02/09/2024: I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal. I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon. It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you. I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them. If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?

20/09/2024: Very disappointed with the drive today 09/20/24 7:20 p.m.! I ordered in addition to two long menus and 1 cheesy box, 1 long sandwich with my loyalty points. I was finally asked to pay for it only to realize that it wasn't given... This isn't the first time this has happened. It's theft. Unacceptable! I tried to contact the restaurant by phone but unreachable!

18/12/2023: UNE NOUVELLE INTOX 9 mois après !!! Mais fuyez cet établissement c’est inadmissible !!!! Mon fils est tombé dans les pommes et à vomi toute la nuit, il y a 9 mois il a vécu la même chose 😭😭 (dim 17/12/23 j’ai actualisé mon dernier avis) INTOXICATION ALIMENTAIRE Repas servi froid, salle de réception sale, poubelle qui débordent et en prime une intoxication alimentaire pour mon fils, HONTEUX fuyez passez votre chemin!!!!

26/09/2024: For several years we have been coming to Clem every month for professional reasons and have had access to the meeting room. We have always been well received by efficient and lovely staff (former team)! And then this summer, we learned in the newspapers that there had been a change of ownership. No call to introduce yourself or explain to us that the card has changed and the prices too!! Well it happens during a launch but the apotheosis was at our last monthly meeting: nothing is done as we were used to (normally the old team is no longer there except an adorable waitress who does her best to manage the room without organization and with a certain pressure: we have heard and seen the behavior of the new boss several times: clearly lacking humility, kindness and HUMANITY I spoke to him on the phone and I have rarely felt so much contempt with a touch. Other people had the same feeling because they had to call and were able to tell him: but no professional or commercial reaction. We had extra dishes, missing dishes. Result I had to start my training with 30 minutes. late and once again, the boss did not deign to come and apologize or do anything!! On the other hand, he can be seen in the corridor and in the restaurant speaking loudly (upstairs in his office or in the dining room); discretion is an important point when looking to “raise prestige”). I will probably not return to Clem because what I need as a professional is a relationship of trust, respect, a lot of humanity, kindness and integrity. I don't find any of my values ​​with them and I'm sorry, especially for the old team which conveyed these values ​​and where we felt the good atmosphere between them. There is still one positive point: the food is good (now that doesn't transcend either, however the wallet feels good!!!)

04/02/2026: This is a hotel I'd wanted to try for a long time, after staying at Villa Maia and Boscolo. Access by car isn't necessarily the most convenient: you park on the quayside and then have to cross cobblestone streets that make pushing the stroller with our daughter a bit bumpy. When we booked the day before, we had some issues with the online payment system, which was glitching, but we were assured by phone that the room was indeed reserved. Upon arrival, the reservation wasn't showing up, but the staff was very responsive and quickly found us a room perfectly suited for a stay with a baby. A travel cot was brought to us shortly after we settled in. We enjoyed the spa in the late evening: the pool was very pleasant and peaceful, and we also enjoyed a very relaxing visit to the sauna. Since two drinks were offered at the bar, we took advantage of them. Even though the planter's punch wasn't on the menu, Tanya didn't hesitate to make us several, which really contributed to the quality of the evening. We ordered snacks to go with our drinks: a charcuterie board, salmon, and a croque-monsieur, all quite good, with a special mention for the cream sauce that accompanied the salmon. The room was comfortable, and we had a very restful night. In the morning, we had breakfast in the courtyard in the center of the hotel: it felt like being outside while still being inside, in a truly lovely setting. The continental buffet was quite comprehensive (breads, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, fruit juices), and the eggs Benedict were rather good. Before leaving, we made a quick stop at the gift shop in search of a Guignol puppet… we ended up leaving with the hotel's lion, which we named Léon 😊 A very pleasant experience, despite a few minor hiccups quickly resolved by attentive and efficient staff.

27/01/2026: The hotel is a beautifully renovated place, incredible bar, restaurant area, great historic common spaces! Abundant breakfast, nicely decorated rooms. You might get issues reaching the hotel because it is situated in a pedestrian area - so don’t forget to call before you arrive to get a password for entering.

27/08/2024: J’aurais tout vu … nous avons commandé des wraps ranch et des new york et a l’intérieur il y avait des bouts de poulet CBO de la campagne Spicy. (Ma fille ne mange que les wraps ranch) Je comprends que le soir, on a la flemme, on est fatigué (dans ce cas, on bosse pas de nuits) mais sérieusement, respectez les recettes !!! (Ancienne responsable d’une autre franchise) Je pense que certaines personnes ne se prennent pas la tête à regarder à l’intérieur des sandwichs mais malheureusement pour vous, nous nous regardons car les produits spé ne sont JAMAIS respectés. Il manque toujours quelque chose dans nos commandes, mais j’avoue que la… c’était gros comme une maison !! Je plains le directeur et le franchisé qui ne savent pas comment ça tourne le soir … désolée pour la manager de ce soir

26/10/2024: Ayant chez nous des amis venus de différentes régions de France, nous avons eu envie de leur faire déguster des fouées dans un décor particulier. Tous ont apprécié: l’accueil, le service ( merci au jeune qui s’occupait de notre table) et bien sûr, ce qui était dans notre assiette! Nous n’avons eu aucun problème listé dans de précédents avis. Je suis PMR, la voiture est autorisé à descendre jusqu’à l’entrée du restaurant.

30/09/2024: Not great already by the quality of the food that Saturday evening, for the cheddar potatoes knowing that it had little taste, less good taste than Burger King, the potatoes I ate elsewhere better than that, the price was it's so expensive for the quality, it's not nourishing, I had eaten a cookie and yogurt at home, my family received a very round burger and little or no garnish, the steak always crushed, ask if there are any , my frozen dessert with "additional chocolate" was very light I would have thought it was a joke, for the price a scam! The staff always good, the cleanliness remains to be seen it is not cleaned between each customer for hygiene 0 like everywhere else, the terminals work perfectly

14/09/2024: Catastrophic! Team members in slow motion, 30 minutes before getting our order. Teammate next door who fills cartons of sauce instead of lending a hand... and they chat quietly in front of the exasperated customers. Is there a manager here? And frankly disgusting sandwich. Rotten salad bathed in way too much sauce, disgusting! Never tested such a bad and poorly managed fast food restaurant. Quick doomed to disappear? It’s deserved.

02/12/2024: Equipe du drive incompétente, du manager aux employés. Erreurs constantes sur les commandes, ces clowns ont réussis a oublier 2 happy meal, erreurs sur les boissons. Et bien sûr c'est le client qui ment!!
