15/07/2026: Very disappointed with this establishment, which was recommended to me by another bar. Firstly, the waitress nearly broke the table while setting down our glasses after saying, and I quote, "I'll put this down for you, figure it out yourselves," in a tone that was anything but pleasant. Furthermore, the charcuterie platter is a complete mess. 20 euros for three measly pieces of charcuterie… Once we finished our drinks, the waiters came back to the table aggressively, trying to force us to order more immediately. Finally, we had come to watch a football match that was "supposed" to be on, but the television was of deplorable quality, with constant interruptions and a very questionable display. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

14/07/2026: Appalling. The broadcast of the semi-final was clearly poorly prepared and very badly organized. A screen glitch lasted almost 20 minutes, staff regularly walked in front of the screen, obstructing the view, and to top it all off, no food service was available after 9 p.m., not even a charcuterie board, without any prior notice. A huge disappointment for an evening that was supposed to be organized around a sporting event.

30/11/2025: Frankly, the food quality has seriously declined compared to a few years ago, and the prices have gone up for frozen food—steak as dry as a shoe sole. McDonald's does better, and the baguettes are frozen. They need to change everything.

19/11/2025: I went to get takeout, and it wasn't even rush hour when they forgot to give my colleague and me our drinks… We waited almost 20 minutes for a small order. Despite that, it was good.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

19/07/2026: I came on Friday, July 17th. I ordered at the kiosk, but the printer was already out of paper. I ordered takeout, paid, picked up my order, and went home, only to find it wasn't my order! I live 10 km away! I went back to the restaurant, and a waitress noticed the mistake and gave me my order, which had been sitting there warm for over 30 minutes. Needless to say, when I got home, the fries were disgusting (straight to the bin!), the sandwiches were cold and misshapen, the drinks were flat, and the ice had melted! And to top it all off, the waitress was unpleasant! Train your staff and improve your recruitment practices, and you'll stop losing customers! I'm done! Order 88

22/05/2026: I went to McDonald's last Saturday around 12:30 AM. A brunette woman named Julie took my order at the drive-thru. I entered my McDonald's ID, and everything seemed fine from that point on. Then, when I went to pay, I realized that Julie had removed my account and added her own to take advantage of the points I had earned. This isn't the first time I've noticed this. Unfortunately, it saddens me greatly that at your age you still do things like this. It's depressing for you, and you won't get anywhere in life with that mentality.

22/05/2026: The displayed delivery time is completely inaccurate. With the actual delivery time, I could have walked there and back. And you're charging a fee... We're paying for a service, not a hassle. We're way past the point of "fast" food... And it's quite amusing that there's no indication of the time you pay for the order when you want to see the delivery time. Afraid of the actual timing? Seen on the credit card receipt. Payment at 11:25 PM, estimated delivery at 12:50 AM... 1.5 hours to deliver a McDonald's 2km away? You're taking your customers for a ride!!!

01/08/2026: Empty restaurant, endless wait at the drive-thru, they forgot all the potatoes on the menu, and they made a mistake with the croque monsieur, replacing it with wraps. The server didn't speak French properly and therefore couldn't read it, making mistakes. Last time I'll be back.

06/07/2026: Always my little moment of comfort before my meetings in the building! The coffees are good, and the raspberry-mint iced tea is too. The milk and dark chocolate truffles are delicious. But what I love most here is definitely the service. The baristas are ALWAYS so kind, always friendly, always attentive, and quick. It's truly a pleasure. I hope they're treated with the respect they deserve! The young guy who seemed to be just starting out was also super energetic and kind. :) The little chocolate that always comes with our drink is always a lovely touch (but don't forget it in your bag during a heatwave! 😩).

23/05/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. I'd wanted to try Coffea for a while, and I came in one morning to do some shopping and explore the products. Unfortunately, the reception from the three saleswomen completely put me off. They were deep in a personal conversation, which seemed so engaging that they completely forgot about the only customer in the store: me. I waited, looked at the products, and hoped for at least some assistance or advice, but nothing. What's most surprising is that they waited until I was leaving the store to ask if I needed any information or assistance. This kind of welcome and attitude make me absolutely not want to return or explore your brand further. Thank you nonetheless for this experience; at least it will give me something to talk about with others.

07/07/2026: Ordered via click & collect on July 6th at 9:44 PM, had to scan my QR code upon arrival at 9:52 PM at the drive-thru kiosk amidst a sea of ​​cars with their engines running. The scanner wasn't working, so I had to wait for a server at the counter to sort it out... They finally took my order number manually, just to trigger the order preparation... at 10:12 PM. And then it was off to a 30-minute wait in the middle of the cars. It's food, but one thing is clear: it's not good at all and definitely not fast! At least at Burger King, they start the preparation online and it's ready 15 minutes later! One last questionable point: If I hadn't pointed out to the server that he was putting a bag from a customer's order back in the middle of my own order, not only would I have eaten cold food, but also food that hadn't been properly checked. Oh... I almost forgot: The coffee milkshakes have a very strong strawberry flavor... We forgive the team, of course; they're just doing their best with the process, equipment, and staff available... That said, it shows that McDonald's has fallen quite low in its quest for profitability against Burger King, which is taking their market share.

12/07/2026: McDonald's has changed a lot. The fries are terrible, they taste like rubber. There's always something missing from our order. The sandwiches are always pretty much the same, and often the tray arrives cold. You might say, "Well, just stop going," and that's what I'm going to do, because for me, it was just a way to save time, so we ended up having a snack later.

11/07/2026: Avoid this restaurant! The food was overcooked and cold upon arrival, and the staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Their World Cup menu advertising was misleading. The dining room was filthy. The waiter dropped our potatoes on the floor and refused to replace them.
