07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!

28/07/2026: I ate there with friends during the summer, and I'm going to make a list of the reasons for my rating. The waiter didn't smile once; we felt like we were bothering him more than anything else. The toilet lock didn't work, the handle wouldn't stay on the door, and the toilet light was nowhere to be found. We had to wait 40 minutes before being served. We were a good group, but I wondered if he'd forgotten about us. The prices displayed were wrong, and he didn't even apologize; he seemed to think it was normal. We were shocked to see the price of a taco jump from €6.50 to €8! One of the two waiters chatted away on his phone next to us in his native dialect for the entire meal, more than 30 minutes! The food itself was okay, but nothing appetizing; the taco was sorely lacking in sauce and vegetables. Avoid it…

04/06/2026: Not enough vegetables in the shish kebab for my taste: you have to eat all the meat to find little bits of salad, tomato and onion at the bottom 😟. The outdoor terrace is very pleasant.

05/07/2026: We ordered three caramel sundaes for drive-thru, and when we got home, there was no caramel topping, just a tiny layer of ice cream about 3 cm thick. We even have to check the contents of our food now!

26/07/2026: The restaurant was clean and not messy, no complaints. Just after I tied my dog ​​up near the entrance and placed my order, an employee asked if I wanted my order brought to me so I could be with my dog. So nice! 😉

And then, five minutes later, the guy over the PA system came up to us and said we weren't allowed to drink from our reusable water bottles, even though we'd already paid for our paninis... 12/02/2026: After reading all the reviews, I honestly wonder why this McDonald's is still open… I went there with a friend for an afternoon snack. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, the wait was endless. When we finally got our order, the hot chocolate (which was supposed to be served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) was just plain hot chocolate, with nothing else. The muffin and the donut were still frozen. The server even explained that they had just come out of the freezer and that she didn't know how to defrost them. She seemed completely helpless. Some items were out of stock, and I practically had to insist to get a replacement. In short, a very disappointing experience and totally disorganized service. We certainly won't be going back. This only confirms the negative impression I already had of this chain.

22/05/2026: Some of the pastries are good, but I've ordered the sandwiches several times now and I won't be ordering them again because they put way too much sauce on them. It's sickening; you can't even taste the ingredients. I feel like I'm eating the whole jar of mayo (or whatever the sauce is). They really need to work on that; it's inedible.

19/05/2026: Unfortunately, I'm revising my review because I was very disappointed: My wife went in to get a whole wheat loaf and asked if it was possible to slice it with wide slices. The employee laughed: "We slice it thin..." In short, it was awful, full of holes, only good for sandwiches... I bought two chocolate croissants and two raisin breads: Surprise at home, they were dry, no cream in the raisin breads, AND definitely not fresh! Products older than two days should be marked; this isn't right! Furthermore, I wanted an ice cream dessert (usually stored in their freezer) to take to a friend's house: Not possible, they're only available on weekends, "so they said," in the middle of August! What kind of nonsense is this?! The worst part is the staff's lack of friendliness; they're rushed and not very customer-oriented. Anyway, it's not a big deal, there are other bakeries with a more welcoming atmosphere.

16/07/2026: I waited over 20 minutes for my set menu order, even though there were only 3 tables. The service was very slow, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and ice was dripping down the side of the bin. Very disappointed.

16/07/2026: Several times I've ordered from Tonneins, the burgers are always poorly made, and the McFish are always without sauce.
