30/06/2026: Ordering from a fast food restaurant, waiting 20 minutes at the drive-thru, then deciding to order at the kiosks inside, and once the order is placed, they say, "Hello, what's this for? We just placed an order at the kiosk!" Oh, okay, well, there will be a bit of a wait, we have 19 orders in the kitchen! What a joke for a "fast food" restaurant!

30/06/2026: Honestly, it's frustrating... Items are often missing from our orders, the ice creams aren't even filled to the top, and today we ordered a chocolate muffin and it turned out to be a caramel one. It really gives the impression that order checking isn't being done properly. It's a shame, because we're paying for service that should be up to scratch. Clearly, Burger King is much better in this regard!

01/08/2026: The click and collect service is appalling. As for the drive-through service, there are often errors in the orders. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

28/07/2026: After a 25-minute wait (on a Sunday at 12:15 PM, so the restaurant was far from full), I received a cold burger and cold fries. I went back to ask for a different meal. No apology. They brought my order anyway. Another cold burger (see photo). They seem to be busy asking people to leave comments, but not so busy providing service.

24/05/2026: I ordered a draft beer and ended up with a warm bottled beer and two Perriers, one of them flat 🥵

06/07/2026: What a McDonald's! Everything is impeccable! The dining area is spotless, the employees are smiling, and the manager (yes, he introduced himself) is so meticulous. The menu was exactly what you'd expect from a McDonald's. Thank you!

04/07/2026: I was eating in the dining room when someone spilled a drink on me. Then I asked for a refund because I wasn't satisfied, and they threatened to kick us out of the restaurant. It's unacceptable.

18/07/2026: The quality of this McDonald's is steadily declining, and it's truly regrettable. The wait times are often excessive, even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy. The burgers and wraps are regularly poorly prepared and arrive lukewarm, or even cold, stuck to the paper and seemingly made with only left hands... The biggest problem, however, remains the drinks. For several months now, they've been bland and very poorly mixed. Coca-Cola, for example, no longer tastes like its usual flavor and tastes more like slightly sweetened water. Every time we visit, the same explanation is given: a problem with the gas cylinder. Unfortunately, after so much time, this argument is no longer sufficient. It would be truly desirable for measures to be taken to restore the level of quality one has the right to expect from a McDonald's. Until you improve... we prefer to drive a few extra kilometers...

16/07/2026: The longest drive-thru in history! 4 cars ahead of me, 15 minutes before they took my order, 25 before I finally left!

01/07/2026: Stopped on the road for a coffee and the restroom. Fantastic. No complaints. They had coffee and the toilets were clean. I never try the food.

29/06/2026: The place is filthy; the floors aren't cleaned. You can't find a clean table to eat at. In short, a very dirty restaurant. Avoid it.

15/07/2026: Quite chaotic and busy, especially around dinnertime. It is located along a busy route to the south, but they can't always handle the holiday crowds very well. Also, no one spoke decent English.

06/07/2026: I simply came in for a coffee and hadn't noticed that credit cards were accepted for purchases over €15. When it came time to pay, the waitress rolled her eyes and pointed out that it was clearly displayed everywhere. Mistakes happen, but being condescending to customers is unacceptable. A little more consideration and courtesy would have been appreciated.

30/06/2026: Great place for lunch. Decent prices and tasty food. We had the moules, which were very good, and the chicken, which was a good size, well cooked and tasty. This and two drinks cost 37 Euro.

13/05/2026: Ideally located for exploring Old Nice on foot. Breakfast is uninteresting.

27/04/2026: Central location, steps from Piazza Garibaldi and the metro station. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

15/07/2026: I called them for help; I didn't know them. I ordered two chicken tacos with Algerian sauce over the phone. I get home and see this weird white sauce, like a melted, lumpy suppository. I call the guy I ordered from, thinking it was his mistake, and he tells me: "At our place, that's our base: cheese sauce and a little bit of Algerian sauce." But dude, I'm the one paying, I'm the one who decides what I want, you don't get to decide for me! There's no flavor, no salt on the fries or the chicken, and the sauce makes me want to throw up. Two tacos, straight to the trash.

10/07/2026: Today, I went to the Subway in École-Valentin, where I usually shop. When I got to the register, they refused to scan my "Subway of the Day" loyalty offer, explaining that the manager had decided to stop accepting loyalty offers. I find this practice very disappointing, especially since these offers are accepted at other Subway restaurants. It's unfortunate for loyal customers. I will now take advantage of these offers at other Subways in the city, and I encourage other customers to do the same if they want to benefit from the loyalty program.

27/06/2026: Disgusting. The bread is crumbly. The frozen food containers have blocks of ice on top... the waitress doesn't know anything.

17/07/2026: We ate some crostini (ordered 5 and paid for 5, but received 4 ^^). They were NOT FILLED AT ALL, they were sloppy, there was hardly any chicken. In short, at €6 I wouldn't complain, but €10 is outrageous!!

13/07/2026: A very warm welcome, smiling and very friendly staff! And very good food, served with a cheerful attitude!

06/07/2026: McDonald's is generally very dirty. The floor is filthy (full of footprints) even though it's not raining, the fixtures in the restrooms are broken, and there are no signs indicating proper recycling guidelines.

05/07/2026: Catastrophic service. The restaurant is supposed to close at 11:30 PM, yet when we arrived at 10:30 PM with six people for a takeout order, an employee (always the same one) shouted at us: "No, no, get out, we're not serving anymore!" Is that really how you speak to customers? Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. The food is regularly cold, the cooks give an impression of poor hygiene, and the service is clearly lacking. Another time, on a Thursday around 9:30 PM, the chairs were already on the tables for cleaning, and we were even asked if we were almost finished so they could clean up. If you no longer wish to serve customers before the official closing time, you should at least state it. A minimum of respect and professionalism would also be appreciated! Dear owner, it's time to take action and review your "team."

12/04/2026: Very greasy and overly salty fries. Use the kiosk for a good case of gastroenteritis.
