The rooms are comfortable and clean, offering a calm and relaxing setting in the heart of the region. As for the restaurant, the cuisine is generous, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the service is both professional and friendly. The family atmosphere, the quality of the services, and the value for money make this establishment one we wholeheartedly recommend. 11/09/2026: My order arrived late with bread I didn't order, and when we called the delivery driver, he didn't answer, and the restaurant didn't try to resolve the problem.

31/08/2026: Very disappointing. I went there yesterday around 10 pm and my experience was disastrous. 1. I ordered a €10 box with hot wings and a burger. The staff informed me that they were out of wings and only had tenders left. So I accepted. A few moments later, another customer arrived and asked for a box with only wings, and they told him that was possible… So I don't understand why I was told they were out. 2. The box stated that it came with fries and crispy onions, but I received just fries, without the advertised sides. 3. Towards the end of my order, the staff finally told me that they had managed to get me some wings. So I was happy. 4. But the worst happened once I got home: I found a tiny cockroach in my order box. After such an experience, between the conflicting information, the incorrect order, and especially this extremely serious hygiene issue, I am deeply disappointed. Service and hygiene: very poor. An experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.

18/08/2026: The kebab was too basic, even disappointing; the fries were soggy and scattered, and the white sauce needs improvement. It was a kebab straight out of the 90s.

29/07/2026: So, we're in a train station, yes, it's a chain, yes, but the coffee is definitely delicious. Don't be put off by the Starbucks window display. This So Coffee is a real treat; the baristas are polite and attentive. The coffee is just right—hot, comforting, and with no aftertaste. It's a real comfort to order from them in the morning, whether you're in a rush or a hurry (always late in train stations, it's a given), awake or half asleep. Go there, you won't regret it. See you soon for an Americano. P.S.: I don't know anything about the quality of their other products.

02/08/2026: This evening, around 9 pm, I went to order a Tartiflette pizza and a Royale pizza without olives or chorizo. Unfortunately, I got olives on the Tartiflette, even though it doesn't normally have them. Similarly, I still got olives and chorizo ​​on the Royale, despite my request. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to the pizzeria to sort this out because the staff closed at 9:10 pm, while Google indicated a closing time of 9:30 pm. Yet, you could see there was still pizza dough left. As for the atmosphere, it was also disastrous, perhaps because the owner wasn't there? The former pizza maker with long hair came in to put on a show, talking about his life and how he likes marijuana, etc. The two other employees were also chatting amongst themselves, talking about girls, and singing Jul songs as if they were the only ones in the pizzeria, with absolutely no discretion. I found the atmosphere childish and unpleasant. Personally, I felt there was a serious lack of professionalism. I'm still giving it two stars, though, because usually, when I come and the owner is there, everything goes smoothly. I've always been warmly welcomed and well served, until tonight. I'll gladly return only if he's there. Otherwise, I'll eat somewhere else.

20/08/2026: The pizzas are good and the price-quality ratio is reasonable. That said, the reception I received on the evening of Friday, August 14, 2026, is something I wouldn't wish on anyone. When the staff asked me if I was on vacation and I replied yes, I was just passing through on my way somewhere else, I mentioned that I was from Luxembourg. To my great surprise, they then said to me, "Ah, so you're the chauvinists who've stashed away your gold bars and are making too much money." Respect? Where is it?! Unacceptable! "We're just poor bosses, and we serve chauvinists." I preferred to remain polite, but I won't be back for you or your pizzas, let's be clear.

21/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful place in Lectoure, combining a bookstore and a café. The bookstore is delightful, very well-stocked, and meticulously curated, with a particularly high-quality graphic novel section where browsing and discovering new titles is a pleasure. Special mention also goes to the service: the staff is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful, making the place even more enjoyable. And to top it all off, the café is excellent: delicious pastries and drinks, perfect for relaxing after your visit. A bookstore like this is the kind we wish we saw more of.

26/08/2026: We went to the café near the town hall around 9:00 PM this evening to meet up with some friends we only see once a year because they live far away. We decided to have a drink. The owner served us and was very professional and friendly. There was music playing, but it was acceptable. About half an hour later, the music was turned up, making it impossible to talk with our friends. So I went into the bar to ask them to turn it down because we couldn't hear each other. The owner's wife was embracing her husband, a cigarette in her hand. She looked at me with a blank stare, as if I'd just landed from the moon, and without a word, with a disdainful air... That's when I realized she'd been drinking and was intoxicated. She then sat down on the terrace with her glass of white wine. At 23:00, the sound had been restored, we left.

17/09/2026: It's good overall, but the portions have decreased and the price has increased. I understand that inflation is a factor in raising prices, but they could have kept the quantity the same. Also, the problem is they don't accept credit cards, which is a bit inconvenient as I don't always carry cash! But the owner is still friendly.

16/09/2026: As a regular customer of this McDonald's, I order because I want to, not because I need to. Yet, after four orders placed through the McDo+ app, I've had four orders with errors. A few examples: - a Double Cheeseburger ordered without ketchup, specifically because it was for my diabetic wife: request not honored; - a Large Chicago ordered as a Double with Bacon, received as a single and Spicy; - a salad delivered without dressing; - and tonight, simply the wrong sandwich in a McDeal meal, and missing potato sauce. The first few times, I received a partial refund. Tonight, I'm told a refund is impossible. And that's probably what bothers me the most: when you order remotely, customer service seems to be limited to a chatbot that repeatedly answers "no," whereas in a restaurant, no one would argue that a different product than the one ordered should be replaced or refunded. An incorrect order is not a correctly executed order. If you order a car in a certain color and receive a different one, or a pair of shoes in the wrong size, the retailer doesn't consider the sale valid simply because they delivered something. A one-off mistake happens, and I can perfectly understand that. Four orders, four mistakes, followed by a complaints process that yields no satisfactory solution—this is no longer an isolated incident. It's particularly regrettable for a regular customer who simply wants to be able to order with confidence, knowing they'll receive… what they ordered. At this level of repetition, the service is unfortunately deplorable.
