/07/2026: The food is okay. The staff takes forever, is a bit overwhelmed, and very unmotivated.

17/07/2026: The only “bad” thing i can say is that the toilet was dirty and bad condition. But the food was great and overall serving lovely!

20/07/2026: The menu was great, however the service needs improvement.

20/07/2026: Our experience was frankly disappointing. There were five of us, and from the very first moment, the service was terrible: scant, listless, and with a constant feeling that serving customers was a chore. To top it all off, a good portion of the menu items weren't available. You couldn't tell if you were reading a menu or a catalog of things that couldn't be ordered that day. The only fault we accept is that we sat down at the first restaurant we found. Lesson learned. The rest is the responsibility of an establishment that should pay much more attention to customer service and offer what it advertises on its menu. We certainly won't be returning, and we can't recommend a place where both the service and the food are sorely lacking.

13/06/2026: Friendly staff, but if you have 30 to 40 minutes to kill, it's fine. It's incredibly long!

12/06/2026: Quite disappointed with the food. We came specifically before the lunchtime rush hoping for freshly made burgers, but after a 5-minute wait we received barely warm burgers and soggy fries. We were also disappointed by the taste of the Coke… in short, just not our day, maybe…

09/07/2026: The service was shockingly inefficient! I've never waited so long (30 minutes!!!) to be served at a McDonald's drive-thru, and this during a very quiet time (mid-afternoon), for a ridiculously simple order that would have been incredibly quick to prepare: a McFlurry and a coffee! It was already a bad start: just to take my order, I had to wait 10 minutes. Then, the employee made a mistake taking it, followed by the incredibly long payment process, which is usually almost instantaneous. Another abnormally long wait to collect my order, and finally, I was told the coffee machine was broken. I was eventually refunded after two different employees came to assist me. Please be more efficient and responsive when problems arise, instead of making customers wait unnecessarily.

06/07/2026: On July 6th, once again, the iced coffee I ordered arrived literally boiling hot. The first time this happened (several weeks ago), I had to ask for the coffee three times before a young woman behind the counter noticed our problem and finally made an ICED coffee. Today, I was served an "iced" coffee twice, with the explanation, "That's all we can do, I added ice cubes," even though the coffee was BOILING HOT, in 40-degree heat, remember. In short, if you want an iced coffee, this isn't the McDonald's in Villefranche to go for; all the other McDonald's can do it, apparently not this one. Paying almost €5 for an iced coffee, having to fight for it, and not even getting what I ordered is a complete rip-off.

10/04/2026: We had lunch there today on the sunny terrace, it was very pleasant. The setting is lovely, the staff is friendly, and the service is professional. We felt the menu could be a bit more varied, but the dishes were good overall.

01/07/2026: The best part: A McDonald's without huge crowds. The downsides: Restrooms are often dirty and the background music is loud. Sometimes there's even TWO background music tracks playing at the same time.

28/06/2026: The air conditioning is blasting (seriously, I was freezing when I got home, and in this heatwave, it's not exactly a good idea). I order an iced latte, and I immediately notice an older employee (probably a manager) yelling and talking rudely at her younger staff. My order arrives, and I realize I received a regular hot latte instead of the iced one I ordered. I go back to the counter to point it out and realize it was the grumpy woman who made the mistake. When her younger colleague, to whom I pointed out the error, asks her to make it again, she lets out a loud, clearly audible swear word.
