10/06/2026: The staff doesn't know how to take orders; their training or recruitment needs to be reviewed.
The employee taking orders doesn't even know there's a World Cup menu; there are signs and advertisements everywhere! And he insists that this menu doesn't exist! Is this a staffing and/or management problem? Please remind your teams about the different products available in your company; it might be helpful.
07/06/2026: Not open at 8:45, on the phone they told us not to open for another 10 minutes "they are running late".

03/06/2026: 0/5 I came to eat around 5 pm. Horrible service, disrespectful and unhelpful staff! Three-quarters of my order was forgotten, and the item wasn't what I ordered!
Cold fries and potatoes, dry and cold fish. To top it all off, there were flies buzzing around! I won't be going back. Worst experience ever at McDonald's. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We ate in the basement dining room, the tiles were broken, there were huge holes in the seats—impressive! And the toilets? Words can't describe them.
22/05/2026: Avoid the nonchalance of the people and the waiters who spilled a Sprite on their pants—not even an excuse if you don't want to work elsewhere.

The burgers are cold
And it's getting more and more expensive
17/05/2026: Ordered today: two adult meals and two children's meals.
No book in the children's meals, no dessert, and two sundaes were also missing.
Almost €10 down the drain.
Driving 30km at the cost of gas just to complain was pointless. Extremely disappointed; the service is deteriorating.

Review: Absolutely perfect! I had a wonderful time. The service is fast, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the food is exceptional. I recommend it 100% and can't wait to come back!
30/10/2025: Horrible! A 30-minute wait for a burger and fries. Hygiene is beyond questionable; no gloves, staff who couldn't care less about the customers... Avoid this place at all costs! They need a manager who will take charge!

31/05/2026: I ordered from McDonald's tonight, and they were missing hamburgers. They also made a mistake with the drinks the last time I ate there; they were missing things too. The restaurant manager is very mean; I've never seen such a bitter and nasty person in my life. I definitely don't recommend it. I don't think I'll be coming back to this McDonald's.
27/05/2026: A 40-minute wait at the drive-thru for lukewarm, cold food and soggy fries—outrageous! How long do products have to be before they're thrown away? I took it back to the counter and got no reaction... 19 euros down the drain. I feel completely ripped off and I'm seriously questioning their hygiene practices.

31/05/2026: This is completely unacceptable. I waited over half an hour for a milkshake. I asked them to wait, but they said they'd make it soon, but I still haven't received it. So I left, knowing it was 9:30 PM. I'll never go back there. Knowing I'm diabetic, it could have ended very badly.

25/01/2025: The McDonald's located in the Bastille is well placed for a tourist area, but it lacks space, both in the room and at the counter, which can be annoying during peak hours. However, the staff is very friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable despite these limitations.
24/01/2025: This is the most “BRAT” McDonald’s in all of Paris. Pigalle only dreams of this late-night status. Great memories of going there after the clubs closed and the workers were singing Umbrella by Rihanna while calling for tickets 😂😂😂 I may have joined them. 6 stars

01/05/2026: Worst McDonald's in France, I absolutely do not recommend it. We waited an hour and a half to be served even though there was no one else waiting. What's more, we asked to use the restroom and they were out of order, so we waited outside in the cold. They weren't even closed, so they just wouldn't let us in. And all that just to be served a "meal" that wasn't even good and was cold. And yet, they only closed much later than when we went. Going to Burger King is much better. Mmmh, Burger King.

Two of the self-service kiosks are only partially working.
With an order like this, they're capable of forgetting something. Only 10 people in the restaurant. Unacceptable.

You wait ages for your order.
You're sitting uncomfortably.
It arrives cold ❄️.
It's inedible, downright awful, and I'm being polite to avoid being censored 🤢🤮.
It's expensive, very expensive 🫰💲.
But hey... It's open after 10 PM... What a shame.
Long live our little country restaurants!!!

10/05/2026: Often when you order something is missing and it's often cold. It's very disappointing when you go after a certain time; if you order nuggets or a burger, it's too dry because it's been kept warm for too long.
06/05/2026: Pleasant and well-located restaurant.
Please note that the tables should be clean and the self-service kiosks should be working properly.
Friendly welcome.
The complimentary coffees were a nice touch and much appreciated!
The wait time was very reasonable.
The food was good, hot, and well-prepared.

18/05/2026: I'm going to stop giving them support because I think things are getting worse. The new drink recipes taste the same as the regular ones. The service isn't great, and there aren't many comfortable chairs, which are immediately taken by customers working on their laptops and therefore staying for several hours.
18/05/2026: What I don't understand is why the coffee temperature here is so different from in Türkiye; we practically drank iced coffee, even though we specifically asked for it to be hot.
