01/09/2026: Paying almost €7 for an iced matcha coconut latte... and getting nothing more than a cup full of ice cubes with a coconut milk drink and a semblance of matcha (I couldn't even taste it...) is outrageous! The rent might be high, but still, they shouldn't treat us like Americans! One thing's for sure, I won't be going back!

17/09/2026: I had a terrible experience at McDonald's on September 17th. The service was appalling: I only received 8 nuggets out of my order of 9, they gave me BBQ sauce instead of the Chinese sauce I requested, and they completely forgot the napkins. To top it all off, the children's juice was served without a straw, and the tea cup barely had any water left. Paying €20 for this level of carelessness is simply unacceptable. In addition to the disastrous service, the restaurant was extremely dirty. No one was cleaning the tables, and the floors and restrooms were in a disgusting state. A disastrous experience; I won't be going back anytime soon!

17/09/2026: Hygiene at McDonald's is getting worse and worse. Is it too much to ask to put soap in the toilets? You go to the bathroom and you can't even wash your hands after urinating. That means all the customers do the same thing, and to leave the bathroom, everyone touches that disgusting handle and then eats their burger.

07/07/2026: This McDonald's meets the expectations we have for a McDonald's. The food is similar to all the other restaurants, but the staff tries their best to make sure we have a good experience. I go there regularly, and they try to remain smiling and helpful even on days when they're having a tough time. If you're in the area and want to eat fast food, I recommend going to this McDonald's.

23/08/2026: How can I describe this extremely unpleasant experience? We ordered at 2:21 PM and waited 45 minutes. This allowed us to discover the questionable cleanliness of the place. We also spoke with some of our neighbors who advised us to check the temperature of our orders upon arrival. Indeed, all of them had the unpleasant surprise of finding their fries and sandwiches cold. When the trays arrived, we simply had to touch the fries and sandwiches to confirm the same thing. We therefore requested and received a refund for our order and left the restaurant to go to the competitor across the street. It was inconceivable for us to feed our children cold food and frozen fries. It's simply deplorable. This establishment clearly has serious problems.

22/08/2026: This is the first and last time I'll ever set foot in this place. I placed an order for two meals at the drive-thru at 6:30 PM. With fewer than 10 customers in the restaurant at that time, the service should have been fairly quick. But for my small order, it was a 19-minute wait and they even forgot something in my order. I absolutely do not recommend it.

05/06/2026: Don't buy a bottle of Coke, it's more expensive than in a grocery store at the Eiffel Tower!!! €4.70 for a 1.25L bottle, that's luxury Coke!! And the kebab doesn't have enough meat, there are more raw vegetables!! Hygiene and food safety are nonexistent!! It deserves zero stars!!

03/06/2026: Too expensive for the price. I bought a two-meat taco for €15 and got a completely flat taco with 100g of meat and no cheese sauce. For that price, even McDonald's is better. I strongly advise against it.

08/08/2026: The hamburgers were disgusting, the meat was undercooked, even though I specifically asked for it to be well-done. The kebab was also bad, unappetizing, with greasy, overly salty meat and undercooked fries. The staff was so-so. I don't recommend it, and I won't be going back.

15/07/2026: It's not bad, average value for money. However, the service at the till was sluggish and there were major problems taking orders. I ordered the wrong panini, and the fries weren't what I wanted. What reassured me was that every table around me had their order entered incorrectly...

24/08/2026: A great place to enjoy a good cappuccino and a delicious brownie. It's best to come in the morning on weekdays, as it's very quiet. I recommend it!

15/08/2026: We visited the store on Saturday, August 15th and were greeted by a lovely young woman who helped us put together a tea gift set. Thank you for your warm welcome.

15/07/2026: Very disappointed with this establishment, which was recommended to me by another bar. Firstly, the waitress nearly broke the table while setting down our glasses after saying, and I quote, "I'll put this down for you, figure it out yourselves," in a tone that was anything but pleasant. Furthermore, the charcuterie platter is a complete mess. 20 euros for three measly pieces of charcuterie… Once we finished our drinks, the waiters came back to the table aggressively, trying to force us to order more immediately. Finally, we had come to watch a football match that was "supposed" to be on, but the television was of deplorable quality, with constant interruptions and a very questionable display. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

14/07/2026: Appalling. The broadcast of the semi-final was clearly poorly prepared and very badly organized. A screen glitch lasted almost 20 minutes, staff regularly walked in front of the screen, obstructing the view, and to top it all off, no food service was available after 9 p.m., not even a charcuterie board, without any prior notice. A huge disappointment for an evening that was supposed to be organized around a sporting event.

23/08/2026: A disgrace! We bought two Maxi Best Of takeaway meals for a total of €25. The problem wasn't even there; once we got home, we noticed the fries were only half full, especially considering we paid €13. The bare minimum for a meal deal is to fill the fries. We won't be back. One less customer!

16/08/2026: Honestly, the slowest fast food restaurant ever. Last experience: - Extremely slow preparation - Order ready inside, but no one calls the number - The self-service kiosks are really unlucky in this regard; they never have any paper, so they never print... Clearly the worst McDonald's in Roanne.

05/09/2026: We came at 5:30 PM for a snack. I ordered an egg muffin, but the bread wasn't cooked. Also, the Croque McDo definitely didn't have the right burger on top and bottom, because I also work at another McDonald's and it wasn't as dry and large as the one I had there. I was very disappointed with your McDonald's. Furthermore, the McDonald's was dirty and the floor was sticky.

18/09/2026: I ordered two Happy Meals, and paid with card. I waited several minutes for my order. There is no way to select the number of the toy you want on the screen, so I assumed I would receive any one of the three toys displayed. However, I received a fourth one — two identical toys. I went to ask if I could exchange at least one of them, but they told me they didn’t have any of the others and that the three toys in the display were only there for demonstration purposes. The man with a child next to us ordered the same Happy Meal and received one of the three toys from the display. I asked him if he would exchange with me, but he refused. I then went back to the counter and asked how it was possible that they couldn’t exchange the toy when the customer after me had received one of the toys from the display. The employee or manager, who had no name tag or identification on his sweatshirt, told me that he couldn’t open every box just to check which toy was inside and that it wasn’t his job to do so. He said the customer after me had simply been lucky. I have now noticed that the toy boxes actually have numbers printed on them. I asked him to check whether there was another one and to exchange at least one of mine, but he refused. He said he had already told me that he didn’t care about it and that it wasn’t his problem or his responsibility. I’m sorry that he thinks his responsibility does not include having satisfied customers. When I told him that I would leave a negative review, he also said that he didn’t care and that I could leave a hundred reviews if I wanted to. It’s disappointing that we are in Europe, yet it feels as though we have no basic human or European consumer rights if we don’t speak French. And I’m sorry that an ordinary employee behaves as if the restaurant were his own.

11/03/2026: The owners are a very warm and attentive couple. Their savory and sweet crepes are delicious and generously filled. It's one of the best buckwheat crepe batters I've ever had! I highly recommend it.

20/04/2026: I asked to drink my coffee there and was given a cardboard cup. I asked to exchange it for a mug, but they refused, claiming I didn't want to have to wash it by hand afterward. This is no way to treat customers. Think twice before buying anything here.

04/03/2026: I wanted to share a glowing review of my favorite tea shop: Coffea ☕️ They have an incredible selection of teas, but what truly sets them apart is the flavor: the taste is exactly what you smell when the sales assistant opens the tin. This faithfulness to the aromas is rare and so appreciated. After trying different brands for years, I've finally found my perfect shop. I've been shopping there for several years now, and the quality is always consistently excellent. It's a wonderful family business: the mother and her daughters are lovely. They always have a smile on their faces, are professional, offer great advice, and are truly skilled in the best sense of the word. I sincerely wish them all the best, because they absolutely deserve it 🌿
