They deliver the wrong order to us at the drive-thru (out of confidence we didn't check) as a result we are missing a big tasty - In addition the food must have been cooked 30 minutes before if not more… really it’s not a place I would recommend

28/08/2024: I just picked up a Drive order with a Best of maxi potatoes HALF-full. That + more than 5 minutes of waiting for a McDonald's croque and a small wrap + inability to order an ice cream because they were cleaning the machine. At 11:45 a.m.

25/08/2024: Acceptable service, friendly staff. Only problem is the quantity of food served which is less. Update: I have since returned to this McDonald's and despite an old negative review, the staff has been very pleasant the last 2 times, very responsive, security has done its job of filtering perfectly and comes to help, good food and fast service .

Before the summer holidays, it was 2 slices of tarts, today it was rolls, i.e. 3 pains au chocolat and 3 croissants... For the 2 slices of tarts, I contacted them by phone immediately upon returning home At my house. I live in Cernay but I didn't have the possibility of coming back the same day, or even 48 hours later, so I gave up. Honestly, I don't care if I call to complain! In addition, I lose more than 30 euros each time. 03/12/2024: There were 6 of us here that day. We're not from the area and we had to eat with our coats on because it was super cold there. Really disappointed! And not to mention our dishes which were already lukewarm on arrival. I won't come back.

My meal was served cold and no apologies for the enormous lack of organization. The music is way too loud inside. I wouldn't come back.

13/12/2024: It would be a question of having professional staff who think about customer satisfaction.. I was served by a pouting young man who prefers to chew his gum vulgarly. He struggled to prepare the sandwich I asked for. I had to insist several times even if it meant paying extra to get what I wanted. 0 gesture 0 friendliness 0 compassion Crazy! The portions are ridiculous and the fried potato pancakes were still raw in the center.
