28/07/2026: The tobacco shop is closed, even though online it says it's open until 3:30 PM. It's exactly 2:15 PM, the place is closed, and there are no signs.

18/04/2026: A complete disaster: the owner is about as friendly as a prison guard, the place is filthy, and the customers stare at you like a wolf eyeing a piece of meat. And to top it all off, they barely stock any tobacco/cigarettes, etc... Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other places where the owners actually want to work with a smile and in a clean environment.

13/07/2026: Hello 👋 A huge Starbucks loyalist, Englos, v2, Lille, and more… whenever there's one near me, I pop in! All this to say that I'm usually never disappointed, but this time… I ordered an opera cake (admittedly not on the menu for a while, but they happily make it for me every time), and one person made it very clear that she was reluctant to make it… that they didn't have the recipe… in the end, the other two baristas managed to make my FAMOUS drink… go figure… Thank you to those two baristas 🥰 and the other one will certainly recognize herself since she avoided my gaze the whole time… Love Starbucks nonetheless…

08/07/2026: Personally, as a customer, when you ask them something, they're annoyed at having to answer. They put half the requested ingredients in the matcha several times I've tried it, only to tell me it will be better another day. The staff changes all the time. There's no respect for the customers. I'm definitely not coming back.

27/07/2026: Regression, I don't know my favorite anymore, maxi fries with double cheddar, and I have a Happy Meal portion, plus they don't give you sauce, they're so tight they're barely 30 cents, so Villeuf is now at the top of my list.

22/07/2026: Tuesday evening, the 23rd. The floor was littered with packaging, and the bins were overflowing. It took over 40 minutes to receive the order, which was cold and incomplete. In short, everything needs to be reviewed.

28/07/2026: One of the worst Macdonald experience we had. Staff seemed very disorganized, everyone walking around but not doing much work. One of the employees was even having a video call on the phone while attending people. Food was being preparer without gloves...and the lady even asked for my receipt to confirm the items we ordered... And even with that, the kid's gift was missing. The food itself also didn't fel right... The systems were also lacking: it was not possible to pay with card on the ordering screen, and there was no monitor to track when your order was ready. Not really the Macdonalds experience we are used to.

20/06/2026: Excellent bread, sandwiches, pastries, and viennoiseries. The owners are pleasant and friendly. It's my favorite bakery in the neighborhood.

12/05/2026: A pretty nice neighborhood bakery overall. The products are simple, sometimes a bit pricey (a pain au chocolat at €1.40 is 10 cents more than elsewhere). However, all the baguettes are white… it would be nice to consider people who like their bread well-baked!

18/07/2026: I went there on July 11, 2026, and ordered a burger with bacon. It had everything except the main ingredient: bacon. The McDonald's was in mediocre condition. The manager pressured his employees in front of everyone. There was no table service. Very disappointed!

16/07/2026: The staff is unfriendly and overwhelmed, and to top it all off, the toilets are dirty and you have to pay for them if you buy something. Don't stop here, go to another McDonald's!! There are no tables available in the afternoon!!!

24/07/2026: The place is supposed to be trendy. Beyond that, it's strongly discouraged; it's the kind of place that tries to be hipster but charges exorbitant prices. Seven euros for a cold matcha, loaded with ice, containing only a few milliliters of matcha. In other words, nothing refreshing; I had to stop somewhere else for a drink... The order was taken quickly, as cold as the ice cubes. Lamentable.

26/07/2026: I've ordered from Uber Eats before, and the Happy Meal toys or sauces were always missing, and the desserts were never the right product. When I eat in, their ice cream is melted, and the containers are always only half full.

10/07/2026: A complete disaster... We ordered a large chicken rosti and instead received a large beef rosti in a chicken package, and to top it off, the sauce was missing, as you can see... My son was thrilled to get a World Cup squid in his Happy Meal, and instead he got an old toy that was lying around... And to top it all off, the potato and ketchup sauces were filled with an orange cheddar-style sauce that we hadn't ordered... A disgrace...

06/07/2026: Hello, I'm giving 2 stars because it wasn't all bad, but the toy and sauces were missing from the Happy Meal, the fries were cold, the 280 was lukewarm, and when the employee reassembled the trays to facilitate the cleanup, we discovered that the tray wasn't in optimal condition. I think McDonald's France should pay a visit to its franchisee to review procedures and improve the restaurant's service quality.
