15/04/2026: The welcome was icy, no advice whatsoever. The sales assistant served me mechanically, and the other sales assistant was on her phone, not even looking up. The worst part is that I had requested a specific grind for my machine, which was ignored. This was definitely the last time I'll ever go there.

30/01/2026: I just bought a high-end bean-to-cup coffee machine and I wanted to buy quality coffee. I was helped by Cyril who gave me excellent advice.

04/09/2026: ⭐️⭐️ This is the third time this has happened to us… and it's always the same problem! We pick up an order at the Drive-Thru and, once we get home, we realize that an item is still missing. It seems that checking an order before handing it to the customer has become optional at McDonald's. Nothing is checked, or if it is, it's done very poorly. Yet we pay for the entire order, not just what they somehow managed to put in our bag. Three mistakes is starting to be a lot for a simple McDonald's order consisting of a Happy Meal and a Best Of meal.

03/09/2026: Order placed, almost my entire order is missing. I paid €40 for nothing to eat, and of course, since it was delivery, they're washing their hands of it. I've filed a complaint with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and on Signal Conso (a consumer protection website).

20/07/2026: The staff wore neither hats nor aprons, making them difficult to distinguish from customers. Some employees prepared orders with a phone attached to them, giving an impression of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, one employee was very unpleasant and disrespectful to her colleagues, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Finally, the wait times were also excessive.

14/07/2026: McDonald's is okay. Not very big, but decent. The wait wasn't long. The food is like any other.

17/09/2026: Very nice and the baristas are very friendly. Although it's been renovated and I feel it's smaller than it was a few years ago, and if you go during peak hours, being in a very popular part of town, you might have trouble finding a seat.

14/09/2026: They brought the wrong drink and weren't very cooperative. What a shame! A disappointing experience.

27/09/2026: I order regularly, no particular problems except with the MacPops. They're never in stock and never mentioned on the app. You send me random ones without asking my opinion or if I like them. No refund. Nothing. It's really not great and not very customer-friendly! I'm frankly disappointed and I won't be ordering again!

23/07/2026: Printemps Céline... it is the worst. The Chinese female employee with long hair, in particular, was truly terrible in her service. From the moment I walked in, she knew she was supposed to attend to me but didn't even make eye contact. Only when I asked about a belt did she come over and keep being rude. The French male employee was diligently attending to other customers... But the Chinese female employee was completely annoying. Even when handing me the item, she didn't make eye contact and just tossed it at me with one hand. It was enough to make me want to switch sales staff. Please, please, please train the staff at the Céline store. 🙏🏻 Printemps Céline, c’est vraiment inadmissible. Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement concernant mon expérience dans votre boutique. L’employée chinoise aux cheveux longs a eu une attitude inaccurate from debut to finish. Yes mon entrée, elle save qu’elle devait s’occuper de moi, mais elle a volontairement évité de me regarder. Ce n'est que lorsque je lui ai demandé une ceinture qu'elle est finalement venue, et pendant tout l'échange elle a été sèche, froide et manifestement agacée. À côté de cela, un vendeur français accueillait ses clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie. La différence de comfortement était flagrante. Au moment of me remettre mon achat, elle ne m’a même pas regardée dans les yeux. Elle m’a simplement tendu l’article d’une seule main, sans le moindre sourire ni le moindre respect. Franchement, j’avais envie de demander à changer de vendeur. Est-ce ainsi que Céline forme son personnel? Merci de former correctement les employés de votre boutique. Un tel comfort est indigne d’une maison de luxe et ne devrait jamais être toléré. 🙏🏻

13/09/2026: The service was great, but the Paris-Brest was a real disappointment. I used to stop and get a Paris-Brest on my way to see my mother. Today I bought a Paris-Brest for four people for €29.50: no praline flavor, very bland. It used to be better. What a shame… I won't stop there again.

05/09/2026: I wanted to try and share the famous Paris-Brest with my family, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Beautiful display, excellent service.

24/09/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. An hour's wait for a single order, no one to help us, and they still managed to make a mistake! Plus, they were completely unprofessional, laughing around as if they owned the place. Are you at work or a leisure center? I don't understand! These employees seem to have been pulled out of thin air.

17/08/2026: We came to PopKfé today and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. First of all, the game prices are quite high (€20 for 13 tokens), which is already a significant amount. But more importantly, several problems piled up. For example, we received mayonnaise with an expiration date of June 9th, even though it was August 17th. The fries were eventually replaced, but we found it rather concerning. As for drinks, I ordered an iced tea for €5 that contained so much syrup it was practically undrinkable. Furthermore, several machines were out of order. A slot machine with a projector on the playing surface malfunctioned completely: I was getting goals even though I wasn't playing, so we couldn't play the game. We were thankfully refunded for the token, but there was no sign indicating the problem, even though we were later told that the malfunction was known. We also tried the game where you throw balls at clowns: the middle row wouldn't retract, making the game impossible. Finally, we were quite surprised by the number of machines that were off or out of order, especially the Mario Kart racing simulators. In total, we found about six or seven machines unavailable. We completely understand that breakdowns can happen; it's a given. But when they accumulate and a significant number of machines are inaccessible, it becomes a real shame, especially considering the price of the games. It's all the more disappointing because we really like PopKfé and come regularly. As young people, it's a place we particularly enjoy, but this time, we definitely left disappointed. I hope these problems will be resolved quickly, because we'd like to be able to get back to the experience we're used to.

06/09/2026: Once again, really not great. I ordered large potatoes but received a large fry instead, and the deluxe burger had no tomatoes or onions, so once again, very disappointed.

03/09/2026: On the go, needing a quick bite, well, quick it was! The nuggets were good but barely warm, and the fries were cold and overcooked, as if they'd been dipped a second time after being forgotten for a long time on the edge of the fryer.

02/02/2026: The owner is unpleasant and aggressive. The waitress is nice, but when the owner is leaning on the bar, she becomes unpleasant too. Avoid at all costs!

26/12/2025: Great bar! You can suggest your own cocktails and the service is very friendly. The bar is very welcoming, with a great atmosphere every night!
