10/12/2024: To flee It's never nice to put a negative review on a company but... Hamburger cold upon receipt of the order, hamburger that looks nothing like the photos, the giant Max salad is cooked and must be 2 days old in appearance and taste, the quick and toast must have forgotten to put it in the toaster, it's a soft sandwich bread and the ponpon there was a sandwich missing in the order of the neck more disgusted for the money lost than for the taste of the forgotten sandwich which will not be missing from our palate... Verdict never again Quick in Alès.

09/06/2024: It's hot, we offer the children an ice cream, we don't go far, I waited almost 30 minutes to get 4 ice creams. 30 minutes is crazy. We stopped around 4:30 p.m. with my son to grab a quick bite to eat there. We waited more than half an hour, and we couldn't eat there, too much waiting. We quickly see that it is poorly organized. During the time we waited, almost every table came asking for something that was missing. The employees seem to be put through it. Also, I went to the bathroom, and it wasn't clean like other McDonald's.

27/12/2023: Le clic and parking est beaucoup trop long, nous sommes aller demander où cela en était au guichet et on nous a répondu que nous avions pas mis en route notre commande, sous preuve nous avons évidemment montrer le contraire et c'est après 1h qu'on nous a dit que c'était eu qui ne l'avaient pas valider... en plus de ça on nous avait déjà répéter plusieurs fois que la commande était en cours de préparation...

16/09/2024: TO RUN AWAY!!!! If I could I would have given it 0/5 stars. We come for a simple lunch for two. No welcome, I walk up to the waiter and ask him if we can sit down. He replied very coldly that yes without even a hello. An ounce of politeness could have killed him I think. The waiter gives us no indication so we decide to sit on a table of 4 because the only remaining table for two was in the passage. He rushes to come and complain while dividing the table in two. When the time comes to order, we ask him for 1 coke and 2 savory crepes with a carafe of water. He serves us drinks, the coke with a classic glass (so far so good) then for the carafe of water we were allowed 2 children's cups. And when I asked him if we could have 2 normal glasses, he replied in a haughty tone: “we serve like that here” while at the table next door the ladies had classic glasses. And thanks to the comments, we saw that they refused the credit card. (No mention anywhere) so we decided to leave before receiving our dishes.

06/09/2024: I am a very regular customer (50x/year), they OFTEN forget ingredients (pickles, bacon, tomatoes, or even a steak...) as soon as you get a basic sandwich. It's really painful... Updated 05/09/24: arrived at 8:35 p.m., all order terminals are cut off, I ask the counter, response: "we have stopped orders inside, you have to go through the drive"... Good I heard it mentions table service until 10 p.m. on the front door... Is there still a manager or is everyone freewheeling?

06/09/2024: Horribly slow service whether at the drive-thru or in the restaurant! Allow at least 35 minutes to get your order! This evening the room is closed due to lack of staff (as is often the case) it took almost an hour at the drive-thru to order and get my meal even though there were 10 cars maximum! Not to mention the recurring errors... I sincerely think it’s the worst McDonald’s in the region!

04/12/2024: They don't even turn on the heating it's cold especially where you can eat with the children in the indoor play area not even heated they don't clean the tables to avoid this place

03/12/2024: Pass this day 03/12/24 opening at 10 a.m. normally, 10:15 a.m. the terminals still not activated Order Big Mac with salad -No salad Lots of comings and goings when there are only 2 of us ordering The order took almost 45 minutes. Truly shameful! Luckily there weren't many of us! I would have done well to go to their competitors right next to Burger King unfortunately they weren't open yet McDonald's to flee!

29/09/2024: But what a horror. To flee. Cold sandwich, report to the waiter who doesn't even come back to us. I go to the kitchen and they tell me that I can't do better even though the cheese is as cold as fresh. A feeling of disturbing like I have rarely seen, I would never set foot there again

17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. Thanks for nothing. 🐀🐀🐀🐀

27/08/2024: I visited this place last night to pick up a TooGoodToGo basket. The place is ideally located with a rustic ambiance that I love. It's a real change from the usual Starbucks and I was excited to film a review for TikTok. I was greeted by a very friendly Asian barista, who immediately put me at ease. Unfortunately, the experience quickly lost its luster because of his colleague, Dominique. During the five minutes I was waiting for my basket, she didn't even bother to look at me, let alone smile at me. She was speaking to her colleague in another language and didn't respond to me when I said goodbye. It made me feel unwelcome, I didn't even dare to ask permission to film the interior. I just gave up. Regarding the basket, the carrot cake was not fresh at all, but the cinnamon roll was very, very good. I really wanted to share this beautiful place with my community on TikTok, but ultimately, I decided not to post the video because the overall experience wasn't up to par. It's a shame, because the place is magnificent and had everything to please, but the welcome and the quality were not there.

More than 1 hour before we got our order on site and again because I asked if there were still any left for a long time and I heard that the trays were left on the display and when they were brought to us it was cold and even cold. blames for the waiting time.
