16/09/2024: Today we went to the McDonald's in Hautepierre in Strasbourg, around 10:45 p.m. they turned off the lights inside, there were at least 6 customers with us, they didn't tell us anything, they didn't warn us, they just took it and turned off the light, that meant getting out of there, that's not acceptable to the customers,,,

19/08/2024: Fairly fast and friendly service, lots of places on the shaded terrace, but what a shame it is so dirty! Be careful of the wind, yes the papers fly away......... The people are dirty, it's lamentable! I know it's not the fault of the McDonald's team, but the manager should check his terrace more often and organize more cleaning rounds! It really doesn't look clean.... And thank you to people for picking up their trash, it would be even simpler!

29/08/2024: A shame. Change staff or train them well (the chef is responsible!) They deliver the wrong order to us at the drive-thru (out of confidence we didn't check) as a result we are missing a big tasty - In addition the food must have been cooked 30 minutes before if not more… really it’s not a place I would recommend

28/08/2024: I just picked up a Drive order with a Best of maxi potatoes HALF-full. That + more than 5 minutes of waiting for a McDonald's croque and a small wrap + inability to order an ice cream because they were cleaning the machine. At 11:45 a.m.

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again... Rude, insolent and incompetent staff. When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them. No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question. In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money. 29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase The burger no longer has a sandwich Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam The quality is clearly no longer there The store seemed clean at first glance.

07/09/2024: Service on Saturday after 1 p.m. is horrible and the employees are haughty and not great. McDonald's must recruit people to ensure optimal service. I don't recommend. Super cold dishes and more than 40 minutes of waiting

03/09/2024: le service était très déplacé ,je me suis rendu au mcdo accompagnée de mon mari et la serveuse ne s’est pas gênée de faire des avances à mon mari,elle s’est permise de lui toucher la cuisse lorsque qu’elle est venue apporter notre commande,de plus elle a fait exprès de renverser la boisson de la commande sur mon mari.Elle a sans hésiter toucher mon mari sans élégance et avec une envie malsaine… J’étais désemparé,mon mari était sous le choc.Nous avons alors appelé le manager qui nous a violemment expliqué que ce comportement venait des sois disant “avances” de mon mari et que je n’avais qu’à "le tenir"! Sous le choc mon mari et moi avons décidé de partir sans même manger notre commande qui n’était même pas complète!! Bref une très mauvaise expérience mon mari et moi nous en souviendrons..😡

31/08/2024: It's a McDonald's like any other, the service is a little long as they lack staff. The prices are a little expensive €9 for 2 mac flury red fruit and suede coulis. It's a shame that Macdonald's restaurants no longer make speculos if you're afraid of not passing them, take individual packets or two.

05/12/2024: I came here 3 times during my 5 days in Cannes. All the food is delicious, I had the margarita pizza, salmon pasta, and vitello tonato. I am sure everything else is very good and will definitely be back!
