15/04/2026: My 10-year-old son went in alone to buy his snack. He burst into tears when he left because the saleswoman was so unpleasant to him! Congratulations: it takes real skill to manage to hurt a child who was just there to buy his snack!
15/04/2026: We were looking for a bakery near the market hall because there weren't any left connected to the market and it was very crowded. We stumbled upon this one and bought what was left: two baguettes. Well, how can I put it? The saleswoman was incredibly unpleasant—no smile, no thank you, no hello, and she only said goodbye after three of us had to say it. And the bread? It tasted moldy or like an uncleaned baking mat. It's truly shameful to sell bread like that in the city center. What surprises me is that, reading the reviews, it seems this has been going on for years and they haven't made any effort to improve. Luckily, there are tourists like us who fall for it and keep this bakery afloat. Otherwise, it would have closed down already. In any case, it will be the last time we set foot in there.

03/05/2026: Quite honestly, I've never seen such disastrous management in a fast-food restaurant as at the McDonald's in Meylan. I've been a regular customer for a long time, so my opinion isn't unfounded. But every time I go, it's the same thing: a cold atmosphere, a curt welcome, no smiles, and a constant feeling that you're bothering the staff simply because you're a customer. The main problem clearly stems from the management of the manager, Margot. A manager is supposed to project a good image of the restaurant, create a pleasant atmosphere, and know how to handle customers with respect and intelligence. Here, it's the complete opposite. No business acumen, no warmth, no desire to build customer loyalty. We're talking about a chain where customers spend their money daily, sometimes several times a week. The very least they could do is provide a decent welcome and show a little consideration. The way they handle sauces has become ridiculous. You literally get the impression that you're asking for something extraordinary when it's just a few cents in an order that's already been paid for at prices that are constantly increasing. This meticulous attention to detail, down to the last cent, just gives the restaurant a stingy and petty image. It's not the extra charge for a sauce that's the problem; it's the attitude behind it: cold, curt, and sometimes almost contemptuous. What's most shocking is the complete lack of gratitude towards loyal customers. Many people come regularly, keep the business afloat year-round, accept price increases, forgotten orders, long waits… and despite all that, we're treated as if our presence is a problem. At no point do we feel any respect or desire to satisfy the customers. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant reflects this poor management. When a manager is unpleasant or tense, it's felt everywhere: in the welcome, in the way customers are spoken to, and even in the restaurant's ambiance. Instead of a welcoming place where people come to eat peacefully, you find yourself in a cold environment where you'd rather leave as quickly as possible. Today, with fast-food prices, customers expect at least a modicum of professionalism, a bit of politeness, and pleasant service. No one asks to be treated like a celebrity, just with respect. This McDonald's unfortunately gives the opposite impression: no consideration for regulars, no effort to promote the restaurant, and a manager who seems to have forgotten that without customers, a restaurant simply doesn't function. I sincerely believe that many people are starting to go elsewhere, not because of the food, but because of the disastrously poor service and atmosphere. And when several loyal customers feel the same way, perhaps it's time to take a hard look at themselves.

18/05/2026: We arrived on a Monday afternoon after 4 pm. The tables were still dirty, and we waited 10 minutes for a cappuccino and a sundae—a very long wait, especially considering there were only two tables occupied. The sundae was barely ice cream anymore, and the chocolate sauce was practically nonexistent on top; it had all sunk to the bottom.
16/05/2026: Absolutely filthy. The toilets were disgusting, with papers everywhere, a wet floor, and a terrible smell. There was urine on the floor near our table, food strewn all over the floor, and an overflowing trash can. The service was slow and everything was cold.

05/04/2026: I came to pick up my order between 7:30 and 7:45 PM as indicated. I said good evening upon arrival, but received no response; the staff wasn't very welcoming. When I mentioned it was for TooGoodToGo, I was told it wouldn't be ready right away, without being told how long to wait. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes, having to confirm the order before even receiving it. A cold welcome and a long wait—a shame.

08/06/2026: I think this is one of the worst McDonald's in France. I went yesterday evening around 6 PM. The wait was interminable; I waited 30 minutes for my order, and don't even get me started on the staff who were handling it that night. The employees were insulting each other in front of the customers. And I won't even mention the cold fries. Three-quarters of the order was missing. For the price we pay for McDonald's, it's literally pathetic. To get half your order and wait over 30 minutes for measly cold fries... the worst part is they can't even read an order properly—well, read a number properly, because they got the numbers wrong several times. I went to the restroom. But I won't even mention the state of the restrooms; they were disgusting. I didn't even dare go to the bathroom, given the state of the puppies. I was thinking of applying there for a second job, but I don't think that's going to happen, given the atmosphere. It doesn't appeal to me. Not if I'm just going to be insulted in front of customers by some low-level employee. Outrageous. It's not worth it. Not even worth working there.

12/03/2026: The worst kebab I've ever eaten. To tell you the truth, I didn't even finish the meat. I don't know how it's possible to make something so bad, and I'm a real glutton, but even then I knew better than to eat any more of that meat. The guy took my plate and told me, "First of all, I'm so annoyed, I shouldn't get kebabs in the evening because they're no good!" I have nothing against him personally; he was nice, but I think quite a few people have had stomach problems after going there. First of all, let's start by not turning the grill off and then turning it back on; that'll help a lot. Anyway. Avoid it.
