16/11/2025: Honestly, I don't even know what to say about the exorbitant prices in 2025. I ordered a sandwich where there was more bread, salad, and sauce than meat. I strongly advise against it!!

10/11/2025: We were quite satisfied with our menu, however, the website lists desserts but the Remiremont restaurant doesn't offer any at all – disappointing about the lack of desserts.

02/04/2026: I ordered a classic CBO meal tonight with an extra McChicken. Not only did I wait 25 minutes for my order, but they also made a mistake! I received a Raclette CBO, which I couldn't eat because I don't like raclette! What a waste of time, money, and McDonald's points!

27/03/2026: Honestly, it needs improvement. Too long a wait, and the amount of ice cream needs to be reduced. I can't wait for another fast food place to open in the area so this one closes down and we can go somewhere else. Sincerely,

20/05/2026: The hot chocolate was only half full, which is very stingy for the price. Luckily, the chocolate croissants, regular croissant, and orange juice were good.

15/05/2026: Overall, the restaurant was good; the food was tasty and the experience was decent. However, I was disappointed by the service. When ordering, the staff were chatting with other customers, which meant we had to repeat our order several times. It was very unpleasant and made us feel like we weren't being listened to. It's a shame, because everything else was quite good.

08/05/2026: A nice little brasserie with a warm welcome and a very pleasant upstairs dining room (it seemed perhaps a bit more "tense" downstairs). The dishes were good and generous: well-topped pizzas and salads, excellent fries, and superb strawberry tiramisu and French toast! A bit pricey, but still good value for money for a restaurant located so close to the Louvre. We'll be back if we have the chance!

17/05/2026: Unacceptable, unbearable, and rude service. Never go there again. The wait was over 50 minutes, and on top of that, the manager practically fought with the customers. I find this unacceptable. I strongly advise against it. Thank you for reading.

08/05/2026: In the kitchen, no one was wearing a hairnet, the tables were dirty (I cleaned mine myself), and the staff was incredibly lazy. Once bitten, twice shy.

29/05/2026: Another cold order... Just look at the team to see the disorganization, the slow work, the orders left lying around on the counters, etc. They need a team leader! (And I'm not even mentioning the incomplete deliveries, the ones without steak, etc.)

25/05/2026: Honestly, a disaster. The order was rushed, the burgers were cold, the fries were soggy, and on top of that, some items were missing. The staff was unpleasant and completely clueless. The restaurant was dirty, and the wait was endless, only to end up eating something worse than school lunch. It's clearly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to; avoid it at all costs.

12/05/2026: We'll try to raise the rating because, honestly, we're always served incredibly well. The staff is friendly, but I can understand the occasional "down" moment given the low customer volume and their limited productivity. The Subways, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious and generously loaded (thank you 😭🙏🏻). Every visit is a pure delight. We'll be back!

12/05/2026: Every time I go, it's excellent; I'm never disappointed. It's always perfect, just as I imagine it in my mind, in my wildest dreams. It's the best Subway in the area, by far. Thank you to the employees who make my wishes come true 🙏

03/06/2026: He just killed a pigeon with a broom in front of the customers who were eating. The waitress had the nerve to tell a shocked customer, "It's okay, it's not a protected species." Never again.

16/05/2026: Today, June 16, 2026 at 4 PM, after placing my order, I was surprised to see that the play area was reserved for a birthday party. Is this normal? There were other children playing, but they were not allowed access because it was reserved for the birthday party. Previous negative reviews seem to be deleted, which is unprofessional.

19/05/2026: Visited on May 19, 2026 at 8:30 PM. I ordered two burgers without pickles; both arrived with them. The restrooms smelled of vomit, the dining area was dirty, and the glasses still smelled of the previous drink. The staff cannot be excused because the restaurant was full, as it was practically empty! These issues were reported to the staff, but received no response or follow-up. Next time, I'll go to the competitor next door, Burger King!

17/05/2026: They've reinvented the concept of fast food: 30+ minutes to pick up a simple order. Dirty, indifferent staff… Run away and go to the Burger King next door!

10/06/2026: A 20-minute wait for a simple meal—enough to ruin a 30-minute lunch break… On top of the wait, my wrap arrived cold. Luckily, the fries were hot. I wasn't particularly impressed with this restaurant to begin with, but this experience only confirms my opinion. Such a long wait for such a basic order is unacceptable. Perhaps it's time to review their organization to improve the service.

28/02/2026: Very disappointed with this bakery. The staff member, who had multiple piercings and brightly colored hair, was rude and had a strange attitude, especially toward customers who don’t speak French. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

07/02/2026: Apart from one older female employee, the staff are very unfriendly. Paying customers are snapped at if they don't order in French. They are disrespectful and absolutely not customer-oriented.

13/04/2026: Quite scandalous. It's advertised as being open until 1am, but already closed at 00:15... we made a big detour to come and eat, I should have read the previous reviews more carefully and trusted them.

12/04/2026: I arrived at the McDonald's drive-thru in Plaisir at 12:37 a.m., even though closing time is clearly indicated at 1:00 a.m. (app, website, and signage in-store). Despite this, they simply refused to serve me. But the most shocking thing was the staff's attitude: they accused me of having opened the drive-thru barrier myself. An absurd and completely inappropriate accusation. Refusing a customer before closing time is already problematic. Accusing this customer falsely is downright unacceptable. If you can't provide service until the advertised time, update your hours. And above all, train your staff in a minimum of professionalism and respect. Very bad experience.
