27/05/2026: Honestly, I used to love McDonald's, I never had any problems, but this time I ordered an Uber Eats and my drink leaked in my bag, and I forgot to eat my nuggets and fries with it. Very disappointed, of course. I called, but no one answered the phone. Plus, the meal is expensive for what it is. I'll go to Burger King next time; at least I know I won't be disappointed.

The smile had vanished; let's just say the atmosphere was rather dull. Conversations were devoid of any real warmth… to the point where you wonder if the "human touch" option has simply run out. The reception leaves a cold impression, which doesn't exactly encourage you to linger or return often. It's a shame, because with just a little more friendliness, the experience could be truly enjoyable.

31/07/2026: It's become a ritual: at every drive-thru, I have to check the order as if it were an exam. How is it possible to forget an item almost every time? And to manage to put the sauce and cheese on the outside of the burger instead of inside… I really need an explanation for that.

29/07/2026: Hello, firstly, the atmosphere was terrible. The receptionist was very rude and condescending. A McDonald's employee insulted a colleague in front of customers, which is very unprofessional. Then there was the small Ranch Wrap; the kiosk says "small," but it's ridiculously small.

We ate next to a table of five guys who spent their time bragging loudly in English about how they were going to pick up French girls. Good luck, guys! 🫡

22/06/2026: I have the advantage of working nearby and I go to Subway at least three times a week, sometimes even five days a week. However, lately, I've noticed a decline in the customer service. I want to clarify that this doesn't apply to the entire team: some employees remain very friendly and pleasant. On the other hand, at lunchtime, I often see the same people, and the interactions are regularly cold, even disdainful. I've also noticed a difference in behavior depending on whether or not the managers are present. When they're there, the welcome and service generally seem more pleasant and professional. However, when they're not, the atmosphere sometimes seems more tense, and some interactions with customers can be less warm. Of course, this is just my impression, but it's one that has been confirmed over the course of my visits. I completely understand that working in the restaurant industry is difficult, especially with the current heat. Nevertheless, I am a courteous customer; I almost always order the same thing and always try to be respectful. Yet, sometimes I leave with an unpleasant feeling. For example, when the vegetables are served in a very small quantity and you simply ask for a little more, the response is sometimes curt, explaining that there is already enough. I would be perfectly willing to pay extra if necessary. I also understand that an overstuffed sandwich can be more difficult to close. My problem, therefore, is not the quantity itself, but rather the way the comments are phrased. I think it's possible to address customers with more consideration. Furthermore, I was recently with a colleague who ordered the Subway of the day. No one informed us that the prices had changed. He ended up paying €9.20. When we checked the sign outside after we left, we discovered that the menu was advertised at €9.60. I think it's a shame that this option wasn't offered to him directly. Given the reception he received, my colleague didn't want to ask for an explanation about the price of the sandwich alone. Without the sign, we probably wouldn't have understood the price difference anyway. I realize that one less customer won't change the restaurant's revenue and that this comment might not have much of an impact. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed coming to this restaurant.

17/07/2026: McDonald's was a disaster. I ordered through Uber Eats. They made the driver wait 40 minutes for two burgers and some nuggets. As a result, they ruined the driver's evening (€4 for an hour's work). I waited an hour for my order at home. I had to eat at 12:30 AM, and on top of that, they were missing sauces, the pickles from the burgers, and some nuggets. Complete incompetence. Please, find another job.

15/07/2026: I just had the worst food poisoning of my life because of one of their little wraps. The sauce seemed strange to me, so I stopped eating it. But imagine my surprise the next day when I thought my entire body was going to empty itself into the toilet! Avoid this McDonald's if possible; it's not the first time such an incident has happened.
