Also note that the word “fast” in fast food is clearly not understood by employees. Tuesday, two cars at the drive-thru, almost no one in the restaurant…. 30 minute wait. Good luck all the same

29/09/2024: The more it goes, the less it goes: - products never available - place in disrepair (condition of premises and hygiene) - repeated errors A little message for people who respond to reviews: it would be good to act before one of the unfortunate customers ends up with too much food poisoning. The hygiene of the place is deplorable and it is inevitable in these conditions. I have received a full refund for my order since I contacted you on the site (which was absolutely not requested) and I see this as an admission on the part of the manager of his inability to take care of himself as he owes it to this place. It would be a good idea, rather than working at a loss by reimbursing products for which customers do not request reimbursement, to hire staff and train them, in particular in basic hygiene rules.

15/12/2024: Un endroit mythique et extrêmement convivial. Décor parisien charmant et emplacement idéal. Un incontournable. Nous y sommes allé à 5 pour un dîner. Copieux et savoureux. C'est ma quatrième fois à ce jour et jamais déçu.

20/09/2024: Drive-through on September 19. The crew member in the first cabin was unable to page my loyalty card. The crew member in the second cabin lied to me by saying that it had been, even though it was noted on the ticket "you would have won...". Customer service also incapable.

07/09/2024: Belatedly, purchase of a maxi best of 280. Burger whose tomatoes and onions were missing! Too bad to pay so much for bread, sauce and meat. I wasn't expecting anything crazy but still, it's a shame that they didn't manage to properly produce a burger made up of 4 ingredients at the price it's sold for. Don't even bother to add a little ketchup sauce as a bonus. Null. Endless waiting while few customers. I won't come back.

06/09/2024: I would like to share a particularly disappointing experience with this McDonald's, where we were faced with dismal service on several occasions. Although we were driving, we were systematically refused the drive on the pretext that we had gotten in with a stranger. An absurd excuse, especially since the only criterion for accessing the drive is, to my knowledge, being in a vehicle or being the way I am – which was indeed our case. But it doesn't stop there. During a visit, we accidentally forgot a wallet on site. Instead of simply giving it back to us when we returned, the same manager from the drive-thru party refused to give it back to us, forcing our mother to get out of the car to go get it herself, which is not like her. Behavior that shows total contempt for customers. Finally, to top it all off, when ordering two Double Cheese Bacon, the burgers were served… without bacon! Not to mention the McFlurry Kit Kat which ended up being found at M&M's, a dessert that borders on insulting when you see how sloppy it was. In summary, between service that borders on hostility and food of more than questionable quality, this McDonald's barely deserves one star. It is high time to pull ourselves together, because this is really making fun of the world.

12/09/2024: Très déçus de jour en jour par le service et la qualité des plats de ce restaurant. On décide à notre place du dessert prétextant que ce qui a été choisi n était plus disponible. Et ce des le 1er soir. Le lendemain,attente de 30 minutes pour nous servir 2 simples verres de crémant,dessert modifié alors que servi à une autre table et ce remplacé à chaque fois par 3 boucles de glace râpées dans un bol! Le 3 ème soir, nous avons terminé le plat principal vers 23h alors que nous étions à table dès 20 h. Nous avons bien sûr décliné le dessert si tant est qu on nous en aurait encore proposé un! Le personnel de salle s est confondu en excuses mais le problème doit se trouver ailleurs. Dommage je déconseille à cause de ce service plus que déplorable.

28/08/2024: Tres bon restaurant avec une formule du marché intéressante , dommage tartare avait pas mal de nerfs qui rendait le plat désagréable.
