03/06/2026: Cold fries!!! And when you point it out, you get told to get lost or fried! Shameful

01/06/2026: I went to the drive-thru quite early (11:15 am). There was no one there, either in the parking lot or at the drive-thru. I was asked to wait. No problem. She was having trouble taking the order. I had to point out several times that she had made some typing errors. We paid. And then... After a 25-minute wait, she asked us to wait to the side. Since the car behind couldn't maneuver, I had to park in front, near the handicapped parking spaces. I got out of my car to go inside and get my order. I saw the employee preparing the fries for our order. She put them in her pocket and went back to the register. I approached her and asked for the order. She told me she had signaled to my daughter to come get it. My nine-year-old daughter! Anyway, normally when you're parked, they come out to give you the order. I was standing right in front of her. She still won't give it to me! She turns around and ignores me. So I go back outside and walk to the drive-thru lane! I ask her for an explanation about the wait. Especially since we have three best-of compilations. So nothing too crazy! She tells me she's all alone and that it's not her problem. In an extremely unpleasant tone. She really made me lose it! First the endless wait. Then the complete ignoring! Anyway. With her false eyelashes about to fall off and into the fries... Truly pathetic!

15/04/2026: Horrible place, unfriendly staff. We were there as a family on April 15th at 4:00 PM. I needed to use the restroom first because I'm pregnant and sometimes have trouble holding it. The cashier, a woman with short, dark hair, yelled at me and told me to place my order. I was ready to order, I just wanted to use the restroom first… In short, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially since there's an alternative nearby.

29/03/2026: I bought and ate a sandwich around 1:30 PM. I started vomiting my undigested sandwich around 7 PM. The next day at lunchtime, I was still throwing up. Avoid this place! It's a disgrace to have this kind of restaurant next to one of the most beautiful museums in Paris.

23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

01/05/2026: I just called to complain about something being missing from my order, and the person on the phone told me, "Sorry, I don't have time!" It's shameful! Avoid McDonald's at all costs!

25/04/2026: Hello, I'd like to share a minor comment following an order I placed with McDonald's through Uber Eats. I find it appalling to pay €24 for a Golden Meal and receive six measly fries, unless the kitchen staff took a couple of bites in them… This isn't the first time I've had a problem, but this is getting ridiculous. I tried calling McDonald's to ask if there was any way I could get a second box of fries to pick up myself, but the person on the phone told me it wasn't their responsibility…

12/05/2026: Strategically located at the Rotonde d'Aix in Aix-en-Provence. However, it's overpriced, the service is slow and poor, and above all, they only accept cash; card payments are not possible. Basically, they only deal in black market cash.

30/04/2026: Terrible service, completely out-of-sync order, half an hour between the first and last drinks ordered at the same time. Disastrous. Avoid at all costs.

26/04/2026: This is the second time we've been here, and it's the last. It makes you wonder if they're just messing with the customer. Everything is cold. The hamburgers, the toasted sandwiches—the order isn't even respected. We had to go back several times to get napkins, spoons, and ice cream. Plus, my daughter found a bone in her McDonald's toasted sandwich—unacceptable! There are no more toys in the Happy Meals, and on top of that, they force us to buy a book, and that's not all. The staff is frankly unpleasant and doesn't listen to customers at all. When you make a mistake, the least they could do is apologize. Basically, don't bother going there; there are much better McDonald's elsewhere.

18/04/2026: I waited 35 minutes for my click & collect order, only to have to go inside, find the employees completely inactive, and hear them say, "Oh yes, it's been here for half an hour," followed by, "Do you mind if there aren't any ice cubes?" So, yes, it does bother me. That, and your energy at work, which would almost make a lazy person look like someone who can't sit still.

10/11/2025: Disappointing! The service was passive-aggressive. The two large, unappetizing fries were the size of the tip of a pinky finger. In short... typical Belgian fare.

30/09/2025: so please avoid fries they are really disgusting cooked and recooked and freeze the waitress is super nice

23/04/2026: Luckily, the restaurant across the street was there to save my freezing lunch, and it's clear the vendors are being exploited.

06/01/2026: Delicious little chicken mayo sandwich. Lunch menu at €12. Dish of the day at €10.

17/02/2026: Extremely unpleasant place and staff, unsanitary premises. Just like the shopkeeper. Honestly, avoid it at all costs.

13/01/2026: It's impossible to give less... the place is very dirty, between the owner not wearing gloves or a hairnet and putting his fingers in his mouth 2 minutes before, the filthy toilets, the drinks with a strong chemical taste, you risk food poisoning... a place to avoid... a report will surely be made to the health department.

The bottle should normally be opened in front of the customer; I have no idea what we were served... cash payment requested... avoid this establishment, it's a disgrace to the profession. Unacceptable

23/05/2026: I placed an Uber Eats order and the sauces I bought and the rosti were missing from the 280 order. This is unacceptable; I do not recommend them at all.

17/05/2026: Never seen a McDonald's so dirty... Tables, floors, kitchen, toilets... Everything was absolutely filthy.

02/05/2026: Honestly, they might as well close this place down if they're going to treat customers like this. No politeness whatsoever, a frosty reception, you clearly feel like you're bothering them. I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and they brought me a ham pizza even though I don't eat pork. That alone is unacceptable. I remained polite, thinking that mistakes happen… but then I sent a message to report the problem: seen, ignored, no apology. Zero respect for the customer, zero professionalism. And to top it all off, the pizza was as hard as a rock. Frankly, between the deplorable service and the mediocre quality, this is a place to avoid.

19/04/2026: Honestly, nothing to complain about 👌 I went to the McDonald's in Venette today and received a fantastic welcome! The staff was friendly, efficient, and very professional. Plus, everything I ordered was really delicious and well-prepared 🔥 It's great to experience such excellent service; I highly recommend it!
