30/03/2026: What a disgrace!! I'm leaving this comment because of that awful woman who was there today!! Terrible reception!! Beyond the lack of professionalism, a little common courtesy and politeness wouldn't hurt the two people present today!! The boy is just... Polite, but you can tell he doesn't want to be there... At first, it's annoying... then you quickly understand his attitude when you see this woman talking so loudly to him, "Matias this, Matias that..." telling him he's a pain in the neck and that he absolutely isn't allowed to smoke cigarettes!! What kind of medieval policy is this?!? Seriously!!! We feel for this poor boy... This woman should get some training in customer service and management because absolutely nothing works in this place!! But above all, I don't understand how they can leave the reins of a business to this woman who has absolutely no respect for the customers and who has no business being there! Maybe she's the owner... if so, I pity the banker because even near the train station, it can only end in bankruptcy... The croissant was really bad, but that's not surprising given the overall experience! Oh yes, one last detail: they ask you if it's for here or to go, but it's pointless because in any case, they serve your coffee in a paper cup.... Okay, I'll stop there.... 🥱 I've wasted enough time and money here...

16/01/2026: I bought a Nutella panini: it was left in the toaster, so it was overcooked, and when I opened it, I realized it was almost empty. €3.40 for stale bread is expensive. My train arrived, so I didn't have a chance to ask for a refund.

22/03/2026: Our order arrived completely cold, and we even had to go to the counter to get it because they hardly ever came to our table; it was as if they were overwhelmed.

27/03/2026: I ordered 6 nuggets but only received 4 in my bag, and I also asked for a salad which I never received.

23/03/2026: Frankly, it's unacceptable. The kitchen staff clearly lack hygiene: no gloves, they're on their phones during service... and on top of that, we have to endure their conversations instead of a modicum of professionalism. I just come here to eat in peace, not to listen to their lives. The result: a poorly prepared and truly awful Filet-O-Fish. "Come as you are," fine, but there are limits. I ordered a hamburger meal, and given how slow they were, it felt like I ordered a tagine.

28/12/2023: Shocking service that throws away change It seems like French service is running out of steam here.

23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

16/12/2024: Extremely disappointed with my visit. The room is very dirty, the floors are sticky, the tables are not washed between two customers, the trash cans are overflowing, the toilets are in a deplorable state of dirt, the kitchen is also very dirty, the spoon used to add the bacon on the fries falls to the ground, no problem, it is put back in the bin... Several duplicate racks, so my order was delivered to another table... complicated to make myself understood by the waiters before my order is redone, unfortunately with missing products, after three times, I finally had everything... but cold... It’s amazing that a restaurant established for so long and in such a good location is so poorly managed and maintained. Management has work to do!!!

14/12/2024: Too many missing items on the products. No cheddar for the Cheddar Fries. Forced to go to another Mc Do to get frozen desserts. In short, so disappointed!!!!

20/04/2026: A very pleasant manager 🤣 Anyway, a 20-minute wait, but being in fast food, I can understand the understaffing. Luckily, the delivery crew member was very pleasant and kind. Hats off to him!

05/04/2026: Today's dessert was very poorly served. It came in a huge tub, and the caramel stuck to the spoon. There was very little ice cream. Disappointed. The women's and disabled restrooms were closed.

30/03/2026: Extremely disappointed. We ordered the Mario meals for the kids, and there was no Mario box, no coins, nothing! Even the Happy Meal box was missing—no toy for the little one, nothing! The meals were cold, the fries barely cooked, and so on... McDonald's is becoming a disaster for the price we pay!

06/04/2026: A Grand Marnier crepe without Grand Marnier is a glass of sparkling water for the modest price of 5 euros. Avoid.

15/12/2024: Order cb72 today, I live 8km away. Happy meal forgotten in my order, dry fries and reheat or other, yet it was not a race given the time I was there. It seriously bothers me to pay and have a disappointing result

08/12/2024: Fast service, but completely cold food... I go back and ask for sauce and they tell me €0.50 per sachet of sauce, for an order over €40!! Ashamed !!! I don't recommend at all

12/09/2024: The staff takes their time chatting while the orders are ready in front of them.... A saleswoman even had the wrong customer and asked the customer to run after the other customer 🤣🤣🤣 we walk on our heads in this mac do To avoid especially if you have a train to take, don't stop there What is the management of this establishment doing????? Are they aware of the deplorable attitude of their staff??????

12/09/2024: Some waitresses are rude. The toilets are out of service every time. In terms of waiting there are 15 to 30 minutes (to be reviewed)

17/04/2026: The food was fine, no complaints at all; it's one of the only McDonald's where I've actually had a hot meal! However, the place is filthy. Tables, chairs, toilets, etc., everything is sticky. It's unacceptable to open at 11:00 AM and have the place already dirty! As for the atmosphere, there are young people smoking everywhere; it really needs to be addressed! I definitely do not recommend it!

16/04/2026: The burgers were cold and poorly assembled. The self-service kiosk didn't accept payment, and there were no tables... We arrived at 12:30 PM and were served very quickly because there were very few people... Strange, isn't it?

08/04/2026: The steak was overcooked and my royal bacon looked like a flying saucer! And on top of that, we were served cold fries!

30/03/2026: There's always something missing from the order. And right now, it's the sandwiches, but they don't specify that ingredients are missing. So you order a sandwich and there are no tomatoes, no onions... And they tell you it's out of stock after you've already ordered it. Of course, the price is the same, and I'm talking about the Big Tasty, the one that's already lost half its size!

03/04/2026: Avoid the McDonald's in Venette! The staff is unfriendly, and having been there several times, I've noticed that items are often missing. I've never reported it before, but tonight two fries were missing. I tried calling, but no one answered.
