02/07/2026: Disappointed with our visit today. With the heat and the fryers, a little air conditioning inside would have been really appreciated. Being pregnant, I can't sit on the terrace in the blazing sun, so I ate inside where it was extremely hot. It was stifling and very unpleasant, making it impossible to enjoy the meal, despite a nice cold Coke and an ice cream. It's a real shame, because a more comfortable temperature would have made the experience much more pleasant.

08/06/2026: Expensive for the quality and quantity, plus a taco without fries is unheard of. Honestly, there are other places that are much better value.

03/06/2026: Clearly, Carthage St Pierre remains the best kebab in Clermont. The best part is that they reheat the sandwich in its bread in the oven – it's absolutely delicious!

31/05/2026: As a regular customer of Coffea downtown, and especially of their lemon tea, I bought some yesterday in Mondeville. I'm disappointed because the lemon flavor is barely perceptible, regardless of the amount of tea in the cup. I suppose it's been in the shop for a long time, which might explain it. I haven't tried the other teas yet; I hope I won't be disappointed as well. The person who served me was friendly, however, I don't find the same atmosphere as in the city center where you can get tasting bags of the product (or even several) of your choice to try at home. I was offered a tea bag, but out of the three offered, I wasn't particularly interested. Still, it was kind of them to do it.

10/02/2026: I arrived with my colleague at 6:03 PM on a Friday. The bar was practically empty. After walking several kilometers, we decided to sit on the terrace. My colleague ordered a beer. As for me, wanting to stay energized since we still had a long drive ahead of us, I simply ordered a coffee. The waiter, visibly annoyed, curtly explained that he no longer served hot drinks after 6:00 PM (I remind you, it was 6:03 PM). I then asked him if tea would be possible (boiling water and putting in a tea bag didn't seem like an unreasonable request). The waiter stared at me for almost a minute, then replied condescendingly: "So, I'll repeat myself, since you don't seem to have understood: I NO LONGER SERVE HOT DRINKS AFTER 6:00 PM." As a result, I didn't order anything. We decided to laugh it off and leave, but the experience was frankly unpleasant. If you're looking for a welcoming place to have a drink, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Reading other reviews, I see that this waiter seems to be consistently rude, especially to people he considers "foreigners." And since leaving a review on Google isn't easy, the establishment receives much higher ratings than the welcome and service actually deserve.

08/07/2026: The drive-thru experience, with a wait of over 30 minutes, isn't the first time. We now prefer to spend an extra 5 minutes going to the one in Aire-sur-l'Adour, where the customers are friendlier and it's fast food... Considering the price of a meal and the slow service... I'm done with Serres-Castet.

16/07/2026: There's no denying it, the Asians are champions. They're responsive, you get served right away, and the quality is top-notch! It's a welcome change from the previous owner.

29/06/2026: One of the most delicious sandwiches and pastry. The restaurant is self service and staff does not help except for payment. Furthermore its difficult to find seats and you have to wait a lot before a table becomes free to be taken.

21/05/2026: Delicious toast. The price is a bit high, but you've come to Disneyland. If you want something to eat, grab a toast; it'll satisfy your hunger. The line is quite long, especially if you're buying coffee, for example, so you have to wait a while at the register. Everything is constantly refilled, so you're eating warm toast. It's full of cheese. You can tell it's greasy because it's dripping with it. It's fine by me.

28/07/2026: I ordered a New York-style chicken bacon wrap for takeout and received a hot sauce wrap instead. Unacceptable! Very disappointed. It would be good to pay more attention to the ingredients when preparing your wraps. Frankly, I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs!

27/07/2026: It's depressing, everyone's bitter. It's one thing you don't want to smile, but at least provide cooked fries, not mashed potatoes. Are napkins and ice cream spoons extra? No, because honestly, paying more and more for less and less in quantity and quality is ridiculous. Should we just close up shop?

29/01/2026: 10/10 Best burger in France! I visited at 6.30 on a Thursday, I had what looked to be the first Guinness of the evening and it was really really good. The staff were amazing. I've been loving in France for over a year and bacon an cheese burger is my go to anywhere I go , this was by far the best bacon and cheese burger I have experienced in France!! The fries were also really amazing!! I can not recommend this place enough! It was quiet at 6.30 on a Thursday , but honestly I can't understand why. My partner had the classic burger and she also agreed the food was amazing! Thanks for the service and amazing food!
