03/05/2026: We were with friends waiting for a friend who was due to arrive in 15 minutes. There was no one inside, and we were asked to leave. We were about to order, of course. The employee was very disrespectful. I'm disappointed; I won't be going back there.

03/05/2026: With McDonald's, there aren't many surprises; you know what you're getting. However, regarding the service this evening, May 3rd, out of the three takeout meals I ordered, two of my drinks were incorrect. This was quite disappointing.

19/05/2026: Food was okay, service needs improvement. Plenty of staff but not very efficient. Very dirty, long wait for little service, very noisy, even unbearable. If you're coming for the food, fine. If you want to have a good time, go across the street or somewhere else. Disappointment guaranteed. ✅

27/05/2026: Hello, Landomaine Gambetta is my favorite bakery in Gambetta. I've always enjoyed their products, especially their caramelized apple tart. The country baguette and the multigrain baguette are fantastic in my opinion; they're perfect for me. However, with this heatwave, air conditioning would be very welcome to make things more pleasant for the sales staff, who do their best to serve us, and for the customers who are in a hurry to leave because it's so hot, making the atmosphere unpleasant. We rush to choose our bread and then leave. It's a real shame.

09/06/2026: I find the comments harsh. As a regular customer, I very rarely experience any oversights. Wait times vary depending on how busy it is, so it's understandable that on a busy weekend, you'd wait longer. The only downside is that the products are often cold, possibly because they were prepared too far in advance.

20/05/2026: Sarriche Bakery, La Garde 83130 I bought two pastries yesterday for 9 euros: A lemon tart And a coffee/chocolate religieuse. I asked the saleswoman when the religieuse was made, and she said yesterday morning! Okay, so far so good! When I got home to celebrate something special with my partner, the religieuse was disgusting. The choux pastry was at least several days old, maybe a week, and the cream was even worse—completely fresh! Straight to the bin! Especially since I have a fragile health condition, and this could have serious consequences! I won't trust them again! I'm very surprised by Sarriche, which usually has good products and a more or less good reputation! And I'll be sure to tell them so!

13/05/2026: Where do you recruit your employees?! We encountered a saleswoman of unprecedented rudeness. Saying hello in a shop is basic, it seems to me. Apologies for a €6 mistake on the bill are essential, and respect needs improvement as well. I'm changing bakeries from now on; I'll go elsewhere.

04/06/2026: I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I came to order takeout, the place smelled awful, the welcome wasn't very warm, three-quarters of the staff didn't respond when I needed help, the food was served almost cold, and the packaging and preparation were completely haphazard.

26/05/2026: Another disappointment! A relatively simple order: 2 meals, 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 2 sandwiches, but nope, the order was incomplete! Apparently, this has become a habit at McDonald's Grenoble…

25/05/2026: I came in for a small Daim and chocolate McFlurry. I'll let you judge the amount of Daim vs… well, nothing else really. After asking, they told me, "That's the normal amount, sir." I was speechless.

20/05/2026: Why is it that every time we decide to get McDonald's at the drive-thru, it's always the same story? Arrived at the drive-thru at 6:45 PM, left at 7:05 PM… Not so "fast" for a fast-food restaurant. "Get in seat 2…" Ugh. Luckily, for once, our order was complete, except for the ice cubes… which we hadn't asked for.

17/05/2026: A 30-minute wait for overcooked, yet cold, fries. Our order wasn't finished, no sauces, no games, no dessert. Appalling service, a disastrous welcome, and all this in a restaurant where there were maybe 10 people. Overflowing trash cans, a floor as slippery as an ice rink, but we still had fun sliding around on the chairs. Special mention for the atmosphere, thanks to Vero's birthday! Happy birthday! I won't be back, except maybe with Vero!

24/05/2026: The hamburger tasted like cardboard, the buns were as hard as wood. I don't recommend this McDonald's. Personally, I won't eat there again. The toilets are filthy. When we order, they give my son the wrong burger, and they give us the ice cream long before the burgers.

22/05/2026: Hello, €13 for a salad? It looks like green cabbage soup. I would have preferred to eat grass rather than that damn green leaf. For €13 in Thailand, I get a 5-star salad. Needs improvement.

20/04/2026: A Big Mac on a staircase, nowhere near as advertised on TV; you order a Coke plus tax and leave with an Oasis... no napkin. Okay, I didn't check my drive-thru order, but this is getting serious.

18/04/2026: We arrived as a group of 30. The team was very efficient. We were served quickly and all the food was piping hot. Professional service.

27/04/2026: The table was quite dirty, and the toilets were awful. From what I could see, they'd removed the urinals that hadn't been cleaned, resulting in only one accessible toilet. The tap in the accessible toilet didn't work, there was no way to dry your hands, and there was urine on the floor. If you wanted to get takeout, it might be acceptable, but if you want to take a break, go somewhere else; there are other fast food places nearby.

24/04/2026: It's still McDonald's, so we're not going to make a big deal about the food; for us, it's a safe bet. However, we wanted to thank the absolutely lovely waitress who offered to bring water for our dog, showed us where the electrical outlets were (which we really needed!), and served us with a radiant smile. The staff at this restaurant are very pleasant and friendly. Miss, don't change a thing; you bring a touch of sweetness and lightness to travelers who stop along the way!

23/04/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! They make a lot of mistakes with orders. I was seated with my order, and they only gave me fries and a drink, but not the hamburger. I pointed it out, and they told me it was coming, but after 15 minutes, still no hamburger. I pointed it out again, and they told me I'd received my order. Uh... No. I asked to see the security camera footage as proof, and they refused. Honestly, I'll never go back. That evening, many people were complaining about missing items, etc. I demanded a refund. It's a disgrace. You come here to relax before going to the movies, and in the end, it all goes haywire.
